Commitment vs. Trying

So how are you currently holding yourself back? Now let's just start by bringing the subconscious right into this.

If you tell yourself that you are trying, that is a losing mindset. Because in the eyes of your subconscious mind, to try is to fail.

When you have one foot in and one foot out, you are telling your subconscious that you don't trust yourself. You are telling your subconscious that you don't actually really fully believe that you can actually accomplish what it is that you want.

To try is to fail. You're either doing it or you're not doing it in the eyes of your subconscious. And your subconscious determines everything you say, everything you do, all of the actions you take, all of the actions that you don't take.

Mindset of Certainty

So it's very important that you adopt a winning mindset, a mindset of, I am doing this. I will accomplish this. This is happening.

No matter what obstacle I face, I am going to get there. Because again, when you are trying, when you have one foot in and one foot out, you're not actually taking action forward in the way that you need to, to get where you want to go, because you don't actually fully trust yourself.

You don't actually fully trust and have full faith in whatever it is that you want. You have doubts, you have fears, you have limiting beliefs. And that's why you're telling yourself, I'm going to try.

Because when you tell yourself you're trying, it actually has like the safety barrier because if it doesn't work out, at least you can say, well, I tried. And the truth is there is no trying. You're either doing it or you're not doing it.

So I want to invite you to take a hard look at your life, at your business, at your relationships, in your personal life, with your children, and ask yourself, where am I trying?

How am I fooling myself to believe that I'm actually going to accomplish something? Really dive deep into this because to try is to fail in the eyes of your subconscious so if you really want to accomplish anything it's very important that you have a mindset of i am doing this i will do this this is happening we will get this done not trying you never want to be trying trying is not a winning strategy trying is a half-assed strategy So ask yourself, where in my life am I fooling myself? Where in my life am i fooling myself to believe that I am actually accomplishing something or working towards something when I'm really just trying?

When I really just have one foot in? When I'm really just wishing and wondering and hoping? And where can you actually be more all-in? How can you become more all-in?

And it starts by taking on a winning mindset, ah winning mindset of, again, i will do this. This is happening. It's only a matter of time and actually

Aligning Beliefs with Goals

believing it. And so this is where your subconscious mind comes in and the need to actually rewire and reprogram your subconscious.

Because your subconscious needs to believe that whatever it is that you want is actually safe and possible for you to accomplish. Because if your subconscious does not believe that what you want is safe for you or possible for you because of limiting beliefs or fears or things that you've gone through in your life, then it's very important that we clear that, we heal that.

because you can't adopt this winning mindset without clearing all that limitation out of the way because you can tell yourself this is happening but if under the surface in your subconscious there is doubt and limitation and fear that has not been properly cleared out that doubt limitation and fear is always going to cancel out any conscious level thought So your subconscious is 10 times more powerful than your conscious mind. And the beliefs in your subconscious are always going to overrule your conscious thoughts.

So it's very important that you align your subconscious belief systems with your conscious belief systems. Now, what is the difference? Your conscious belief system is the belief system that you are consciously choosing to have that you are consciously choosing to take on and your subconscious belief system is happening automatically 95% of the time without you even realizing it which means this is the part of your mind that is on autopilot that has been pre-programmed since you were a child

Now, just because your subconscious has been pre-programmed since you were a child doesn't mean you can't shift it and change it.

Subconscious Reprogramming Techniques

And that's really the purpose of all of the work that I do is to help you rewire the programming that is holding you back to help you rewire the programming that is keeping you stuck and keeping you limited in what you're able to accomplish and achieve and get done in your day-to-day reality. And you can do this through the power of subconscious work, self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy.

It's the most powerful work that you will ever do in your life to take charge of your programming, the programming that dictates and determines everything you do, how you act, how you show up, how you are in relationship with others, how you are in your business, in your work life, it is all determined by your subconscious programming.

You have been pre-programmed years and years ago, but that does not mean that you cannot shift and rewire it and take on this winning mindset. A mindset of this is happening for me.

It is only a matter of time. And so to do this again, step one, we have to clear out the fears and limitations that are hiding out underneath the surface of your mind and your subconscious. And then you rewire it. Step two, you take on a new mindset, this winning mindset of this is happening for me.

And you stop trying. You stop trying and you commit. You commit to the reality that you want to have. There's no trying. There's no half-assing. There's no maybe this will happen. It's this is happening.

It's only a matter of time. It doesn't matter how long it takes. This is going to happen for me and I am 100% sure of it. sure of it I trust myself.

I trust the universe. I trust what I'm capable of. i will make this happen for myself. And so this mindset doesn't happen overnight, but it's possible for you. And it's something that you need.

You need this mindset to accomplish anything. There is nothing you're going to be able to accomplish by trying. That is false. It's fake news. It's not going to happen by trying.

And if you think that by trying you're doing yourself a favor, you're not. You're not doing yourself a favor by playing small.

Trusting the Process to Success

That's what trying is. It's playing small. And when you take on this mentality of I am trying, you're telling your subconscious mind that again, it might not happen.

We'll see. And what do you think happens when you tell your subconscious? We'll see. It might not happen. Maybe. It doesn't happen. So if you really want something to happen, you have to have unwavering faith and true belief in it.

Unwavering faith and a true belief in yourself. Trust in yourself. Trust in ourselves is sometimes one of the hardest things that we can gift ourselves. But to accomplish anything, to create anything, you have to trust yourself. And so trusting yourself means putting yourself in charge of your own mind, of your own belief systems, taking charge of those belief systems and saying, actually, i believe this.

Actually, I choose to believe this. that this is possible actually i choose to go all in i'm going to stop half-assing it i'm going to stop having one foot in and one foot out and go all in be all in do the thing that's when you will get exactly where you want to go no one has ever accomplished anything by trying So it's one of the most important words that you need to get rid of from your vocabulary.

Stop trying. Stop saying you're trying. Stop thinking about the word trying. Just forget it even exists. You're not going easy on yourself

Full Commitment to Goals

anymore. And this doesn't mean you have to be hard on yourself either. It just means you're all in.

You're committed. You are fully showing up for yourself and your goals and whatever it is that you want to accomplish, whether that is something really big, whether it is a relationship, whether it's repairing a relationship, whether it's making more money, whether it's starting a business, whether it's becoming more present with your family, with your children. It's being all in for your life, being present for your life, showing up full out.

And so you have to stop all the trying. Let it go. There's no trying anymore. It's I'm in it or I'm not. So in this moment, ask yourself, really think about an area of your life or a goal that you have and ask yourself,

am I all in it or am I out? Because that's how we start this process. You have to be really real with yourself. Are you all in or are you all out?

There's no in the middle. There's no trying. There's no maybe. You're in or you're out. So make that decision for yourself today. And if you are in, it's time to program your mind to have a winning mindset, a success mindset, a mindset of greatness, a mindset of this is happening for me. I trust myself.

Commanding the Subconscious

a matter of time. It does not matter how long it takes. This is happening for me. These are the words you need to be repeating to yourself every single day.

this is happening. It's only a matter of time because it is only a matter of time. And if you truly believe that, then the things you want are going to come to you a lot faster than you could have ever expected possible.

But it starts with shifting your mindset, get rid of the whole mindset of trying, stop being so soft on yourself and stop being so hard on yourself and just commit be all beallin be all in with a winning mindset a mindset of success a mindset of greatness a mindset of i am doing this and when you command to the universe i am doing this you command it to yourself and what do you think happens when you command that to yourself you command it to your subconscious mind

And what you command to your subconscious mind has to become your reality in time. Your subconscious mind is in charge. It is the boss. It is in charge of everything you do.

And so take on this winning mindset. I will do this. This is happening for me. It is only a matter of time. Tell your subconscious mind every day when you do this in a relaxed state like self-hypnosis and subconscious meditation, then it 10x's the speed and rate of the effectiveness of these affirmations.
