Introduction and Animal Guessing Game

00:00:16
Big Brain
I've got another one animal. Do you have a guess what is it? It's a cow. Come on.
00:00:28
Big Brain
Now let's see how we got to put them.
00:00:32
David Isaacs
Alright, it 4pm January 4th, 2026.
00:00:34
Big Brain
This is a cow. Is this a cow?
00:00:40
David Isaacs
Didn't realize i was, didn't realize I'd get this far, but here we are.
00:00:40
Big Brain
How about this?

Brian's Year in Review: Therapy and Personal Growth

00:00:46
David Isaacs
I'm joined by friend Brian here.
00:00:50
Big Brain
Hey everybody, it's great to be back with y'all here on the other side of the new year. Really excited to talk about my new year's quote-unquote resolutions and everything that's been happening to us in the last few episodes or since the last few episodes. So David, on don't you start us off? i was how's How's your life been? I think it's been a couple of months.
00:01:15
David Isaacs
Yeah, and unfortunately, you know, things have popped up and it was one of things I felt like we were um a good track for for a while.
00:01:17
Big Brain
It's king! See that? A chick was hacked from the egg.
00:01:25
David Isaacs
But, you know, life kind of gets in the way in some aspects and me starting a new job. And I had some things going on and especially around the holidays.
00:01:30
Big Brain
puzzle. Can you see where the head is?
00:01:34
David Isaacs
Things get a little bit hectic, but.
00:01:35
Big Brain
The head and the chick.
00:01:36
David Isaacs
I'm glad to be back. And, you know, I've been good just sitting and kind of reflecting on 2025 as a whole and starting therapy again.
00:01:37
Big Brain
Where are they? Hmm. Is this a picture of a dragon and a chick? how

New Beginnings: Job and Self-Realization

00:01:47
David Isaacs
Obviously, the new job that started in August.
00:01:48
Big Brain
about this one?
00:01:49
Big Brain
Let's try.
00:01:50
David Isaacs
And, you know, just kind of trying to come to those realizations, those aha moments of
00:01:50
Big Brain
It is the right picture. Did you hear that?
00:01:58
David Isaacs
my habits and why I do certain things. And I felt like I've made pretty good runway with it.
00:02:03
Big Brain
It's a snake.
00:02:04
David Isaacs
but It's hard not to get sidetracked in some ways or feeling down when, you know, kind of just go on autopilot and revert back to old ways and that.
00:02:06
Big Brain
you have a guess? Let's see if your voice is right.
00:02:14
David Isaacs
But I think from, you know, an overall perspective, I've day to day feeling better, feeling like I'm going in the right direction.
00:02:15
Big Brain
It's a horse. Horse.
00:02:24
David Isaacs
And

Goal Setting for Growth

00:02:24
Big Brain
This is a horse. The horse says play.
00:02:24
David Isaacs
there's some things that I'd like to work on more.
00:02:27
David Isaacs
in the new year but as we were talking before this recording started kind of with the the new job and and personal improvements and things it's like i don't really want to set deadlines for myself or goals or anything because it's it's a lot of um it's lot of new territory in in certain aspects and you know a lot a lot of times though the work outside of the work that and I'm doing that leads to some of those aha moments or, you know, I feel like I'm hitting a wall for so long and then something happens and I come to a realization and, you know, most of the problem is, you know, fixed.
00:02:30
Big Brain
Let's put the horse inside the horse again.
00:02:48
Big Brain
This is a farm. Great job here. Oh, look. It's another farm animal. Do you know what it is?
00:03:01
Big Brain
a duck and a duck place. Duck place, I'm seeing these up. Now, let's put that on the puzzle.
00:03:12
David Isaacs
So I think it's kind of one of the good things about work is it gives you those, those feelings of accomplishment and those small victories that you had or those aha moments and that.
00:03:12
Big Brain
Can you see the picture of the duck and the duck place?
00:03:18
Big Brain
Can you tell Ms. Gaye what you did here?
00:03:22
David Isaacs
But, I think personal improvement in life, it just has been so extended and and it never stops.
00:03:23
Big Brain
Is this a picture of doppelganger? Yes, you did it! Great job, kids! We found all of our farm animals
00:03:29
David Isaacs
That's kind of the scary thing, but also kind of the beauty of it. and There's always more to learn about yourself and about the world and where we fit into it.
00:03:33
Big Brain
and we looked at them on the puzzle. But we're releasing one of the puzzle.
00:03:38
David Isaacs
So I am excited for the new year. and I'm glad to be sitting here talking to you to start off the first week of 2026.
00:03:42
Big Brain
Do you know what it is?

Webmaster Achievements and Tech Updates

00:03:45
David Isaacs
So why don't you take it over and tell us a little bit about what you've been up to.
00:03:46
Big Brain
one
00:03:50
Big Brain
Yeah, um I kind of, I ended the year, um you know, kind of on a high note. I got a huge spending, of you know, I'm like a webmaster, so which kind of is a fancy term that I make sure that all of the content.
00:04:05
David Isaacs
the The new Spider-Man.
00:04:07
Big Brain
Yeah, I'm the new, I'm the Aldi brand Spider-Man or the great value Spider-Man. um ah God damn it. I broke my concentration.
00:04:18
David Isaacs
Webmaster coming to theaters December 2026 starring
00:04:20
Big Brain
Oh, yeah. Yeah.
00:04:22
David Isaacs
jared leto
00:04:23
Big Brain
Yeah. This multi-million dollar flop. No.
00:04:30
Big Brain
I ended on a high note. I pushed a lot of code to get the... ah Our website, the ability to have what what they call a persistent token or like...
00:04:45
David Isaacs
Thank you.
00:04:48
Big Brain
uh, long-term login type thing, kind of like what Amazon has. So like whenever you log into like the app or the website, they're always logged in or at least it gives the user that appearance. What it really is is just like a token that kind of stays stored on your computer would be the easiest way to explain it. That every time you go to that website, it starts that token over. Usually they last for 30 days. so if you don't log in for 30 days, you're going just get logged out.
00:05:12
Big Brain
Um, but a lot of our users that we,
00:05:19
Big Brain
kind of let beta test their site, that was kind of the primary complaint was like, okay, like I have this client, I want to be able to look at my pricing, um you know, so I just want to be able to go to this website.
00:05:31
Big Brain
give them a quick quote. If they purchase it, then I can buy a website. Well, they, they thought they were able to do that. They, we, we honestly didn't think of that as a feature for the site. Um, but we got multiple complaints and just multiple different reasons to have as a feature.

Identity and Ambitions for the Future

00:05:50
Big Brain
So it took like three months to get this all done between testing, coding,
00:05:57
Big Brain
um you know, user-driven feedback and all that, all that, ah and we finally got pushed live, so that took a huge chunk off my life, felt like off my life, but I was finally able to get it pushed and all done, so that felt great. um i think for me as a whole was all about Re-finding who I was after ah miserable 2024. Like, I had spent a lot of time in therapy in 2024. spent a lot of time drinking. You know, then I got my current job. And I was just trying to survive towards the end of the year. You know, kind of where David is at with his, where you're at with your, maybe, just trying to figure out your place in that that type of world, right? that Like, that corporate world.
00:06:53
Big Brain
Just understanding everything. what value can I bring? But also who was I as a person? 2025 was kind of just for me, just finding out who I was again, without any substance, without any, like you strip it down so the bare bones. And I'm just a large and in charge dude alert with not,
00:07:20
Big Brain
a mostly outgoing personality. i think they call it an introverted or extroverted introvert, um you know, who loves talking about just any sort of thing. But then after a while, I get kind of, kind of get, I get a little tired, you know, my my social battery just goes down to zero.
00:07:39
Big Brain
So I've been working on kind of just myself and um you know picking and choosing those types of we'll say battles um so i'm not always just like burnt out on energy i'm working out more i'm eating a more a higher protein diet um it's it's just been about finding out who it was and being consistent about it um i I feel like it's the comeback or was the comeback here now 2026 is going to be like my coming out party like proving to the world or really just to myself that I belong here in my current role and you know, I am establishing who I am and what I want to be.

Collaborative Growth with Partner

00:08:26
Big Brain
So I have pretty lofty goals for 2026. Yeah, I mean, it's kind of what I was mindset was going into it. And, you know, I've
00:08:42
Big Brain
on a a shorter note, I've started playing a lot more video games online. I noticed that I am happier. I'm more, my brain, that section of my brain is just kind of like picking back up of like problem solving and like, I feel like I'm doing better at work because of it. So I'm just going back to being a new version of my old self.
00:09:07
Big Brain
I'll put it that way.
00:09:10
David Isaacs
Yeah, it's... It's awesome. I feel like a lot of times we kind of find our way and sometimes it's, it's hard to realize, you know, kind of how far off the beaten path we've gotten.
00:09:22
David Isaacs
And, you know, sometimes life gets in the way or things that we got to take care of. And it's hard to stay truly connected to who you are in the world.
00:09:35
David Isaacs
and Sometimes you're getting pulled in in different directions and asked to do different things. And, you know, you still got to continue
00:09:41
Big Brain
Can't see anyone.
00:09:42
David Isaacs
managing that social battery or managing your, your day throughout work or at home or on the weekends and that. And lot of times I sit and question myself and wonder, you know, is this, is this worth doing if I'm doing something that I don't consider productive or is this just, you know, the mindset that I've had long time of just like that shame ah feeling like I'm, you know, wasting time or I'm being lazy or I could be doing something else. So, yeah, I mean, it's great to hear that 2025 is kind of the comeback for you. And then 2026 is, you know, kind of building upon that foundation of cementing yourself and making sure that you can't be moved from, you know, kind of who you are and you stick into your truth, I guess is how I'm interpreting it.
00:10:36
Big Brain
yeah yeah that's no that's exactly it and you know i think um you know those are it's part of my I'll say New Year's goals. ah We kind of, my wife and I kind of did away with like resolutions because, and changing more to goals. Like, I guess like saying it out loud, it kind of just, it sounds like the same thing, but we're actually kind of having like an action list, right? With our goals.
00:11:02
Big Brain
We sat down New Year's Day and kind of just drew out like a roadmap of everything that we wanted to accomplish. Like, we ourselves have to get it, you know, it's financial goals. It's, it's personal couple goals, you know, it's individual goals for ourselves.
00:11:17
Big Brain
Um, so it was like a, it was like a whole thing. And, you know, was a couple haven't done that like at all. Like we've kind of just been winging it up until this point. And so

Actionable Goals vs. Vague Resolutions

00:11:29
Big Brain
for us to kind of sit down and come, you know, come with a plan, um,
00:11:37
Big Brain
kind of just says a lot and myself of our evolution over the past you know year like we've been in we went to a couples therapy over the summer like we're if we still feel like we're getting to that point of we need to talk to someone else we'll go it's not like we go consistently but we got to a point and we we learned enough skills to where we can manage it on our own and now we're we're you know, kind of coming together for the first time in our seven year, almost seven years of being married of like actually having a plan. And, you know, my wife is always big on if things don't work out on time, it's okay. But like my thing was always, we need to have some sort of plan, um to know where we're going. Right. So we have different perspectives, but we finally kind of came to a unity. So, um
00:12:33
Big Brain
And that's kind of my long-winded way of saying um i don't necessarily anymore believe in new Year's resolutions, quote unquote. I just more believe in, you know, short attainable goals kind of thing. And that's what we're we're focusing on as a couple in 2026.
00:12:48
David Isaacs
Yeah, it's awesome.

Balancing Life and Health Goals

00:12:49
David Isaacs
I think even the for this specific episode, me and Brian trying to get back into recording throughout the year. So we're just trying to stick to a quote-unquote tight 30. Might go a little bit over, might be a little bit under. But the yeah the idea is that with resolutions and trying out something different, I think, at least in my mind, you've got to start small and you know build upon that.
00:13:17
David Isaacs
And kind of one of the issues I've had is like, okay, well, when do we know to extend the episode length? Or if you're ah trying to work out more, how do you know if you're starting out small enough or if you're eating healthy, how do you know you start off small enough and when to add more things into it?
00:13:27
Big Brain
Yeah. Yeah.
00:13:35
David Isaacs
But I think, you know, to your in your mind, you know, the the basis of, you know, setting these small attainable goals is the communication and working as a team to figure out, OK, how do we measure uh things because i think with actions and things uh at least for like work it's good you kind of have that plan of reference to say hey you know we wanted to remodel the bathroom or something uh not to get too off topic but if you do have any sales on japanese toilets let me know because have to redo our bathroom but uh i guess the kind of science behind like new year's resolutions and that is that
00:14:15
David Isaacs
You motivation becomes a big perspective of it. And one of the things that I had to change about myself is that I would get so far into something and I would start out and want them to change just automatically with no actual patience. And then eventually I'd fail because I bit off more than I could chew and I fell back into feeling like it wasn't good enough for that change. So definitely having, you know, kind of notes, action plans, things written down to kind of measure, but not strictly enforcing or sticking to it, um you know, so closely as you go along.
00:14:49
David Isaacs
But I think it's good to, you know, kind of have that down and maybe have that
00:14:51
Big Brain
Get this animal. Sparrow.
00:14:53
David Isaacs
You know, kind of recurring if it's not with, you know, your partner or something, but just yourself to set action plans for the week or the month and then, you know, take time to check in with yourself and see where you're going and when you can fit other things in.
00:14:54
Big Brain
Sparrow. It's a sparrow. Sparrow. We've got kids.
00:15:08
David Isaacs
It's really, know, planning stuff, it takes the time, but it's definitely well worth it. In the end, we kind of see, hey, you know, I had 10 things I wanted to do this month.
00:15:19
David Isaacs
We did seven of them.
00:15:19
Big Brain
we learned about corn and moss.
00:15:20
David Isaacs
That's pretty good. We took care of the, and then you can start marketing.
00:15:22
Big Brain
Thanks for helping Miss Kay.
00:15:24
David Isaacs
Well, we took care of the things that are more critical. And, you know, we had three other things that we've kind of just been working on at our own time. So we we can move that on to next month. it's not a big deal. And There's always going to be more that comes up, you know, being a homeowner or parents or in a relationship or something, you know, there's a lot of things that you got to keep track of. And it's hard sometimes to actually know that you're doing the right thing in a lot of cases. But if you're not, then you just got to take a step back and reflect.
00:15:54
Big Brain
yeah um for for sure um it and especially we're like on the first kind of year of this so it's going to be more trial and error than anything um i know that i tend to get very flustered easily if things kind of don't go there go the way that i expect them to in the first try which is Not the greatest ah character i personality trait to have, but I'm, you know, I'm going into this with an open mind that if something doesn't succeed it's, you know, first time it's okay. Like nothing's perfect.
00:16:32
Big Brain
um You know, and I am part of my 2026 or I'm sorry, my 2025 was, I wanted to get back to the gym regularly and I,
00:16:45
Big Brain
fail i will i'll fully admit that i failed on that and to go regularly but i was going at least um and it was it was a good start in the right direction but you know i' i'm following more

Health and Nutrition in Self-Improvement

00:16:58
Big Brain
um you know we'll we'll call them macro bros i guess i don't know gym bros of you know just kind of basic slow workouts to kind of just like do at home to ramp up to go to the gym you know i do want to actively lose weight and i've got the diet down i just don't have the exercise and i think they kind of for me they go hand in hand because you know i'm eating all the the the protein i'm not looking to gain an astronomical amount of you know muscle or anything it's just i want to be in a caloric deficit and like i feel like
00:17:41
Big Brain
I get all of this energy from eating healthier and then like, like I'm going to go to the gym and I'm like that, that doesn't end up happening. I'll like, I don't know, go play a video game or something. Just kind of burn off all that. Um, so, you know, I'm eating healthier, getting more energy, but then it's like, I still have this sedentary lifestyle. um,
00:18:02
Big Brain
I want to put that energy into something positive. And I think, you know, just doing like basic, very basic workouts to start, especially with just the timing of this, of new years of, you know, gyms are going to be busy until the end of February at the very least.
00:18:17
Big Brain
um So, you know, kind of work out here to ramp up. And then when gym memberships start dying off, that's when I i swoop in. and i feel like I told the story last year, but you know what, damn it. I'm following through this time.
00:18:32
David Isaacs
All right. Well, won't hold you to it, but I'm sure you can, uh, you know, through the trial and errors and figure out some way that it works for you.
00:18:38
Big Brain
Yeah.
00:18:43
David Isaacs
And, um, at least if I can, you know, my perspective on eating healthier is that, yeah, maybe you, you're getting extra energy you're not putting it towards the gym, but that could, uh, help you out and work to keep you from getting as burnt out. Or maybe you can think about things for longer. know, know, you know,
00:19:00
Big Brain
yeah
00:19:00
David Isaacs
mental fortitude and mental energy that gets expended. i think chess players, like they burn a ton of calories, like our brain at work does burn. a good amount of calories. So you're still getting that, um, from eating healthier and gaining some of that energy and whether it goes into, you know, working out or, um, that extra energy expended in other areas, I think that's good. And then the, uh, you know, kind of just the investment and still more of a sedentary lifestyle, but if you're eating healthier and, um,
00:19:36
David Isaacs
If you're eating healthier, then it's just going to pay dividends later on in life. And I think that's you know kind of the one of the things that I struggled with for a long time, which is kind of that early investment in compounding interest of doing things that are healthier right now.
00:19:53
David Isaacs
And it's harder, it's easier to keep kind of pushing that back.
00:19:54
Big Brain
a the sound of thero
00:19:56
David Isaacs
But then. The future of healthcare care doesn't look very great. And I know, um, you know, at least to me, I'd like to extend my life as much as possible.
00:20:06
Big Brain
should be said
00:20:08
David Isaacs
So I'm not in pain or having medical issues, uh, in the coming years because I hadn't taken care of myself very well. So I do think it's a very good, uh, spot to start.
00:20:21
David Isaacs
And I'm glad to hear that you're, um, you've been doing well with that and that's been sticking
00:20:27
Big Brain
Yeah, obviously like nutrition is probably Well, nutrition should next to like, you know, taking care of your child should be like your your top priority because it's like you said, it's going to pay dividends and help fight like long-term disease. And, you know, you're just going a healthier person. And nutrition is like the basis of that. Obviously, like working out and pumping iron, clanging and banging, as they say, um is also important. But, you know, those things kind of have to go hand in hand for
00:21:00
Big Brain
it all to work out, right? You got to throw all your ingredients in the pot and get them cooking. So, um, one step at a time, like i thought I was trying to come up with a cheesy LinkedIn post of comparing salt and pepper to HTML and CSS.
00:21:06
David Isaacs
Yeah.
00:21:17
Big Brain
Like, Yeah, it's all great like that people want to be like use React and you know just use all these like kinder seasonings. But like one, those tend to be over-processed. And two, salt and just simple salt, pepper, you know maybe a little garlic and um onion powder go a long way with cooking. You know, you get, you get those down, you get the basics. And i kind of just feel like, you know, in this scenario, salt and pepper is just kind of like nutrition. and
00:21:48
Big Brain
you know, even if it's just the start light workout to start, like, you know, you got, you already got yourself a good foundation. And we've talked about this on our podcast for, don't know how many episodes we've done, but you know, it's always just building the foundation of something. And it Maybe at the end of the day, the foundation just becomes you as an entirety as a person. But I think, um, if you have to build different foundations for different things, like you got to start somewhere.

Foundation and Accountability in Growth

00:22:19
Big Brain
So, you know, ah our big thing on this podcast is accountability and, you know, um,
00:22:28
Big Brain
I'll be the first one that I'm not always, i don't always hold myself accountable on things, but you know, we're, we're getting there. It's like I said earlier, trial and error and we're, we're getting there.
00:22:43
David Isaacs
Yeah. Self-love, self-cratitude, some humility, you know, your basic spices of life that help out in a lot of dishes, you know?
00:22:50
Big Brain
Exactly.
00:22:53
David Isaacs
And, uh, yeah, it, a lot of the thing, unfortunately, most of the stuff I do every day is stuff I don't want to do, you know, and most of the stuff you don't want to do is going to be healthier than the stuff you do want to do.
00:23:02
Big Brain
Same.
00:23:06
David Isaacs
So trying to find that balance in life, it's tough. Uh, I deal with it a lot and i know a lot of people also deal with it, but the outside of that, like just trying to, you know, figure out like when you are making excuses or when, you know, you're aware of something, but then start to feel bad that you're not, you know, kind of working on it. You're not where you want to be at. This stuff takes time, you know, and fortunately over the,
00:23:33
David Isaacs
Over Christmas break, you know, I love family members and all that, but, um you know, a lot of us had our dysfunctional families.
00:23:41
Big Brain
Play, play, said the horse.
00:23:43
David Isaacs
So whether we liked it or not, we picked up on bad habits.
00:23:44
Big Brain
Want to go for a ride?
00:23:47
David Isaacs
So like talking to one of my cousins, you know, it's like we picked up on a lot of bad habits and it takes a a long time to kind of unravel and understand why it is that we do the things that we do.
00:23:50
Big Brain
The spider didn't answer. She was very busy spinning her web.
00:24:00
Big Brain
Luh, luh, said the cow.
00:24:00
David Isaacs
you know, we've lost people to drug and alcohol abuse, people that we we loved.
00:24:03
Big Brain
bra
00:24:06
David Isaacs
And, you know, it's tough to see some of the other family members that are kind of falling through that same hole. But, um you know, when something like that happens, or if you have a
00:24:19
Big Brain
answer. She was very
00:24:20
David Isaacs
a moment of reflection or a moment of shame that gives you that, you know, good motivation to, you know, quit it or, you know, to try to just get better.
00:24:26
Big Brain
busy seeing her web.

That's, that's good to have that feeling, but the underlying issues are what you got to, you know, figure out. And that stuff's a lot harder. It's a lot harder to dig a five foot hole than it is just to kind of scratch the surface and think that's enough.
00:24:42
Big Brain
the was very busy in her web
00:24:46
David Isaacs
But, um, in some cases we got to, we got to really understand, you know, the why and what we do and what, you know, who we are as a person. And at the same time, you know, like what you do well and areas of strength and areas of development to prioritize, you know, kind of what to work on.
00:25:01
Big Brain
pig. What's the role in the mud?
00:25:08
David Isaacs
That's kind of the, was saying the scary but beautiful parts of life is that There's always more to learn. There's more to build upon. And getting to know yourself, in my experience, over the last year or so has been

Overcoming Challenges and Mental Health

00:25:21
Big Brain
Bark the dog. Want to chase a cat?
00:25:21
David Isaacs
a pretty humbling experience.
00:25:24
David Isaacs
And also a pretty exciting experience because it gives me the insight to know what I have to fix and how I can go about doing it.
00:25:28
Big Brain
The spider didn't answer. She was very busy spinning her web.
00:25:32
David Isaacs
So I don't want to be the person that's flying in the dark a lot of times or only caring about certain specificities.
00:25:37
Big Brain
Meow, meow. Meow, meow. Right at half.
00:25:41
David Isaacs
You know, I've, and in doing so, I mean, yeah, sometimes it's hard.
00:25:41
Big Brain
Want to take a nap?
00:25:46
Big Brain
The spider didn't answer.
00:25:46
David Isaacs
It can be overwhelming.
00:25:48
Big Brain
She was very busy spinning her web.
00:25:48
David Isaacs
But finding that balance of coming back to, know, we're all just trying to get better every single day. And that mantra that I've had for a while of patience and persistence.
00:26:00
Big Brain
go for plant
00:26:02
David Isaacs
I'm patiently persistent and persistently patient.
00:26:05
Big Brain
answer
00:26:06
David Isaacs
And it's paying dividends, but every day it's new variables, new struggles, and you just got to keep pushing forward.
00:26:07
Big Brain
let turn wet
00:26:15
Big Brain
do roased boostster yeah exactly it's hard to kind of plan for every little thing that's going to come up in your life but you build that foundation, that base of, you know, at least being mentally prepared for it. Like, you know, I totally wasn't expecting a random valve to start leaking in my basement and now my entire wall in my bathroom's warped. I'm going to have to deal with eventually. But i I think the old me would have panicked, you know, started
00:26:54
Big Brain
maybe being outward rude and or mean taking out ah on on my wife um i was pretty upset that it it happened but um you know it been happening for a while but you know there was drywall that was in the way and i didn't see it until the drywall started leaking um so it was like a slow drip and you know um i kind of just accepted what was happening um couldn't really do anything about it other than get up there and tighten up the
00:27:31
Big Brain
tighten up the valve uh it's like a little bleeder um port that was loose tighten that up and it was fine i got some a fan on it dried it off and you know um want to get some time slash money to fix that um because it's really just a really just a toilet and a sink in there.
00:27:49
Big Brain
It's not like it's a full fledged bathroom. So, um, you know, taking a dump is still fine, but eventually we're going to have remodel that. So, um, but yeah, I mean, yeah, yeah.
00:28:01
David Isaacs
So Japanese toilets.
00:28:04
Big Brain
My, my Japanese toilet is in there. Uh, I don't have a bidet on that one yet, but one day I will one day. i Well,
00:28:14
David Isaacs
Put it on the list for 2026. Mm-hmm.
00:28:17
Big Brain
Exactly. You know, lose 100 and get a S7A bidet Toto. Yeah. This is a ghost. Say it. Ghost.
00:28:26
David Isaacs
But yeah, so I mean that pretty much, uh, as much as I had prepared, I guess.
00:28:33
Big Brain
yeah
00:28:33
David Isaacs
Um, and yeah, I think it's a good place to start and yeah, just continuous foundation building and coming back to, uh, coming back to stuff, you know, it's all right to put it down for a little while and deal with some other things, uh, coming back, I think the, uh,
00:28:45
Big Brain
goat can climb. Can you pretend that climbing? Climb, climb, climb. The goat can climb.
00:28:52
David Isaacs
I think this has helped me in a lot of ways and getting away from it, um, has hurt me, but unfortunately too, with a lot of healthy habits are good, productive things that we do.
00:28:54
Big Brain
Let's listen to the sound of the goat.
00:29:02
David Isaacs
You put them down and it's, it's, it's harder to realize that, uh, not doing it is negatively affecting you, you know?
00:29:07
Big Brain
This is the pig.
00:29:10
David Isaacs
So I am, uh, I am glad to hear from you.
00:29:11
Big Brain
The pig has a curly tail.
00:29:12
David Isaacs
I'm glad we got this, uh, recording together and, uh, yeah, looking forward to more of these episodes for 2026.
00:29:21
Big Brain
Yeah, I'm glad we were able to find time and chat again. and ah miss hearing your voice and your perspective and things. So let's keep it going, everybody.
00:29:31
Big Brain
All right.
00:29:32
David Isaacs
Alrighty. Thanks, Brian.
00:29:35
Big Brain
