Jalisa became a vegetarian in 2017 in full after watching some documentaries. This kind of trajectory probably sounds familiar to so many of us. After watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead;What the Health; and Cowspiracy; Jalisa was inspired to give vegetarianism a go. However, it wasn't until she saw a documentary that made the connection between a plant-based diet and faith that she felt everything come full circle.
