Well, let's get into them. The sources i used are Mandy Matney, Robbie Harvey, Liz Farrell, and Adriana Lawrence. So there have been some developments in the Jane Doe lawsuits that,

So if you'll remember, two Jane Does filed suit against Wayne Miller, J.P. Miller, and Cathedral Bible College. I always, i could be wrong.

There's so many names of these colleges and churches. I think it's the right one. And these were from like quite a while ago when they were young people. Yeah, when they were students there. Yeah. So to start, there was a brief like dust up because there was typo like a bunch of journalists, of course, following all of this. And there was a typo in the public index that said that Jane Doe 2's case was dismissed.

And so everyone freaked out. And it was like, it was literally just a typo. Her attorney confirmed that it's like, We're still active. Nothing's dismissed. It should still be fine. But like everybody was like in a tizzy for about two hours.

However, with Jane Doe 2, JP did drop his counterclaim against her.

okay So I think that's interesting. He's he's not pushing forward with that. On June 5th, 2025, Jane Doe's 1 and 2 won their lawsuits against Wayne Miller.

it was a default judgment because he simply did not respond to the lawsuits. Do we know specifically, those were civil lawsuits, right? Yes. Okay. Do we know, and we do not know cash payouts or? I don't think so. Okay.

Yeah. He has to pay something, but we don't I don't think we know what. And they weren't just settled. they were they want them. Yeah. Because he never responded. Okay. On June 10th, 2025, Wayne released a statement to Fitz News about why he didn't respond to the lawsuits and basically said he denies all allegations and he couldn't afford to fight despite JP having just sold his church building for

Robbie Harvey shares that others have come forward with nearly identical stories of what things that have happened to them. And interestingly, Wayne could, because his lawsuit's over, now be called to testify in the suits against JP. So they were being tried separately or having in the...

And JP's is still ongoing. Yep. Because JP responded and Wayne just ignored it. Okay. On July 16th, 2025, Wayne posted an image of himself, or I'm sorry, Wayne posted an image that compared himself to Mary Magdalene. And it said, quote, Mary Magdalene had seven demons and still got to witness the empty tomb.

Your past can't cancel your purpose. All righty. So we're going to jump forward a little bit. September 18th, 2025, Jane Doe 2 reported to Horry County PD that Wayne had followed her home from work.

Like he drove behind her, was honking at her. He responded on Facebook that it's a complete lie and he doesn't even know who Jane Doe 2 is and he demands any slanderous posts alleging this be removed.

And this is saying he currently did this. This is not, ah that yeah that was not something that happened in past. Less than a month ago. Okay, that's just ah strange and yeah quite dumb of him if he did, but. Unhinged, some would

This, just a quick catch up for who this is. Sam Rickman is a former Solid Rock Church member. He actually worked on, I believe, like some of the AV stuff, but specifically he did some website work.

And JP filed a lawsuit against him in January and over 30 other people. And it was I think we talked about it. It was just a big thing of like, quit talking about me and accusing them of slander and all of these things.

So the trial began over the summer. OK. Oh, no, I'm lying. That's not what happened. After JP filed suit, Sam countersued. So this is that trial is the countersuit.

I don't I don't know legally what happens when you sue and countersue. I think it automatically has to go to a trial. There's no like negotiating or anything like that. OK. And part of this was the one about his daughter went to the school. yep And the grading system changed.

ah Exactly. Rickman alleges that JP asked him to change the missions website. So the dare to care website to read quote dedicated to Micah Miller before she died.

He also alleged that the Sunday after Micah died. So the day that JP preached the the sermon we all talk about, Sam was at church early and saw what JP was doing before preaching.

He's not said any more information than that. He's not specified what behaviors he's talking about. And I wonder if if that's an investigation thing that he's been told not to. Yeah, that sounds like He also alleged that JP, as you said, changed the grading scale at the school his daughter attended, which was JP's school, when Rickman began speaking out.

Rickman believes basically JP filed the suit to shut him up. And as I said, Sam called his bluff. And allegedly before the trial began, JP offered Sam $500 to just end the case.

And Sam did not accept. and don't think I would either for $500. No. JP had attempted to file a continuance saying that the FBI had taken all of his evidence that he could have shown here this trial.

But then he, before the trial began, he pretty swiftly withdrew that request. So this is where we get into Adriana Lawrence. Okay. She is a reporter. Now, this is completely new information. she this We've never spoken of her before.

We've never spoken of her. And he lists her as a witness. She's a reporter for Channel 13. And I forget which news station that is. we It might be Fitz News, but I can't remember.

He had originally listed her as witness, but then removed her name before trial. So just keep her in mind because we'll get back to her.

So he accused Sam of all kinds of things in his like opening statements. He called Sam a bully. He said Sam was like family while crying in the opening statement, but then also accused him of inappropriately touching Micah.

So then, uh-huh. Then we get to the actual trial and Regina Ward is the attorney representing Sam. And I thought that was a big old power move.

Regina Ward's getting a lot of business out of this. Oh, yeah. And I think I don't think she hated taking the case for just going up against him in court. Yeah. At one point during the trial, JP asked the judge if Regina would stop being mean to him.

That's a legal term, right? Yeah. Stop being mean. Meany. And it's just he's just such inappropriate behavior. I feel like when you're in court and you're representing yourself, he had his head down. you appear to be asleep during parts of court.

And I think this was the Thursday of court. Susie was at work, but had allegedly grabbed her things and abruptly left around 1030 a.m. that morning. I didn't see reports that she went to court, but it was like about the time he was asleep.

That she suddenly left work. asleep like I wonder if he was taking something. I mean. He's got to be right. Quite extreme to actually fall asleep. Yeah.

He did testify that Susie is helping him pay his bills. um Which I don't think is surprising. and they but They're married. But I think it's you know. We know that to be true now. She's probably supporting him quite a bit.

Although that is how he phrased it. Helping him pay the bills. Not that she's supporting him. So on The Friday, I believe, of the trial before the verdict was being rendered, he, and JP, as he was leaving the courthouse, asked the judge if he actually had to be there for the verdict being read.

And the judge said, quote, I guess not. Which is strange because I can't I can't believe the man has a ton going on right now. You'd think he'd have the time. Right. JP responded, quote, here's my phone number. Can someone call me and just tell me?

my gosh. Okay. ah So this is ah we're going to return to Adriana Lawrence. He was coming out of the restroom, which, first of all, like, yeah, that's annoying.

But it's what reporters have didn done since the beginning of time is cornering someone at the bathroom. She as he was coming out of the bathroom, she asked, just asked him his thoughts as they were waiting for the verdict.

And he starts walking away. All he keeps saying is he'll only talk to TV 15. He said, I know you're from TV 13. I only talk to people from TV 15. She follows him just asking the same thing. Like, I just want to know your thoughts. Just want to know your thoughts.

He closed a door, but like he closed a door in her face. But like literally like the door hit her. And after she came back out, he pushed the camera she had in her and in her face to like it hit her also.

ah Wow. Hadn't he gone in the past? Hadn't he gone to jail for such a thing? So yeah be a little careful on that. There was an officer outside. He asks the officer if he can make her stop recording.

And the officer says, like, no, i she's allowed to record. And then he says, well, will you at least walk me to the car? And so he escorted him to the car. And then so from like the walk to from the courthouse to his truck he just keeps saying quote i only discuss things with reporters that have integrity over and over and over again and she asks just like different questions and then he gets to this was um sorry for this comment or the way i put this in the notes i wrote he thanks he gets to the car and he thanks the officer for walking him to his dumb red truck oh he's got a right red truck now yes okay

Yep. So pretty shortly after all of this happened, this and this is all video, this is Adriana's video that she released. There is an image that was released of Sam Rickman and Regina Ward celebrating after winning the lawsuit.

Yep. Like, it is on record. I know people have gone to, like, share their stories with police right saying that, like, it's on record in police files. But this is, like, in court. yeah It is court record right now that this person who is close to the situation doesn't believe the story that's being told.

Yeah. right. So we got a little bit of a hodgepodge of things now. Robbie Harvey has been just posting whatever he get. I mean, I'm sure he has a lot more information that he's not sharing, but he's been kind of since about mid August sharing.

screenshots and pictures and things like that. So I just kind of want a quick run through them. Robbie's been a little snarky and the things like how he's posting things or when he does. And I think it's, you know, we talk about JP having double meetings. I think Robbie is doing a lot of talking right to JP or even Wayne.

So I think that's what a lot of this is. So the first thing Robbie shared is a screenshot from August 17th, 2018. And it appears to be a text conversation with somebody who's like asking for marriage advice.

JP sent a sermon from Solid Rock Church called, quote, enjoy everything part three. Enjoy your marriage! Exclamation point. And it says the text of the text message says staying in marriage will require join, attend and serve a church together that they both want to stay together.

And quote, both have to give what the other needs. Sex, serve others' personality, dot, dot, dot. ah Okay. The first way, it doesn't matter if you want to stay together or not, you have to join a church and then decide if you want stay together.

and Okay. I'm sorry. This was a text? Yeah. It was like a screenshot of a text. Do we know who it was to? Nope. Okay. Okay. But whoever it was to gave it to Robbie and said he could share it.

Okay. So a post from Robbie, June 5th, 2025. He says that he has seen documents and spoken to sources who say that JP did in fact attempt to frame Micah with the dare to care theft.

Okay. That does not surprise me at all. No. And we've talked about it quite a bit. Yeah. The allegations, whoever he's speaking to says that JP withdrew the money himself. Okay. Okay. So was like, I think, $1,200 that the dispute was over.

And the investigators found that Micah did withdraw money, but it was like $150 her own money. And I think I've expressed that that that may have backfired on JP because that gave authorities a reason to then have access to the financials of the church.

Don't know that, but it's been thrown away. Absolutely. And it also brings up the question of what did Trisha Ross know? Because she's the one who actually filed the report against Micah.

June 7th, 2025, Robbie posted that he found in a South Carolina thrift store, someone found an old album from by JP and it's called The Man Loves Ellipses.

That is five churches. And Solid Rock Ministries is still listed as of, when was this? This was June, I believe. No, August. This was listed as still active with the South Carolina Secretary of State.

Robbie Harvey's Accusations Against JP

All right. On September 10th, 2025, Robbie Harvey shares that he spoke with Charles Randall.

He asked Randall why he chose, why he stays connected to Solid Rock Church, to which Randall replied, Solid Rock Church no longer exists.

Robbie said, well, why did you stay attached when it did exist? And Randall allegedly refused to answer. Randall wouldn't answer any questions about like any financial connections to JP.

Previously in the past, JP has said that Charles Randall is the person who handled all of the missions funds. We haven't heard about Charles Randall a long time. He's been laying low.

He has been. I haven't heard any. i check i did check the Dare to Care website when I was doing this also, and it's exactly the same as it was. I don't know if they've gone forward with relaunching it, as they had said when you were there.

ah yeah. so um And to be clear, this was direct contact between Robbie Harvey and... Yes, yes. Robbie asked why he convinced, why Charles Randall convinced Micah to meet him at the Walmart before she was hospitalized. And Robbie said Randall got very angry at that.

Then Robbie said he asked if he met her He like straight asked, like, did you meet her at the Walmart that day? And Randall answered, quote, that's demonic. What you're doing is demonic.

Then Robbie said, quote, according to Micah, you tricked her into meeting you at the Walmart. Why would she say that? And Randall said, quote, go ask Micah and then hung up on him.

OK. And finally, this one's probably a little petty, but it's one of those things that like strikes me as bad taste. On September 17th, 2025, an image was ah shared of a display outside of JP's church.

And it says things like, follow me and I will make you the fishers of men. The only way Jesus saves, rescue the loss. And it's a poster basically of men like saving people who are in the water.

Yeah. right. The last thing I want to walk through is just like there have been a series of like things that Robbie Harvey has dropped or suggested or hinting at.

It appears he's being super mindful of the words he uses. he seems to be talking directly to JP a lot. I'm going kind of fly through these because they do get kind of like almost granular and like very specific, but there's a couple of things I do want to highlight.

He said that he's right now working for justice for more than Micah, more people than Micah, which I can totally see. I think there was very, I think there was. Yeah.

Yeah. We've talked about that quite a bit. Yeah. He says that the day that she woke up from her surgery, he knows that, JP spoke directly to Mark Kaufman and that he was immediately telling people that he thought she was going to take her life.

Like immediately waking up from that, the breast augmentation surgery. Yeah. understand I don't get what I don't either. Robbie talks about the alleged suicide attempt.

That Micah spoke about in Africa. i think he's alluding to like if the police had come to the home that day, if like the suicide attempt, if they called authorities or like had Micah taken to be hospitalized, the police would have caught him. He was still a felon and he hadn't had his record cleared yet and he would have had weapons in the house.

So that's why, you know, there's no paperwork about this. Alleged attempt. And then Robbie says he knows about the women prior to him and Micah's marriage and that he knows about JP showing up to the ice bath, which we've seen a picture of Micah in an ice bath.

She was using it to try to help mental health things. She was told this is like a holistic way to kind of help your body deal through mental health things.

Yep. And then in this, he lists drugs, women, messages, and threats that his father told students as well. Robbie says he knows about texts that were sent shortly after Micah died. and He says the Miller boys had to fix their stories.

He alleges that family and friends knew crime scene details within hours of the death. Robbie accuses him of being excited to stand on a stage the day after Micah died, not mourning.

He also and this is interesting because we talked about this way early on and talking about Tom Winslow. And this is one of the double talk things, I suspect. Robbie said he's heard Micah's voice and he says very specifically, not AI.

And I haven't heard anything about AI in a long time. He said something along the lines of like the church is really Marx, isn't it? And Charles Randall doesn't want him around. Seems fair. In this video, Robbie also says, what about that poor girl from 2004? We talked a bit about the last episode, what we're thinking ah he's referring to. He says specifically he's not talking about Micah and that he's got documents coming in from other jurisdictions.
