Today’s episode was inspired by a question I received from a member of the glow getter gang a few months ago...“how do you balance everything”. I took the time in this solo episode to begin answering that question. As a woman, mom, wife, full-time employee and owner of 2 businesses, I've been juggling life, family and business for a decade now. I have experienced both wins and challenges during that time, so I hope my wins encourage you and my lessons lend advice to steer you away from pitfalls that can come with wearing multiple hats.

During this episode, I share transparently about my journey, what has worked, what hasn't worked and everything in between. I also share some helpful tips.
