And while the module started out pretty by the book, we have taken some very interesting turns that have led to the player characters Desan, Alma Graves, Inabi, and Bash Bloodsinger in the town of Valaki.

And as you guys entered the coffin maker shop, looking for the bones to protect the church before you go back on your quest um of the many things you want to do in the land of Barovia before. Before confronting Strahd von Zerevich, as you entered bash axe raised high, you opened the door. There was the sound of what sounded like maybe footsteps on the floor above you.

sort to And you look at the four closest, um, coffins down here and they had all four of your names on them. With that information, the camera zooms back in from the black and white night sky to the town of Valaki, a burned and battered church still standing.

um It goes past a man walking down the street with a monkey on his shoulder. He walks past a um caravan with a big tarp over its inside. You hear a sound of some sort of massive feline creature.

stub your toe, you clank it, but luckily with a nat 20 as you stub your toe and your boot goes to, uh, maybe hit the coffin on the way in Alma with a nat 20, um, puts her foot back, stopping your toe from connecting to the, uh, coffin. No sound is made. I guess feels like you're being very stealthy.

If you, if you would like to make that distinction that something is running down at you, you can, that is not, uh, you just heard some noise above you. You're potentially footsteps, but you, if that is the conclusion you'd like to come to, that is totally fine.

When you cast Divine Sense, um so much has been going on with Dassan, Alma, Bashan, and Abi, this push and pull of Lathander and then this is his weird obsession with this book. um And as he casts Divine Sense, you see a little light appears in front of his face, illuminating Dassan's face.

in this golden, beautiful radiance. This tiny globe almost looks like a microscopic sun out in front, illuminating you all.

You guys check the doors to saw him through that entire time. You're bracing this door. You don't feel any budge on the other side. As if to say, it doesn't sound like anybody's running down the stairs ah attempting to bust through this door to attack you.

So you choose it when you rage. So we can say you did choose if you'd like, if you do so for the duration of your rage, you can make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action on each of your turns. After this one, when your rage ends, you suffer one level of exhaustion.
