Introduction to Liana Johns and Community Role

00:00:10
Speaker
Hello, everyone. I'm so very excited for our guest and our conversation today. Back when I was first envisioning this podcast, this person came to mind as someone that I would love the opportunity to shine a light on and to have come on and tell us
00:00:30
Speaker
about her journey, just some behind the scenes of what she's gone through. If you are local to the area, you are in for a real treat today. We have the beautiful Liana Johns here today and she is not only an incredible space holder of a human,
00:00:49
Speaker
But she is the owner of Piranha Salt Cave here in the local Wilmington area, and that salt cave is a space holder in and of itself. It is the home to our really beloved community through the Balaan priestess, Christina, who's been on the show, the cacao circles, and just so many opportunities for healing,
00:01:15
Speaker
relaxation, just getting back in touch with yourself.

Liana's Entrepreneurial Journey

00:01:19
Speaker
I just have to say that
00:01:22
Speaker
I met Liana when I started coming to Wilmington on a regular basis and visiting and her warmth and just how she welcomed me immediately made me really start to visualize having a home here where I felt like I had a community already that I could go to, which is kind of an amazing and rare feeling I feel like. And so today we have Liana joining us. So welcome Liana.
00:01:52
Speaker
Awesome. Thank you so much. That was such a beautiful welcome. I'm really excited to be here and talk to you and I love watching your journey from when you first got here and where it's going. So I'm excited to be on the podcast. I've listened to a bunch of your podcasts and enjoy them because they're things I like to listen to about and it's just like light and inspiring and you know there's a lot of
00:02:20
Speaker
doom and gloom in the world, so I like to hear inspiring things. Thank you for sharing that. I love it for getting something out of it because I feel like you get pretty much every guest I have from the local area. We're like, shout out, Liana. Shout out, Prana.
00:02:39
Speaker
Well, I definitely appreciate that. Yeah. I mean, I think we have such a great group of, well, humans in general. So that's certainly our Christina and we have Melanie, I know humans just on your podcast too. And just watching everybody's journey from when we all started hanging out, just expanding and building on our creativity and just, I don't know, magical.
00:03:05
Speaker
I know it's pretty special. It's a real special feeling here and I joke like I wonder how many people I'm hopefully inspiring to move to the place they dream of to go to the you know to the place explore see how it feels and let that manifestation come through because
00:03:24
Speaker
It can change your life in the most energizing and beautiful ways. And I literally, I have so much gratitude in my heart for what you have brought to the community that I now am really fortunate to live in. And I know you're an entrepreneur at heart, which I totally relate to.
00:03:45
Speaker
I always personally like to hear people's backstory and kind of where they came from and what they've grown through. Would you share with us a little bit about that journey because people see you, but it's not often we get into these deeper conversations. So maybe tell us what sparked that
00:04:08
Speaker
that knowing that you were going to move in that direction of being an entrepreneur and opening up a beautiful business for people to heal.
00:04:16
Speaker
Sure. So a lot of my life, I really didn't know what I was doing. Kind of like what was her name that Jennifer Aniston where she like did everything, you know, had a million different jobs. So, but I mostly was a waitress for most of my life because I was good at it and it was easy to just like, I liked moving and talking to people. So that was always great. And I always liked learning about other people.
00:04:44
Speaker
So that was fun, but it was tiring late night and I did go to school. It took me a while because again, I think I took a break and then I went to real estate school and then I left real estate school and moved here and I would have had to redo stuff. So I was like, well, let me just see. I was 21, so let's just see where I'm at. Live by the beach, this beautiful place.
00:05:08
Speaker
Anyway, so I went back to school though after that because I decided not to do real estate. Then I went to school for business just because I knew business was a good thing to have in general for, you know, whatever I might decide to do.
00:05:26
Speaker
Anyway, that was a little rocky because I moved here and I probably was partying a little too much.

Vision and Challenges of Prana Salt Cave

00:05:34
Speaker
Definitely the environment for it. Yeah. Where did you move from? From New York. Oh, okay. Yeah. So 10 hours away. Rockland County. And I've been here now.
00:05:49
Speaker
I don't know, 18 years? I think 18 years. It's fun. Yeah. But yeah, so things were getting a little crazy. And then I decided, okay, I need to, I need to get better. I need to get healthier. So I decided to do some more yoga. And then I was like, well, I wish I had money to go like on a retreat, but I didn't.
00:06:09
Speaker
But I did have money to go to yoga school because I was like, well, it made sense in my mind that, well, I'm going to school for it, plus they got me on a payment plan. And it's something that will give back to me in the future as far as like financially. I mean, of course, a retreat always is going to give back to you, but you know what I mean. Yeah, for sure.
00:06:30
Speaker
So I went to yoga training and liked it and decided that I wanted to be a teacher, fixed up my life slowly. And along that journey was learning about manifesting, learning about just loving yourself was the biggest thing. I think I drank a lot because I
00:06:48
Speaker
felt like it was easier to be that happy person when I was masking all my emotions and letting that be my escape, I guess. So I actually stopped drinking for four years to also get more in tune with myself. So along with meditation, yoga, moving my body, being outside and cutting out
00:07:14
Speaker
horrible foods and drinks. I was able to really finally get in tune with myself. And then I decided to take it to another level. I was like, all right. I saw this salt cave on Facebook in Asheville and I said, well, if they can have that there, then
00:07:31
Speaker
we should have it here. And it could be everything that I love to do. So I could teach yoga, I could have my own space instead of working for somebody else. And I can I was always working like 24 seven. So I was like, I was missing out on these events that I wanted to go to.
00:07:48
Speaker
So I decided that I would just build a space that I could just always have the things that I love and help people to realize themselves as I had started to realize myself. And so long story short, I decided to love myself, believe in myself, and really work on techniques of affirmations, of like clearing out the negative thoughts, listening to podcasts, just building up
00:08:18
Speaker
everything and then decided, well, if they say that it's true, if you believe it, you can do it, right? Then I can do this. I just have to stick to it and really put it out there.
00:08:34
Speaker
So I did, I ran around town asking everyone for help as I couldn't get any money from the regular corporation. And I found my first investor who really helped me believe in myself because like the next level and then I just didn't give up. So I just... How long ago was that?
00:08:58
Speaker
that was um we're open almost four years uh but i totally started the journey five and a half years ago yeah yeah and i was we were talking and laughing because it
00:09:13
Speaker
you guys listening have no idea what we went through to get the audio to work to record this. It was like we could not figure out how to get the audio to work. And it was like two entrepreneurial spirits with the grit to figure it out. 25 minutes later, it was done. And I was what you're sharing right now. I'm like, yeah, that that entrepreneurial grit is such a part of the equation. And going out, I mean, how was that for you going out and being
00:09:43
Speaker
vulnerable and asking for resources, asking for people to back you. Were you confident in that process or was that at your edge of what you're comfortable with? Luckily, I had some skills from marketing for a few different businesses. I did sales for a coupon book and I did sales for an insurance company. So I had some of those skills, but I was nervous because I built my business plan and I didn't even know if it was correct.
00:10:12
Speaker
Like, it was nerve wracking because it's also money for something that, you know, somebody had to believe in me, not a product, right? They had to put it in. And, you know, it was a lot on my shoulders to like, OK, if I'm going to do this, I have to really make sure I'm going to do it and do it right. And, you know, yeah. Yeah. And I'm sure you learned a lot about yourself in the process of that experience.
00:10:40
Speaker
And, you know, when you put yourself out there like that, it's like all, you got to kind of go all in on, like you said, you, you've got to go all in on you. And yeah, I mean, the, the energy of what you created is so beautiful. I think that that's something that, um, I mean, obviously it's a beautiful environment. If you are listening and you've never been or seen a salt cave, I encourage you to go to Piranha salt caves.
00:11:06
Speaker
Instagram and look it is the most gorgeous environment and the energy is so clean and bright and you feel that when you you know when you're there and that is something like I don't know you can't like manufacture that like that's not something you can just kind of be like okay I want this no it's like that has to come through and I think that that is
00:11:30
Speaker
part of what is so special about that space is you and you have really brought that through and connected so many people in this area and so many people in this community, not only to each other, but to themselves. And that is so just perfect. I don't know if you set off, I mean, it sounds like you were
00:11:55
Speaker
had that in mind, right? You had that at the heart of what you were creating, but you've done that. That's amazing. Yeah. And it's like interesting to say, wow, like you have to really think back sometimes because you get in your head, you know, it's not easy running a business, especially, I mean, opened six months into six months after 2020. You know, we won't go there, but
00:12:18
Speaker
Yeah, but you know, it's hard enough with the business and then that's happening, but I do appreciate all their e-words because that is why I did it. I like to make people feel good. I like people to, I have a tattoo on my wrist that says shine bright. And it's just because that's what helped me. Like I would look at it every day and say, shine your brightest and you can do this.
00:12:39
Speaker
And I want people to feel that way. And a lot of people do come to my space when they're looking for healing, whether it be physical because salt helps with respiratory issues and skin conditions, or whether it be the emotional, like just calming the mind or finding their purpose. Yeah, it's a lot further than I thought it would go, but it's really beautiful.

Balancing Motherhood and Self-Care

00:12:58
Speaker
And I had a lot of help along the way. I just want to give a shout out to Heather Gordy because her and I helped set that and all the friends that helped
00:13:07
Speaker
to be in that space. But one thing we did that was different is that I'd never done before, is we grid the space with crystals.
00:13:15
Speaker
Okay, yeah. So not only is it that I pray in the space and I am there in that space and I have meditated on that space a ton, but Heather helped me to cleanse it and set a grid around the space. And from then on, just everybody who's coming into the space, all the practitioners also bring in every time we're playing crystal bowls or chimes or anything in there, we're helping to keep that grounding
00:13:43
Speaker
energy. So yeah, it's not just me, but I'm just so grateful that it's like today somebody had a massage and Brittany texted me saying this. I wish I had recorded this woman because she just left a massage with Aaliyah and she was like, the space, the energy, it's so much better than her thoughts. And she was praising Aaliyah, but she was like, she could just feel a difference as soon as she walked in the door. And that happens a lot. And I love that.
00:14:12
Speaker
I have chills. I love that because it's like a felt experience. All that behind the scenes, head down, figuring things out, all the pieces that come into play. For me personally, that's not my strong suit or the fun part.
00:14:32
Speaker
I don't have that sort of energy this time around, but the felt experience on the other side says here, and that must be amazing to hear that that is coming through, that that is the felt experience of the people that are coming in.
00:14:51
Speaker
And I mean, you have so much to offer in this space. And that's the other thing too, that I think is really unique is it's such a wide variety of different offerings. And it's like, you get so filled up just by, you know, whether you're going to
00:15:07
Speaker
to sit in the salt cave or you're going to attend an event. And I know you do yoga in the salt cave. And I just encourage if anyone's listening that hasn't gone, it's like, again, you think in your mind like, oh, OK, I kind of know what to expect. But again, I think it's the felt experience that is really what you've got to go for. You've got to step out of your comfort zone and just do it if it's something that doesn't seem like every day for you.
00:15:36
Speaker
Yeah. And you're always like every time I go, I'm like, Oh, I'm so much better for that. Like I'm so, I feel so much better for after that, you know, when I'm such a little hermit, like getting out of my house. And I think it's very for some people because they're like, I don't know. What would I do for 45 minutes? Like for a regular salt session, you just sit there and they're like, I don't know. But then anyone who does come, they're like, wait, the time's up. I'm like,
00:16:00
Speaker
Yeah, I love that. Yeah. Do you encourage people not to bring their phone in or do they just leave it up to them?
00:16:07
Speaker
No, no phones allowed unless it's a private session. So I mean, it's the bachelorette and you know, it's a bunch of girls, whatever. I want you to have fun and take your selfies. But most sessions are phone free because I really want them to sit. I'll allow books. So if somebody's really nervous, they can grab a book. And I have some like Oracle cards if they want to focus on something, they can do that. But yeah, I don't want them to be rolling on Instagram or Facebook.
00:16:35
Speaker
because that's part of the whole thing too. It's not just the salt, it's the time. Absolutely. It's so rare that we have any guidelines around the phone. I am definitely addicted to the scroll and have to check myself. Me too. For someone to say, no, don't bring your phone. When I go to get acupuncture, she's like,
00:17:05
Speaker
don't hold your phone, it's okay, it'll be okay over there." I'm like, oh yeah, okay, thank you. Like, give me the rules of the road because I know I'll be better for it. Yeah, I love acupuncture too. Acupuncture is fantastic. Do you go often? I have been, yeah. I've been going once a month now at first, so I was going more regularly.
00:17:28
Speaker
When I moved down here from Virginia, I wasn't really... Actually, I did go to acupuncturists occasionally, but I'm really loving who I'm seeing here locally. It's Erika at Haven Acupuncture. Nice. Yeah, she's very clinical and very sweet, but I felt like she's been really helpful with offsetting some stuff.
00:17:53
Speaker
Nice. For me, I know. It's always, I don't know. Do you always, when you get acupuncture, it's always the same things that come off like the same organs that are kind of out of balance? I mostly did it during pregnancy. So yeah, it was mostly for my SI. But yeah, I think liver comes up often. Liver. Seriously. What's with the liver? What about you? Liver.
00:18:18
Speaker
She usually is either depleted or excess, but that's come up a couple times. She's like, welcome to be a woman in a modern world.
00:18:36
Speaker
We got, I guess, a lot of things working against our liberty in the world. Oh my gosh, seriously, I know. So yeah, so you mentioned you've transitioned recently into being a mom and I love that for you. Don't you feel like being a mom is like a whole nother level of being a leader in life?
00:19:02
Speaker
I thought about that lately. I'm like, moms are freaking badass leaders. If you weren't before a leader type, you are after you have a kid because you're just like, take charge. It's like the next level and how do I beat it?
00:19:22
Speaker
How do I accomplish, I shouldn't say beat it, but you know, like I feel like I'm in a video game like, all right, well you learned how to love yourself and you build a business. So now we're going to give you motherhood and you're going to have to start all over again, believing in your gut and trusting that and what's the right thing to do every day. So it's like the next level of really tapping in, I guess. 100%. Yeah. It's a full on.
00:19:52
Speaker
full on experience, especially with young children. I now feel like I'm some sort of like, it's to your point, I feel like I've kind of beat the young child level and now I'm like, okay, now I'm in the older kid level and this is my jam, I can do this.
00:20:12
Speaker
So does it get easier? Well, yes and no, because the physical care and demand of keeping up with small children was really hard on my constitution. I need sleep. I need certain alone time to function, and that just does not happen as much as I would prefer for a while. That was hard for me. Yeah. That was hard.
00:20:42
Speaker
I'm loose, sleep thing is huge for me. And so I wake up in the middle of the night to pump and check on baby and then go back to bed. And then he's waking me up in the morning and I'm like, this is not good. This is that I don't even know sometimes in the morning.
00:20:58
Speaker
Uh, what's going on? Cause I'm so tired. It's full on delirium. Yeah. It's full on delirium. It's not, I mean, I, I really, I don't feel like my, um, I don't know, like looking back and even when I was in it, like, I feel like that, that early, those early years for me was not a very graceful time for me. I feel like I struggled a lot. It was like, I felt like my.
00:21:27
Speaker
It was really triggering to me. And then I, at the time, I think now we're more talking about real life stuff easier. We're like, no, show me like really what's hard. But at the time I feel like there was a sort of like, all I was kind of maybe picking up on was like this, oh, I just love having little babies and I just want to have so many. And I'm like, yeah, no, I'm like going to die. Like this is so exhausting and.
00:21:51
Speaker
just physically, emotionally taxing. Yeah. But it's so beautiful too. Like when people, I always ask people like, well, is it really worth it? And even as much as we've gone through in our first six months here, it's totally worth it. The little fliles, the skin, just staring at their ears. It's like you're meant to have this,
00:22:21
Speaker
you know, soul contract together. Like you are, you are each other's people.
00:22:27
Speaker
It can be shocking and it can be not what you thought. Like I feel like still to this day, I'm like, I didn't sign up for this. Like this is fricking hard. Like, but then yeah, it's like, again, like, you know, you have this incredible bond of love, pure love, like that's just like wild and yeah, like untamed wild kind of thing tempered with all the everyday stuff. That's just like,
00:22:58
Speaker
And by the way, I don't know what I thought, but I was like, Oh, they're just going to kind of fit into my life. It's going to be amazing. And like, um, you know, Yeah, my, you know, my kids were challenged in a lot of ways and had, you know, some stuff. And I was like, not what I had in mind.
00:23:25
Speaker
You know, I pictured like, okay, well, I'm going to go to fit for mom and I'm going to work out every day and I'm going to, it's going to be beautiful. I'm not going to let things change my life a lot, but I think we, we, I did have some trauma efforts. So you just don't know what's going to happen. And, um,
00:23:47
Speaker
But I think whether you have the trauma or not, it just changes your life completely. All moms have no sleep and have to figure that out.

Healing Journey with Son's Trauma

00:24:00
Speaker
try to maintain themselves, like keep themselves, not like lose themselves. And I don't know where I was going with that, but. Yeah. How are you feeling like with, I mean, it's so funny because, and this is a loaded question, but like in terms of taking care of yourself in the midst of everything, like I know it's not been easy and it's a lot, it's so much on all the layers, emotionally, energetically, physically,
00:24:29
Speaker
Yeah. How are you really feeling? Well, it's been hard because we had the trauma. And so he has some brain trauma. So right now we're working on healing his brain. And so we've done hyperbaric chamber, stem cells, PT, OT, speech therapy, energy healings. You name it, we're working on it. But the thing I have to
00:24:59
Speaker
remember is all the things that got me to this moment.
00:25:05
Speaker
I think if this had happened to me 10 years ago, it would have been a lot even harder. It's hard now. I probably would have fallen into a hole and been depressed, and I don't know what would have happened then. But because of my yoga, my meditation, and things that I would say to somebody else, things happen. It's OK.
00:25:29
Speaker
You're strong. You're going to make it. There's a reason he picked you. So remember it because we do have those tools because he knew what we would he it's like he knew exactly who he needed to be able to help him with with with why he for some reason had to go through this. Right. Because I do believe that we have, like you said, sole contracts. We have these contracts that we have to live out in this
00:25:57
Speaker
in this world on earth because that's what we can do here where on earth you're able to experience joy and grief and jealousy and all of it and we wanted to do that because I guess up there you don't.
00:26:14
Speaker
If that's your belief, I don't know. I'm with you. So we all have our journeys that we have to go through. And so he picked us, I think, because we are able, like my husband was the first one who was like, well, what about hyperbaric chamber? Like the doctors don't know what that is, but he knows what that is. Yeah.
00:26:31
Speaker
He had thought about it for years and he's been in one and so that that worked and the fact that you know, I've really worked on manifesting and using our words correctly so we don't you know, we say he's healing he is healed like we are always using affirmations and speaking in a tone that he is gonna fully recover 110% because we believe that that it can and
00:27:00
Speaker
Where was I going? I started rambling. No, it's beautiful. I feel every word you're saying. So yeah, motherhood this time right now, that's how I'm feeling is it has been really scary and sad, but also I've been able to pull myself out because of, um, having like-minded people around me, support family, friends, and just the tools to
00:27:29
Speaker
to let go and surrender to the moment. That's such a good point. And it's like, I can remember going through yoga training and even taking yoga classes and it's like,
00:27:43
Speaker
yoga off the mat, you know, like that's why we do the yoga on the mat is so we can handle the yoga off the mat, like life happening. And, you know, yoga is just one tool, but just for an example, like you bring up a really good point that you don't sometimes know maybe why you're led again to know about certain modalities or to try certain things until you are faced with something where you're like, Oh, I need, I needed to know that.
00:28:10
Speaker
and now I know why and or I needed to be open to that and now I can you know put that into action and having the tools is you know it's so like talked about but it's so real life functioning saving your ass type stuff when it comes down to it because and that's why I feel like having conversations with with you and and just bringing that through that sense of like
00:28:40
Speaker
Yes, it's hard and yes, it's going to suck and things are going to not go as planned, but there's also ways that you can buffer and continue to stay with yourself in a loving way. And that's why I think, you know, it's like, yeah, okay, having these practices or whatever is nice on a good day. But then when you really feel like you could use them, it's like everything.
00:29:09
Speaker
Yeah, absolutely. Pretty much everything, you know, all the things they learned. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And, you know, going through something that really requires you to be
00:29:24
Speaker
just like so double down on presence and strength and like, I mean, and it's hard with kids too because I feel like you, while you're an empath, I'm sure you feel, and even just being a mother, like you feel your own stuff and you feel your kids stuff. So it's like you get like that double, whoops, double hit of like,
00:29:48
Speaker
difficult feeling because it's like I, you know, I have my own feelings and my own, you know, stuff more than my body that I'm dealing with. And then, oh, by the way, I'm completely tethered to another human that is absolutely having their own experience too. But you're like, don't you feel like you're kind of having it? It's like twice.
00:30:07
Speaker
Yeah and you want to do everything

Insights on Parenting Teenagers

00:30:10
Speaker
you can to help them because you don't want to see them suffer you know so like oh my gosh yeah I had um you know I haven't
00:30:21
Speaker
I don't know that I've ever... I think I've spoke about this briefly, but my daughter went through a really, really challenging time when she was 11 without getting into the details because I would want to ask her permission before I talked about it, but the gist of it was she was hospitalized for a mental health situation. And it was the scariest time I've ever
00:30:45
Speaker
ever could have imagined, you know, such a young, beautiful girl that is my daughter, you know, dealing with such a hard freaking thing. And I got, I know, it was really fucking intense. I mean, it was probably, probably up there with like the most, one of the most challenging, if not the most challenging things. And I remember I went to someone who I consider to be very mature, mystical,
00:31:13
Speaker
mother like matron kind of woman matron like matron like um very wise very connected like otherworldly connected um actually i don't know she's her name is julie piet she's known as shree mati she's ritual's wife um if you know who that is the podcast ritual
00:31:32
Speaker
I don't know. Anyway, she's cool. She's a cool lady. I went out of my way to ask if I could have a session with her. I don't know why exactly her, but I had a session with her and she said to me, she's like, you need to remember that your daughter is as powerful as the son.
00:31:51
Speaker
and that she came here, we're all as powerful as the sun. And she came here on her own accord with her own power. And yes, it's going to be hard if she chooses certain things, but this is her sovereign soul journey. And I was like,
00:32:12
Speaker
That just like, right? Yeah, chill. I got tears. I know. It's intense. I mean, when she said that to me, I was like, Oh my gosh, you're so right. Like this is, this is like, I don't have to be responsible as much as I was trying to make myself responsible for what was going on. And it just like snapped me back. And so I've always kind of remember that in my back of my mind, like,
00:32:39
Speaker
These kids are amazing and yes, it's a gift to be their parent, but also they're powerful and they're good. They're going to work it out and it's going to be exactly whatever they are here to do and live. Anyway, I just wanted to share that because I was coming through and I'm like,
00:32:58
Speaker
Well, I know a lot a lot. Yeah. I feel your feel your pain. And thankfully, she totally pulled up and out and like it took some time.
00:33:18
Speaker
She's awesome. She is awesome. It took some time and it took her getting really learning how to work with herself and her uniqueness. But I mean, it's crazy the strength and the maturity and the wisdom I think she has because of that crazy time. I wouldn't have chosen this for you.
00:33:47
Speaker
holy shit, you're like light years beyond most 16, 17 year old kids. So anyway.
00:33:55
Speaker
also because she has a great mom to help lead her through that, you know, I mean, you took her to kick out ceremony. Yeah, we really, Olivia and I really get each other and, you know, we were asking kind of about the phases and stuff. And I, you know, like, I feel like having a teenager is amazing. Like, it's like,
00:34:20
Speaker
Wow, it's such a cool experience to watch her just be so self-aware and grounded at her age. I'm like, okay, that wasn't happening when I was in the 90s. But anyway, I mean, thank you for allowing me to kind of put that out there because I know
00:34:48
Speaker
It's intense.

Future Inspirations in Healing and Expansion

00:34:50
Speaker
So the one thing I wanted to kind of say as we're, you know, I feel like we could talk forever and I'm loving this time with you because I've missed you. I feel like I haven't seen you since, you know, I know life is happening right now and it's intense. And I'm like, oh, when you have the space and you feel like it, come on. And I'm so grateful you came on and talked today.
00:35:14
Speaker
What else in terms of like, I mean, I know right now you are full on mom mode, like head down in, you know, in that process, but is there something that's inspiring you right now or you're, you're getting inspiration from anything in particular?
00:35:32
Speaker
Well, I think because of what Atlas, my son is going through, it's, like I said, helping me step up. And I'm not sure where it's going to leave yet, but that's what I just keep imagining is that, well, we have some tools for him and maybe something comes out of that where, I don't know, maybe I start learning cranial fashion therapy or something.
00:35:57
Speaker
So maybe I'll be adding on to, I think it just all will help add on to the space of Prana is to offer more tools. You know, we have had cranial sacral therapy pick up because I'm using it more, you know, and so I think that's it is just really being present.
00:36:16
Speaker
being a mom, manifesting his healing and helping him on his journey. So like talking about your daughter, I was just thinking like, you know, how far she's come and Atlas is going to do the same. And he's going to be a humanitarian maybe because that's what his Jean Keith say. So I'm going to learn more about Jean Keith. So, you know, just staying positive.
00:36:40
Speaker
continuing to bring things to people that bring me joy and that I've learned about that can help for healing. And yeah, so being a good business owner and mother and wife and all the things. I mean, you are that loving healing energy just being around you. Like you don't even have to do all the things, but I think it's exciting to continue to grow and
00:37:09
Speaker
Yeah, I mean, these situations can really bring through medicine that we didn't even know was going to be a part of our life. And when you have that story of something that you've grown through that could help others or that give others hope,
00:37:29
Speaker
In fact, I want to just out say it on this, while we're recording my friend who I want to have on the podcast, her name, I'll send you her link, but she just wrote, she delivered, she just wrote a book about her journey of delivering twins at 23 weeks and having micro preemies and just the incredible amount of
00:38:00
Speaker
Oh, you know, things they had to go through to get their girls up and out of the hospital. And now they're like writing little toddlers. Like, it's so amazing. And I just feel like her story and her book, I think it's pre-sale right now. She's been talking about her Instagram. I'll share it with you. But the name of her book is actually not what I had in mind. And it's like,
00:38:24
Speaker
She's a great storyteller too and just communicator. So I'll definitely put that in the show notes and hopefully Laura will come on, Laura. I don't know if you're listening, but I'm going to be coming for you. Come on, talk about your book, but maybe I'd love to hear you. Yeah, I know. And I know like right now it's like, yeah, I don't have time to read a book, but if you, you know, if you feel inspired to read the book, I'm going to read it. And I'm not even necessarily in the, you know, young baby phase at all, not in the baby phase, but it just like,
00:38:54
Speaker
I'm like inspired to hear her journey because it was like real touch and go there for a while. Yeah. Yeah, she's incredible. And I, you know, I know like with, you know, with what you are,
00:39:10
Speaker
what you are living through and what you're growing through and all of that, you're going to bring through so much hope. And your Instagram literally says, right, it says like dealing hope or something like that. One of mine, yeah, my personal one. Your personal one. Slinging Oprah. So good. So good. Can never be too much of that going on.

Closing Reflections and Contact Info

00:39:33
Speaker
I know, but is there anything else that's coming through that you want to share before we wrap up? Let's see. I'm just really excited that I got to do this with you and I love the way you speak and just it's so easy to talk to you and just
00:39:50
Speaker
I mean, little reminders, even in just our little bit of time of like, life. We're just like, very like-minded. So thank you. And I appreciate you. And if you ever want to be petals, just come hang out with me and Atlas.
00:40:05
Speaker
I know. Yeah, Olivia is so good with babies. She loves babies. Yes, they come to her. It's like the blonde hair or something. They're like, you know, it's funny to watch. So yeah, we'll have you over and get to meet him. And yeah, I mean, thank you for all that you have contributed to this community and me personally. I'm just so grateful and I'm so really grateful that you
00:40:32
Speaker
came on today and was able to take some time and space away from all the stuff going on to just connect with us and share. And I know so many people listening are going to get so much out of this. It's like really powerful. Yeah, I agree. I'm so grateful for you. And maybe we'll do it again and we can talk about.
00:40:52
