I love it. So before we get started, cause I want to get into like who you are. Let's just dive into like the Love Hills, the live events, the book you wrote and what it all stemmed from in your work. Okay. It sounds like there's a bunch of a questions. So do you want me to answer the first question? like Love Hills. Let's talk with Love Hills.

Understanding 'Love Heals' and Self-Love

In general, yeah so you know why this love heals topic? Because actually, healing comes from ah when you are able to move through things that maybe you don't even want to feel. like pain or discomfort or any challenges that you're hanging onto, the past memories that is ah really painful, that is controlling the present moment, those things, you want to be able to move through it.

But on the other side, there's that self that is unconditionally loving and most powerful self existing inside. So it's not that you are lacking something. You are inadequate.

None of those things. It's just that the love that you may be in search for or the happiness that you are looking for all around anywhere actually already existing inside. So we say that all the challenges and pain of it and maybe we say like turning point sometimes we say like that because you know you we get stuck and something challenge happen. And with that unless you face yourself you cannot move forward.

So the healing happens when you're honest with yourself, healing happens when you're weak willing to move through that pain of it, and that action is love for yourself. So being patient with yourself, being honest with yourself, and with that, you will find that happiness and joy and love that You may be looking for all your life somewhere else where in somebody some job and some hobbies. Already existing inside so you feel like you're knocking on some doors of happiness but realize that you already inside.

So that's the process of healing and truly loving yourself. And that happens with forgiveness for yourself and connection to who you are. And you know you uncover that self. It's not something you don't have that you have to get from somewhere, but it's right there. So the stuckness or challenges of a life happens because you are not yet able to expand with that self that is grand, like greatness inside. Just guiding people to get there.

And what is the number one tool people can use? Because in my line of work, I experienced people who have a lot of like anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and I have a case, you know, even me last year, I went through my spiritual awakening, dark matter to soul. So what is like the number one tool anyone can use to get back into loving and ourselves to open up to heal ourselves? What tool can you use for that access point?

Mindfulness and Present Moment Awareness

So, our tool is very, very simple. Anybody can do it, but simply think sometimes that we may not see or pay attention to. So, you may hear a lot of times being in the present moment, right? Yeah, like a be here and now, we hear that a lot. And in actuality, how many of us do that all the time?

Right? So, with that, when can you be in the present moment? If you are feeling your body, your body is always in the present moment. Your body is never in the past. In the past means you're not living.

And your body in the future means you're not born yet. So if you're truly feeling your body, then you are in the present moment. So the mind and body is supposed to be one and together. And when that happens, you are in a peaceful place. You don't have any anxiety. You don't have anxiousness. You don't have this agony.

enter into that space of that present moment, being here and now, and start with this great tool called physical body. yeah And this physical body is the place where your soul resides, your divine resides, but you may not be tapping into that.

ah You just the feel that reaction of the environment and circumstances, which is yeah our emotions, and all these things that we keep holding onto from the past pain, which can be your consciousness, your thoughts. And we keep reacting and feeling that emotion, and continue to have thoughts and ah behavior, thoughts, emotion, and all the things that We just hang on to keep feeling that. And so when you are able to connect to the sense of feeling, and sometimes the most common way perhaps can be feeling your breath.

Right? Ah, yeah. Fuichi, an anxious or angry person, do the deep breathing. Right? So, you can utilize breath. Breath, you can use that. But in our practice, we do body tapping method.

And then afterwards, feeling that body, and then that will activate the energy movement. So we are all frequency vibration, right? And our cells are made up, you know, 99.99% space. And that space is filled with potential opportunity to vibrate with

Energy and Vibration Awareness

with your consciousness, with how you move, how you feel. So if you are able to tap and create that new energy and a vibration, then you have this opportunity to change from fixed fixed emotions, fixed the thoughts, fixed movements that create the same vibration to the spiritual world, which is ah unlimited. So the energy is the key to connect to those two, fixed and limitless.

So by connecting to physical body senses, you'll be in the present moment. And then with that, you can have this energy vibration movement because we're tapping and creating this new vibration, being here now, and then you have access to the infinite potential.

So very simple things. So a lot of times we feel like we are doing a lot of things like we multitasking. You know, like you' looking at the phone and, hey, what's up? And then what? So it feels like we're doing a lot of things about that mind that that is a scattering. Yeah. So we can go deeper into more of mindfulness, more of sensing, more of being right here and now. Yeah. So this is just the beginning scratch, but sometimes we do this tapping for one hour.

yeah But with a different awareness, first, mind will bounce off because mind wants to be busy. right All the time now, fast-paced world, we just keep going, keep going. So mind is way ahead of our body, and then we keep doing things, and then become anxious, become so worried. yeah But even just this simple tapping, right it's so simple.

But we will begin to bring mind inside instead of bouncing off. When it's a bouncing off, we're thinking, oh yeah, what time can we finish? Or are we thinking about the more things ahead? But as you bring your mind and tension more inside, then your mind will settle inside. And then you'll begin to feel more things, what's inside.

And then we may start tearing up, or we may start bringing out all these things from in inside. Yeah, so keep moving and vibrating. So you can consider it's like ah clear bottle ah la a bottle, and then we have water and the sand. It's been shaking and then it's cloudy. But when it's settled, the heavy things inside, right? We are in that state. So we're looking at the clear water and say, I'm fine.

It's okay about the past. It's okay. I just, I can keep going. But we are shaking things up inside. So we begin to see all these things coming up. What you saw to clean white clothing, but then we begin to see like the dark brown color washing.

Yeah. It's interesting because, you know, there's two analogies or phrases I like to use. One is movement is medicine. Emotion changes emotion. So can you speak a little bit to the audience and the people listening who are going to watch? What is the benefits of physical movement from an exercise standpoint in not only healing our bodies, but allowing us to love ourselves?

Yeah, so as I mentioned about mindfulness, yeah when the mind is separated from our body, then we become anxious, worried. And so either mind is, most of the time for most people, mind is in the future or

Physical Movement and Emotional Balance

So, regretting about the past, why it happened, how it happened, and how this person heard you, or right or worry about what can happen in the future, and creating all these ah emotions. yeah And so, because it comes from the same thing that we keep inside of us, we keep producing the same emotions, same thoughts.

Yeah, consistently. But only the thing that can help you to shift and change is utilizing our body to shift the energy in the present moment. Does that make sense to you? Yeah, I mean, because in my toughest moments, you know, I use breath work, prayer, fitness, right? I will move my energy around.

Yes. then What I'm sitting and I'm not moving, I feel more down, feel more like in my body and my mind. So I'm not just moving your body around, not only moves the energy, but it opens up the clouds in your midst.

Yes. So this is state we call water up, fire down. There's a principle behind it. So kidney area, we say in the five elements, we say carries water energy. So when energy is circulating and moving, this water energy comes up along the spine and come to the top up of the head and then end with the roof of your mouth. Yeah.

and then tip of your tongue, and then going down to the front part, the conception of radiation, and then going down, end up in the first chakra area. So cool energy, go up, cooling your head.

Yeah. Moving energy too. Yeah. And then from here and down, the heart, we say, we carry the fire energy. So the fire energy will drop down into your abdomen. So creating the cool head, open heart, and warm abdomen. C-O-W. We say, happy cow. Do you think you can remember? Happy cow. So... Who? Open heart. Open heart.

Warm Optimal Yeah, so you want to create cool head, hot or warm Optimal. In that state, you are in a perfect energy state to create well-being.

not only physical body, but also clear mental state yeah and higher consciousness state. And opening your heart, energy is are moving, so your soul is not stuck inside of the fixed energy you have access to. Expand.

And to get into that cow space, right? Like what is the process to get into that? Like if I was having like a bad day, like right in my bad um day, it's going to be bad. I need to cool my head, open the heart wall, you know, lower chakra. What would I need to do to get in this? um Yeah. So there are many things we do, but creating the vibration. So the best thing in the shortest time, what you can do is.

stimulating your core yeah stimulating your core so making fist you want to try together making fist so there's belly button to it below belly button you can tap with the fist exact same point this point is called chi hei chi hei means energy hei means ocean so you gonna tap this energy ocean point So make this and then tapping. Yeah. So relax your jaw, relax your neck, relax your shoulder. Yeah. And then just gently smiling to yourself. Yeah. Our practice is not too serious. Yeah. Yeah. Like that. Tapping and focusing on where you are moving your hands. So again, the principle of mindfulness movement, breathing out,

and bringing your mind to where? Where you're supposed to be feeling, so that's your core area. Yeah, so keep bringing your mind again and again to your core. That's all. Very simple, isn't it? Yeah, and just making it sound like this. hu

So we can feel through en energy and senses. This is our wisdom. yeah It's not written in a book. We can sense it. yeah We have that sense to connect, to feel, and be grounded.

Yeah. And be here and now. So now slowly stop and detach your arm from the side of your body. Relax your shoulders. Yeah. Now, can you feel the senses on your hands? Tingliness, quickly sensation in your fingertip. Can you breathing in and out?

Close your eyes now, breathing in and out through. Feel the senses that the electricity is moving throughout your whole body. Not only your abdomen, palms, perhaps you may be feeling in your mind, your brain, your legs and feet. There can be tingliness, warmth, like electricity moving. Now focus on your heads. Palm, palm.

Now until you are focused on the hands just very simply very small circular motion you can make with your hands and feel like something's on your hands. Wonderful. Now very slowly ah feel the weight on your hands by moving up under. Can you feel the cotton candy like sensation on your palm?

So now you can face your palms each other. Good. Now I want to feel this resistance between your palms. Like you're trying to push your hands but you can't. Yeah and without touching, can you feel the sensations between your hands?

Now I want you to just move one hand. Just to make circular motion one hand on me with the intention to send the energy to the other hand. Now can you feel the swirling sensation on that less stable hand? Can you feel that sensation? You can also point to your fingertip and make a circular motion. Very slowly, slowly.

movement? Now switch. You can breathe too. Just to first to start with this ah movement with your palm.

And then you can point your fingers slowly, like you are drawing a circle on your hand. So you can feel this sensation of energy. Yeah, energy moves according to one's intention. Yeah, so now move both hands. Yeah, you already know this one. So feels like opposed magnet sensation.

Yeah, so you're trying to make your hands come closer, but it's a opposed magnet. This kind of thing. Can you feel it? Okay, so now slowly start. Now let's try to stretch this energy very so slowly. Now the hands want to be closer, but you're trying to stretch.

Yeah, good. Now try to bring your hands closer but want to be apart. Very tiny movement, but you can begin to sense it. So I recommend you can close your eyes and do that. Then you can more focus on inner sense. Yeah, wonderful. Now, as you feel the sensation of energy, and you can do breathing naturally. Now, as you feel this energy, now let's feel.

Bring your hands, palms facing to your face. Yeah, so you can feel on your face. Now slowly up in front of your forehead. Now over the top of your head. Feel your breath. Now back over your head.

like you are massaging your brain. Now, next to your ears and bringing your hands in front of your face, now we're going to do that a few more times. Just breathe naturally but focus on the sensation between your palm and your breath. Very slowly, can you feel it?

You can do so even for your hand too, like you are massaging your ah like that. So through that sensation of energy, you can be here and now. And then now with this energy, you can send the energy to your heart and return back to home to yourself. So closing your eyes and say things like,

whatever that comes up along those lines of a gratefulness and connected. And then finally, you can finish with ah grounding yourself once again, and then open. You think that takes like, day to day, five minutes, ten minutes? Five minutes is enough. Whatever you can do, even just tapping, so your mind will come in. yeah I did it in a little bit longer because I did the meditation, but Yeah, in a sense, ah every moment becomes a meditation. Meditation means that you are being here and now connected to this present moment. yeah So we can meditate 24 hours a day. Yes.

the idea. Yeah. What are the tools that have practices for people to tap into their soul's purpose? Because you know, we have the ego, and our ego wants all these things we desire in life and all the things we should have, whether it's money, the car, the spouse,

all the material possessions, but yet I'm in a world of people who have all those things, but vessels are empty inside, right? So they're not connected to themselves in, or they're not in alignment of their soul's purpose. It's the process to get to your soul's purpose when you have everything materially. I don't want to get to that space where they're in alignment of their soul.

Okay, so maybe I feel like that's two questions. So what's the opportunity for them to even want to connect to that true self or of

Soul Purpose and Material Success

soul? Because when you have a lot of material things, they may be just happy doing this or that, feeling empty, but maybe that's the life that they feel like they continue to live.

out anything happening, but the opportunity for them to realize or awaken is the time that something strategy happened or something like ah hitting the ceiling, like a car accident then and a friend died.

And then go, wait a minute, what is my life for? And then they begin to then seek for inward answer. But until then, they may be okay with spending money and then buying this or that. Maybe they may feel like ah this is the life as it is.

And I myself, you know, try to live that kind of a way because my parents, the society that I lived in is go to good school and graduate and then get good job and then get married and have children and then get promoted and then start kids the same way and then, you know, and then retire and and happily ever after. That's what happened.

yeah So and the opportunity is like that. Now, how to connect to? Because ah not only extremely you know wealthy people, but also at the same time people like of me, you know regular life, but also we try to live that way, externally successful life. But still, I felt all my life empty. yeah And I keep searching for that happiness.

until I begin to go inward. So this very small example of being in a present moment and feeling energy. So begin to sense that energy, and then energy can go beyond this container of a physical body. And if you are to be able to express the size of your energy,

as you practice energy circulating, and then you have that access to that spiritual world, which is your soul and your divinity existing inside. yeah And so, as you be in the present moment, connect to that energy sense, then you have opportunity to feel that soul-self.

Yeah, you being a spiritual teacher that you are, what led you to be a spiritual teacher? I want to tap a little bit into like your story. What was the trigger or the turnip point for you to get into the spiritual realm and create all this magic to help people heal? What was your turn?

So I myself have been searching for a long time, and even from Japan to the United States, I keep seeking for a better our place to live. And oh USA is the mecca of success or whatever is ah like a freedom or something like that. so I thought coming to the U.S. would help me to be free you know from that unhappiness. yeah and So I did all kinds of things. Rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, like go mountain biking, all kinds of things. I lived in Colorado and did all kinds of stuff. But still, at the end of the day, there's that emptiness. Even getting married,

Even to next to the person who loved me so much, I felt emptiness. And I couldn't figure out why am I so unhappy and, like, still empty. You know, I have everything. I had a good job, and people who loved me.

and I cannot complain. but And then it hit me.

Personal Spiritual Awakening Journey

I keep searching and searching. And there was one point, so this is really my personal story. It's in this book, too. We tried to get pregnant. No matter what we did, I couldn't get pregnant. And then I did an in vitro. And even then, I got pregnant for two weeks. And then I miscarried.

And I was a so devastated, I felt like I was a failure as a woman, I was a failure as a human being because as a human, good human being, get married and have kids and da da da I had that story, right? And so I was a failure as a human being, as a wife and, you know, even as a female. So I felt nothing.

yeah I felt like, why do I live? So I was very in a deep, depressed state. And then, at that point, I went to Sedona. Where I teach, Sedona Mago, that place ah where I now teach and deliver the retreat, I went there. At that lowest point of my life. And that was the place where I completely felt this energy.

Energy of a universe, energy of me is becoming one, and I felt no ego, no worries, all of those things that held me down, completely gone, and I was connected to who I truly am. And with that, I decided the course of my life. I want to be sharing this to people are around me.

That was my commitment, not from my thoughts, but inside of me, my truest self told me, this is it. yeah And so, ever since su then, I leave this to share and to how to be in touch with the Self.

You know, in the space of life, I feel like there's so much transition happening in collective consciousness. And I feel like people becoming more curious and they want to become more spiritual, whether it's psychedelics, plant medicine, church. But how can we return back to the whole within? We have all these distractions from social media to politics.

to being enticed by what we see on TV. How do we bring everything back home where we're so distorted and distracted by just the energy and entity that's in the cosmos? I don't know because I know places like Sedona has a beautiful vortex that kind of center you within yourself when you get there. Every place is not built like that. How do we get back into as a universe, as a collective? I don't know if it's possible. What should we do to return home?

Yeah, our practice we call brain education. It is the practice or principle to take steps by the steps will take you to mastery of your brain, let's say. So first, the sensitizing. your brain, and then second, making your brain flexible, third step is a refreshing, fourth step is integrating what you are, and then fifth step is a mastery. All of those things are done by actually learning about the universal principle and then keep practicing, like ah practicing, like you know what we are doing, and then

apply it into your daily life. yeah So a lot of times, the application part becomes challenged. So that's we do like a 21-day practice, and maybe sometimes I do 100-day practice, and then keep doing 100-day practice. It becomes one year, it becomes two years, and you know so we say practice will never betray you.

Yeah. And so we have ways ah to you know guide you to that who you are. So love heals ah retreat or those people who came to our retreat for love heals film, they experience that those steps and to connect to be who you are, experience who you are. So it doesn't have to be Sedona, per se.

Inner Peace and Universal Connection

Because ah ultimately, in order to feel the peace all around, you want to feel the peacefulness inside. yeah So if you are inside of yourself, you are in hell. Even if you are in heaven, you will feel hell. In the middle of a chaos, in the middle of hardship, if you are able to be in touch and find that peace within, then you are in heaven.

And then maybe you may have seen like the picture of an enlightened person like opening mouth and then there's a universe inside like that, right? So it's like that. If you want to know about the universe, if you want to know about peace, go inside and find it. You want to know about peace.

Yeah, so this book has two sections. One part is a principle, healing process. Yeah, so it's a very simple. You can read it in maybe one day. Yeah, but something simple we may skip, right? Yeah, so healing process. And then second part is a 21-day guide. So each day, I guide them to experience certain things. Yeah, so knowledge without experience is just the thought.

But I also find that the part you're talking about, which is the second part of the book, that people fail is integration and em body, right? So I realized like, why is that so that you can have all this information, but nothing is actually manifesting in your reality. You just have in that moment, like you said that one time. Yeah, so always think of it in terms of energy. Yeah, so in the physical eyes, we see things outward, and then we may consider having more, getting more. But in reality, we are spiritual existence. So the more you feel and sense energy, then you have opportunity to shift into the spiritual nature of yourself.

So that's one that I go think in terms of energy. If you're feeling energy, you are in the present moment. Healing happens in your body, not somewhere else. Somewhere else out there. yeah Be in your body in the present moment. This is the best tool you have, this physical being. Best to thing ever.

Yeah, so connect, love, being inside, even moving through challenge. So you have everything you need, whatever you've been looking for, happiness, love, unchanging, enswaining love, all of that.
