Struggles in Round 4 Fantasy Teams
00:00:28
Speaker
Welcome to the Pod Pod, I'm Doss here with Louis. Welcome Louis. How you going, Dossie? Yeah, pretty good mate. Well, actually my team's struggling. Very terrible way. So, it's a shocking week for me. Round 4 was not where Dossie wanted to go with his fantasy, it was a shocker.
00:00:44
Speaker
No, I think that was across the board too. Some pretty putrid scores, and I think if you had notched up in 1900 this week, you'd be pretty happy, wouldn't you? Well, I don't know. How did you go, Louis? Are you pretty happy? Did you notch up in 1900? No, I think I notched up the worst fantasy score of my career, and that was a 1774, which is...
00:01:03
Speaker
just disgusting and off the back of a few really bad efforts as well. Yeah, we'll probably speak about a few of those efforts very shortly. Yeah, definitely. Now my my ranking plummeted. I'm guessing yours might have done a similar story there. I plummeted out from 700 to 3000. So big drop. Oh, well, bounce back next week. I'm going to hopefully bounce back next week as well after my round four score of
00:01:28
Speaker
1735. That makes me feel better. But yeah, I think I had about four twenties on field, which was a beautiful, beautiful stuff. My ranking plummeted down. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. There was one real flat.
00:01:44
Speaker
There was one man that let me down completely and why don't we start
Caleb Daniel's Performance Dilemma
00:01:48
Speaker
off? We've got our nailed it failed it Should we just start with failed it? Let's talk about him. Yep failed it Caleb Daniel 20 I don't want to pile too much shit on him because he's probably copped it from the entire fantasy world this weekend But I just kept refreshing the scores was wondering what was going on a little bit of a tag Just couldn't get his hands on the ball 20 points though. My goodness
00:02:09
Speaker
Oh, absolutely disgusting. And, um, I don't have the numbers for kick-ins. Was he, was he taking kick-ins or was, were they just entirely accurate? Like, how does Caleb Daniel only manage a 20? That that's ridiculous. It's a shocker. Um, I guess we got to figure out what to do with him, which we'll talk about a bit later, but is there another failed it? I've got a secondary one, but do you have one as well? Or are we both on the same Caleb Daniel train for that one?
00:02:31
Speaker
Well, I'll just mention, yeah, like he said, Caleb Daniel looks like he may be suspended now too. So that's why we're looking at maybe offloading him. The other one's got to be Jordan to go. He doesn't it? It does. 44 as well.
00:02:45
Speaker
A lot of coaches were thinking he'd come good versus GWS. They're a little bit underdone. Collingwood a lot to prove. I mean, Jordan Dagoi's got a lot to prove after he was talked up all pre-season. Yeah. I think that's his worst score for the year so far. I guess with Dagoi though, we're kind of like...
00:03:02
Speaker
We probably expected something, you know, we weren't getting our hopes too high, but Caleb Daniel, he's just been such a stalwart for us down back. We're like, yeah, another 80 plus. That'll be fine. And a 20. That's why it hurts us a little bit more to go. We're kind of like 44 on this pretty stock standard for the to go. This this season, unfortunately, let's get positive, Louis
Successful Trades and Player Performances
00:03:19
Speaker
nailed it. Did you nail any picks this week?
00:03:21
Speaker
Well, I did and it was somebody I traded in this week and that was CJ. So, uh, Geath, I won't try and pronounce his first name. I'm not sure how, but he had the 12 marks. He's actually averaging 8.5 for the season. Unbelievable. 4.3 intercept marks. Just ridiculous, but he could not shut the 102, which was great on Daebu. Yeah, that's pretty interesting trades. I think you brought in two guys this week that were in that mid price bracket down back and both paid off, but CJ obviously going even bigger. You brought in Cumming as well.
00:03:49
Speaker
Yeah, I did. So, I'll expand on that a little bit later in the podcast. Perfect. Dossie's dilemma. But yeah, that was strategic. Nailed it. Noah Anderson going from failed it to nailed it. Yeah, good. In a week. Fantastic. 118 points, stuck with him, held the faith, sort of noted that in his 71 last week, he still was attending a stack of CBA, still was getting around the foot. He led disposals for Gold Coast, came back for me as a unique pick. He was, he's a pod on the pod pod and
00:04:18
Speaker
He nailed me 118 points. I'm very, very happy with that. Speaking of, Louis, let's get to Dossie's dilemmas. Few new stings going on in this episode, Louis. You might have noticed at home listeners, Louis hasn't been able to listen to him, but I'm sure on the listen back you'll enjoy a few of these, Louis. Now, the big dilemma for this week on Dossie's dilemma
Rookies: Cash Generation and Job Security
00:04:47
Speaker
cash generation. We're struggling, Louis. Yeah, it's tough because while we can find cash generation in some of these rookies, unfortunately, it comes to a stop a few weeks later. So, yeah, right now, I think there's some teams that are sitting there at the 14.6 to 14.7 mil mark and they're looking for a bit of cash.
00:05:08
Speaker
Yeah the rookie job security just so fragile scoring so low for the majority of guys did we maybe get a bit comfortable with the likes of having your Errol Goulden Chad Warner Braden Campbell all from Sydney there and then maybe a James Jordan and even yeah I keep forgetting this guy's name Tom Powell is who I meant Tom Powell.
00:05:28
Speaker
These guys just been dragging us along. Meanwhile, we've got all these other little cheeky options like your Cozzies, your Tracy just coming in getting a 50. I mean, that's okay. That's not too bad. But you got a Charlie Lazaro, we might thought might have been a heartbeat. He's going only getting us 20s. Dev Rob even comes in job security to look shaky. What is going on with our job with our cash generation? Are we going to be able to bank in some some of these rookies soon?
00:05:53
Speaker
Look, to answer your first question, I don't think we have gotten comfortable with Gordon Warner, Campbell Jordan. In fact, in previous years, we've actually been blessed with what rookies have been able to score. I think this is just an accumulation of basically a couple of good years with some really good rookies. And these are good rookies too.
00:06:12
Speaker
but we forget what real rookie scoring actually is. And often that's a 45 to a 55. So these guys have way outperformed what we picked them for. And we've been happy with that. But you shouldn't be comfortable with that scoring continuing forward. Like we always say, this is rookie roulette. Anytime they can dish up a 21, which you copped this week from Alexander Scott, or they can dish up a 60 like Alexander Scott did the week before. So it's really tricky.
00:06:41
Speaker
It is tricky and you've just got to hope that these red dots, do you reckon? Maybe we get blessed the other way in the next couple of weeks. We maybe get a Hymour or a Bergman, maybe greening up that dot rather than being a ready. Yeah, so this is something I'm actually doing where blokes, maybe it's going to be wrong, but blokes like Hymour, Bergman.
00:07:02
Speaker
If you're sidewaysing a rookie like a Deb Robertson, you need to go to a rookie that is going to have job security for two, three, four weeks after that, because you are just delaying the problem of generating cash. So, yeah, okay, you might have Deb Robertson this week if he plays, makes 20K, then he gets dropped, then what do you do? Basically, two weeks ago, you had an option to go to somebody else that
00:07:26
Speaker
could have still been playing. Maybe it's a Bo McCreary and essentially you've cost yourself a trade there and you haven't made as much cash as what you want. It's a baffling dossies dilemma this week on the cash generation, but I think we've covered enough there. We're going to talk about some rookies later on in this episode. Actually, right now, Louis on Show Me The Money.
Top Rookie Picks for Break-even and Security
00:07:52
Speaker
Speaking of cash, Jen, Louie, we're going to go straight into this segue of show me the money now. You're going to give us your top five rookie candidates based on break even and job security. So it's not just looking at the lowest jobs, the lowest break even on fantasy classic and just saying, OK, these guys are the guys. It's looking at their job security. And maybe we're also ignoring. So if you don't have, I guess, a golden or a warner,
00:08:16
Speaker
I mean are you even going there now Louis for starters that's the first question but these are the guys we're ignoring you know if you've missed out on a warner and you want to go get him you still got a great break even. Yeah so I'm avoiding blokes that are priced over three hundred K so that in that even includes like a heath Chapman because at their price point now yes they are rookies in their first year players but you can't pay up three hundred K for a bloke who can dish up a forty.
00:08:39
Speaker
Alright, well that's the explanation. Maybe that's what we go from now on in Show Me The Money. It's guys under 300K. Alright, we'll take it away in your top five rookies in Show Me The Money.
00:08:50
Speaker
So first of all, I got Lockie Jones and he was someone who was really pumped up in the pre-season, obviously, place for Port, bit of a lockdown slash half back and had the 17 touches and six marks and just looked incredible, didn't he? Absolutely. And you were big on him in the pre-season. You kept talking him up a fair bit to us off the pod as well and very exciting to boo. You were there at the game and a lot to like from Lockie Jones.
00:09:16
Speaker
Yeah, he moves well, he spreads well, and he just wants the footy in his hands. And he only laid zero tackles on the weekend. And this is a bloke who loves to get a hug. He laid a couple of big hip and shoulders. Yeah, he did. How can you not have a mullet like that in your team? But overall, Lockie Jones does have job security. I said that when he was named, that he would get an extended run at it. And I think that performance just solidified his spot for at least the next four weeks. Now, is this any order in particular, or are these just five of your favorites?
00:09:45
Speaker
No, I always just blanket five rookies and then the listeners can choose based on which position rookie they sort of need. So it's not a, it's not a list one to five. It's just five rookies that I think are really worth jumping on. I like that. Well, who's your second guy to look out here in the show me the money.
00:10:01
Speaker
Yeah so a bit left field here, his teammate Miles Bergman. So eyebrows might be going up. Red Dot the last couple of weeks. Red Dot the last couple of weeks, but I would be trading him in if he's named or if you've already got him, fantastic. But he's got the minus five break even and that's something you don't get from rookies straight off the bat. So if you're going to pick a guy who's making his debut this weekend, maybe it's Finlay McCray.
00:10:25
Speaker
his break-even is going to be about 35, whereas Bergman, as soon as he steps on the ground, he's going to go up in cash. Had a quite game in the sandfall, but I expect with Dursmer and Butters' omissions that he'll come in and play that sort of half-back, maybe even pushing up to the wing.
00:10:40
Speaker
Yeah, and still only 227K, so in that bracket, it's still going to be out if you're downgrading from someone else, still going to make you a heap of coin. I mean, still probably owned by a lot of people, but if you have jumped off, maybe jump back on if he does get that green dot. I like that one, Louis. Who's your third? Third up, I've got Alec Waterman. Obviously, he's a mature agent for the Bombers. He's kicked four goals in the last two weeks, so
00:11:02
Speaker
Playing as a forward that's all that they can really ask him to do so I think his job security is good Yeah, the fact that he's a mature-ager generally. We see their fantasy output. It's just a little bit higher Yeah, he's done enough and and Essendon is competing as well They've competed two weeks and we're getting a big win over the Saints and then backing it up with a very handy close game against Sydney nearly getting the chocolates there So you'd expect that wouldn't want to change too much after having a couple of successful weeks Who's your next one in your fourth in line?
Targeting Premium Ruckman Options
00:11:31
Speaker
So, I think he only scored about a 60. It was 184K forward coming into the game. Eight tackles inside 50. That is just gold for any AFL club. So, I think with that performance, he solidified his spot in the team for the next probably four to five weeks.
00:11:48
Speaker
Yep. Especially with no Elliott and obviously no Stevenson in that side. So he's one I'd be pretty keen on. I think he's probably someone who averages about 45 to 50. Yep. But at his break even that's more than enough. That's juicy. And the job security is worth it. And even, you know, I mean for long suffering Jordan de Goey owners, maybe the Taylor Adams injury opens him up to go in there and you bow McCreary's spot is even safer up forward. You'd hope anyway. So that's just another
00:12:16
Speaker
little tick there. Hopefully he retains that spot and could be a nice little cash cow for you. Who's your fifth in show me the money. Um, finally, and I think this could be the most important rookie for a lot of coaches this week. And that's because of his DPP status. It's Josh Tracy. Yeah. So he scored the 60. He's an aggressive key forward. He tackles, he pushed up the ground, looked good. He looked really good actually. Didn't kick a goal. So there's a little bit of upside on his scoring there, but yeah, 56 without a goal. That's pretty good.
00:12:43
Speaker
The fact that he's got DPP status for the Ruck, where a lot of coaches have realized, oh shit, Paul Hunter's not coming back. Meeks probably not coming back. Flynn may not even be back. So if you can have a guy that you can fling, swing, what am I trying to say? If you can flip him into R3, then that's perfect. And it gives you a bit of cover. Cause we saw this week, coaches that didn't have a third rookie Ruckman, basically cop the donor or they cop Meeks 27, which isn't much better.
00:13:13
Speaker
Not much better. And yet I'm a hundred percent with you there, especially, I mean, if mate goes out as well, we don't know if he is or not, isn't, you know, hopefully, um, for owners that are rocking mate. Yeah, I think he will. I mean, he's pretty poor performance and maybe Tracy, Tracy even gets a few more, um, Rocky. Yeah. So he might, he might chop out in there as well. A little bit.
00:13:34
Speaker
Anyway, I like your top five there Louie getting on to it's time to target So each of us just based on fixture break even top six, whatever we want. Who's it time to target? I'll go first I'm just gonna say about put a blanket over a few here and just say I need a big dog in the rock and it's just pointing out what you just said there people with rookie rock setups or going with one rook in the rock and
00:14:00
Speaker
I've got the two for myself and I need a big dog in the ruck now. We've seen them just dominate the last couple of weeks and it's really hemorrhaging my overall rank and my score just not having someone in there. We've got Mummy performing. He performed on the weekend. I did not see that coming at all. He was good.
00:14:15
Speaker
And that means Flynn owners are very nervous after that. If he does come back in, does he just chop out? You know, I want to fix at least I want to fix one ASAP just so that I have that flexibility of being able to dump this other one if they fail as well. So I'm looking at.
00:14:31
Speaker
You know, we've got a few options now. If you can get a Grundy or Gorn, obviously those two are the big dogs there. But maybe he's a Riley O'Brien. Is he coming back into calculations after a couple of solid weeks? Yeah, he could be. He looked pretty good, actually. A lot better this way. Yeah, I would just hold off. We did see his first two or three weeks basically and took advantage of no wits. So he's not someone I'd be going out and jumping on unless you unless you need to with your structure. But he's not a bad one to sort of
00:15:00
Speaker
as a stepping stone, but he's clearly not going to be a top two ruckman. It's probably worth noting as well, they had to late change and brought in Tom Campbell and they ended up, Noble ended up chucking Campbell into the ruck for a fair bit of that game and put Goldie forward to try and get some scoreboard pressure on. So, I mean, he probably did have a pretty cushy matchup in the ruck for a bit of that game as well. How bad is Tom Campbell at football?
00:15:20
Speaker
Yeah, not great. He tries hard, though. Occasionally, there's just a player that pops up and you go, geez. Nine years on a list. Anyway, let's go. All right. Who's the time to target for you, Louis? For me, it's just discounted premiums. So whether that's a Treloar, a Gaff, a Neil, all these blokes are priced at what they're going to reproduce for the rest of the year. You've saved upwards of 100K by not starting them. Jump on them now, and rookies with job security.
00:15:48
Speaker
I like it. And you pointed out to me pre-pod as well. Locky knew it's 738K right now. I haven't heard him spoken about too much. No one's speaking about him. So you got Trelore at 720K. Great option. Has obviously gone at almost a 120 average the last two weeks. But they're still the question marks of that dog's midfield. It's going to be there all year. Yeah. They're going to rotate. They're going to chop and change. Consider Trelore's body as well. It's not always been
00:16:14
Speaker
uh 22 games 23 games a season so yeah i'd be looking at new the 18k more 100 i enjoy that yeah because i mean we know he's at least the number one center bounce attendee there he's not going to move out he's the number one guy the only issue is he's getting tagged because he's too damaging or you know gets too much of the footy so i think that's a pretty good sign there
00:16:34
Speaker
Yeah, that's the other thing where he could actually get tagged so you have to flag that but no I really like it and who's to say that you'll all want to get tagged too by the way Yeah,
Should You Stick with Caleb Daniel?
00:16:44
Speaker
absolutely. It's time to sell. Louie you go first for this one. Who's it time to sell?
00:16:48
Speaker
For me it's Meek, so we touched him before but he had 52% time on ground with Tracy, Tabana, Darcy on the side. Too many tools in there. Lob comes back in two weeks, so the writing's on the wall. Lloyd Meek for me, I don't think he'll play this week, so 250k, you can squeeze a little bit of cash out of him, time to offload and Hunter for the same reasons. Marshall's fitting out and Ryder's returning.
00:17:12
Speaker
Yep, and we're sort of ignoring the obvious injury trades. If you've got injury trades to do, obviously these ones go first like your butters at the moment for me. Unfortunately, another one going down for Doss. He was absolutely dominating too. He was so good in that first quarter. He was playing inside mid to start the game and he was on track for 1.50 before doing the ankle, unfortunate for me.
00:17:31
Speaker
Me, but moving on, it's time to sell and we've got a differing opinion, so our next segment is stay strong with, but I've got first in its time to sell, Caleb Daniel. Now, you can go either way with this, and I think you will be in stay strong with Caleb Daniel, but I'm going, it's time to sell. I understand he's got a nice draw coming up. He's still got that monster 140 break even, so.
00:17:56
Speaker
If he does look like he's a top six when he comes back, you can always bring him back in a little bit cheaper. And it's probably, I know it's a wasted trade, but it's not the end of the world. So I'm just going to take the L on Caleb Daniel. I don't believe now he is a top six. I think maybe too many mouths to feed. We've seen Bailey Dale come into that back line and actually have a reasonable impact. Bailey Williams is playing really well and just too much pill for the midfielders. You know, guys coming back there like Bailey Smith getting some marks, McRae moving back, Trelore.
00:18:24
Speaker
Yeah, I think especially with the suspension that we expect is coming, we are recording on a Monday night, so that's not confirmed yet, but we're expecting him to get a suspension with dangerous tackle. I think it just makes it easy to get rid of him, but we'll move on to stay strong with, and you've got Caleb Daniel as your stay strong with. Yeah, so those were great points, Dossie, and I think depending on what your team looks like,
00:18:47
Speaker
And probably who you can get to. If the money gets you so much more than trading out like a degoi.
00:18:55
Speaker
I just, that's where I'm at. Sort of, if I want to get to a Gorn or a Grundy, I just don't see the point in trying to go to someone that's not as good and trying to get out of the goy and just hurting yourself again with another trade. And for the same reason, you wouldn't go like a Caleb Daniel to Sam Doherty because, you know, at the end of the year, they're going to be there abouts the same player. So I think if you are going to trade him out, you probably have to go up. Maybe Lloyd's the one you go to, but I'm saying hold Caleb Daniel. Yeah.
00:19:22
Speaker
He was started in teams because he was thought to be a top six defender or thereabouts. He's lost one week through suspension, assumedly. But, you know, I've seen this argument that he's going to lose cash. You know, I can dump him now and make a bit of cash. You've really lost the cash. You already lost 60K. So you're locking that in, trading him out, going down. Who's to say you're going to make cash out of that? Always hear, oh, you're going to, you know, he's going to drop 200K in the next four weeks. Well, he's not if you don't trade him. He's going to be in your team.
00:19:52
Speaker
Yes, you can generate that cash and use it elsewhere, all that sort of stuff, but we need to finish our teams by around 18, 9 and 20 so that we can be competing, hopefully for a hat at the end of the year. So I think, Caleb, Daniel, you hold, it sucks. You don't have cover, which a lot of coaches might not with Cozy and Highmore.
00:20:08
Speaker
Oh yeah, absolutely. Maybe you have to look at trading. Unless you brought in a Chrissie Burgess last week. Or a Chrissie Burgess. I'd probably cop the Chris Burgess over trading, Carlo Daniel. I think there's more pressing issues, especially with all the rookie carnage and blokes like Dow and Jordan Dago and Jordan Clark just sucking.
00:20:25
Speaker
Fair enough. And I mean, speaking of, if he misses Gold Coast this week, for instance, Caleb Daniel, he's still got GWS, Richmond, Richmond, which is huge. And then Carlton, that's his next three, Port Saints, Melbourne Freo. That's a pretty nice run before the buy. So you might end up making that cash back. I'm sort of just, maybe it's just too early in the week and it's a bit of a rage trade for me, but Caleb Daniel at the moment, sitting out with my team, you're staying strong. I'll just ask you quickly.
00:20:52
Speaker
If Caleb Daniels scored 95 or 100 on the weekend and does cop that suspension, would you trade him? No. No. Think about that one. Food for thought. Food for thought with Louis there. All right. Our next segment is on my radar. Colonel, you better take a look at this radar. What is it, son? I don't know, sir, but it looks like a giant.
00:21:17
Speaker
Now, Louis, I've got to be excited there before saying my own Stay Strong With quickly just due to that new amazing
Josh Kelly's Price Drop and Potential
00:21:23
Speaker
sting we've got there. But Geordie Clark is my Stay Strong With surprisingly now. Does this surprise you at all?
00:21:29
Speaker
No, not really. North Melbourne this week, the roll change up forward really kind of, I think you can give him one more week. If you are desperate to make a trade that, you know, and you're like, see Jordy Clark sitting there and it makes you a little bit sick to your stomach, I think it'll be right for one week if he gets named, that is. But he looked a lot more comfortable up forward.
00:21:47
Speaker
So I don't mind holding on to him for one more week. On my radar, Louis, a player we are monitoring closely but not ready to pounce on just yet. So their price is kind of on the way down. They haven't showed enough yet to warrant maybe coming into our teams.
00:22:03
Speaker
I got Josh Kelly on this one, so $724,000 and plummeting there, strangely still playing forward. I think screenshots emerged from the Fox coverage showing Josh Kelly with the forward group, which was just astounding from our mate Leon Cameron there. So super cheap for his potential, but if he gets forward status as well, I mean, are we interested? But unless he moves into the midfield, not really at this scoring pace.
00:22:28
Speaker
No, well, with what Josh Kelly has been able to produce so far, you wouldn't touch him. I mean, he's scoring 70s, but he's kicking two goals a week and his last four goals, I can tell you, have been absolute gimmes. He did not earn them at all. So, yeah, Josh Kelly, it's really strange. He actually tagged on the weekend. He was tagging Jack Crisp
00:22:49
Speaker
I don't know what's going on. He's someone to monitor. He's massively on the radar, but he's not going to be if he continues to play like this. He's not going to get forward status either. Perfect for this segment. We're not going to get it. Just throwing him around too much. Yeah, I think there's just a bit too many positions he's been in, but hey, if he can become a forward, fantastic, but would you pick him?
00:23:12
Speaker
Well, unless he gets in that midfield, I don't know. I don't think so at this stage. Especially, like, you know, Callum Ward was the one that got the CBA bump, I reckon. So, I mean, is he an option of 200k cheaper? Even same-year-old Halloran was in the guts at times. I don't know what's going on. I'm sick of speaking about Leon Cameron. Yeah, me too. Who's on your radar then, a player maybe you're looking at in a couple of weeks? So obviously Neil has to be on the radar. Like I said before, Treloar, Gaff, these discounted premiums.
00:23:40
Speaker
The main one for me is Gawn, I think. If you can get to Gawn without ruining your team, then he's someone that I'd be wanting to get into my side in the next few weeks. I like it. I've got one more, a cheeky extra one for the listeners this week. What do you think of Connor Rosie in a few weeks time? Okay. So I'm not talking about this week, of course, this is on my radar. So just, just keeping an eye on him. 477,000 and dropping. Injury interrupted pre-season followed by this week, you're at the game. You saw him limping around with a Corky.
00:24:09
Speaker
I spoke with Heff on the keep a leg pod this week as well. Seemed like he was running just fine going forward, but when it was defensive running, the limp came out. It was very profuse limping going the other way. But is he an option sub? He might be sub 400 or low 400s in a couple of weeks. If we see signs of life, do you reckon it's good to jump on that sort of a price, Conor Rosie? Absolutely.
00:24:32
Speaker
Yeah, I thought at 518, he was still of value. So that was when he returned and played his first game the other week. I love Conor Rosie. I think he's got a bit of fantasy game about him. And now that we've seen Butters and Dursmer out, well, geez, if he's fit, then he's going to push out the ground. So, yeah, I love Conor Rosie. And if you can pick him up for low 400Ks, what a steal. Absolutely. Keep an eye on him on the radar now, our new segment. This is a brand new segment. It's called the Temp Der Trap.
Is Locky Ash a Tempting Pick or Trap?
00:25:04
Speaker
Alright, Louie, I've got a few names and your job here is to say if you're tempted by the pick or if it's a trap, it's the Tempta Trap. Now, the first name on the list, Locky Ash, 516,091 and 122 in his last two games, 21 break even. Tempted or is that a trap?
00:25:24
Speaker
I think it's a trap at his price now. I really like Locky Ash and didn't get off to the greatest first two weeks but last two weeks have been fantastic. There's other blokes in that backline that are also scoring well so whether or not that's just a reflection of GWS's game style I'm not sure. I just think it's a bit of a trap
00:25:45
Speaker
when you consider what options are priced around him. Fair enough, and maybe even Locky Whitfield, he's still a month away or something. He might get a month of good scores, but it might end up just being a trade in a month's time that you just aren't able to do like we've seen with our Geordie Clark's of the world. For all we know, Locky Whitfield will come in and play fullback based on what Leon Cameron's done this season, so I wouldn't worry about it. All right, our next option, $15,000 cheaper here, Changkuth,
00:26:09
Speaker
Jiaf, now you've got him in your team, Louis. CJ, 96 average in his last three with an 18 break even. Tempt or trapped? So he's someone who traditionally I probably would say trapped, but he's averaging 8.5 marks a game, 4.3 intercepts. He's getting around the footy and does he drop some information before the podcast?
00:26:34
Speaker
Observable Thirst. He possesses the unwritten rule there of Observable Thirst. We saw him waving his arms late in the game for a cheeky plus six when the game was pretty much done and dusted there, Louis, and got incredibly angry when he didn't get used. Now that's what you want to say. That's what you got to love. The arms were waving around very, very harshly, I would say, for his teammate. And I think he even might have copped a spray from his teammate when he didn't get the ball, CJ.
00:27:01
Speaker
very much like him. Are you a big fan? You reckon you're tempted there?
00:27:05
Speaker
I'm tempted, yeah, I think, ride that price rise at 18 break even. Like at Aaron Hall, 546,000. He's got a 77.7 average. So he's a little bit more expensive than these guys, but he's available as a forward. And his average is affected because he had his first game. He was the sub. He had 5% time on ground for 11 fantasy points. In two full games that he's played, he's had 111 average. He's just going around.
00:27:33
Speaker
doing what he wants, playing a bit of backline, getting those chip marks with Jack Zabel there. What do you reckon on Aaron Hall?
00:27:41
Speaker
I think he's tempting, but I think he's a trap. You know what I mean? Like Aaron Hall hasn't been the most reliable fantasy scorer in previous years. And he has been one of those guys that can average 120 for four weeks, but then he drops off and he averages 70. What's the price at 550K? Around that 546. Yeah. So you're paying basically for an 80 average.
00:28:06
Speaker
I would say it's a trap because his break even is only 48. If that was closer to 20, jump and use that price rise. But right now it's, I think you're picking a worse Taylor Walker last week.
00:28:21
Speaker
Do you just, if you're, if you're way down the ranks, though, is he a guy you'd jump on just a bit of fun, see where you go? His ceiling is probably higher than those other two. He'll be a fun pick. So, do you know what, Dos? I don't mind it. You know, he's one of those make or break plays. He's a temp and a trap. He's the double. He's the double. That's it. He could go either way. So probably not, I mean, he's not as great as what Tex has been so far, but a little bit like Tex where everything tells you no, but everything is indicating yes.
00:28:50
Speaker
Let's go temp, let's go temp. Michael Hartley 390,095 points in his first game on the weekend for the Hawks. Pretty low break even, but you know, what do you reckon on Michael Hartley? Oh, I forgot he was even on a list. So yeah, I'll wait a week and watch that roll. But I don't think he's an option. Lots of defenders scored pretty well against Freya on the weekend as well for Hawks.
00:29:14
Speaker
Yeah, that's a tough one, but 95, very nice return, maybe in your draft legs, but a trap, possibly in fantasy classic. Riley O'Brien, 681,000, we spoke about him earlier in the show, 135 versus North. Is he back? He's cheap compared to those top-end rucks in Gorn and Grundy, and we know how we finished last year as well.
00:29:37
Speaker
I'm going to say that he is a temp. If it suits your structure, because I think he's the next best after max and Grundy to get into your team. And I wouldn't be messing around with your Nancafuses and all that mid price garbage. Cause you're just going to have to use a trade again. So he's a temp in that respect, but, um, he's a trap in that. And the listeners know this. We just don't think Rob's very good.
00:30:08
Speaker
Not that he's not good, he just doesn't look good. He just looked, to me, you know, the eye test, he looked a lot better this week. And I know, like we mentioned, the Tom Campbell stuff, but he just to me looked a lot more informed this week. He was moving forward, up forward. He took a big clunk up forward. It was only one mark and one goal, but he just, he looked more involved this week. Gold is giving up schools this year though, isn't he? Yeah.
00:30:31
Speaker
So, I don't know. I read into the fact that Riley O'Brien's bashed up on two bad rucks in Campbell and the week before, but yeah, I don't know. It's a tricky one, Dawson. I reckon you just roll with your gut on this one. It's a trap. Yeah, that's it. Trap for Louis, I reckon. Yeah, yeah. He's always a trap. All right. Tempt or trap with Tex Walker, even now at $626,000. He's averaging $115,000.
00:31:00
Speaker
Could you still go though or is at this price? Is he now gone from temp to trap? Get over it. If you miss Tex, you've missed him now. 626k is ridiculous. Last week, I know we told the listeners not to trade him in, but if you did...
00:31:16
Speaker
That was the last week. Now he's at a 29 break even. That changes the landscape entirely. The last few weeks he's been minus nine, minus six, minus four break even. He's been making 68 to 100K, you know, that sort of range. Now at 29, yes, he's going to make some good cash again this week, provided he scores well, but he goes again at 90. That break even again comes up to 50. You're only squeezing probably 70K out of text and you've missed out on what, 200, 250. So,
00:31:45
Speaker
Trap. Our final one for Tempt or Trap. Tempt the Tempt a Trap, as I like to call it. Chad Wingard, 670,108 from his two games, spending bulk time in the midfield. Huge on the CBA's last week. Check out the CBA article on keepaleagpod.com.au this week to check if that's remained the same. I'm assuming it has. He's just playing a lot of midfield. Is he in top six forward calculation? Tempt a or trap?
00:32:13
Speaker
Tempt he's always in top six forward calculations depending on the time of year and he was someone who I actually played around with bringing in last week just based on that massive CBA jump and yeah there was no reason why I could tell that happened it was just okay you're a midfielder now so
00:32:30
Speaker
Yeah, I'm a massive temp on Chad Wingard. He's got a lot of fantasy about him, even when he plays as a forward. I like it, Louis. Now, I don't have a sting for this one yet, Louis, but we might work on that.
Fixture-based Player Suggestions
00:32:40
Speaker
It's your segment. Lou looks ahead. So this is an option based on the upcoming fixture alone that we should be considering to bring in our side this week.
00:32:50
Speaker
Yeah, so last week we said Titch. Yep. Titch dished up the 120, and I think I read out what his fixture was moving forward. So it's still Titch. Titch is still one of the guys that looking ahead is who you want to get into your team. But I'm going to go really left field here, Dossie, and somebody I'm actually really passionate about this week, someone that will probably enter my side, someone who is in my team right now. OK, fire out. Still side bottom. Sidey.
00:33:20
Speaker
I know, it's not a dangerous pick because we know what's still Side Bottom can average. It's 100 plus. I've seen Taylor Adams go down. There's no flaw. Side Bottom's going to be in that guts 108 on the weekend. But what I really like about Side Bottom is his kick-mark game style. And he was someone I actually started with last year because of that and turned out to be a ripping pick.
00:33:43
Speaker
And he rewarded me. I think he went it. I think he was the highest averaging player across the first couple of weeks in fantasy. So, but I'm looking ahead. So look at side bottom. He's got West Coast, Essendon, Sons, North, Sydney, Port, Katz, Adelaide, Melbourne, and then the bind round 14, which is actually quite handy. You get a few more weeks out of him. Yeah. And there's only one opponent. He doesn't average over a hundred against Sydney. So that was my next point. His average score.
00:34:11
Speaker
across his career scores against these teams all added together, his average career score.
00:34:19
Speaker
against all of those teams, he averages 104. Are you kidding me? That's ridiculous. I don't know if it's just an absolute gold vein of a fixture, but geez, there's a lot of things lining up for Saudi this week, isn't there? That's an amazing, amazing pick, Louis. I like that one there. And it probably leads into our next segment as well, because
00:34:44
Speaker
he's owned by nine percent so that's that's nearly a pod i mean that is a pod really it's under 10 owned but we go under five percent owned for our point of difference here and it is the pod pod pod the point of difference podcast
00:35:00
Speaker
point of difference. I'm glad you explained that. Thank you. And I've gone this week with Brad Crouch at $697,000. So, a little bit cheaper than than Sidie. Not available as a Ford, of course. So, I'm on love. Louis, we're gonna have to get your sting next week for your segment because that was a ripping segment, I gotta say. Brad Crouch, 1% ownership.
00:35:19
Speaker
Just his second game for the Saints got 125 against the Eagles, increased his time on ground slightly, building back into fitness, got just dominated with his tackling pressure whilst racking up. That's a bit of a pod, pod, pod there, Louis. Definitely. Top eight midfielder when he's in form. And I think what we saw last week was that he was just finding his feet, obviously first game into the season, round three or four or whatever it was. So eventually he
00:35:47
Speaker
Come good and that was this week. Absolutely. You've got just a few cheeky names here as well on the top end of the premium scale. I think just a couple of. Yeah. I just thought I'd throw in a couple of extras. So Christian Petrarca has picked up where he left off last year. He's a tricky player to actually pick in fantasy because
00:36:04
Speaker
He's one of those impact guys that we talk about like you Dustin Martins and for him to play a good football game doesn't always actually reflect a good fantasy game. So, but what he's been able to do so far and it looks like Oliver's attracted the tag more than Petrarchus so far. So that's a nice little pod there. Mitch Duncan.
00:36:23
Speaker
We know what Mitch Duncan can do. I think he's been in every coach's team every year at various stages. That is up until he gets injured, of course. So be cautious about that one. He and Lockie Whitfield have just been the two guys that have that huge ceiling with their mark kick game. And I thought for one, Duncan would be one of the guys that benefits hugely from these new rules. A great kick and gets those uncontested marks. Inside, outside. Inside, outside. Loves a mark. Just like Saudi. Oh yeah. Side bottom.
00:36:51
Speaker
We'll get on to our listener questions. And if you want to get your questions in to the podcast, you can follow us at Pod Pod AFL
Listener Questions on Trading Strategies
00:37:01
Speaker
on Twitter. And we'll go through the questions we got now, Louie. And this one's from Tom DT lads been shuffling rookies around the last couple of weeks. I think it's time to go on to Goey and Jordan Clark to Ridley and Tracy.
00:37:14
Speaker
Tracy Tracy Tracy yep leaves 100 K to get to kneel next week from a couple of rookies thoughts Louie So it's Clark and to go out Yep to Ridley and Tracy this week to get to kneel from a couple of rookies next week
00:37:30
Speaker
So you're playing an extra rookie on the field, I assume. I like the moves. I'll just say that often we look into the future and plan a trade. And just like Caleb Daniel, just like probably Jordan Clark, sorry, Jordan Dagoi in previous weeks, we can't actually get them out of our team. So I've had seven false trades out of eight. So it sounds good in theory. And if it works, then yeah, that sounds pretty good to me, but just be wary that
00:37:59
Speaker
Fantasy isn't perfect.
00:38:01
Speaker
I like that. This one from Matt Motrum. Thoughts on Jaff as a serious option. Do we trade helmet out after dishing up Daniel's donuts? And by the way, we've got news whilst recording that Daniel has accepted that one week suspension. So he is a potential trade. Obviously, Louis has laid out his case at the start of the podcast. You can still hold with that one week. But Matt says, do you think we can start Jones mullet on field for a bench or a bench option? Cheers, guys.
00:38:31
Speaker
Absolutely, you can put him on field. Yeah, we saw that it's rookie roulette, James Jordan dished up something like a 30 on the weekend and he's been going at 70 plus. So it sucks when you lose, it's great when you win, but I think Lockie Jones is someone that can sort of average what he performed at on the weekend, which is about 60.
00:38:49
Speaker
Yep, and the thoughts on Jath as a serious option, we've sort of gone through that, would you reckon? Serious mid-priced option, yes. Yes. Crafty McBeer face with no spare cash, how can we fix up our bench rookies? Downgrade a mid or underperforming player to get a cosy slash high more up to Chapman, or downgrade a not quite ripened bench rookie to get the cash.
00:39:12
Speaker
I probably lean towards trading the slightly fattened cash cow just because I don't like paying up for rookies from a rookie. I mean, you're not really getting much more upside. It's just a rookie to another rookie. And like we say, that scoring is entirely volatile. Jack James trading Daniel to finally get an R1. Gorn, Grundy or O'Brien. I'm in the same situation. I'm going Gorn. Louis, your thoughts?
00:39:40
Speaker
Yeah. So that is probably the scenario where you do trade Daniel, I think. And, uh, yeah, for me, I'm going to Grundy. Grundy. Yep. All right. Yeah. He had a, he had a bit of a quieter game on the weekend, but still managed 93. I was looking at it and I was like, Oh, do I finally not get hurt by a Grundy score here? And he was on, you know, he was getting towed up by mummy somehow. Then push his way to a 93, a respectable 93.
00:40:04
Speaker
The reason I say Grundy is just because we've seen a 150 from him. Obviously, I think Gorn went at 135. We know he's got that ceiling too, but for me, throw a blanket over both of them. I'm just going to pick the one who's who was better or who's been better at fantasy. I don't mind it. I'm still going Gorn. Louis is going Grundy. Do you save cash? Going to... It's only a slight difference now. Oh, it's very slight? It's very slight. Yeah, flip coin. I'm just going the one with the better. Out of those three though, you don't pick Rob.
00:40:32
Speaker
No, no, I'm going the one with the better in the better team this year. Yeah. Just because I think that's the less volatile situation, as we've seen with scoring teams that are getting on top of just sharing the love so much. And I think Melbourne's just going to be a way better team to call in with this. Something that's just occurred to me is, um, last year when Max Gorn was scoring well, he was back behind the ball. Stephen May is going to be missing next week. So that's something to consider. He's missing a few weeks. I think that was nasty. Look terrible.
00:41:00
Speaker
Absolutely. Locky Mounts. I have Caleb Daniel, Zach Butters, as well as three red dots in Cozy Bergman and Sharp. Oh no. Join the club, mate. I've got the exact same problems. I just don't have Sharp. I have another different red dot than you. You had Sharp. I did have him. Hard to trade him out and in and out. Anyway, let's not talk about that. Still managed to score 1900 last week. What are you complaining about, Locky? Am I silly holding Daniel to fix the other red dots? No. No, I don't think so. I would hold Daniel and fix up those red dots. Good excuse to do it, actually.
00:41:30
Speaker
I think my team's just that rancid that I'm just going to try and cash in on Daniel. I don't mind holding him as well. Even though I said sell myself, I think it is just dependent on who you're going to. My situation as a dual rookie ruck man, I sort of need that. I want to fill that hole. I think that's getting to a disastrous point. Whereas people that are in your situation, they're lucky. I reckon you're very fine holding Daniel as Louis laid out the case.
00:41:55
Speaker
Craig, should I trade in Locky Jones as my D6 if it means I can get to goy to a fallen primo like Neil Bradcrouch or Nick Cox and a mid-pricer like Walker, Keys or Green? No, I go the I love that trade. I'd go the premium. Definitely. All right. The fallen premium. Fallen premium. Yeah. And Locky Jones at D6. That's a great trade. Marley, Treloar looks a great option. You guys reckon? Question mark.
00:42:22
Speaker
Yes, so Treloar is historically a great option. He's 110 guys, got ceiling, probably doesn't have the highest kick to handball ratio, but hits the scoreboard, he's damaging. There's a lot to like about Treloar and he was fantastic in Collingwood's system because they played a kick mark game style. He's now at the dogs where we saw two games he was eased in, didn't score well. Now he's hit the ground running, he's scored well the last two weeks.
00:42:48
Speaker
mentioned it earlier in the podcast. So sorry, I'll just preface this by saying, yes, picked Adam Treloar. Great pick. I think he'll average 105 plus. But like I said earlier, that dog's midfield is going to be a question mark week after week after week after week because they've got so many midfielders and they may not even have to call on Treloar. So he might be stuck on a wing because, well, hey, Bont, Libba and Josh Dunk, they're getting it done instead. So it's just something to consider. But I like him.
00:43:18
Speaker
Ninja spoon keep high more or bent on the bench or abandon Well the good thing ninja spoon this week is we've got the saint killed a game on the Thursday night So we'll be able to abandon him if he's got a red dot on that Thursday night We'll know his name first out of any of the rooks We'll be able to figure that out that one out early Louie and and we'll be able to abandon if he is a red dot If you've got no other issues that are potential red dots later in the lockout I'm hating this wrong lockout by the way. Well this rolling team. Sorry
00:43:47
Speaker
It's atrocious. Bjorn Heveroy had to field Burgess, Chrissie Burgess, out of necessity last week. 51 wasn't too bad. But need a better option at day six. Cozy to Cox or Lockie Jones. So we haven't talked about Nick Cox, the Essen rookie. I think he was a bit, you know, in our
00:44:08
Speaker
In our money segment, Show Me The Money, he was over the $300K, I reckon, or was he...? Yeah, yeah, so he's $350K. You're paying up a lot of money for a bloke who's played four games of football, two of which have been worth anything fantasy-wise.
00:44:24
Speaker
I wouldn't go Cox, what was the other option? Locky Jones, your boy. Locky Jones, so I'd probably like a sounding board here, but yeah, Locky Jones is a good option this week. Alright, he's got a couple of options here too, around that $300k mark, he's still going Locky over Iden and Chapman.
00:44:41
Speaker
Yeah, you could toss up Chapman because he's got the job security, but Aiden does not have job security at all. We've already seen him get dropped. Yeah, I think Louis still gone Lucky Jones as the broken record, as he said. RG asks, Adam's injury, do I go down and get some coin for elsewhere or up and keep that four primo midfield slots going? So I guess is that a side trade for him or does he get some coin?
00:45:07
Speaker
It depends what you're doing with the other trade. So if you can free up 600K and turn somebody else into, you know, maybe it's Max Gorn, then yeah, okay, it sounds good. It depends who you don't have in your midfield. Yeah, it does. If it were me in my own personal situation, Taylor Adams at his price would be going to the next best Uber premium.
00:45:26
Speaker
All right, Tom, trade Daniel a hold for a week. We've kind of gone through this one. Would trade in Jath if trading Daniel allows me to go Fantasia to Treloort? This is a long question. Let's get these questions shorter.
00:45:42
Speaker
Sure. Allows me to go Fantasia to Straw Law slash Ridley if holding Daniel can go high more to Jones to cover for a week and go Fantasia to Zach Williams or anyone around that price in any position. I'll tweet them. I'll tweet them. Yep. I'll send them back to you. Is Daniel to Locky Jones and Flynn to Rob Worth it, have rookies to fix, but can't trust Leon to play Flynn and definitely can't keep Meek on field again. Why can't we trust Leon Cameron to play Flynn?
00:46:08
Speaker
Well, mummy has said, well, he said mummy maybe plays. I don't know. I think he's mentioned that mummy might play again. He's mentioned that Briggs could come in and get his chance soon as well. I think people are very scared that Flynn's job security is on thin ice.
00:46:22
Speaker
I mean, yes, but you can flip it around the other way and go, mommy's on borrowed time is 36 years old and they've got a 23, 24 year old Rockman who's had three games experience that's ready to go. And he's looked good too. So Flynn has looked good. I think he's okay. His job security. So maybe he doesn't get back this week, but I don't think that's indicative of his job security. I think that's just a young bloke who clearly maybe did need that rest.
00:46:50
Speaker
But you know what? I'm throwing darts at a dartboard here. I'm just...
00:46:54
Speaker
playing devil's advocate. Dale wants to know butters to Toby Green or Chad Wingard or Hind and grab some cash. I think Hind has maybe run his course. No, I'd go Hind. You'd go Hind at Green and Wingard? I would go at over Green. Wingard I really like, as I said. We've had two rounds of data. I said that I was happy to jump on last week.
00:47:20
Speaker
It would have been a risky decision. I mean, we don't know what that role looks like moving forward. It always changes with Chad Wingard. So yeah, we know what Nick Heinz role is back. And I remember shit canning him a few weeks ago. Nick Heinz looks fantastic. He is the definition of observable thirst at the moment.
00:47:41
Speaker
No, mate, I'd love him at the moment. So I think he just keeps creating options and he goes missing for a quarter. Oh shit. But he's actually still averaging 80. So when he comes up and gets involved, he's a birth score 20 points at a time.
00:47:56
Speaker
Yeah, I'd say I prefer the, I prefer Chad Wingard easily and spending the cash to get him because like you're saying, I don't think Hind is going to be a top sixer at the moment. What I like is his DPP status. So that's going to come next week. Yeah, it'll be a defender. Come in real handy. All right. Well, that's your case. Especially when you're considering that we've got zero rookies in defense or one and two to three up forward. So you can flick him depending and then you can be a bit more versatile.
00:48:24
Speaker
Yeah, okay, you might have heard too smart now. I'm still probably leaning Wingard on that one, I think. Brady Beer, do we try fix up rookies or trade out guys like Daniel and Clark? Fix rookies. AJS Hawker, is Rob back for good? Hashtag Pod Pod. No. Sam, to drop Daniels for CJ and pocket the cash for new DPPs. Also, any idea on some DPPs?
00:48:49
Speaker
I don't mind it as an option. Like I said, I prefer to hold Daniel, but CJ is a great option to go down to. If it banks your cash, you get a nice little DPP next week. That's pretty good. In terms of who I think might get it, I think
00:49:05
Speaker
We could see Locky Hunter pick up forward status. That's the big one for you, isn't it? That's the big one. Heined a bit of defensive, as you said. It's the obvious ones there. And Bergman, if you bring in Bergman this week and you've got no defensive cover, well, don't worry, because he'll pick up defensive status the week after. All of a sudden, you've got your defensive bench. That's assuming he's played enough games to actually pick it up. No, he sounds like you think Bergman's playing this week too, Mr Port. I know a few things.
00:49:31
Speaker
All right, there you have it. Jacob says Cal Ward and his CBA wants to know a bit about him. Low 500 K's. At a nice price, man. Scary. I don't know. He was at the same price last year. Yeah. And he kind of failed. I remember he burnt a lot of coaches early. He's getting old, over 30.
00:49:50
Speaker
Yeah Leon's just he's gonna if anything happens and they start losing again he might throw the magnets a different way and Josh Kelly goes in and come all goes out I'm just so scared of that team how volatile it could be With which direction they go if they're winning and he's in there every week. That's he's gonna make your cash He's gonna be a solid player, but I reckon he might just end up being another player You're looking to trade out if things go wrong as well
00:50:12
Speaker
Yeah, that's it. You might pick up rock status though because Leon Karaman likes to play players and positions they're not meant to play. Marley, Zach Williams, chat please.
00:50:23

Zach Williams chat. He wants us to just talk about Zach Williams. He missed a week last week. Is that a one week option? Like is one week injury? Sorry. I don't know. We'd have to look into that. Look, I think that we are seeing what we've got to come from Zach Williams. I've sort of stumbled across that sentence, but Zach Williams, yes, he was an option last week.

and he got injured the week after. I think that's what you kind of didn't want to pick Zach Williams for at the start of the year because you were worried about this injury history. I just hold back and wait a few weeks and if he starts braining it then then trade him in but that body just breaks down.

Yeah, William's available. I like him as an option. I think he's a fantastic option. It's just that, yeah, you got to wait a few weeks now. All right. Also, leave a rating review on iTunes. Now we're going for a ridiculous ratings tally, Louie, because we got a bit of a funny story here. We're going for 220 ratings by the end of May, which we won't get. We won't get it. You know why it's 220 though?
00:52:24
Speaker
because we're offering up a prize if we do get to that 220 by the end of May. And it's going to be a size 11 training worn, not match worn, but training worn pair of career savers, which is the Essex Lethal Ultimates. And it's going to be signed by Doss, Louis, Heth and Kays of the Kepa League as well. Now,
00:52:48
Speaker
two hundred twenty because that's how many dollars it cost me to stop up and get the wrong size. This price is in and I've had to I've worn a couple of times what not these to manage that.
00:52:59
Speaker
I just didn't quite get it right. I'm a 10 and a half and it needed to be perfect. I did it. I just go for a little run. I did it. I even had a, I had a kick with the boots with the guy. I actually shanked it and I was like, no, mate. He had a kick with the boots. He allowed me a kick. I still was like, did you grab a footy just off the shelf or something? Yeah. Off the shelf at a rebel. I reckon it was. And
00:53:18
Speaker
Might have to do that next time. I didn't know you could just grab a footy. Have a peg. That felt they were right. They weren't. I'm a 10 and a half, Louis. So we're going to sign them and give them away if we get to that ludicrous 220 ratings. Leave a review with the hashtag thirsty for observable thirst so that we know that you want those boots. And if you don't just want a stinky pair of training ones, you don't leave that hashtag there. Louis, quickly before we go, your current trade plans for this week.
00:53:45
Speaker
Our current trade plans will be a rookie. I haven't decided yet, but probably Bergman or McCreary. And our second trade will be Jordan to go out to literally anyone, but probably Steel Side Bottom. Oh, Steel. He loves Steel Side Bottom this week. Hope some other people jump on board with you. Enjoy that ride. I'm looking to bring in Gorn and I'm trading out probably the Caleb Daniel Butters combo to get me to Gorn. Haven't decided whether I want to jump on a Locky Ash type.
00:54:14

or if I'm going to go down to like a Locky Jones, your boy. Actually, Doss, it's just occurred to me as well. And Patrick Dangerfield is also back this week. So for the listeners that did stay tuned to the end of this, Patrick Dangerfield, another option and will be seriously unique. All right. Thanks for listening to another episode of the Point of Difference AFL fantasy podcast. We'll see you next week.
