All right, let's dive in. Go ahead and close your eyes. Closing your eyes all the way down.

Grounding yourself a bit more in this moment.

And noticing you're already relaxing a bit just by closing your eyes.

Allowing yourself to settle

Letting all the way through your hands and your fingertips.

Now go ahead and open and close your hands a few times, releasing any stuck tension, and he stuck energy in your hands and allowing your palms to stay open.

Body Scan and Understanding Anger

Maybe even repeating to yourself silently or out loud, allow myself to let go.

Good. And as you allow yourself to let go, you're already letting go of anger.

you know, holding on to anger really only burns you.

And so you've come here this space to put out the fire of your anger.

to cool it down, to let it go.

So go ahead and scan your body. Scanning your body from head to toe noticing where in your body you feel the fire of anger. That fiery, fierce, tense, tight energy of anger.

You may feel it in your head. You may feel it in your shoulders. You may feel it in your chest and your stomach and your hips, wherever you feel it, notice it and bring your awareness to that space.

And as you observe this fire, may notice there's perhaps something in the fire that symbolizes what you've been angry about. ah symbol, an image, a word, memory, a person.

Go ahead and notice that fire.

Continuing to breathe in through your nose

and out through your mouth.

That's right. In this moment, you are not pushing away your anger. You're noticing it. You're acknowledging it. You're giving it space to be felt, seen, and heard. And you're holding that anger a very sacred way.

Looking at your anger from an outside perspective.

Noticing this anger.

Perhaps gaining some wisdom around why you're angry.

Gaining awareness on a deeper level here.

And in this moment you realize that you are not your anger. That you can see it. But it's separate from you. It's simply a fleeting experience.

A fleeting experience that will come and go.

And your job is to hold the space,

to take the wisdom, and then put out the fire.

So in this moment you are holding the space.

Understanding what you needed to know. What the anger was meant to teach you.

Visualization and Transition to Reality

Good. Now imagine that fire as you prepare to put out the fire. As you visualize a waterfall flowing in through the top of your head.

ah waterfall of clear blue water flowing in through the top of your head. Flowing through your whole body, mind, and system. Putting out the fire.

It is gone. That waterfall flowing through you, washing through you, cleaning you, rinsing you, cleansing you refreshing you, cooling you down.

As that fire is now out.

washing that waterfall through your body as many times as you need to. That cool blue, refreshing, cleansing water flowing through you, washing through you, rinsing you clean.

And as that waterfall flows through you, cooling you down, cleansing you, you feel lighter. You feel clearer.
