Speaker: But what made you stick to podcasting?
Speaker: What is something about podcasting that you love?

Speaker: You learn kasi dun sa mga episodes na inedit mo, pinapakinggan mo, di ba, paulit-ulit.
Speaker: It's like you're motivated to learn.
Speaker: And at the same time, you're earning from your clients.
Speaker: And you're earning for more.
Speaker: Like for me, my niche or target market for podcasts is the
Speaker: Course Creators, more on personal development teaches.
Speaker: Business, doon ako mas nagspark yung interest ko na topic.
Speaker: So sila yung hinahanap ko na market kasi gusto ko pang matuto ng mga ganung topics from different podcasters.
Speaker: So, yun.
Speaker: Learn, you earn, and you earn.
Speaker: How about you, Eloy?
Speaker: I didn't have a free thought process at RA, but I came to a BPO style.
Speaker: I worked from home.
Speaker: I was like a remote worker.
Speaker: And the reason why I chose this is, maybe in addition, there's a free webinar whenever you edit a very interesting topic.

Speaker: Kasi before I dive into freelancing, civil engineer ako by profession and

Speaker: I left it because I started my own family and I felt like I didn't want to go back.
Speaker: When I did freelancing and went to a podcast, I saw that I was like a selfish reason.
Speaker: I saw that my purpose was like,

Speaker: Brand partners rin kasi yung tawag ko dun sa mga clients ko.

Speaker: So, more than the selfish reason is I saw my purpose dun sa podcasting niche.

Speaker: Why made you love podcasting?
Speaker: Wow, that's a great question.
Speaker: The first thing I've heard about podcasting since I was just a little bit of Leoporte.
Speaker: So it's 2004.

Speaker: Because I learn more.
Speaker: And by podcasting, they're like talking to you.
Speaker: Especially if you're down.

Speaker: Kasi alam naman natin sa audio, diba?
Speaker: Even if it's a 5-minute audio, 15-minute audio, especially yung 1-hour, diba?
Speaker: There's a lot of substance na at the end of the audio na parang...
Speaker: Ay, okay.
Speaker: Parang feeling ko close kami ni host, diba?
Speaker: May something siyang ganun na characteristic.
Speaker: Kaya, ano, yun din yung isa sa mga reasons ko.
Speaker: Apart from first, nung nag-start ako podcast editor, actually, halos lahat doon nag-start, diba?
Speaker: Pero, alam yan, as you grow, parang, ano, since ako nun wala pa talaga akong alam sa podcasting, even...
Speaker: nung time na na-assign sa akin yung podcasting, hindi ko talaga siya alam na ganun siya kalaki.
Speaker: So as I go with podcasting, with podcast editing, nakaka-discover ako podcast editing.
Speaker: Ah, okay, podcast management.
Speaker: Tapos naalala ko, tinatanong kayo sarili ko, paano naman nila i-grow yung podcast nila if ganito lang yung service na iyo offer?
Speaker: Then yung podcast marketing.
Speaker: So the umbrella is so big.
Speaker: I created yung roadmap before, yung sa umbrella ng podcast services.
Speaker: And it's really big.
Speaker: If you see, it's a huge production if you cover production to marketing management.

Speaker: So there's a lot of space for you to grow in the industry of podcasting and at the same time, help the client.
Speaker: Regarding the substance, I have a client who is a team of functional medicine, alternative medicine,
Speaker: holistic approach.
Speaker: Kasi, natouch ako dun sa story ni client na mag-asawa sila.
Speaker: Yung asawa niya nagka-cancer.
Speaker: Sadly, namatay nung July.
Speaker: Pero, their business was created.
Speaker: Their podcast was created to spread information and awareness about holistic approach.
Speaker: Kasi nga, kumbaga, yung story ng asawa niya, they don't want that to happen to
Speaker: to a lot of people.
Speaker: That's why they become a reason.
Speaker: So there's a lot of deep reason that we support podcasting.
Speaker: Because podcasting is a platform for you to get your message across genuinely.
Speaker: And I always say that even though we work behind computers, you can feel that when a person doesn't have interest in his purpose, the type of content is created just for the sake of creating content.
Speaker: And I think podcasting has that characteristic for you to identify if a person is genuine or not.
Speaker: So as podcast producers, I can definitely say 100% that we are, as producers, we are the bridge to our clients' purpose and also to meet their ideal clients, to help them with their process smoothly.
Speaker: For example, RA, the target is content creators.
Speaker: And for content creators, their goal for sure, their purpose is to help change lives.
Speaker: So that's a big thing.
Speaker: And there are also diversity.
Speaker: They talk about racial discrimination and all.
Speaker: So it's a big cause behind podcast services.
Speaker: So that's the reason why I discovered that this is really for me.
