Speaker: For everyone, first of all, when did you realize you were ready to provide a full podcast production service?

Speaker: Kasi I focus on editing muna eh.
Speaker: And then shortly after, I also offer yung paunti-unti na show notes and then comfortable na ako and then I also offer yung mga sa promotion and marketing.
Speaker: So after 2 to 3.
Speaker: Kayo ba si?
Speaker: Ala, talagang inano ko na si Si.

Speaker: Maybe two years ago.
Speaker: We heard it, Miko.
Speaker: More than a year ago, I was a client.
Speaker: My client was a full-time VA.
Speaker: And the majority of the tasks are about their podcasts.
Speaker: So, editing, show notes, uploading, so website management of their podcast episodes.
Speaker: And then yun, so parang nagkaroon ako ng knowledge dun sa mga step-by-step process of podcast production.
Speaker: And nag-start na ako maghanap ng clients na specifically lang for their podcast, mga 2019.
Speaker: So, Miko, ikaw.
Speaker: Ako naman, kasi nagsimula kasi ako, yung sa pakikining ng podcasting noong 2014 pa, so si Dave Jackson, sila Adam Carey, doon ako nag-start na mag-listen, sa Pinas pa yun, but since I don't have money to do that, so nagsimula yan after nabuo ko yung network, and then kasi sa network ko, there's a lot of parang

Speaker: Then because of that, yun, nagsimula na yung management ko rin.
Speaker: Kasi sa Australia, may mga ibang gusto mag-podcast din.
Speaker: Sabi ko, gawin ko kayong negosyo to.
Speaker: So that's it, it started there.
Speaker: That's really nice.
Speaker: And Miko, of course, has experience with media and stuff.
Speaker: So I'm not sure if everyone has a team, but if you have any, how many did you have in your team and how do you assign tasks?
Speaker: Is it your client doing it?
Speaker: Or is it you have a specific person for show notes?
Speaker: How did that work for you?
Speaker: Mommy RA naman.
Speaker: For me, for your podcast matters, I have one editor and one show notes writer.
Speaker: I know part of the group, so shout out to Pawi and to Mommy Che.
Speaker: And for my other clients, I have a business partner.
Speaker: And our team is writer, editor, and for social media, particularly Pinterest.
Speaker: So,
Speaker: For the other part of my business, five kami sa team.
Speaker: For your podcast matters, tatlo.
Speaker: So, ikaw, Kai.
Speaker: So, ayan, ilan ba kami?
Speaker: Parang kailan lang din kami nag-start?
Speaker: Siguro, ano, this year lang talaga.
Speaker: Siguro mga, ano, apat sila.
Speaker: Tapos, paano ako nag-a-assign?
Speaker: Meron talagang mga...
Speaker: providers for editing and sa show notes, pati sa social media para hindi siya nakakatito.
Speaker: And sino pala?
Speaker: Mag-atago, Ate Iloy!
Speaker: Okay, mukhang weird yung setup namin ni Se.

Speaker: And then how I assign tasks is meron kaming project management tool.
Speaker: And dun kami nag
Speaker: communication on how to go about it.
Speaker: Yung due dates, saka yung show per show, yung tackle namin.
Speaker: So I assigned, parang meron naman dun na dedicated for this number of shows and then ano na siya, yung a la carte, a la carte.
Speaker: Pero yung, sige siya, ikaw na mag kwento ka naman.
Speaker: You're not going to finish.
Speaker: For me, I'm just curious.

Speaker: For me, the EA is now, the tasks under me are still a prod, still a admin.

Speaker: But the editing is the one-assigned.
Speaker: She's the one-assigned editor, one EA, and three show notes writers.
Speaker: I have social media at Podfiesta.
Speaker: But in my company, I have... For a Philippine client, I have...
Speaker: the recommended ati Eloy ati Se, siya yung naga si Jamie, siya yung isa sa podcast manager for sa pag may Philippine clients sa kanya ko binibigay.
Speaker: And then si Tim Tim, kay ati Eloy at ati Se pa rin, yun, inonboard ko as an email marketing, marketer for the company and the rest, yung sa side naman sa Australia, mayroong editor, mayroong dalawan project manager
Speaker: And I have a booking specialist which is on maternity leave now.
Speaker: In show notes, I have a show notes.
Speaker: na estudyante pa pero okay na magsulat.
Speaker: So, yun.
Speaker: As you can see, parang ano siya eh.
Speaker: If you are going to go into a podcast production, you cannot do it alone talaga, no?
Speaker: Parang magta-transition ka into an assistant or a virtual assistant into like a business owner.
Speaker: Parang ganun siya na parang ikaw na lang yung magiging overseer ng project and then make sure that the show is, you know, on quality and delivered on time and ganun.
