Podcast Journey and Evolution

00:00:47
Speaker
It's season four. It really is. Oh my god. Isn't that insane? Four? Season four? I know. Excuse me? It's wild. like The fact that this is we're going on four years of this when... like I don't know. i never When have we started this podcast? Obviously, I'm just like, yeah, that would be cool if it continued on for a while and it's not something that we both just got tired of and was just like, I don't feel like doing this anymore because As an Aries, that's kind of like, I do this often where I will be like, I'm going to do this. And then after a couple months, I'm like, I don't really want to do this anymore. Not as a Capricorn, but as somebody with ADHD, I'm like, whoa, dopamine. Well, now I need a new dopamine. Yeah.
00:01:33
Speaker
And so like the if if I was looking at 20, because we like were really, like I know we didn't start recording until 2022, but we were planning everything in 2021 and really coming up with all of the things that we were you know wanting to do. If I could go back in time and be like just looking at us from the perspective of now like we're going into 2025,
00:01:59
Speaker
I just love it. I don't know. It's crazy to see how much it's grown. When I started these notes for this episode, because I was like, oh my gosh, this is season four, I was thinking back to when we first started. And do you remember, my notes were bullet point. I would hand write them and then put them in. I was so serious about it. And now I'm like, here I am. You're welcome.
00:02:29
Speaker
And then I also remember like, we all, and we always said too, we're going to get better at not saying like, and we still say it a hell of a lot. Here's the thing, I'm from California and it like is a, like a period, a comma. It's just, it's a pause word. We use it for everything. I don't think I could ever get like out of my system.
00:02:51
Speaker
I, and I have no excuse because I'm only from Oklahoma, not from California, but it just, it is what it is. Michael was listening to our podcast a couple of weeks ago and he was just like, you guys say like a lot.
00:03:05
Speaker
so You should hear what it sounds like before we edit out half of those likes. Half of those likes and all of the ums. Right, yeah. So I don't want to hear it. All of the ums that are tied to another word. Right. But do you remember when we first started recording and it was so awkward, we couldn't even look at each other?
00:03:26
Speaker
Because we would we would literally if we made eye contact on camera, we would burst out laughing. Yeah, it was really bad. It was really bad. So shy. It was like we were dating or something. I know. And it wasn't like this was like a new friendship. Right? We had been knowing each other.
00:03:50
Speaker
but ah But here we are. I feel like 2021 Sam and Tiffany would be so proud. We definitely would.

Manifesting in the New Year

00:03:59
Speaker
But we're not talking about old us and old seasons. No. What are we talking about today? We are talking about manifesting in the new year. Yeah. I was about to say next week's title for Nope. or Well, we are going to do that later on today, but. Yeah, and but not right now.
00:04:26
Speaker
yeah
00:04:29
Speaker
And you guys, here's the thing. We struggled writing these notes, but it came to us. It came to us eventually. So look, if you're struggling if you're struggling on manifesting or setting your intentions and your goals, just know we struggled making notes for it. So you're good.
00:04:49
Speaker
You'll get there. And if it's if, you know, yeah this is because this is releasing the first week of January. If you're listening to this on January six, I believe is when this releases and you're like, damn, I didn't even send any New Year's intentions, manifestations or whatever. Perfect time. Now you're listening to it. Do it now. Do it now. We're going to talk about um later in the episode a um what you might call it, like a way to do this. And this particular, the person that like we found that does this, I say we, Sam found that does this. They do it like so as kind of almost like an advent where you do it leading up to, and you it's like one day every day. But like, obviously, this is coming out January 6. You can do it January 6, start then you can do it January 30, it doesn't really matter.
00:05:45
Speaker
when you do it do when it's like right for you when you have the time when it works for you it'll still be good it'll still work out just a little like background um we've discussed intentions multiple times across various episodes and likely most of you already know what intentions are but just in case an intention is essentially a plan a goal or something that you aim to do setting your intention is the act of specifically and clearly communicating what you want, which means that your intentions should be clear, focused, and specific. So don't make them too vague. Clear, focused, and specific are going to get you a lot further than something with little to no direction. Setting intentions not only puts them at the forefront of our minds, where we are more likely to not only think about them, but but it makes us more likely to put into practice whatever is necessary to fulfill them.
00:06:44
Speaker
This also helps us to really clarify what we want in our goals and our manifestations. This type of practice is not anything new, and even people like outside of witchcraft set goals and intentions, especially during this time of year. And something that I feel that sets up intentions apart from goals is that intentions essentially set the tone for things. We can set daily intentions where we think about what we need or what we want to achieve for the day and set that like overlying theme for the day. And doing this will also let you prioritize your activities for the day based on your intentions. And if you are listening to this and say you're new to this whole magical stuff and
00:07:27
Speaker
You're listening to what Tiffany said and you're like, oh yeah, that's an intention. I didn't know what intention was. And you want to know more about manifesting and the basics of it. The episode that we discussed at length was it back in season one, episode 11. So if that helps you to even just look back at that episode before you begin your New Year's manifestations,
00:07:52
Speaker
Definitely check that episode out again because we go over a lot of things in that episode. But for the purposes of this episode, we really wanted to dive into setting up the year with with success and taking time to manifest what you want for the year and the different ways that you can do that and what has worked for us in the past.

New Year's Traditions and Symbolism

00:08:10
Speaker
So um when it comes to the history of setting New Year's manifestations, New Year celebrations can be traced back to the ancient Babylonians where they celebrated with feasts and returning farm equipment that was borrowed from others during the harvest season, which I think That was really cute. Hey, if it's something like maybe you have something that you've borrowed from somebody, this could be a way to kind of honor that by returning it back to the person who owns it. In Norse traditions, there were feasts celebrating the return of the sun, S-U-N, and you'll um
00:08:51
Speaker
and feasts around the winter solstice were common. So you know this is something we've discussed in our Yule episode, but this was also a continuation of that celebration with um the first of the year. And ancient Egyptian and Greek societies began the association of the new year with an infant, and a baby was seen as the symbol of the new year. So they were kind of like passed around, like a baby was chosen and they were passed around and like kissed and like kind of like a good luck, like Buddha rubbing the belly situation, but with a baby. And actually the kiss at midnight is from ancient Romans as well, which is interesting. I didn't do any more deep diving into that because that's not what this episode is about, but I just wanted to give a little tiny brief history on that. So Sam is going to talk about some correspondences, but to start this off, I wanted to give you all a little tip
00:09:43
Speaker
um Keep clear quartz rosemary and white candles on hand since you can use these as substitutes for any crystal herb and candle color. And as we always say, don't feel like you have to go out and spend a bunch of money on all the correspondences to stock your cupboard. Use what you have. And another thing that we mention all the time too is to trust your intuition here. So if your gut is telling you to use a specific crystal or herb or, you know, candle color,
00:10:13
Speaker
then use that because your own intuition is going to be an amazing guide here. And it doesn't have to be like what we say or what some book tells you or what the internet tells you. Ain't that the damn truth?

Tools for Manifestation: Crystals, Herbs, and Foods

00:10:24
Speaker
yeah So if you're looking for specific correspondences to help you in your manifestations, for this time of year, we see the colors gold, which symbolizes wealth and abundance and success.
00:10:38
Speaker
Green, which symbolizes prosperity, growth, and health. Red, which is associated with vitality, courage, and good fortune. And then you also see this in, if you travel or you have been to any Asian countries during this time of year, you'll see the little red envelopes, like you can buy them anywhere. And oftentimes, so elders or your parents would put money, and we see this a lot, and so my kids,
00:11:07
Speaker
we'll even, I don't know if it's common in Filipino culture, but we've been to like Christmas parties where like my kids will receive the money in the little red envelopes and stuff and it's for like, good luck and good fortune. And so the elders will give that to like the the kids on um New Year's, which I think is really cute. Yeah. And so like, that's something that we try to continue even though, I mean, I don't think it's technically, I don't know if it's like a Chinese tradition or because we see it here in Japan too, but yeah it's just It's just common. And then white symbolizes new beginnings, clarity, and purity. And then as far as crystals go, citrine is associated with the abundance and manifestation and positive energy with this time of year. Pyrite is associated with wealth, protection, and determination.
00:11:58
Speaker
green adventuring for luck, prosperity, and optimism, clear quartz for clarity and to amplify your intentions and any other correspondences that you use in any workings, and then Tiger's Eye for confidence and financial success.
00:12:15
Speaker
And then for herbs, and I'm sure there's many, many more that we could add to this. This is just just a few that are commonly used during this time of year. Basil for wealth, success, and harmony, cinnamon for prosperity, protection, and energy, mint for abundance and healing, bay leaf for manifestation and wishmaking, and ginger for courage.
00:12:39
Speaker
For essential oils, this would be patchouli for grounding and to attract money, bergamot for prosperity, joy, and optimism, orange for energy, creativity, and luck, and clove for protection and attracting wealth. And then for foods, this would be grapes for luck and prosperity. And so think of that Spanish tradition with the 12 grapes at midnight. And then also there's a tradition, I don't know where this comes from, but I'm sure we've seen it all on TikTok where you eat the 12 grapes under a table if you're a woman for to attract love. Rice for abundance and nourishment, beans for wealth and fertility, fish for progress and wealth, and greens for, and this would be like collards, kale, spinach, et cetera, for money and expansion. And then the deities to work with and honor during this time would be Ganesha, Hermes, Mercury, Ishtar,
00:13:36
Speaker
for tuna, anuket, and Lakshmi. So moving into some practices, it should be noted that this section is simply guidelines or a section to simply give you some ideas to get started.

Journaling and Rituals for Intentions

00:13:48
Speaker
As we've said many times over the podcast, witchcraft is a very personal practice, and setting intentions and goals is not going to be any different.
00:13:57
Speaker
So with that being said, here's some places to start if you have never practiced setting intentions or goals. So the first one is going to be journaling. We've talked about journaling several times on the podcast, but a great way to set your intentions and goals would be to spend like say 10 minutes every morning setting your intention for that day or in the evening setting your intention for the next day. But keep in mind that you can use journaling to set intentions daily, monthly, quarterly,
00:14:25
Speaker
seasonal, yearly, et cetera. If you use journaling for your intentions, keep it as a log for yourself to and like remember to like look back on your intentions and how they progress and change over time. And so one of my favorite manifestation techniques is the 12 magical knights. So I have listed a version of the 12 magical knights ritual in our newsletter. So if you're not already a Supercast subscriber, you may want to think about that in the future because you would have access to that.
00:14:54
Speaker
But the one that I listed in the newsletter is a little bit different to the version that I'm going to talk about on this episode. Any 12 magical nights, if you look up the history of it, there's a lot of history showing that it has been practiced in many different cultures during this time of year.
00:15:15
Speaker
So there are different ways that you can do it. But one of my absolute favorite ways to practice it is based off of a ritual that was made popular on TikTok by at Vanessa and her iPhone. She's a self-proclaimed wonder worker and I love her. I just love her when she comes across my feed because her voice is so soothing.
00:15:35
Speaker
she knows her shit and i love her and she's linked in our show notes of course so check her out if you want more information because she does a very and very informative walkthrough on tiktok for this but this ritual is practiced around yule so around the 20th of december if you're a pagan However, Miss Vanessa the Wonder Worker has said this a few times in her different videos for this ritual and Tiffany already mentioned it as well. You don't have to do this exactly on the 20th. You can start on Christmas Eve if you're Christian and that you know date just is best for you. You could start at the first of the year. um It really doesn't matter. You could start again on the 6th, whenever you want to do it. um It's a ritual that is done during
00:16:19
Speaker
the passing of the year so however that means to you because I've also read people starting it at the during the like zodiac new year so starting in April um or I guess March I mean technically every day is the passing of the year but Right, exactly. And we're going we're moving on to the next day. We're passing the year on. Exactly. So, however, whatever that means for you, whenever it you have this space for it, and whenever it's the most symbolic for you. But all you're going to need is a few ingredients. You're going to need a pen and paper, firstly.
00:16:55
Speaker
and what you're going to do is you're going to write down 13 wishes for the year ahead in a notebook. So 13 wishes that you want to come true in 2025. Write them down again on 13 scraps of paper so you'll have one located in a notebook that you're going to keep safe and another set that you're going to write on scrap pieces of paper. Once you're done writing each individual wish on a scrap of paper, you're going to fold each one up and put them in a jar. She also mentioned you could do this in a box. You could put it in an envelope, whatever you have on hand. It doesn't have to be a jar, but I use a jar because it's just easier. And make sure, though, whenever you are creating those wishes, you're taking time and really thinking through those wishes.
00:17:40
Speaker
And so once you have your wishes written down on the scraps of paper and you folded them up and put them in a jar, the next day, what you're going to do is you're going to take a wish from that jar. Don't read it. Just pluck one out and keep it folded up and burn it. Or you could tear it into pieces of paper and throw it away. Whatever it is that you want to do to get rid of that wish, do it. Just don't look at it. Just destroy it.
00:18:07
Speaker
And doing this is allowing you to release that wish and allow the universe or whatever deity you believe in to take care of that wish. Then you're going to pull a tarot card and write down the card in your notebook. You burn one wish a day for 12 days or you know destroy the wish, however you want to do it, and pull a tarot card each day and write the card down. So whenever I do this, is i will in the same notebook that I wrote down the 13 wishes, on another piece of paper, I will write out 1 through 12
00:18:39
Speaker
And so each day whenever I pull a tarot card, I write down that tarot card as well. And so with the tarot cards, each card that you pull corresponds with a month of the year. So the first wish that you pull that you get rid of and the first tarot card that you pull, that tarot card corresponds with January. The second tarot card you pull on the second date corresponds with February, the third with March, so on and so forth. So this tarot card is supposed to give you an idea of what you need to focus on each month of 2025. And it allows you, because you're writing them down, to reflect each month of the year on that card and kind of figure out, OK, what is it that the universe is trying to tell me about this specific month?
00:19:25
Speaker
So on the 13th day of the ritual, there's only one wish left in the jar. If you've been doing this every day, there should be only one left. The last wish left is the one you are allowed to read. So you're going to take that wish out and read it. And this is the wish you are responsible for. So you have to make this wish happen. And just keep in mind that for your 13 wishes, whenever you sit down and you're creating these wishes, they need to be wishes that you can actually handle because You won't know what that 13th wish is until you pull it out on the last day of the ritual. So you need to be sure that whatever wish is the last wish, it's something that you can fulfill because if it's something like super crazy and like doesn't make any sense, that you like something that you have no control over, like freeing Luigi, for example.
00:20:21
Speaker
Then the ritual is not going to work. It needs to be something that you can actually provide for yourself. and Also Free Luigi. but alsoigi That is the 12

Using Moon Cycles and Creating Prosperity Tools

00:20:32
Speaker
magical nights. And I know I probably described this in a way that is very confusing and I'm i'm very sorry.
00:20:39
Speaker
but Go check Vanessa out on TikTok. She's amazing. And she also, even every year, she will pull tarot cards for you instead of, if say if you don't have a tarot deck, those 12 nights, she will pull a tarot card for the collective, one you know for January and the next night for February and stuff. So really no excuses why you shouldn't do it because it is amazing.
00:21:09
Speaker
ah Another thing that you can do is work with the moon cycles. So I'm sure it comes as no surprise here, but you can set your intentions and goals based on the moon cycle, which we've covered at length, not the intentions and goals part, but the moon cycle part from episode 122 to 125. So make sure to listen to those episodes to gain a better understanding of each cycle, if this is something that interests you. But just for some examples, the new moon is great for setting intentions around new beginnings.
00:21:40
Speaker
The waxing crescent moon is a great time to take your initial steps towards goal setting. The first quarter moon is a time to take action and make decisions while putting in the effort towards achieving your goals. The waxing gibbous moon is the best time for refining and fine tuning. This is the time to make adjustments and align yourself with your intentions.
00:22:03
Speaker
The full moon is the time for self-reflection, celebrating achievements, and embracing gratitude towards like what you've already achieved. The waning gibbous is best for releasing and letting go of old patterns and habits. The last quarter moon is best for reflecting on your past cycle and for giving yourself and letting go of any like remaining burdens.
00:22:28
Speaker
And the waning crescent moon is best for surrendering to the natural flow of life, resting, and rejuvenating. I love the moon cycle. Obviously, that's just a little brief snippet. like There's a lot more you can do with that. Oh, yeah. Yeah. But we're not talking about the moon cycles this episode here. Right. It would be like a whole thing. If you're wanting more of a little DIY craft that you can touch,
00:22:54
Speaker
a little tangible thing here. You can create a money bag. Some people call this a money rattle, but you know I don't know, money rattle sounds like a baby toy. So I'm going to call it a money bag. Because it like in makes noise. You can shake it and it makes noise. Yeah. yeah yeah So what you're going to mean is a red bag because of course symbolizes prosperity and positive energy, lentils or any sort of bean because of course like beans and lentils correspond with growth and fertility and good fortune, cinnamon for good fortune and energy,
00:23:26
Speaker
money from your country, and this symbolizes wealth and security, a bell or something else that makes noise, but bell specifically because the vibration of the bell is associated with prosperity. And then what you're going to want to do is come up with a phrase or a saying that is meaningful to you and sets the intention of prosperity, or whatever that means into your life, or whatever you're trying to bring into your life. And so you'll add all of these ingredients to that red bag and then place it like behind the main door of your home as a guardian of abundance, keep it in the southeast corner of your home. And then whenever you feel like money is not flowing in the way it's supposed to or or like you're feeling stagnation and like energy and abundance or prosperity, you can go and shake that money bag um and it's supposed to bring money away. So if you're interested in money.
00:24:21
Speaker
Isn't that cute? And it's like something super easy. And most of the things you have in your home. So the only thing you might not be able to have, might not have is a red bag, but like outside. Maybe you have a white one. Right. And you can just color it. I don't know. And take a magic marker and color it red. There you go. Done. And you got like arts and crafts and a DIY tangible piece of magic. Mm hmm.
00:24:49
Speaker
Just like the moon cycles, you can work along the wheel of the year. Each sabbat has themes that you can use to work your intentions and your goals for the season. We have several episodes covering each of the sabbats, and I did not look up which ones they were because there're it's all over the place.
00:25:08
Speaker
But if you go back and listen to those, we talk about a lot of things for them. Something I would highly recommend, though, is a book called The Witch's Apothecary by Lorraine Anderson. Sam and I actually both own this book. And while I can't speak for Sam, I can say that I use the hell out of this book. Like it's one of my favorite references when it comes to seasonal preparations. And it even has a ton of great recipes and DIY items for each season.
00:25:35
Speaker
10 out of 10 recommend one of my favorite books on my shelf. Oh, yeah, she's wonderful. I love all I like I've made some of the DIY like recipe stuff in there. I use the hell out of like the correspondences and themes pages. They're like, not my book is like, well loved, well used. Yes, as it should be. It is a beautiful book. It is it is absolutely gorgeous.
00:26:03
Speaker
You could also make a prosperity or abundance jar, and this will allow you to call prosperity into your life for the year ahead. And this is linked in our show notes, but this idea, while seen everywhere, came specifically from the ritual Yule 2024 Sabbath workbook.
00:26:21
Speaker
that my friend and fellow witch, Zara, who also listens to the podcast. So when you hear this, hey girl, um she gifted to me. So thank you so much for that. But what you're going to need is a small jar with a lid and it's says in there as far as ingredients, holly for protection and good fortune, bay berry for prosperity, cinnamon sticks for warmth and success, juniper berries for health and longevity, dried peppermint leaves for clarity and vibrancy, cedar essential oil for grounding and abundance, a green candle for abundance and growth, and fir incense for renewal and protection. And clearly all of these correspondences that are listed really are only found in like the northern hemisphere. So if you are listening to this and you're like somewhere
00:27:12
Speaker
Like Australia, where it is fucking summer right now, you might not be able to find these, but whatever you want to substitute that makes sense for you, obviously do that. you know We talk about that all the time on the podcast. So to create this jar, of course, do the normal things like set up your space, cleanse it physically and energetically, and do whatever it is that you need to do to get yourself into that magical space or that ritual mindset, if you will.
00:27:40
Speaker
So if this is meditation or journaling, taking deep breaths, whatever that looks like for you, just make sure you are in a correct mind space for this. and really any of these workings that we've discussed today. Because if you are in a bad headspace, it will affect your manifestations. So take a moment to center and visualize your intentions, reflecting on the areas of your life you want to be prosperous, whether that be finances, your health, your family, your relationships, your career, whatever that is. And visualize these aspects flourishing. And as you do, begin assembling your jar with the ingredients.
00:28:17
Speaker
and There's no right way to do this. In the workbook, it basically says that you'll want to add them in whatever order feels right to you. So really just trusting your intuition. And within with each ingredient, focus on the symbolism and the purpose of that correspondent. So once the jar is full of your ingredients, you're going to want to hold the jar in your hands, close your eyes, and envision the life you're wanting to manifest for yourself.
00:28:45
Speaker
then you'll seal the lid on the jar and place it somewhere significant to you, whether that be on your altar, outside in your garden, by your front door, somewhere where you will see it often as a reminder of the abundance that is flowing into your life. And I just love it so much. like I think I'm going to do that as well this year because I just think it's it's just it's perfect. Obviously, I'll have to change the correspondence because if we don't have any of those here. but I was just looking at some of them and I'm like, I don't know where I would get Holly, yeah like just readily accessible to my purchase.
00:29:25
Speaker
so But hey, if you guys know, let us

know. If you know in Germany where to get Holly and you know where in Okinawa to get Holly, hit us up because we are interested. And then lastly, something that everybody knows about.

a vision board so this is another very tangible and clear way to visualize what you want with the help of images affirmations words whatever it is to create your desired future so Alex from Manifest Like Whoa has an entire blog on this, but one of the things they talk about is that vision boards help you to raise your vibrations. By getting you to focus on the positive instead of the negative, they help you to gain clarity on your goals and they help you to to define what you truly want.

and it serves as an anchor to keep your desires in the front of you at all times so you can create a physical one by printing out photos cutting out things from books or magazines or drawing things yourself writing things down on like a physical like poster board whatever it is that you want and then hanging it someplace where you can see it. Or you can create a digital one using software online. PowerPoint is a great app if you have Microsoft. Also, Google Docs has their own free version of PowerPoint. I think it's called like Slides or something like that. Or you can use a free website like Pinterest or the free version of Canva to help you create your vision board. I have one on PowerPoint, not PowerPoint, on Pinterest.

that I've created for this year. Pinterest basically is just the oldest vision board online. It really is. Yeah, it really is. Now they have like a whole ass. I haven't done this. I just created like a separate board that is specific for 2025.

vision board But they do have, I think, a a template or something where you can create like an actual board. I haven't played around with it because I was like, huh i I mean, I don't want to do this on my phone. I'd rather do it on a computer. but And then I just never went and did it. But yeah, so quite a few different techniques on what you could do to help you and your New Year's manifestations. So real quickly, as we end this episode, we're going to talk about what we are going to be doing.

as far as our manifestation practice goes. So definitely, obviously, the 12 magical nights and the Pinterest vision board I've already created. And then also my cool friend, Zara, the one that I mentioned earlier, she is wanting to host. Well, by the time this episode comes out, we will have already done it. But next weekend, we're going to get a girls' night together because it falls along you know with that new moon and kind of do our own like manifestation work as like ah just a group of girls and working with that energy and making it a ritual. I'm really excited about that. I'm a little jealous. Come here so we can do this together. But it's also your birthday weekend, so you're going to be having probably way more fun. I don't know what I'm doing yet.
00:32:32

I don't know. I haven't decided if I want to go out, if I want to stay in. I don't know. yeah Whatever you do, it'll be amazing. Yeah. um And then, you know, this, I feel like...

This is for our ADHD listeners out there, right? So everything that I'm going to say, you probably are going to relate here. But this is something that's super simple, but it took me years to figure this out. and But it's like completely necessary for me to remember anything because I have all these ideas that pop in my head and then they're like, they fly right out the other side like a little bird and they're gone forever. And Sam can attest to this, but I'm a list and spreadsheets kind of gal. Like most of you probably know because I've studied a million times on here, like I have ADHD. So if I don't get those thoughts like down on paper the second I have them, gone forever.
00:33:26

I have personal lists, fitness lists, business spreadsheets, and lists. I have like probably four separate lists that I've created for the podcast alone, at least. I'm always like, Sam, I put a new list on there. There's a new spreadsheet on there all the time. So it's the only way that I can function. And it's something that I wish that I would have started doing sooner in life. like This took me way too long to figure out.
00:33:53

So if you have ADHD or even you just feel like like you're really forgetful, try making lists, spreadsheets, or even just utilize the Notes app on your phone. That thing is a godsend for me because I'll be out doing things and I'll be like, oh, I need to do this. And then if I don't put it in that like Notes app, it's gone. I don't remember. And then four days later, I'm like, fuck, I didn't do this.

So just utilize what you have on you.

Managing Goals and Organization with ADHD

And then something else I also do is like if I'm working in my space, I keep a notebook out to write random things that pop into my head while I'm doing other stuff so that I can circle back to them later. And while this is like a more mundane thing that I do, it's something that's really helped me to just keep on top of my goals.
00:34:36

intentions and literally anything else I think of because a lot of times like I find I'll be working on something and then I'll think of something that I'm like oh I want to do this or oh this is a great like stepping stone or goal or you know something for something else that I'm working on but if I like literally don't put it on paper it's gone forever and then I also am doing the 12 magical nights this year but I'm gonna start it on January 1st because that's just, I don't know, that's what my gut is telling me to do, so that's what I'm doing. But like we said, like you could do it starting on the sixth, you can do it in March, it doesn't matter when you do it. But that's it.
