He grabs this guy and as he's beginning to take him out, he takes this guy's left hand in his hand and you see a sixth finger grow on this man's left hand, but the finger looks like a key on his hand. And as he grabs his hands, you see Varen's eyes roll back in his head.

And he yanks this guy's entire left arm off of his body. It immediately seals up. The guy passes out from the pain. And he hands you this man's left arm with the sixth finger. And he says, um my leash. This can be the tuning fork that will bring you straight to the place he mentioned.
