17 - From dieting + body insecurities to Food Freedom + body confidence: 5 Mindset Shifts that changed everything

I am Dominique aka Niqui and i am a certified Holistic Life Coach as well as a Yoga teacher. Founder of The Holistic Way, i have created programs to serve her client's individual needs in order for them to achieve their deepest desires.

For years i tried to overcome binge-eating, adopt healthy and consistent habits and find more confidence in my body. I went on countless new diets, started fresh every week and thought that more willpower was the solution to my problem. If only i could exercise more, eat less and have a six pack.  Everything i did was through the lens of hating my body and needing to lose weight. For years I felt miserable in my own skin and felt guilty every time i couldn’t stop myself from eating a whole bag of chips or bar of chocolate.

In the last year, I finally understood that i was going about it the wrong way and created my method called the holistic body.

In this episode, i cover the 5 shifts that finally allowed me to be in love with my body, have body-confidence and find food freedom. I am finally at peace with my body.
