00:02:42
Speaker
So with your energy, as we can already tell through your smile and just your presence being here, can you share what first pulled you towards working on mindset transformation and helping other people, you know, to get the results that they desire?
00:02:56
Speaker
I think in the early stages, what got me, what pulled me into this whole world of mindset and transformation was me

Pathways to Personal Development

00:03:05
Speaker
needing it myself. I had no intentions to get into the coaching space. I didn't even know this was a possibility and anything that could have existed back then. It was 25 plus years ago where I got drawn in because I didn't have confidence myself. I didn't know what I wanted. I had no clarity and I i was lost and i didn't like how I felt. But one thing I did know is I wanted to feel better and I wanted to do things like have conversations with people. I wanted to do something meaningful with my life. I wanted to step into leadership positions and start speaking on stages.
00:03:41
Speaker
And those were some visions I had, where I had no idea where to start way, way, way back then. And one thing I did know is when you read a book and apply it, it gives you a little more confidence. And I remember the very first book I read is an old school book. I think I still have a copy of it somewhere on my so shelf. It's called How to Start a Conversation and Make Friends. Because in high school, there was this boy that drove me home and we had this awkward ride home sitting in silence. And I was just like...
00:04:11
Speaker
He was a nice guy and he just lived down the street and something must have been off with my car because I couldn't drive home that week.

Career Insights and Personal Growth

00:04:18
Speaker
And and he gave me a ride. And I just remember going, this doesn't feel good.
00:04:23
Speaker
Yeah. What's wrong? And then i found that book in the library. I read it. And few weeks later, a little while later, he drove me home again for some reason. So the two times we ever had, know this guy, and but I'd read the book and I, and I did something called like asking a question.
00:04:39
Speaker
I applied something and I asked him a few simple questions and yeah it got us into a conversation and it was really an amazing contrast and transformation and and a big eyeopening experience that when I read something and apply it, it might work.
00:04:56
Speaker
Yeah, work. And and it just gave me so much more confidence with those initial tips to do something as simple as starting a conversation, which I didn't have the skill set to do. So way back in the days, that drew me in. and And I had a career in financial services after that. So that It's full of personal growth and development. Got into real estate investment.
00:05:17
Speaker
It's all personal growth and development. It's mindset, psychology, and everything when you're in the world of sales or business.

Family Influence and Coaching Evolution

00:05:24
Speaker
I've always had coaches and mentors and guides along the way.
00:05:28
Speaker
And getting into this business, I had stepped away for a number of years. I was i was running another company at the time. And then I had my son. I was doing a lot of other things. I was living a good life.
00:05:41
Speaker
But after having my son, I was on maternity leave. And my husband's like, Larissa, now when we got together, you had lots of coaches and things were fine. And then you've been busy with stuff. You were fine. However, right now, you are driving me bonkers. You are sitting on sofa.
00:05:57
Speaker
You need help. I can't give it to you. I am not that person. You need to find someone to work with. And so that's how I found Mr. Bob Proctor, who I heard about over 20 years prior in financial services and and just dismissed.
00:06:09
Speaker
Yeah. and And he said...
00:06:14
Speaker
There was an opportunity, like within a week of working with him, the things I'd heard and the things I'd studied that were like these big far off concepts that were like nice for those people on the stages and winning those big awards and and all of the super successful people I admired and listened to on audio cassettes and cassette tapes back

Making Bold Career Moves

00:06:33
Speaker
then. They...
00:06:34
Speaker
I thought it was okay for them, but I didn't know I could actually do it. But he started making those things possible for me. and And just by his teachings, I gained the confidence to start taking courageous action and no longer tolerating things I was putting up with in my life. There was a lot.
00:06:51
Speaker
i I would go back to my workplace. I was i was running a company. i had a great executive title. i had it i was earning great income. I loved the people I worked with. I loved the staff. I loved everything. So I'd go back and visit on that leave. But then when I went back, I was like, ooh.
00:07:05
Speaker
some of these conversations I need earmuffs for. And and it was a really generally pretty positive place to be. However, come to new realizations and I outgrew that.
00:07:17
Speaker
And just before I was about to go back to work, my my husband and I were on a, doing an event with Mr. Bob Proctor and it was an online event before the online events became a big thing. yeah And so we're sharing earbuds in a cafe because our son's home with the sitter. He's eight months old and they're,
00:07:34
Speaker
And they said there's an opportunity to become a consultant and teach Bob's work. okay I love this stuff. I could i would love to do this. Sounds like a great idea, but I'm going back to work. I'm coming back from mat leave. And my husband stood up and he towered over me with his hands on his waist.
00:07:49
Speaker
And he's not that kind of guy. ah hu He stood up and looked down at me and shaking his finger. said, Clarissa, if you keep doing what you're currently doing, are you going to get to where you need to be? And everything in me wanted to say yes, but I couldn't.
00:08:02
Speaker
And that was like a moment where my heart fell to the floor because that had been my life for for over a decade. And like I poured my heart and soul into that into that business. And and I knew that I had to do something different. I had no plan.
00:08:16
Speaker
I got into my new business, Ready, Fire, Aim. and. and And it was hard to leave. It was really hard to leave. and And it took a while. There was a lot of grief going through the the leaving process of something was really good, but I knew I had to step away from.

Mindset Shift and Abundance Academy

00:08:31
Speaker
and and And today i look back and i'm like so incredibly grateful I took that leap, even though it didn't make sense, even though I had no plan, even though i didn't even know what I was doing or getting into. Like there was no vision. i just jumped in with both feet.
00:08:46
Speaker
And i i did training in neuro-linguistic programming and hypnotherapy and timeline therapy. So I became a practitioner, master practitioner, and trainer of those modalities.
00:08:57
Speaker
And that gave me so much more confidence from from like the structural and scientific side to really know how the mind works. Yeah. and And what I learned from being in the mind body movement space for over a decade was there's it's really important to blend the science and psychology together.
00:09:15
Speaker
yeah and And so often when when you really blend the the science and psychology or the theology and and the science or whatever you want to call it, there's always a contrast of like the creative and the logical. Yeah. You really know both of them and you can marry them together.
00:09:33
Speaker
you can swing to one side, you could swing to the other, but it becomes so powerful and you can really create magic for people. And so through that very long journey is how Abundance Academy over time was born.

Client Success Stories

00:09:46
Speaker
I would work with people.
00:09:48
Speaker
We would create magic. we We help people change their lives, like build that confidence, build the clarity, build the conviction. I've had clients that had no financial resources and within a couple months were able to purchase a home that like they were like, I didn't, I have no idea. And I love my home. It's amazing.
00:10:05
Speaker
Again, other people that they're like, I think i I want to purchase the dream car. And they had like a three or six month timeline and they found it within two weeks and it just serendipitously fell in their lap. I yeah had one client, especially earlier in, in when we started working together, she became open to new ideas.
00:10:25
Speaker
And because she stopped being so closed minded and she became receptive, she doubled her annual income within five weeks. That's amazing. um One idea that she previously rejected about eight times.
00:10:35
Speaker
Wow. But you never know. And so this work has the power to change. When you change your mind, you change your entire life. and And it's not just something that happens on the surface. There's a defining moment. There's something that you can unlock within when you give yourself permission to take that courageous action.
00:10:56
Speaker
Yeah, that is so good. That is so good. oh my goodness. it gives you chills just to think. and And, you know, that we can just provide the encouragement of you having this happen to you and you're getting to present it to other people that it this is real for everyday common people.
00:11:11
Speaker
When you open up your heart and open up your mind and you say that, you know, she dismissed, you know, that knocking at the door eight times. And when things are really meant for us, you know, they are going to keep showing up and it's going to get louder and louder and louder to where that feeling, like you said, inside of you, when you knew that you couldn't go back to work, you're going to know.

Mindset and Life Opportunities

00:11:32
Speaker
But then people get scared because they just don't know how to move forward. Right. But it's about that trusting and then stepping because clarity then comes with action. Right. Absolutely. Absolutely.
00:11:43
Speaker
Yeah, I know. It's just so scary. Oh, my goodness. I hate when you go to say something and then it totally like leaves your mind. But I do love that how we end up getting to do the things that we do in life is some is a reason because it's something that we're lacking or something that we.
00:11:59
Speaker
aren't so much lacking, but aren't strong in in our own area that causes us then to get hungry and thirsty and then to move forward. So, you know, you started gaining things through reading books. so then you wrote your own book.
00:12:13
Speaker
How was that adventure? That was an adventure. i I had just, is it actually was right before the pandemic started

Writing and Family Support

00:12:21
Speaker
that I was thrown into this, thrown into things. there's There's a big theme of ready, fire, aim in my life. i was at ah I spent two weeks in California at a couple of different seminars and just doing some soul searching and meeting with colleagues and having some meetings.
00:12:35
Speaker
and it was right before the pandemic. And the weekend the pandemic was announced was when this conference was that talked about but like writing and publishing a book.
00:12:46
Speaker
And I had no intentions. i know one day I'd want to write a book, but I had no intentions to write it at that point. And I told my husband, I'm like, I'm not going to go I'm not going to come home and write a book. It's just not the right time. He's like,
00:12:57
Speaker
Okay, sure, sure, Jerry, he's seen it like dozens of times. So he already already knew something was coming. I was committed to not following through on it. I just wanted to learn from the mentor because he was a great mentor. I wanted to hear the process to store information for the future.
00:13:12
Speaker
And so I learned about the publishing process, about the writing process, about how to make things really meaningful for the audience. And it was so powerful. i ended up committing to writing a book that weekend.
00:13:24
Speaker
even though that was the last thing on my to-do list. I was like, I have so many many other projects, but you know. Spirit called, spirit knocked, and I'm very good at just saying yes when timing is appropriate. Yeah.
00:13:35
Speaker
So i I ended up writing the book and i was really surprised at how, but what really was challenging about it. Like I can write content. I create new ideas. I love putting thoughts together. That part was so easy.
00:13:51
Speaker
However, what parts of myself do I share in the book? Yeah. What what stories are relevant? Like it was more the interpersonal, like the the personal stuff and and really thinking about the relevance. And and I mean, I find myself interesting for me, but I'm like, do other people really find me interesting to.
00:14:11
Speaker
They care. and And I know logically that stories matter and sharing matters. But for for me, I think one of the biggest challenges was really that vulnerability aspect, like how much is too much? How much is enough?
00:14:26
Speaker
um Which aspects are appropriate and relevant? Because I mean, I pull out so many different things, but to really pare that down was was one big surprising challenge.
00:14:36
Speaker
And the other challenge was um just getting it done. Like it was fun when I was doing it, but to sit down and have to meet deadlines, we were, I wrote wrote a lot of it at the cottage and i made a little thermometer and i I made bars that said one to 10 on it.
00:14:55
Speaker
And my husband and son were there and they locked me in another room and I, and they wouldn't let me out until each chapter was done. my son would be like, are you done the chapter? So when I did my outline and then my writing,
00:15:08
Speaker
he would like color in another thing. He's like, you can come out and have a snack. Yay, you can go to the bathroom. Yay, you can go for a walk. And so he would give me little tiny rewards in between each chapter, but he would color it in. I think he was a few years old at the time, but it was really motivational to have them involved and have them hold me accountable because it wasn't just Larissa running away to work. They knew that it was a big thing and And he's he's seven now, but he's like, mom, why don't I have a published book? Like, how is it fair that you have a published book and I don't yet?
00:15:43
Speaker
So he's actually writing his own series. Oh, good. He's got a series plan. he's He's writing out the draft of his first book. And we're looking into the publishing process for children's books and and those concepts, which I'm not as familiar with because it's yeah different styles. So he's very enthusiastic.
00:16:01
Speaker
Well, I do know somebody who is in the book business. So FYI, who's helped with the child's book. Yes, absolutely. It is so neat. Like the people that you meet along the way that you know, not know how they might then connect you to the next step in life. Like, that's so exciting. So yes, definitely.
00:16:20
Speaker
And I love the example that you're setting for your son. And that he gets to witness that. And you helped him be a part of that. And then that just kind of puts little seeds inside of them, right? That just gets him, know, to be able to bloom and blossom

Nurturing Intuition and Beliefs

00:16:34
Speaker
himself. So that's really awesome.
00:16:36
Speaker
It's beautiful watching kids grow and they really are adaptable. I think so often they're... environment is so much more powerful than heredity and kids soak things up. They see things, they know things. And when you give them permission to, to really unleash their superpowers, I think when you, when you trust them and their genius and their magnificence, yeah instead of going, Oh, you're a kid, you don't know. I'm like, kids know so much more than we give them credit for. They may not have the language to articulate it, but as you give them the tools to recognize and acknowledge things,
00:17:11
Speaker
It's pretty powerful. Like even at seven, my son knows he's learning what intuition is because I think they have it innately, but he's actually able to start articulating intuitive hits and identifying what they are. And I'm like, I don't remember even having a clue what that was. It was always like gut feeling, something scary, let me run away. yeah i had no clue about how to use it in a greater good or or in a constructive way.
00:17:40
Speaker
So it's beautiful to observe. It really is. I mean, because then there's some of us who, you know, I wasn't brought up with that, like being instilled So as an adult, we're trying to relearn, right, on just how much inside of us really is already here. The tools are there. We just don't know how to use them. So then that's how we get blessed to find people like you to help us because I feel like we soak in all of this information and we can jump in and we move, but then we just kind of like freeze in each of the phases along the way because we weren't programmed. We have to deprogram so much junk.
00:18:14
Speaker
right? That we just carry. So I know that goes along with the science and the psychology that goes together of like, how do people just push it away for good? i know I talk about this a lot, but we always can keep being needed to be reminded.
00:18:30
Speaker
there's There's one thing that I heard, don't know from who or where, it's it's a common thing said in the personal growth and development world, but essentially,
00:18:41
Speaker
All the crap that you've accumulated in your mind, in your belief system, in your world, You weren't born with it. That was something you took on and you made a decision to invite into your life.
00:18:53
Speaker
It may not have been a smart decision, may not have been a useful decision. In that moment, it was the best decision you could have made. So whether it's the the belief that you're not good enough or the belief that you have to be cautious or you're you're afraid of failure, you have to even have fears, we're only born with the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. Everything else is learned.

Effort, Mentorship, and Goals

00:19:12
Speaker
And so most of the stuff that that is serving us, we've learned, and the stuff that's not serving us, we've learned. And when I heard the phrase, well, if you learned it, you can unlearn it and relearn it, it made it really simple for me.
00:19:27
Speaker
So it's like, yeah, okay, well, I did learn this. So I could just unlearn it and relearn it, which is easier said than done. But even just saying it to myself that way, I'm like, well, if I learned it, I could unlearn it and relearn it. I see that in my head all the time.
00:19:43
Speaker
And then it's not such a big deal. it's not as heavy. um yes Some things are still harder than others, but it makes it a lot lighter, a lot easier if they can unlearn it and relearn it. If they can make a change, why can't I? Well, unlearn it and relearn it. Cool.
00:19:58
Speaker
Yeah. so And, and as yeah. And making it's, I don't like throwing the word making it easy, but like when you say it like that, it is just much more light and you're like, yeah, darn it. I can do this. Right.
00:20:10
Speaker
um like Easy peasy lemon smoothie. Yeah. Yeah. It's true. Your, your energy field, when you make it appear easy, why can't it be? And yeah, And challenging the norms that life has to be hard, that life has to, I'm not saying don't put effort into things. I love putting effort in. I love working hard in some capacities. I don't want to grind with everything. That's just not fun. Some things I do want to put a little sweat into, but most things, I just like them to fall into my lap. It's kind of like, I want to, I want to just get the right parking spot.
00:20:43
Speaker
Sometimes I do want a walk and I will deliberately park at the end. Yeah. If I'm looking for street parking, I want the one right in front of the building. I don't want to go hunting around for it. And one that you can pull right in that you don't have to parallel park and stop traffic, right?
00:20:57
Speaker
It happened to me be Saturday night. happened to me Saturday. I'm going to a new location. I'm like, oh, perfect. It was four spots away from where I was going. Oh, I love that. i love that. Yes.
00:21:08
Speaker
Yes. And, you know, and purposely putting ourselves around other people who carry that vibration. Right. And then what they're feeling flows to us, too. And it helps us to be more open to receive as well.
00:21:20
Speaker
and So, yeah, yeah. So that's why finding, I mean, there's so many mind coaches, there's so many people out there. And I know I've heard from other people who I've worked with in the past, they go, you know, yes, come work with me. I want you, of course, but we don't always get connected, right, to one person. So it is nice to know that there are options, you know, out there. And we shouldn't feel bad if we meet somebody at first and be like,
00:21:42
Speaker
I'm not real sure if we vibe well, but I know it's still encouraging to them. Well, let's try to help find somebody who you can connect because this is such important work. Yeah. And I think I always know, i know in my history, i found a bit of a rhythm. I like working with certain people that are kind of like my rocks that I keep around for several years in my world.
00:22:04
Speaker
And then i I like bringing different energies and different, um, different modalities and and other things that are shorter commitments or new commitments or or diverse things because they add that zest, that flavor and that new perspective. It's really nice to have some consistency and some longstanding relationships, but it's also nice to have people are with you for a reason, a season or a lifetime. And very rarely is it ever a lifetime, but I've got a lot of people that have been with me for a lot of seasons and many people that have just drifted in and out and they've all been great. And I think it's beautiful.
00:22:39
Speaker
I love it. I love it. um I had a question here. this How do you help people then to uncover the real reason behind like um their procrastination or playing small since that is something you enjoy talking about?
00:22:51
Speaker
Yeah. so So if you're procrastinating on something, you don't have a good enough reason to do. what you're trying to do. And ah think at its core, there's a few things like procrastinate procrastination itself, your you might have the identity of being a procrastinator, you might have the habit of being a procrastinator, because you've just done it all your life, you might have the um the learned behavior of of being a procrastinator, and and also an emotional reaction, right? If you just feel bad, you're gonna wanna avoid something.
00:23:29
Speaker
But if you have a good enough reason to do something, it won't matter how bad you feel and how hard it is You will get your butt out of bed in the morning. Yeah. no matter what, and you will find a way.
00:23:41
Speaker
However, most people don't have a goal or a dream that's big enough or juicy enough or meaningful enough, like something that they would literally trade their life for.

Defining Success and Celebrating Wins

00:23:52
Speaker
And when you find that thing, you can't help but keep moving forward no matter what.
00:23:59
Speaker
When you find the reason, when you find that that big, juicy motivation, you're not going to be a procrastinator. You won't put up with the excuses. You won't have time to stay on the hamster wheel because you're going to be on a treadmill going somewhere instead of a treadmill going nowhere.
00:24:13
Speaker
Like you're going to be on, you're going to be doing the marathon on the street, not on a treadmill. And you're going to keep moving forward no matter what. It might take you a long time. Yeah. Or it could take you a short time if you've done the training, if you've run the drills along the way.
00:24:28
Speaker
yeah But it doesn't matter how long it takes. It's Earl Nightingale, he says, success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal. And if you're doing something that's meaningful, that's like a worthy ideal, if you're pursuing that, by definition, you are successful.
00:24:48
Speaker
It's not about getting the goal. It's not about having the money. It's not about having the freedom to work on the beach, which I just don't think working on a computer on the beach is just, yeah I tried it once. It was like the most awful idea ever.
00:25:02
Speaker
The sun burns your eyes. You really need shade. I like working on patios that are covered if I am working outside. yeah. yeah And then you see the beach with the breeze blowing at you. Yes. and However, i think so often people are trying to chase success and they're after they They don't feel successful until they get the result.
00:25:24
Speaker
And if they don't see the result, they get demotivated. And it's like, well, it didn't work yesterday. So what's the point of trying today? Yeah. Or they they're like, well, this is really scary. I don't know if I'm willing to do it.
00:25:37
Speaker
I'll do it when. When I save this money, I'll do it when I have the time. They fall into the when I, then I trap. And there's always going to be excuses, but you can either have reasons, which are excuses, they might be valid, yeah or results. And results are you moving forward and doing what you need to do, no matter what.
00:25:58
Speaker
yeah But that's where it's enough to you or who cares? Absolutely. But it's also that's where I hear you say, you know, that it's important to celebrate all the small things along the way. And I know we say it and people get tired of hearing it, but it is so important.

Self-Compassion and Overcoming Criticism

00:26:12
Speaker
Acknowledging all of it. A few years ago, I don't know how many years back, but i I put together a success journal for my clients. It was a Christmas gift one year. And we started using it on the calls. And I would literally make them im like, okay, ladies, pull out your success journals, write out the good things that happened to you today.
00:26:30
Speaker
And At first there was a lot of resistance and a lot of them found it really hard. And I didn't realize, I thought it was just a cute idea. And i didn't realize how profound it would be for people because i even had one client, she wouldn't use her journal because she's like, the paper's too nice. I don't want to ruin it.
00:26:50
Speaker
I'm writing it in my old notebook. I'm like, girl, this is for you to to archive your magnificence. Like yes open the journal and use a pen. So I made her finally do that. But yeah, but so often women are really truly resistant to acknowledge and celebrate themselves. And whether it's a big thing, a small thing, a quirky, weird thing, or anything, the more you get used to it, the more you build that muscle. And on all of a sudden, you start to build trust with yourself, you start to feel good about yourself, you don't really care what people think you I mean, sure, it's nice of people like you. But
00:27:26
Speaker
If they don't, that's okay too. They they might like other people and don't have to take it personally. That's right. That's right. You know, you're awesome and you're an amazing human and you're doing good things in the world because otherwise you probably wouldn't be listening to this podcast.
00:27:39
Speaker
That's right. That's right. And it is something as women that is so hard to release from ourselves. You know, because you had the mean girls in high school and we cared, right? If people didn't like us and why we have to continue to carry that into adulthood. Well, I guess what? We're helping to give you permission to put it down.
00:27:54
Speaker
You don't need it anymore. And so often people become the mean girls to themselves. And i throw i think as adults, like there's very... Very few people I meet that have a lot of mean people around them. Like there aren't a lot of people I come across that have a lot of cruel or mean or unkind people in their adult lives. they're Sure, there's some, but for the most part, it's not that bad.
00:28:15
Speaker
But they're mean to themselves. and And when they really start listening to those words, they're like, wow, did I really just say that to myself? And it's a it's a humbling moment when you realize how cruel you can be to yourself. I know when I was younger, i used to punish myself before my mother would if my report card wasn't

Daily Practices for Growth

00:28:36
Speaker
good enough.
00:28:36
Speaker
oh man i if If it wasn't like ah up to a certain standard, yeah I would literally punish myself before I even show my mom. Like she never, ever had to like worry about punishing me. I was good enough at like doing that to myself.
00:28:51
Speaker
ass backwards. yeah um oh Why would I do that? Yeah. She could have been happy with your bees. You know, you didn't have to ah She never complained about anything.
00:29:04
Speaker
i was probably the she's probably the one that said like, girl, like go out and have more fun. Go out and do more, like be a little more messy. She's the one that would take me out of school to go shopping. And she's like,
00:29:15
Speaker
Let's cut out. They have a sale on at the mall. I'll call in sick for you. I'll say you have a doctor's appointment. like But I have class. Yeah. Well, see, she helped show you it's okay and have fun and live a little bit. Right.
00:29:26
Speaker
with yeah I love it. So with our listeners listening today, what are some small practices that they could start today to help get rid of some of that self doubt or fear and helped things to become more aligned to help move forward?
00:29:40
Speaker
Okay, these there's two things and they're really simple and you're probably going to think that three things, three things. um They're really simple. You're going to think like, oh my God, I'm looking for some kind of magic pill or formula.
00:29:54
Speaker
But I promise you, if you actually do these three things, they will change your life. If you actually do them. First, notice what's good.
00:30:05
Speaker
And I love doing this at the end of the day. Like what was good today? What was good about me? What was good about this thing? What was good about this part of my day? What was good about but my outfit today? Look at it from different perspectives.
00:30:17
Speaker
What's good? When you look for the good, you will find more. Yes. So often we we just bitch and complain about things and then we get more of that.
00:30:29
Speaker
Cut that out. No, not allowed. Not allowed. What's good. Notice the good. Just focus on everything you can come up with. Five things, 10 things, 20 things, whatever you can. Minimum five.
00:30:42
Speaker
Minimum five.
00:30:45
Speaker
Then. Give gratitude. Say thank you. Yes. You could give gratitude for those five things. You could even list those five things that are good and say, thank you for bringing this experience to me.
00:30:57
Speaker
yeah for You could say thank you for those things. And you don't even have to come up with more, but it's just the moment of saying thank you and actually being thankful. But maybe there's other things. So minimum five things that you're grateful for.
00:31:09
Speaker
And if you can acknowledge why you're grateful for it, that's that's like a cherry on top because you'll be like, ooh, Like I'm, I'm so okay. Went to the grocery store right before I came here and I had to buy myself some sparkling water. It's just, it was so warm today. The sun was going and I'm like, I just need a little fizzy, something exciting for my evening.
00:31:31
Speaker
and yeah And I just wanted sparkling water. So we got the sparkling water. I bought lime. i am like so happy and grateful for this fizzy water with lime. I cannot tell you I am over the moon and I am grateful the store had it.
00:31:44
Speaker
I'm grateful to ingredient that the limes look so perfect right now. They were just exactly what I needed. I took a sip. I'm grateful for the sip. i'm It made me totally satisfied. I'm really grateful for my sparkling water.
00:31:58
Speaker
And Because why because It was easy to find. Why am I grateful for it? Because I had a craving and I was able to satisfy it. Why am I grateful? Because it makes me feel fancy right now. I feel so fancy having lime in my sparkling water. Why am I grateful?
00:32:15
Speaker
Because I really love the glass that my water is in. And and and this is a glass that my father had. and And when he passed away, we took these glasses. So I'm like, when I when i touch them, when I feel them, it reminds me of him. so It's sentimental. and And I love the glasses and the feeling of them. So there's lot of reasons the sparkling water is making me really satisfied. And when you go deeper, all of a sudden you start to care.
00:32:38
Speaker
Yeah. So um what's good? Gratitude. I have a gratitude guide that I put together with 20 different exercises, gratitude practices that you can do to to start a gratitude practice or elevate a gratitude practice because I needed some guidance when I was first starting. Yeah, yeah.
00:32:57
Speaker
And then the last thing is keep moving forward. Keep moving forward. So you've got to take action, take aligned and inspired action every day.
