00:00:26
Speaker
All right, welcome back. In this episode, we're going to talk about how you can bring calm into your chaos, how you can reground yourself out of chaos and into a calm, grounded state.
00:00:42
Speaker

00:01:09
Speaker
All right, let's dive on

Gianna's Personal Chaos Story

00:01:11
Speaker
in. So I'm pretty sure I created this episode partially for myself, knowing that there are so many of you out there who are also swimming in chaos, whether it's chaos that you've been experiencing for a very, very long time, whether it's chronic chaos, maybe perhaps you've been experiencing it for your whole entire life or maybe it's some monetary acute chaos that you've just come in contact with.
00:01:42
Speaker
So personally for me over the past week I have been moving which you've probably moved before you know is complete chaos. I also have a one and a half year old and it's been very challenging to pack unpack with her because she's adjusting to a new place and she just wants to be held.
00:02:02
Speaker
And on top of that, there's been so many other little things that have just gone wrong, like just gone wrong. And it's just been, you know, pure chaos, which you can see I'm in new office space. Now my whiteboard is on the floor. Things are not hung. There's stuff everywhere, but Hey, we are doing it today. We are recording. We are getting this episode out there. It's needed for me. It's needed for you.
00:02:27
Speaker
So here we go.

Three-Step Framework for Escaping Chaos

00:02:28
Speaker
I wrote this three-step framework literally for you, for myself, to help you snap out of chaos quickly. And this works for you whether you have, again, been going through chaos and in chaos for a very long time, or perhaps you are experiencing some chaos, some short-term chaos right now, like like a move, for example.
00:02:51
Speaker
So there's three steps to this, and it's really important to snap yourself out of chaos quickly. Now, why is this? Because the longer you stay in a chaotic state, the longer you are programming and training your subconscious to believe that you are a chaotic person, that you need to be in chaos. And what happens the longer you're in chaos, you start to create more chaos.
00:03:18
Speaker
You start to find yourself in more chaotic situations. You start to manifest more and more chaos. So when you notice you're in a chaotic situation, of course, it's normal to tolerate some chaos in your life. There's going to be chaos.
00:03:35
Speaker
But it's very important that you catch it and you start to reground yourself as quickly as possible because the subconscious learns through repetition and through extended periods of time.
00:03:48
Speaker
So again, the more chaos you're experiencing, the longer you're experiencing this chaos, the more you are training your brain to believe that you're just a chaotic person.
00:03:58
Speaker
that chaos just finds you, that life is just stressful. And this becomes your mindset. This becomes the lens by which you start to operate in the world. And you've probably heard someone say this before.
00:04:10
Speaker
My life is just always so stressful or stress finds me, chaos finds me. And that is likely because that person has been creating it. And so a really important piece of this is we need to first and foremost address and admit to ourselves where we are allowing and maybe even adding to the chaos. So if you're not doing anything to mitigate the chaos, you are adding to your own chaos. So it's okay to admit that to say, Hey, you know what? Right now,
00:04:39
Speaker
I'm adding to this chaos. And even if someone else around you is really chaotic, and because of that, you are becoming chaotic, that's you allowing it, right? I've been in that experience many, many times in my life, or there's people who are close to me who are chaotic, stressful, and I feel it, and I'm an empath. So as soon as I start to feel stress and chaos, it's all over me, right? And so I have to do a lot of deep work cleansing work healing work and you know grounding work to make sure that that chaos that stress doesn't stick to me because when you're an empath it can stick to you very easily so here are the three steps i wrote them down so that i could very clearly walk you through this process but i really want to remind you and stress this that it is so important that if you
00:05:31
Speaker
find yourself in a chaotic situation, snap yourself out as quickly as possible. This prevents you from programming and training your brain to be in chaos. And it's okay if you're in that state already, this process will still help you start retraining and rewiring your brain.
00:05:49
Speaker
And if you do find that you've been in a very chaotic and stressful state for a long time, chronically over a very long period of time, make sure you grab access to the rewired app. I want you to start listening to those audio recordings every single day. It's going to help you start retraining your subconscious in a very deep and profound way to be in a calmer state.
00:06:14
Speaker
Even if you think you've done meditation in the past and it hasn't helped you, this is different than normal, regular meditation. These are subconscious meditations that penetrate deeper than the conscious level of your mind, the subconscious level of your mind, the part of your mind that is responsible for the way you are, for every part of you.
00:06:37
Speaker
So when you rewire and retrain your subconscious, that's when real change can actually happen. So even if meditation has never worked for you in the past, I want you to grab access to the rewired audios below and try them on for yourself. You can get access for 30 days for free with the code that is linked but below.

Step One: Regrounding Techniques

00:06:57
Speaker
All right. So number one, you need to take a day or a half a day to reground meditation. and recenter and basically essentially do nothing for the day but relaxing grounding activities whatever that is for you what is the thing that truly makes you feel grounded and relaxed and if some of you are listening to this and you're like well nothing really makes me grounded and relaxed well that's something we need to address as well everyone needs something that actually helps them take a step back
00:07:29
Speaker
Is it a spa day? Is it being outside? Is it being with someone specific that you care about that just makes you feel warm on the inside? Find that one thing.
00:07:41
Speaker
Or maybe you just spend a day home laying on your couch, reading a book, taking a hot shower. Just the other night, i was feeling really overstimulated from this move and really overwhelmed from everything that was going on.
00:07:56
Speaker
I gave my toddler to my husband and i took a long steamy hot shower with lavender. I sprinkled some lavender right in my shower and let it steam up.
00:08:06
Speaker
And it was like this lavender infusion. Lavender is very grounding and relaxing. I came out of that shower. It was probably like a 15 minute shower and felt like a totally different woman. So I'm telling you to take a day or half a day, but even if all you have time for is something like that, that's a start.
00:08:25
Speaker
But step one, it's very important that you reground, recoup, recenter. You need to come home to you, to the reality to the truth that you'll be able to access when you reground.
00:08:41
Speaker
When you're ungrounded, when you're chaotic, you feel like everything's a mess. You feel like nothing's working out. But when you reground and you recenter, you actually can start to peel back some of those layers and you start to realize, you know what?
00:08:54
Speaker
This happened for a reason. You know what? This is going to work out better actually because this happened, right? You start to find the silver lining in things when you can come out of the chaotic state and peel back a bit and actually reground. So it's ah very important that you actually take enough time to do this. I know I just said take 15 minutes if it's all that you have, but taking half a day on the weekend or finding time to do it, take a day off of work and reground and recenter yourself. Do relaxing things. This means no tasks that you don't enjoy, no tasks that are taxing or stressful.
00:09:31
Speaker
It's only doing things that make you feel connected to yourself, grounded within yourself and relax. So something I am going to be doing as soon as I am done being officially unpacked is I'm going to be having a spa day.
00:09:46
Speaker
ah facial a massage and just really taking a full half a day to just recoup reground go inside for me I love getting massages I love going to the spa so that's what I will be doing and of course being outside in nature so going for a long walk those are just some of the things that I like to personally do to peel back the layers to reground to recenter so you need to take some space to reground, recoup, and peel back the layers and come home to your truth and find the silver lining. Find that deeper truth within you that reminds you like you're good.
00:10:22
Speaker
You're going to be okay. It's going to work out. And you'll find that when you come back to the state of groundedness of equilibrium you're going to have deeper clarity on the situation that you're in you're going to figure things out you might get some insight some inspiration some wisdom will likely come through as well but we need to become still and become quiet enough to hear that wisdom so that is step one step two is you need to remind your subconscious that you are experiencing chaos but you are not chaotic
00:10:58
Speaker
So step two is a reminder, a reminder that this is chaos that you are experiencing.

Understanding Chaos as Temporary

00:11:07
Speaker
Because a lot of times what happens when we're feeling stressed and chaotic is we start to identify with it.
00:11:12
Speaker
Oh my God, I'm so stressed. Oh my God, my life is so stressful. We go down this rabbit hole. But really, it's just a experience of chaos, right? Like a move, for example, for me, it's an experience of chaos.
00:11:26
Speaker
But I could easily get stuck in this chaotic state. I could easily get stuck here even after the chaos has ended because chaos sticks to us, right? And we start to create it.
00:11:37
Speaker
so you need to close your eyes and remind yourself I am experiencing chaos, but I am not chaotic. So you are not identifying with the chaos that you are experiencing because if you start to identify with the chaos, that's when you start to become a chaotic person. Okay.
00:11:57
Speaker
And if you're already feeling like, you know what? I'm already over that line. I am already an extremely chaotic person. It's not too late. You need to remind yourself that, Hey, you went through some chaotic experiences,
00:12:10
Speaker
But it doesn't mean that you have to be a chaotic person. So this is rewriting the script. It's unidentifying with the chaos. So that is step two. You want to de-identify with the chaos.
00:12:23
Speaker
You are not the chaos. It's just an experience. It's a moving cloud in the sky. It's a small blip of time of chaos that you are experiencing that's going to pass through. It's going to come and it's going to go.

Daily Calming Routine

00:12:37
Speaker
if you allow it to and part three the third step of this is wiring your brain for calm it's wiring your brain to be a calm grounded person so that you can experience chaos it can come in And you can stay calm in the storm, no matter who's flipping out around you or what's going wrong, you can peel back and say, i got this.
00:13:05
Speaker
Everything's going to be fine. So in the future, when chaos comes, you can stay in that grounded state. Now, if you haven't done a meditation in a long time, or if you haven't done anything that makes you feel grounded in a long time, then it's really hard to stay in a calm state when chaos hits.
00:13:23
Speaker
So that's why this third step is so important. It's creating a consistent routine of calm. It's doing something every single day that helps you feel calm and grounded. This is training your brain for future chaos so that when it does hit,
00:13:40
Speaker
You're not hitting the fan with the chaos. You're actually like a grounded tree in the ground. When the wind comes, you stay grounded. You don't fall over. and so this means doing something every single day, a consistent, calming, grounding practice.
00:13:56
Speaker
Now you may love meditation. Mindfulness meditation is incredible. I recommend you do it for at least five minutes every single day. So it's much better to do a meditation for two to five minutes a day than doing one for 10 minutes once a week or once a month.
00:14:12
Speaker
The effectiveness takes place through the daily repetition. So it's really important that you actually commit to a daily grounding practice and you stick to it.
00:14:22
Speaker
Maybe it's your daily walk outside where you go outside and you breathe in some fresh air. Whatever it is for you, choose something that allows you to feel calm and grounded and do it every day, every single day.
00:14:38
Speaker
It's extremely important. Now, if you are someone who struggles to calm yourself, to sit still, to meditate, to sit and read a book, to go for a walk and breathe and look at the trees and notice the colors in the sky, then I highly recommend that you do utilize the recordings on the Rewired app.
00:14:56
Speaker
Listen to the deeper subconscious meditations. These are guided. So it's very hard to get distracted. In fact, you will never get distracted listening to these sessions.
00:15:07
Speaker
I've gotten so much feedback from hundreds and hundreds of my students and clients and community members who have absolutely love these meditations who don't go through a day without them because they know how much different their day will be when they do these recordings versus when they don't.
00:15:26
Speaker
So whether you are struggling to feel grounded, if you're struggling with the routine, You can easily just press play on those recordings linked in the notes below. And there's different topics for different days. There's topics to help you get more grounded. There's topics to help you clear money mindset blocks. There's topics to help you increase your confidence, your productivity, inner child healing.
00:15:50
Speaker
There is a topic for quite literally everything. There's over 50 of them in there. So there's so much for you to choose from. So I highly recommend you dive into those in the notes below. All right, so those are are the three steps.
00:16:03
Speaker
Step three might be the most important because having a consistent daily routine is what is going to prevent you from getting into a severely chaotic and stressed out state again in the future.
00:16:15
Speaker
So please create a daily routine for yourself, whether it is a breathwork session, some mindfulness meditation, doing the rewired audios, going for a daily walk, whatever it is for you, commit to it, stick to it and do it for yourself and make sure you plan that day to reground and recoup. That is also extremely, extremely important.
00:16:35
