Speaker: Welcome to the CEO's Wingwoman podcast. This is a micro episode packed with quick binge-worthy insights on building a bulletproof business, an iconic brand, and magnetic leadership skills.

Speaker: No fluff, just real strategies you can use right now. Let's dive in.

Speaker: The best way to prioritize tasks in a growing business is to determine what is most important to you in a quarterly period. So one of the main things that we do inside the business is set quarterly objectives and have three to seven big objectives that we focus on every single quarter.

Speaker: And what that does is it keeps us laser focused on the things that actually matter. It is very easy to be distracted by all of the unimportant or urgent things that come across your desk. And I think your email inbox is a really good example of that. You could spend all day, every day in your inbox if you allowed yourself to.

Speaker: So narrowing down to three to seven core objectives is really helpful because it allows you to narrow your focus on the things that are going to move your business forwards. That's your power move for today.

Speaker: If today's episode resonated with you, please share this with a CEO who needs it and send me a DM on Instagram to connect at oliviajenkins.co. I'll see you in and the next episode.
