00:00:49
Speaker
So can I just say I learned a lot about chakras in this research? I knew nothing.

Understanding Chakras: Basics and Origins

00:01:00
Speaker
I also knew nothing. I knew that I knew like of them.
00:01:05
Speaker
But not about them, like I knew that there was a lot of ties to yoga and that they have like colors and you know, but and that they were like, aligned down the like basically the center of your body. I didn't realize that it was like your spine. Yeah, I thought it was like, here's you know, like I thought the heart chakra was like the heart, but it's just like the center. Yep, so I also learned a lot.
00:01:34
Speaker
I thought there was going to be like a head, nose, knees, toes situation happening. Shoulders, knees, and toes. But there's not. And so if you don't know much about chakras, we're going to help you too. If you know a lot about chakras, you might just skip this episode, because obviously there's nothing that we're going to be able to tell you that you don't already know. But this was a very great introduction to chakras for myself, researching this. Because for instance, for the solar plexus,
00:02:04
Speaker
every time you do a meditation, like they're always talking about the solo, like at least for the ones that I do, they will reference like the solar plexus. And I'm like, I don't even know where that's at. Like they're like visualize a light extending from your solar plexus. And I'm like, where is that though? Like I have no clue. Where is that on my body? I don't know. Yeah. And I know that that's like a word outside of a chakra, but like I had no clue what that was.
00:02:30
Speaker
Yeah, you're like solar like the sun. Yeah, I don't know. So I just like imagine it coming from somewhere in my chest. Yeah, which is not the accurate place but but now I know how we know we learned as we learned so that we could help you learn.
00:02:51
Speaker
So I think to start us off, it might be a little important to talk about a little bit of the background and maybe a little bit of the history. And I'm going to tell you this at the beginning. This is not a full comprehensive history and background on chakras because there is a lot. And a lot of it I also just did not understand.

Chakras: Energy, Colors, and Psychological Links

00:03:10
Speaker
I don't know if you were in the same boat reading some of this. I was like, what? Start over.
00:03:16
Speaker
I did. I literally was like, I started with like the background and the history and stuff. And then I saw that you had a pretty detailed background in history. And I was like, Oh, she's got it. There just was a lot. So for me, I'm like, I barely scratched the surface. So much.
00:03:36
Speaker
But it was. So a very brief background in history, chakras are a complex and ancient energy system that originated from India. And they were first, well, and this is also very confusing. This part was different things depending on what article I was reading. So most of the articles say that it was first mentioned in the, I think it's the Vedas,
00:04:01
Speaker
but also this was pronounced different ways and different pronunciations that I tried. So it could be Vedas or Vedas. It's V-E-D-A-S, which this is an ancient sacred text of spiritual knowledge that dates back to between 1500 and 1000 BC.
00:04:16
Speaker
while the Tantras mapped out the chakras in detail around 600 to 1300 CE. And then other texts say that the, and this one I couldn't find a pronunciation on, so I'm sorry, I'm going to try my best here, but the Upanishads? Upanishads?
00:04:38
Speaker
I don't know. Sounds great. Again, I tried. There wasn't like a, here's how you say this. Like, I don't know. But whatever this one is, they were the first to mention the chakras between 700 and 800 BCE, where they later also reference the tantric concepts that include chakras and mantras around 200 BCE and 200 CE. And that's a mouthful and a lot of information in like a single bullet to talk about. But
00:05:08
Speaker
Apparently, they could have originated from the Vedas or Vedas, however you say it. They could have just been mapped out in the Tantras or they could have been in the, however you say this one, the Upanishads or Upanishads. I'm not really sure.
00:05:26
Speaker
So ancient texts on chakras describe them as being shaped like a sphere or a ball. And they go as far as to say that the Earth is a major chakra within the solar system and then a minor chakra in the Milky Way, which I thought was kind of cool. And as it says that as the Earth rotates, it's said to be like distributing energy out into like the universe.
00:05:49
Speaker
Each of the chakras are said to rotate a specific speed and frequency that can change due to various factors like our diet, our lifestyle, even just like our thought patterns and more. And while the chakras have always been associated with colors,
00:06:04
Speaker
Up until the 1970s, those colors actually varied for each of the chakras, like there wasn't a set color scheme like there is now. So the colors that we know today are referred to as the rainbow body color system, and it derives from Christopher Hill's book, The Nuclear Evolution, that was published in the early 1970s, where Hill tied each chakra to its own color.

Exploring the Seven Main Chakras

00:06:27
Speaker
Carl Jung also created a psychological link with the chakras, but this wasn't an association made within the chakra system of India. I found a little bit on it, but most people said that this is basically just Carl Jung that
00:06:43
Speaker
thought this, believed this, and talked about it. And everyone else was like, yeah, no, anyways. Just blew it off. Absolutely not. That's not accurate. The word chakra derives from Sanskrit, and it loosely translates to wheel. Some say this is the definite translation, is that it's a wheel. And then some are like, no, it's the idea of a wheel, but it's not wheel. I don't know. Again, there was a lot that I was like,
00:07:12
Speaker
i don't even know how i'm going to talk about this. some translations also say that it's a lotus sometimes when referencing energy points within the body. so they are seen as being spinning discs of energy that are meant to stay open and aligned because they correspond to nerves
00:07:29
Speaker
major organs, and then other areas of our body that affects a person's emotions and well-being. To be able to function at their best, it's important that the chakras stay open, aligned, and balanced, and blockages within any of the chakras can cause symptoms or reactions that relate to the chakra that is blocked.
00:07:48
Speaker
there are seven main chakras that run down the spine and they're believed to be the main energy points within your body. Though it's said that there's like 114 chakras in total and then something else that I read was like there's an infinite number of chakras. So I'm not sure exactly how many, but we're only going to be covering like the main seven for the purpose of this episode. And those seven main chakras are
00:08:13
Speaker
the crown chakra, the third eye chakra, the throat chakra, the heart chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the sacral chakra, and the root chakra.
00:08:23
Speaker
And each of these seven has their own corresponding number, name, color, specific area of the spine, from the sacrum to the crown of the head, and their own like health focus and just other like each one has a whole bunch of things that just correspond to that specific chakra. So we're going to go through those and like tell you some of those things. Yeah. And so like starting
00:08:46
Speaker
backwards essentially from the root chakra. Like at first, you know, I know we were talking about like, oh, let's do it from the head to the, but then whenever we're researching, it's like, actually, I guess we're supposed to go the other way, but it just goes like to show how much we didn't know a lot about chakras when we got into this. But now we know a lot and you will too, if you're listening to us and you don't know anything about chakras because, oh, you are welcome. Yeah, you're welcome.
00:09:11
Speaker
So the root chakra is the first chakra and this is the base of the chakra system. It's represented as a cone of energy starting at the base of the spine and going downward and then slightly like a bent up. So it's not just like a like a two-dimensional situation. It's like kind of like it's on like a different plane I guess. It's like the other ones I've talked like that I've researched too. I'm like okay.
00:09:36
Speaker
Whatever that means. It's represented by the color red and can also be associated with yellow or also gold, but the red symbolizes strength and vitality. The symbol of the chakra is composed of a four-pedaled lotus flower, often stylized as a circle with four petals and a downward-pointing triangle.
00:09:59
Speaker
And the downward triangle here is a symbol of the spirit connecting with matter and so like grounding on the earth and also relates back to our earthly existence so essentially our bodies.
00:10:11
Speaker
This chakra is associated with safety and grounding and the key characteristics here are security, survival, basic needs such as food, sleep, shelter, self-preservation, physical identity, and aspects of self support and foundation for living our lives and it supports us in growing and feeling safe to explore all aspects of life. So if this chakra is blocked then it's like you can't really focus on much else because
00:10:38
Speaker
it reminded me a lot of what is that Maslow's hierarchy of needs. You have to have that safety and security first. This is the situation with this chakra. If this chakra is blocked, then you can't focus on anything else until this is unblocked. The root chakra is where we ground ourselves into the earth and anchor our energy to manifest. It lays a foundation for the expansion of your life. It corresponds with the base of the spine,
00:11:07
Speaker
the perineum and along the first three vertebrae of the pelvic plexus. So when it's imbalanced, you're going to see excess negativity in yourself, excess cynicism, possibly eating disorders, greed, illusion. It's also associated with excessive feelings of insecurity, like you're living on survival mode in whatever aspect you're in.
00:11:29
Speaker
And so for the person who has an imbalance, this might manifest in feelings of like, it's hard for you to feel safe. Everything looks like a potential risk. Maybe you have a desire for
00:11:40
Speaker
or your desire for security dominates all else. And a blocked root chakra may turn into behaviors dominated by fear. And so when like on the same token to like when this chakra is overactive, the fear may turn into greed and paranoia. And you may have issues with like controlling your food intake and diet. So being like super restrictive and whatnot. And those are all seen with an overactive root chakra. The root chakra is also linked
00:12:09
Speaker
closely to our sexuality. So learning to improve and master our own sexuality can actually awaken and activate and strengthen the root and
00:12:19
Speaker
also the sacral chakras. So the sacral chakra, which is also known as the, and I'm going to try really hard with these pronunciations, but again, they're very hard. And the examples of them online are they often like contradict the way that they're said. So this one, the sacral chakra is also known as the swaddish-tana chakra.
00:12:41
Speaker
And this chakra helps with how we relate to our emotions and the emotions of others. It governs our creativity and our sexual energy as well. It's located just below the belly button and just above the pubic bone. The color it's associated with is orange.
00:12:58
Speaker
and its symbol is made up of multiple circles, a crescent moon and six lotus flower petals. The circle and the crescent moon represent the cycle of life, death, and rebirth, while the lotus petals portray the six negative aspects of our nature that we need to overcome in order to open this chakra. It controls our sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure, and sexuality. Its main focus is sexuality, pleasure, and creativity,
00:13:27
Speaker
Its element is water. Its stone is tiger's eye. Issues will manifest in problems like UTIs, lower back pain, and even impotency. It's also emotionally tied to feelings of self-worth, especially as it relates to pleasure, sexuality, and creativity, and a block
00:13:45
Speaker
sacral chakra will feel like a lack of control within your life. Some yoga poses that are tied to it are poses that strengthen your pelvic floor like bridge pose, pigeon pose, lizard pose, or bound angel pose.
00:14:01
Speaker
I know. I know. I was like, I need to look up and I forgot because I was like, I've never heard of this one. I do pigeon pose all the time. Me too. Pigeon pose is a great pose to open up your hips. I love it. Yeah. Uh, yeah. We got to look at that, uh, bound angel pose. The bound angel.
00:14:22
Speaker
No, I'm just kidding. I'm joking. Anyway. It's just Hunt Alphalar. Yeah. There we go. Banded up. Here for it. The next chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra. This is also known as Manapura in Sanskrit. Probably pronouncing that wrong.
00:14:46
Speaker
and this means city of jewels or seat of gems. This is also referred to as mana purak, nabi, or the power chakra, so either of those as well. You might have heard instead of solar plexus, but this is located in the upper part of your belly where the diaphragm rests between the lower part of the chest and the belly button. This is the third chakra from the bottom and the colors associated
00:15:12
Speaker
with the chakra are yellow or golden yellow when at higher frequencies and it can sometimes be red. The symbol here is a circle with 10 petals in it, which is inscribed a downward pointing triangle.
00:15:27
Speaker
and the inverted triangle here represents the fire element and the transformative power of these energy. The petals are often represented in blue to represent a flame, so you might have seen it where it's like yellow in color with blue flames around the petals or just yellow in general or gold.
00:15:45
Speaker
Really just depends but it's associated with the element of fire associated with the sun heat and energy the healing stones or crystals associated with the chakra are citrine tiger's eye and yellow tourmaline and
00:15:59
Speaker
And the essential oils are chamomile, bergamot, cedarwood, and rosemary. The meanings associated with this chakra are will and personal power, taking responsibility for one's life and taking control, mental abilities and intellect, forming personal opinions and beliefs, making decisions, clarity of judgments, personal identity, confidence, and independence.
00:16:22
Speaker
When this chakra is open and energy is balanced, these functions naturally find a clear and effortless outlet. However, and it's closely connected with the digestive system, so like the gastric and hypogastric plexi. And the main function here is to transform matter into energy to fuel your body. And it governs metabolism and is further associated with the pancreas. The main function of this energy center is to provide
00:16:50
Speaker
momentum to move forward and realize personal desires and intentions. Signs that this chakra may be out of balance are low self-esteem and problematic social lives, excessive control and authority over your environment and people in your life,
00:17:06
Speaker
Or the opposite, it could be feelings of deficiency, hopelessness, and responsibility. And then also being obsessed with minute details, so losing sight of the bigger picture when it comes to your life, being manipulative, misusing your power, or even just like lacking clear direction, lacking of purpose, lacking in ambition, and making plans or ideas with no clear way to actualize them.
00:17:31
Speaker
Next is the Heart Chakra, which is the Anahata Chakra, and I probably butchered that, but again, we're trying our best. This chakra can influence our ability to give and to receive love from others and ourselves. It's located at the center of our chest, like basically where your heart is. The color for this one is green.
00:17:51
Speaker
The symbol is two triangles intersecting to form a yantra, which represents the balance of yin and yang as well as the upward and downward forces. Outside of the triangle is a lotus flower with 12 petals that symbolize the 12 divine qualities associated with the heart. It controls our love. I'm sorry if you hear my dog barking. They're rustling up here.
00:18:16
Speaker
I had to mute myself earlier because I could hear them right behind my door. It's like, oh my god. It controls our love, our joy, and our inner peace. Its focus is love and compassion. The element for this chakra is air. The stone is a rose quartz.
00:18:36
Speaker
And when blocked, it will manifest in heart problems, asthma, and weight issues, as well as our emotional actions and reactions. Those with a blocked heart chakra are said to often put others first to their own detriment. When out of alignment, it can also make us feel lonely and secure and isolated.
00:18:55
Speaker
If a person's heart chakra is blocked, they will have difficulty fully opening up to other people in their life as well. Because it is the middle chakra, this one is thought to act as a bridge between our upper and lower chakras, as well as representing our ability to love and connect with others. When it's open and aligned, a person will experience deep compassion and empathy, yoga poses that are associated with it,
00:19:18
Speaker
are poses that are meant to be heart openers like the camel pose, the wheel, the cow face pose, or the humble warrior.
00:19:27
Speaker
I love them. I feel like you went into so much detail on yours with all the body parts and stuff. I'm like, anyways, here's some yoga poses. Have a great day, guys. No, I love the yoga poses. I wish I would have done the yoga poses. I did too much. Sorry, guys. Here's another book. This one is called The Throat Chakra. Welcome to Sam's TED Talk on Throat Chakras.
00:19:56
Speaker
This is the fifth chakra and it's located at the center of the neck at the level of the throat. And this chakra focuses on the passage of energy between the lower parts of the body and the head. The focus and function is on expression and communication. This is also referred to as Vishuddha, Kanth Padma, and Shodash Dala. And the most common Sanskrit name for the throat chakra is
00:20:23
Speaker
vishuddha which means pure and purification. It's related to the element of sound and it's commonly represented as blue turquoise or aquamarine and the art color is seen as a smoky purple or turquoise and this was the only one that I saw like
00:20:40
Speaker
anything listed on the art color for it, which is always interesting because sometimes I feel like whenever I am manifesting, you usually manifest, not manifest, I'm sorry, meditate, and I'm meditating with a group or something doing some sort of guided meditation whenever we're looking at the art fields and stuff. It's interesting because I will often see purple or gold or something, and so being able to see the different
00:21:09
Speaker
I guess colors related to this makes me wonder if this is stuff that we're pulling from our chakras when we're doing these meditations. Anyway, I need to do a little bit more research on that because I was just like, I'm curious why I'm visualizing these colors and it's all related to the chakras, which I didn't know all of the colors before. The symbol for the chakra is it's composed of a circle with 16 petals and there's a crescent
00:21:38
Speaker
with the circle inside it. This chakra is multidimensional and it's often represented as going out the front of the throat and going up the back and at a slight upward angle. Whatever that means to you. The descriptions of like the symbols, I'm trying to picture them
00:22:00
Speaker
was so hard because one of the articles that I write on this, it didn't have the image of the symbol, it was just describing it and I was like, what? And I had to find another article that included what the images looked like and I was like, oh, okay, this makes sense now. But just trying to like, so if you guys are listening and you're like, what the hell are you guys talking about?
00:22:21
Speaker
we were there too at some point. I would highly suggest looking them up to see what they look like because the descriptions make it so hard. And maybe even like watch a YouTube video of how they move, like where they're at in the body or something like that might help. But it is associated with pharyngeal and the brachial plexi.
00:22:41
Speaker
and it's connected to the mouth, the jaws, the tongue, the pharynx, and the palate. It's also linked to shoulders and neck and associated with a thyroid gland. And as we know, the thyroid gland helps us with our metabolism. It helps regulate energy throughout the body through temperature and things like that. So it just makes sense that this would also relate back into this throat chakra.
00:23:08
Speaker
So some of the behavioral characteristics, it helps with or I guess the throat chakra ties into expression. So speak being able to speak your truth communication, whether it's verbal or nonverbal connection with the etheric realm propensity to create
00:23:25
Speaker
realizing your purpose. It helps with a good sense of timing and it helps to connect you to spirit. This chakra is seen as the bottleneck of the movement of energy throughout the body. So opening the throat chakra can help to align your vision and your reality. A blocked throat chakra can lead to a lack of control over one's speech and
00:23:46
Speaker
not being able to listen to others, excessive fear of speaking, having a small voice, not being able to keep secrets and telling lies, or on the other hand, being shy and always like being truthful to a fault where it's become like a detriment to yourself and lacking of connection with your purpose in life.
00:24:08
Speaker
Next is the third eye chakra, which is the anya or anya chakra. It's also known as the brow chakra. Again, my dogs are wrestling right outside my office door, so sorry. I don't know if you can hear them, but they're growling and slamming around. It's driving me crazy. It's located between the eyes on the forehead. The color for this one is indigo, dark blue, or purple, which are all basically... Oh my god.
00:24:38
Speaker
which are all like basically like that same color realm. The symbol for this one consists of an inverted triangle resting in a circle between two lotus petals. The petals and downward facing pyramid both signify wisdom which emphasizes this chakra's role in our journey to spiritual awareness. It controls our connection to our intuition,
00:25:02
Speaker
our imagination and wisdom. Its main focus is intuition and imagination. Its element, this one was a little murky on the element, so some sources note that this chakra doesn't have an element, while others state that the element for this one is light.
00:25:18
Speaker
which I thought was interesting like just light over like fire or something you know yeah so I don't know if you'd ever heard of it that way like an element just light but I thought that was kind of interesting so I wouldn't include both that it it doesn't have one or it or it's light who knows
00:25:34
Speaker
The stone for this one is amethyst. Blockages will manifest as headaches, sight problems, trouble concentrating, and even like hearing problems. And if someone has trouble listening or doesn't have a grasp on reality, or if they're kind of like a know-it-all, they're likely to have a blockage in their third eye chakra. When this chakra is in alignment and open, people are more likely to follow their intuition and have a better grasp on the bigger picture.
00:26:02
Speaker
yoga poses associated to the third eye chakra are poses that involve getting your upper body intimately connected with your lower body. So this would be poses like forward fold, folded eagle or even child's pose. Interesting. Right. So the final chakra
00:26:21
Speaker
the crown chakra. This is the seventh chakra. I don't know how to say this, but in Sanskrit, it's known as sahasra. It makes me want to be like sahaha. I don't know. Not sure there. This is loosely translated or meaning as thousand-pedaled
00:26:40
Speaker
or represents a thousand-pedaled lotus flower. It is located at the top of the head, so it sits like a crown, thus the name, the crown chakra, and it radiates upwards. This is associated with the element of thought, and it controls your connection to spirit, to a universal consciousness, wisdom, unity, and self-knowledge. It's also associated with ecstasy and bliss.
00:27:08
Speaker
chakra transcends limitations and it's the gateway to your cosmic self or your divine self and a gateway to the super consciousness. This is associated with the color violet and white. Oh, I do have the art color for this one as well. I got the art color for two. The art color for this chakra is
00:27:30
Speaker
seen as gold, white, or a clear light. And sometimes this is seen as a multi-colored, multifaceted rainbow type color. And the symbol, of course, a thousand petals or a circle. So if you're trying to draw all the chakras, if you don't have time to draw a thousand petals,
00:27:49
Speaker
Well, that's what that is. And it's sometimes compared to the symbols of like a full moon. So it's primarily associated with the pituitary gland, secondarily to the pineal and the hypothalamus. And the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus work to regulate the endocrine system. And because of this, the crown chakra is associated with the brain and the whole nervous system.
00:28:14
Speaker
So some signs of a blockage, you might feel disconnected from spirit. You might have like poor coordination or like feel like you're unbalanced, low ability to function physically, feeling confused all the time, lack of connection to the world, poor mental function, lack of focus and closed mindedness. And if you have an overactive crown chakra, you might feel like a constant like disconnection with your body and maybe like
00:28:42
Speaker
you're living too much in your head or you're experiencing hyper-spiritualization, like being drawn to doing, like practicing too much meditation and wanting to constantly feel that like floaty feeling all the time that you get with meditation. And that's it.
00:28:58
Speaker
So if you're anything like me, I don't know if you did this while you were reading it, I was like, I'm clearly out of balance everywhere, right?

Balancing Chakras and Personal Practices

00:29:08
Speaker
So how do we balance our chakras? Some of this was kind of funny to me, because it's like, like things that you should be doing, and we know that we should be doing anyways, and we don't. And it made me laugh like writing some of these notes out. So like to balance your chakra,
00:29:23
Speaker
You should eat a balanced diet and bring balance to the elements of your body Like these are things that we should be doing but we don't most of the time most of us Funny with that too. I'm sorry. I just want to like you're good like say to with like this one Especially like I didn't realize like there's certain foods to them like you should eat Depending on the chakra that you're trying to open and so I wrote down a few like for some of the different ones that I research but like I
00:29:48
Speaker
The crown one, it was eating onions and ginger, mushrooms, garlic, coconut. And for the throat, I don't think I had any food for that. For the solar plexus, yellow foods, so corn, lemons, and bananas. And I'm just like, oh, interesting. And then for the root chakra, things that grow in their ground.

Oh, like roots? Yeah, what a cute little play on words like root chakra, eat your roots. Yeah, no, that's I saw a lot of that. And I was like, I don't know how, like doing these notes, I didn't know how detailed and like in depth we were gonna go. So I was like, well, I don't want us to be here all day. So I'll just try to keep it limited. But there is honestly, if this is something you're interested in, like,
00:30:34

If you just type in chakras, you're going to get overloaded with information because that's how I felt researching this. Another way to balance them is just to practice asanas and yoga. And I don't know if I'm saying that right because I forgot to look up how that is said. If it's wrong, let us know. But these can help stimulate the chakras to improve their functioning.

Another one that we should be doing, especially if we have high stress in our lives or just need to calm down or relax, is practice breathing techniques. And this, in terms of chakra, is said to clear stale prana, which is a life-giving force of energy. So practicing those breathing techniques will clear out any stale energy in our body to help balance our chakras.

Speaker
You can practice chakra meditations, like there's specific meditations for chakra. So like these will like calm the mind, focus your energy towards problematic or blocked chakra systems and areas. And you can also try practicing mudras, which are hand gestures performed in yoga and meditation to focus your energy where it's needed.
00:31:47
Speaker
you would balance the elements in your body by performing the corresponding mudra to that element. And I looked up some of these on YouTube. They're really interesting. I don't know if you've ever looked into them, but it's like, it's literally just like hand poses that you do essentially. And they all like tie to different elements. It's interesting. Yeah. Yeah.
00:32:10
Speaker
some of the other things that like I came across to a lot of articles were saying like one way that you connect with the whatever chakra you're wanting to like spend more time on or unblock or whatever where the color that corresponds with that chakra and then for a lot of it it you know being able to like depending on what that chakra represents write and like craft some sort of
00:32:37
Speaker
affirmation to either speak like especially for the throat chakra you want to speak it for like the crown chakra you might want to just like read it and like say it in your mind and things like that but try and like make it as I guess meaningful to that chakra that you're trying to open up and spend more time with like make sure that they you know you're doing it how it should be done and then also like with the root chakra too like
00:33:03
Speaker
they said that being comfortable with your sexuality and stuff. So maybe that could be getting down with your partner or getting down with yourself if you want to unblock those chakras and work with them. And yeah, so there's a lot of really interesting things for each chakra out there, things specifically that you can do. And yeah, it's just a lot of information, a lot of interesting information. Yeah.
00:33:33
Speaker
Hopefully this helped. Hopefully it was a good introduction for somebody that's like looking to learn about it. But I know it was a lot of information and almost like overwhelming looking it up just to try to research it. So hopefully this kind of like paring it down into a single episode, maybe it can help like jumpstart your research or like
00:33:58
Speaker
learning about it, because it's there's a lot, there's a whole lot. And I feel like we didn't even cover every, you know, like all the things about it. So yeah, and like with the chakras too, like, I mean, not only is it a lot, but everybody's going to practice like your practice is going to influence how you connect and engage with them anyway. So finding something that resonates to you,
00:34:23
Speaker
with each of these, especially if you're interested in it and want to learn more, I think it's probably the best thing that you can do. Yeah. Yeah.
