and one cat who you may have just heard walk by named Zoe. Sorella is 11 and we are currently homeschooling and Delia is 14 and she's a freshman at a very traditional college preparatory high school. So I am part-time homeschooling mama and part-time kid in traditional school mom with all the activities. We love everything

cheer, dance, circus, especially the aerial silks. We love theater and we love to be outside and have fun. We live in San Diego, so we get to do that a lot, which is very nice and fun.

I am not too big for my britches to admit that I know nothing about

parent. I know nothing about motherhood and every single day I feel like I'm making all the mistakes in the world. And if that is you, you are in the right place. If your children are babies, if they're newborns, if they're toddlers,
00:01:50
Speaker
if they're tweens or teens like mine, if you're homeschooling, if they're in school, if you work, if you stay at home, I promise you, we are going to speak to you in this show.

00:02:38

Podcast Goals and Upcoming Episodes
00:03:23
Speaker
I have an IEP advocate, homeschooling experts, therapists who can help us figure out how to not totally lose ourselves in motherhood. And then you're going to get all my motivation and wisdom too, where people know me as I was known as the get out of your funk coach for a long time. So I am big on self care. I'm big on exercise and fitness, letting go of our excuses and diving in. I am part tough love.
00:03:48
Speaker
as a coach and part cheerleader. So this is going to be a really, really fun show.
Community Support and Encouragement for Moms
00:03:55
Speaker
I love community. I love collaboration. I love creating communities of moms. And so we are going to be doing that together, hopefully helping us all just remember that this is not easy.
00:04:09
Speaker
but that we absolutely can't do it. And you have your kids for a reason. Your kids were given you as their mom for a reason. And if we could just breathe into that and remember that we're supposed to be their mom.
00:04:25
Speaker
and we're all just doing the best that we can. So we're gonna let go of mom judgment. We're gonna let go of anything anyone has said to us that's made us feel judged, because I know I've had that happen too, and we are going to be in this together. All right, please stay tuned for episode number two. Lots of tidbits coming up, coming your way. I appreciate so much of you listening. Thank you, and I will see you soon.
