The 'Acting As If' Technique Explained

What is the most powerful manifestation technique? The only manifestation technique. I am so excited to record this episode because I absolutely love this practice. It's something I use in my daily life and I was actually just talking with my husband this morning about this practice. So let's dive in. and Also just note, I do have my dog in the room with us because my daughter is sleeping.

So if he's loud, let's pray he's quiet. But if you hear any sounds, it's just my lovely dog JJ in the background. All right. So what is the most powerful manifestation technique?

It is a practice called acting as yeah So the whole premise of this practice is you living as if you already have what you want, but not just have what you want.

You living as the version of yourself that already has what you want. How do you act? How do you speak? What is your energy like? What is your mental health like?

What do you dress like? Who do you surround yourself with? What do you eat every day? What are your habits? What are your hobbies? What are your practices? Who is the version of yourself that already has what you want?

The Role of Feeling and Visualization in Manifestation

When you get really clear about who this version of yourself is, then this is when you're going to actually start manifesting what you want. Because when you can live as if you already have it, that is when the universe is going to start delivering what you want to you because you are living as that person.

You are already energetically aligned with what you want because you are acting as if you are living as that version of yourself already right now. Now, the most important piece of this is the feeling behind it.

Now you want to get really clear on the visual of that version of yourself, all of the details about that version of yourself, but also what is the feeling behind how you feel as that version of yourself.

Because it's going to be extremely important that you live in feeling touch with the feelings of your highest self, of your future self, of that version of yourself who already has what you want.

Because the visualization without the feeling doesn't work. And that's where most manifestation techniques fail, because you're doing all the visualizing, you've created the vision boards, but you don't quite feel the energy of what you want.

You don't quite feel aligned with what you want. You don't quite feel like that version of yourself. So feeling and acting as if paired together is the most powerful manifestation technique that you will ever have access to.

Now, the second piece of it, it is the hardest part. It's very easy to visualize what you want. It's very easy to get clear about what you want. You probably already know what you want.

Enhancing Manifestation with Subconscious Tools

Of course, you may need to do some deeper self-reflection to really understand and get clear about all of the other details around what you want, like the hobbies the actions the feelings the sensations of that version of yourself but the feeling piece is actually the harder piece because if you don't have what you want yet it can be very difficult to feel as if you do have it but again this is the missing link this is the key so it's very important that you learn to master this it's very important that you start practicing this now this is not something that you may master overnight it may take some work

So something you can also do to power this practice is anchoring. And this really, this really 10 X's and amplifies this acting as if practice.

Something you can do ah start utilizing the power of subconscious meditation. You can use the recordings on the rewired app to anchor in the visualizations of your future self who already has what you want.

And also the feelings, right? Because when you anchor the visual and the feelings together and you anchor it into your subconscious, that is when you're going to 10x the rate and speed of what you want to flow, to come, to attract towards you.

That is when you become an actual magnet for what you want because your subconscious mind is the blueprint of everything you see and your reality. So if your subconscious mind is primed and programmed with the visualizations of what you want and has become really close to and energetically aligned with the feelings of what it feels like to have what you want, then your subconscious mind is going to make sure that what you want is delivered to you because you will no longer self-sabotage.

Your subconscious will help you take actions that move you closer to what you actually want instead of away from what you want. Because your subconscious mind has this one job and it's to keep you safe.

Overcoming Self-Sabotage in Manifestation

That's right. Your subconscious knows how to keep you safe. It will do whatever it takes to keep you safe, which often means causing you to self-sabotage if there's something that you want that doesn't quite feel safe for you.

Now why would what you want not feel safe for you? Because you probably have belief systems in your subconscious that tell you maybe money doesn't grow on trees or rich people are bad. So because you have those belief systems from your childhood, you constantly face self-sabotage around money because you have these negative belief systems and your subconscious does not feel safe.

with you calling in more money because it's out of alignment with what you actually believe on a subconscious level. So to call in what you want, your conscious and your subconscious goals have to be energetically aligned. So if the subconscious has different beliefs than the conscious mind, that's when we're going to see self-sabotage happening.

So it's very important that your subconscious mind is primed for what you want. So when you're doing this practice, acting as if, it's also very important that we anchor the visual and the feeling into the subconscious. Now, let me just remind you of this one more time.

the feeling piece of this is the most important piece of this it is the hardest piece of it but it is the most important so this is a practice that you should be doing every day closing your eyes visualizing that version of yourself who already has what you want and anchoring the feelings of what that version of you would feel like into your present day self Now again, if you really want to 10x the power of this practice and make it work 10 times faster, using subconscious meditation and self-hypnosis is going to help you do that. Which, if you don't know how to do that, it's okay. Again, I've pre-recorded over 50 subconscious meditations for you.

Many of them aligned with anchoring your future self. In fact, at the end of every audio recording, we spend time visualizing the version of yourself who has what you want, no matter what the topic of the audio is.

So if you want the fast track, easy way to do this, just press play on a recording. But also know that it's important that you start living this way. So think about the version of you who has what you want.

Get clear about what this version of yourself does, doesn't do, acts like, feels like, speaks like the energy of this version of yourself. And then you begin to embody that energy.

You act as if you are already that version of yourself. You act as if you already have it. Because if you already had what you want, would you live in anxiety every day over not having it?

Right, that version of yourself who has what you want doesn't have anxiety or fear around it not happening because that version of yourself knows it is happening. So instead of worrying when it's going to happen or if it's going to happen, like you may be doing right now, acting as if would mean that you live in full trust in the universe. You live as if it is happening.

It's only a matter of time. Right? So these are two different mindsets and these are different energies that you're bringing into your life every day. So it's very important that you bring the energy of it's happening. It's on its way. It's only a matter of time because when you bring this energy into your daily life, that is when it's going to actually happen.

And it really is only a matter of time. And you have to believe that because in this moment, it may be hard to believe that it's happening because it hasn't happened yet. And it's not in front of your face just yet.

But manifesting means believing it's happening, putting full faith in what could come next and what is going to come next. Having a mindset of it's only a matter of time.

It's on the way. It's happening. So when you adopt this mindset and you start acting as if you already have whatever it is that you want, and the sky is the limit, there's no limits to what you can ask for, to what you can receive, to what you can attract. You are a limitless being, which means there are no caps.

You can have what you want. You can create what you want. You can be whoever you want. You can become whoever you want. You can create whatever. whatever you want. Any other belief that says otherwise is a limitation, is a self-limiting belief, which means you need to rewire that. You need to check that. You need to put it in its place and put a new tape of self-belief into your subconscious because the universe will deliver what you believe is possible for you.

You just need to believe that it is possible for you to have what you want because it is. It is 100% possible for you to have everything you want and more.

You just need to start believing in yourself. And once you start believing in yourself, you can start acting as if you already have it. You can start putting trust in the universe. It's on the way. It's only a matter of time.

Personal Challenges and Overcoming Resistance

These are affirmations that you can start using with yourself every day when you think about what you want. Because often when we don't have what we want yet, when we think about what we want, there's fear, there's anxiety, there's stress, there's resentment because it's not there yet.

Why isn't it happening? Is it ever going to happen? Frustration, irritation. I'm currently going through that. right now. So I've had to really check myself and use my own practices with our move.

We were supposed to move over a year ago into a new home and it's just been delay after delay after delay and I've been so irritated. There's been a lot of frustration around it but I've had to really get myself to a place where it's happening. It's only a matter of time.

And we're finally in motion. It's likely going to happen next month, finally. But again, the more resistance I put towards it, the more frustration I had around it, the more I tried to make it happen through force and effort and energy, the more there were barriers, the more time got in the way.

So we often can create our own barriers to what we want through our own frustration and resistance and tension. So you want to eliminate the tension out of the way because that's only going to add more time barriers in the way. It's going to just add more resistance, more tension, and you're going to feel a lot more frustrated. It's going to block you from manifesting what you want, which is what I believe I did.

I think I added a lot more time. than needed to because I was so frustrated about not being able to move. And with that frustration and resistance, I think it energetically added time to the process, added blocks, added resistance, added hurdles.

And once I let go, then things started to move again. Once I put trust in the universe, things started to move. And that's what you need to do. You need to put your trust that it's happening. It's only a

matter of time. And in the meantime, you just relax and enjoy your life.

And that's how you get what you want. It's acting as if it's already happening. It is already on the way. It is in transit. It is coming to you.
