Continuing with The Gospel of Matthew series we take a look at Matthew 10:24-25 and examine the teacher and student relationship from a historical aspect. What you will find is the typical relationship between a teacher and student over the years normally sparks competition with differences and similarities. However when you look at the relationship between teacher and student the conclusions are not the same in fact the intentions are just to build and establish the body. There is no desire to declare war on differences instead there is mutual agreement. Tune in so that you can understand why. What makes Christianity different are these discoveries once compared to the perspective of the World.

Introduction to Episode 163

00:00:00
Speaker
Welcome to the Truth of the Matters podcast. I'm your host Jonathan and this is episode 163. Let's begin by recognizing and appreciating all of our new and consistent listeners.
00:00:21
Speaker
Of course, we thank you all in advance for continuing to press play at your own convenience. You know, I pray that this podcast, regardless of the episode that you press play on, can and will be a blessing to you. All right, so let's jump right into this.

Adapting to New Opportunities

00:00:38
Speaker
How has God blessed me this week? Well, for starters, he's paved the way for a new opportunity, something new for me. Currently I'm in the process of learning some new things and therefore what's required of me
00:00:56
Speaker
it's my ability to adapt.
00:01:00
Speaker
So far, I don't know what to make of what's going on. But I'm certain in the next two months, I have a better idea. And I can definitely see where this is going to be headed.
00:01:19
Speaker
You know, in my experience, I've dealt with several different changes. So I know what comes with change, right? New challenges, new situations and circumstances, new people, new attitudes, new moments, new adjustments.
00:01:43
Speaker
And when I look at this from a large spectrum perspective,
00:01:49
Speaker
I'm trying to be really optimistic. And I think that's how you ought to think about things when you're uncertain and you're trying to feel your way through it. And I'm sure many of you know the feeling, know exactly what I'm feeling right now. And I believe truly is for the best. As I stated in our last Bible study reflection episode, God knows best. And because I know he knows best, I will rest knowing that he has his best interests and mind for me. And therefore, this is one of those moments that I have to trust him, trust the process, be willing to learn. And therefore,
00:02:42
Speaker
appreciate where he's taking me because whatever skill sets that I'm going to learn in this period of time I'm pretty sure it's going to be useful to where he wants me to end up or be and therefore I'm not taking anything for granted but rather it's all about embracing the new experience Amen.

Value of Self-Packed Lunches

00:03:10
Speaker
Okay. The second way I've been blessed this week is that I realized over the years of me just doing food delivery services is that I've been exposed to so much, so much food, so many stores, so much food products.
00:03:37
Speaker
And as I've done food shopping for other people, I've realized what seemed to be popular. I've tried some things. I was rewarded and they were a hit or miss opportunities when it comes to the things that I tried. And what I'm realizing now with the opportunity to pack a lunch, there's just something about packing good food for lunch that puts a smile on my face. The blessing is that after I visited and done so much food shopping for other people, I now understand not just the restaurant business and what happens and what goes on.
00:04:36
Speaker
But I rather and make my own food. And with the fast food restaurants charging the large sum of money that they're charging now, I thank God for wisdom and maturity. Because through God's wisdom and maturity, I can make and prep my own meals that I know will be good and satisfying. right I don't have to worry about the hit or miss opportunities and experiences. Instead, I can move in confidence. I can be wiser with my spending. I can stretch my meals while doing it with healthy habits. I can consume the right amount of veggie portions and protein intake.
00:05:31
Speaker
The truth of the matter is when food is appealing to the eye and pleasant to the nose, it becomes appetizing for taste. I want to repeat that again. The truth of the matter is when food is appealing to the eye and pleasant to the nose, it becomes appetizing for taste.

Reflecting on God's Blessings

00:05:54
Speaker
So with that being said, You know, the reason I begin each and every episode with reflection on how God has been a blessing to me each and every week is because I believe he deserves the glory, honor, and praise. Another reason is that it allows me to reminisce on God. And when I reminisce on God, I see how good he is.
00:06:26
Speaker
I see how real he is. I see how on time he is on a daily basis. And finally, I think through this reflection, it opens the door for encouragement. And what I'm saying to you is that if you decide to reflect, you will notice the presence of God with you on a daily basis. And if you pay close attention to the details of your life, you will start to easily notice that God is not only blessing you, but looking out for you. He has the best interest at heart. So again, I say give it a try and see His grace and mercy over your life.
00:07:17
Speaker
And if you do, you'll see His grace and mercy over the little things.
00:07:24
Speaker
And with that being said, this leads us right into prayer.

A Prayer of Gratitude

00:07:31
Speaker
Heavenly Father in Jesus name, I want to first start off by appreciating your love, mercy, and grace for me. It's because of your love, regardless of what I may do. Your goal has always been to show me my ways and encourage me to change.
00:07:56
Speaker
That change is for my own sake and self betterment. It's because of your mercy that I am given more chances that I can count. And it's because of that that I've been motivated to change.
00:08:17
Speaker
I believe it is in scripture you said when sin increases all the more grace increases. It's because of your grace I know that you love me and you're merciful to me because I don't deserve your grace and yet you still decide to give it to me anyway. And with that I am sure that many of us are extremely grateful.
00:08:43
Speaker
Lord as we go to your word today I ask that you bless our ability to see, hear, and understand.
00:08:53
Speaker
And for those who desire to join me as we pray, we ask for the Holy Spirit to be a part of our conversation today. And if you are in agreement with that, please join us as we say in Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

Respect in Biblical Teaching Dynamics

00:09:11
Speaker
So continuing with the gospel of Matthew series, we're going to be looking at the gospel of Matthew chapter 10 verses 24 to 25 NLT. We're going to look at the NLT a little bit more here today.
00:09:27
Speaker
And I hope what I have to share today is a blessing to you as much as it has been a blessing to me. So the passage reads, students are not greater than their teacher, and slaves are not greater than their master. Students are to be like their teacher, and slaves are to be like their master. And since I, the master of the house, have been called the Prince of Demons, the members of my household, will be called by even worse names.
00:10:04
Speaker
So as you look at this passage, this is an interesting one. But the first thing you should notice is the echoing of respect on both sides. So what I mean by that? Well, it says students are not greater than their teacher. Then you have slaves are

Humility in Teacher-Student Relationships

00:10:26
Speaker
not greater than their master. students ought to be like their teacher and slaves ought to be like their master. Now immediately, the first thing I want to discuss is the importance of hermeneutics. And when I've read this text, understanding the time period, understanding that aspect of it is important and clear because in those days,
00:10:57
Speaker
Slaves were viewed more as servants.
00:11:03
Speaker
And I think when we look at the 17th and 18th century version of slaves, and we see how they were mistreated, we automatically take that modern perspective and apply it to how it was back then. And there's levels to it, especially when you read a book of Exodus.
00:11:24
Speaker
I'm here to say that some slaves were actual servants. But what we hear, what we see here when we read this is the expression of trying to sever a huge difference in how you treat one another, but point out the importance of equal respect.
00:11:53
Speaker
And we can get into that another time. That's the first thing I want to point out. The second thing I want to point out is, as a college graduate, right, I majored in three subjects. For those who don't know those subjects, it was philosophy, history, and political science. And when I look at this past subscription, the first thing that comes to mind is my remembrance of history and philosophy figures.
00:12:22
Speaker
In our history we have a rich obsession with teacher and student relationships. right We find those relationships in so many different things and music for an example. I love jazz and I can tell you that the famous saxophone player Kenny G was a student of Grover Washington Jr. Now if you listen or heard both artists and their music, you will notice some differences. And that's expected because I would like to believe that everyone wants to create their own name and style. And you won't be able to do that if you sound just like your teacher as a student. right And no student wants to be a mere copy of their teacher. I think most importantly,
00:13:14
Speaker
As you as a student, you're learning from your teacher, but you still want to create your own sound.
00:13:23
Speaker
Here's one more example that comes to mind. It's not just a musical example, but I'm sure that many of you come up with musicians that are, that you're familiar with and will be able to make the same connection that I'm making, right? I just thought it would be educational if I pointed out one that you might not be familiar with and therefore you are Encouraged to do some research to see what I'm talking about. Same thing with the genre selection that I've picked. In the philosophy realm, we have Plato and Socrates relationship and then we have Aristotle and Plato's relationship.
00:14:09
Speaker
Obviously, one was a teacher, one was a student. I bring this example because they agreed with one another and they disagree with one another at times based upon what they believed and the conclusion they came to. What we tend to have in scholarship is who was the better philosopher or had the better impact or writings. And normally that's up for debate, right? It all depends on your preference, how much you read about them and what you sided with with the conclusions that they have drawn based upon their analysis, right? But what's the major point here?
00:14:58
Speaker
There's a desire, at least in history, for competition when it comes to perspective and you're guaranteed to discover agreements and disagreements among prominent figures when you're looking throughout history and studying the teacher and student connection and where their ah ideologies land in the public opinion or the public sphere.
00:15:26
Speaker
Another thing worth mentioning is that many philosophies during the time where hope was needed, strength was a must, and the struggle of power was obvious. Right? Names such as Marcus Garvey, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Gandhi, right? These men had differences and similarities in their style to lead. There were again agreements and disagreements and yet what's off a debate is who was the best or had the most impact. And I believe if you ask 10 different people, they will give you various different answers. So why i bring this up? What's the point? Well, this is the typical worldview as it pertains to a teacher instrument dynamic.
00:16:24
Speaker
This is the typical worldview as it pertains to the teacher and student dynamic. The truth of the matter is, this is not the teacher and student biblical model at all, actually. In fact, what you find in scripture is that the disciples of Christ were not looking to teach something new. Instead, they were looking to spread the foundation that was already laid.
00:16:54
Speaker
You know, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life, which means there are no rivals. There are no gods on the same level as he.
00:17:13
Speaker
According to his merit and what I believe the truth is, is there should be one way being taught. one truth being taught, one life everyone should model after. What we know from scripture is that God is not the author confusing and therefore none of his disciples should be considered better than him nor above him in any way.
00:17:51
Speaker
I bring this up because this is the difference between a teacher and student and all the other different topics that I brought up in comparison to how it should be viewed when it comes to the biblical narrative.

Staying True to Christ's Teachings

00:18:13
Speaker
That leads me to point out some scripture. You know, John said in 2 John chapter 1 beginning at verse 5 ending at 11, he said, I am writing to remind you dear friends that we should love one another. This is not a new commandment, but one we have had from the beginning. Love means doing what God has commanded us and he has commanded us to love one another just as you heard from the beginning. I say this because many deceivers have gone out into the world. They deny that Jesus came in the real body. Such a person is a deceiver and an antichrist. Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked so hard to achieve. Be diligent so that you receive your full reward.
00:19:05
Speaker
Anyone who wanders away from this teaching has no relationship with God, but anyone who remains in the teaching of Christ has a relationship with both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to your meeting and does not teach the truth about Christ, Don't invite that person to your home or give any kind of encouragement. Anyone who encourages such people becomes a partner in their evil works. By the way, this is the NLT. What we know what's clear here is the teaching, right? John is letting us know we are not to entertain other ideologies other than the one that has already been laid and taught.
00:19:51
Speaker
If anyone desires to come and teach something new, they are not to be invited, nor given a platform or space to spread those lies. It's contradicting the truth. And he classifies them as the Antichrist. What makes this such a deep message is because that means anyone who teaches anything that's contradictory to the truth is of the Antichrist. This is how serious it is when it comes to the messaging of the gospel and it comes to who Christ is and what he represents and what he means for us. And I'm pointing this out and I'm mentioning this because as I told you, the thing about philosophers as myself and being one is that they question concepts and conclusions.
00:20:46
Speaker
The thing is, disciples are not going to question who Jesus is and what he did. What he's done is final who he is is final. It's the only truth that's been laid that should not be up for debate. And therefore there's a difference in philosophy and there's a difference in the establishment of a foundation that is uniquely different than any foundation has ever been laid as it relates to the connection of information, education, and what it means moving forward and how it impacts who we are and what the destiny of each and every one of us will be.

Priority of Sharing the Gospel

00:21:33
Speaker
Here's another passage to support my claim that as students, or Paul would say, as ambassadors and representatives representatives of Christ, we are not looking to change the message. We are only looking to spread what is already true. right there's no need to stand out and be different instead what we are today and who we are today is because of Jesus Christ and therefore sharing the good news right the gospel message of Jesus Christ is top priority and the only priority again what we are today and who we are today is because of Jesus Christ and therefore sharing the good news
00:22:16
Speaker
The gospel of Jesus Christ is top priority and the only priority. The second text is found in Galatians 1, verses 6 through 9, NLT. It says, I am shocked that you'll turn away so soon from God who calls you to himself through the love and mercy of Christ. You are following a different way.
00:22:46
Speaker
that pretends to be the good news, but is not the good news at all. You are being fooled by those who deliberately twist the truth concerning Christ. let Let's God's curse fall on anyone, including us, or even an angel from heaven who preaches a different kind of good news than the one we preach to you. I say again what we have said before. If anyone preaches any other the good news than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed.
00:23:26
Speaker
Again, this is threatening of the truth. This is the bringing in of things that are not legit. Or in fact, are conspiracies. You know, there's another portion of the Texas might be clashes about different philosophies that Paul mentions.
00:23:50
Speaker
When it comes to the gospel message and it comes to the foundation of the truth,
00:23:56
Speaker
there should be nothing up for debate because you're rejecting the truth it's very clear here lastly let's look at first Corinthians chapter 11 through 15 chapter 11 through 15 you understand why i chose this passage it says my brothers and sisters some from chloe's household have informed me that there are quarrels among you What I mean is this, one of you says, I follow Paul, another I follow Paulus, another I follow Cephas, still another I follow Christ. Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Were you baptized in the name of Paul? I thank God that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius, so no one can say that you were baptized in my name. The importance is that the only name
00:24:58
Speaker
and person that we should be being baptized in is Jesus Christ and what happens is Paul is mentioning the different sets or the different people that they are choosing to follow based upon different philosophies or different concept and approaches but the most important thing that Paul wants us to realize is that it's in Christ and Don't make me a God, don't make Cephas a God, right? Don't make any of these individuals God, because they're just disciples of Christ teaching the same base message that's important and clear.
00:25:44
Speaker
And what we have in society at large in history, as I mentioned, are different concept and approaches and people lean on that. But guess what? It should not interfere with the main message. So yes, that is promoted, encouraged, spoken at length in those spaces, but you can't bring that over when it comes to the student And it comes to the the teacher in this particular topic of expertise. It's not going to work.
00:26:30
Speaker
So as files of Christ, when it comes to the essentials from a biblical perspective, there should not be a debate at all. You might have your differences, but not to the core message of the gospel, not to the core message of what Jesus preached and shared and taught. Okay. As a reminder, the passes we are looking at today is Matthew chapter 10, verse 24 through 25. And we're going to read verses 24 through 25. We're going to leave a small portion at 25. We're going to actually return to that, but I want to
00:27:11
Speaker
read verse 24 to 25 so I can attach some scripture of understanding okay verse 24 to 25 says students are not greater than their teacher and slaves are not greater than their master Students are to be like their teacher and slaves are to be like their master So let's stop here because I want to provide some support here some supported scripture, right? We need to let scripture interpret scripture So we go to the gospel of Luke chapter 6 verse 40 and it says Students are not greater than their teacher But the student who is fully trained will become like the teacher
00:27:55
Speaker
See that?
00:27:59
Speaker
Students are not greater than a teacher, but the student who was fully trained, right, will become like the teacher. We looked at this in the English Standard Version and said a disciple is not above his teacher. But everyone who, any but everyone when he is fully trained will be like his teacher. As you can see, the text says nothing about being better than the teacher, right? Now I have a passage of scripture that says, you know, Jesus says we will do greater things than him.
00:28:41
Speaker
now When you read that passage, you should take a look at the clues there, right? by By looking at the clues, I think you have a better overall conclusion that makes sense. And that is, when he's talking about it being greater, I think you have to think about it in the value of things. eda Even if it's, you know, that's even up for debate, right? And what I mean by value is I'm talking about the amount of things that you do rather than the better amount of things that you do. So what do I mean, right? So greater is obviously viewed as an impressiveness or the amount of stuff that you do. So we're looking at value versus R in terms of what you're able to do.
00:29:41
Speaker
Right, how more amazing can it be? So I don't know, let's think about this for a second. Let's think about how you catch a football. What used to be viewed as a great thing is to catch the football by getting two feet down and dragging it. What's now become great is your ability to catch the ball with one hand. or the difficulty of the catch. So when we talk about consistency in sport in sports, is your ability to do it over and over again, or your ability to continue to wow us with what you're able to do?
00:30:24
Speaker
And a lot of times the wildness is attached to your ability to do something that I've never seen before, or your ability to do something consistently. So just view as something being able to be done consistently different from you being able to surprise me with your abilities. Okay, that's how you gotta look at it. Now,
00:30:52
Speaker
What I wanna do is I wanna look at this text here. That's up for debate, and I'm gonna show you. The two texts that I'm talking about is this. Let's go to the gospel of John chapter 14, verse 12 through 14. So it's John 14, 12 through 14, and it says, very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these. Because I am going to the father, I will do whatever you ask in my name so that the father may be glorified and the son, you may ask me for anything in my name and I would do it. So here's the thing, right? Jesus' ministry lasted three or three and a half years.
00:31:42
Speaker
We can God willing live longer and therefore have the opportunity to do more. but greater in terms of better miracles, yeah, I don't think we will ever reach that, right? I mean, look at some of the things that Jesus did and ask yourselves, can you do any of those things, right? Can you give sight to the blind? Can you feed 4,000, 5,000? Those are greater wow moments, like I was talking about with catching the ball with one hand or difficulties, but because
00:32:20
Speaker
over a lifespan of how long we lived. Let's say I get saved at 20. And then I live to be 80. Right? It's like eight, that's that's a lot of time. And what I've been able to do with God using me as is as this instrument for righteousness, right?
00:32:45
Speaker
Now, we know Jesus did a lot and we know that the amount of stuff that he was able to do, it wasn't recorded, right? That's why scripture tells us in the Gospel of John chapter 21 verse 25, there are so many other things Jesus did. If they were all written down, each of them, one by one, I can't imagine a world big enough to hold such a library of books. So that's for me to sort of cancel out the other argument and pretty much say the amount of things Jesus did was so much. I don't think they had the ability to write it all down.
00:33:34
Speaker
So the question is, is Jesus statement about us being able to do greater things than Him a true statement?

Unity in Christ

00:33:42
Speaker
It's possible. It's possible. I think that's something that we could desire to want to achieve or to strive for.
00:33:56
Speaker
Right? There's just so many ways to look at that text. But There were some examples I provide earlier about the teacher and student relationship, right? And I told you that if you view it differently from a historical standpoint, there's a sense of who's better, right? Musically, right? I also want to toss in there the better actor or actress, right? The better athlete, whether you're talking about
00:34:31
Speaker
and basketball Michael Jordan or LeBron James, or you're talking about in football, Patrick Mahomes or Tom Brady, who has more impact as a leader in history, right? I mentioned Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Gandhi, I mentioned Marcus Garvey. At the end of the day, from a worldly perspective, what matters to them is about reputation and impact.
00:35:02
Speaker
reputation and impact. And what it matters to us is in the biblical spectrum is different, right? To show you how deep the teacher's student biblical model differs from the worldview is the value of his connections as a body, meaning as a whole in Christ. Here are two passages that I wanna highlight. Let's begin by looking at the Gospel of John chapter 13 verse 20. Gospel of John chapter 13 verse 20. And it says, I tell you truly, anyone who welcomes my messenger is welcoming me, and anyone who welcomes me is welcoming the Father who sent me. See that connection?
00:35:50
Speaker
The connection is is that if someone talks to me as a representative or a bachelor of Christ,
00:35:58
Speaker
Then they are welcoming the son. And if they are welcoming the son, they're welcoming the father who sent the son, which is God. So think about this again. If they welcome me, they welcome the son, they welcome on the son, they welcome the father. That's the connection. There is no differences.
00:36:23
Speaker
World United is one. Let's go to another passage. Let's go to Hebrews chapter three. Let's look at verses one to six. Therefore, holy brothers and sisters who share in the heavenly calling, fixed your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest. He was faithful to the one who appointed him, just as Moses was faithful in all of God's house. Jesus has been found worthy of the greatest honor. Then Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than a house itself, for every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.
00:37:04
Speaker
Verse 5, Moses was faithful as a servant in all of God's house, bearing the witness to what will be spoken by God in the future. But Christ is faithful as the son over God's house, and we are his house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope in which we glory.
00:37:28
Speaker
As you can see, the important thing that I keep harking at is that there is no competition in terms of who Jesus is. There is no rival in terms of who Jesus is. That might be something that we participated and endorsed as it comes to other leaders in our history. But according to the Christian, the follow of Christ does not exist. And therefore that student and teacher dynamic works because we know where we stand. We stand as servants, as ambassadors, as representatives to expand the kingdom of God message and to expand the government of God message and to expand who Jesus is.
00:38:17
Speaker
As we come to a close here, the last portion of Matthew chapter 10 verse 25 reads, and since I the master of the household have been called the Prince of demons, the members of my household will be called by even worse names. So when Jesus is, what Jesus is getting at here, and if we sum it all up, we're going to sum, we're going to sum it all up in this passage of scripture I'm about to read. so gonna go to the gospel of john chapter 15 and we're gonna look at verses 18 through 25 and you'll see immediately after that i'm done reading here how it addresses this beautifully and it's pretty much self-explanatory if you ask me it says if the world hates you remember that i hated me first got that if the world hates you remember that i hated me first that's justification about
00:39:12
Speaker
people calling him even worse names. Right Prince of demons, the member of his household will be called even worse names. So they called him Prince of demons, we're gonna be called even worse names. Verse 19 says the world will love you as one of his own if you belong to it. But you are no longer part of the world. I choose you to come out of the world. So it hates you.
00:39:39
Speaker
Do you remember what I told you? A slave is not greater than a master since they persecuted me. Naturally, they will persecute you. And if they had listened to me, they will listen to you. They will do all of this to you because of me. For they have rejected the one who sent me." See how those verses are all connected? They would not be guilty if I had not come and spoken to them. But now they have no excuse for their sin. Anyone who hates me also hates my father.
00:40:22
Speaker
If I haven't done such miraculous signs among them that no one else could do, they will not be guilty. But as it is, they have seen everything I did, yet they still hate me and my father. This fu fulfills what is written in this scripture. They hated me without cause and other translations are going to say without reason. So as you can see, there are a few verses here that's combined almost to sum up exactly what we needed to know. Right? Right. If they accept you, they accept me and if they accept me, they accept the one who sent me. But if they reject you, then they obviously reject me. And if they reject me, then they reject my father.
00:41:17
Speaker
Right? Pretty self-explanatory. If they hate you, then they definitely hated me. And if they hate me, then they hate my father.

No Competition in Faith

00:41:29

So, I just want to be clear here that when you look at the dynamic of a student and teacher relationship from a worldly perspective, there's competition. There's this desire to be better. There's this desire to stand out. There's this desire to forge your own path. But if you look at the dynamic in terms of relationship as it relates to the biblical model, that's not the same. There is no competition. We have our King and our Lord and our God.

Our goal here is to elevate and to share and to preach what was already laid. The perfect foundation was laid. Because guess what? In the end, if we're looking to be saved, it's not going to be on the back on our works. It's going to be based upon who we know, not what we do. And with that being said, we enter right into devotional time. Keeping things very similar, let's go to the book of Luke chapter 9, verses 23 through 24. And it says, and he said to all, if anyone comes, anyone will come after me. Let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. Forever would save his life or lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. So as students of God's word, we understand they need to read it and to obey it.

And if we are better than Jesus or if we're over Jesus instead, we know that our eternal life rests upon our relationship with Jesus Christ and that all truth and all knowledge belongs to him. Jesus said something powerful in the Gospel of John chapter 15 verse 5-6. He said, I am divine, you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit. Apart from me, he could do nothing. If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that has thrown away, and whether it's such a branch

are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. With that said, here's a short prayer that we will say before we end things here. Father God in Jesus name, I ask that you remain, that we remain humble and remember that you created the air that we breathe. For is the life that we have and know the purpose of why we are born. Therefore, Lord, I pray that we never lose sight of that, all the days of our lives. In Jesus' name we pray, amen and amen. And of course, until next time, the truth of the matter is podcast audience. Be careful, be vigilant and watchful as we depart from one another, but never the presence of the Lord. Talk to you next time. God bless and be safe.
