These are the essentials that will help you navigate decisions, opportunities and challenges with way more clarity and ease. Understanding Energy Types

So first things first, your energy type. This is the biggest part of your human design.

That's how your energy interacts with the world around you. So there's five main types in human design. We have generators, manifestors, manifesting generators, projectors, and reflectors. Each one operates a little differently and knowing yours is game changing. Let me tell you when I realized what my energy type was of a generator,

it It made me realize there was so much wrong about my business and was the catalyst for me completely reframing my entire business. So let's do a real quick overview of each one, because I don't want to bore you if you already know, most people already know what their energy type is. So quickly.

Generators, you're the builders, the life force of the planet. So when you are doing what you love, you have endless energy. That is why it's so important for you to be loving everything that you do because that endless energy spills onto those around you, right? But here's the thing, your energy is only magnetic when you're responding to those things that light you up. So um you're here to follow what excites you and really let that guide you.

Manifestors, you are the initiators. You're here to start things, big ideas, movements, projects, but you're not designed to sustain them. So you're here to get them off the ground and get them going, but your energy comes in bursts. So when you feel an urge, you go with it, but you're here to lead. So then lead others through doing it. So we'll talk um in a minute about your strategy, which is really key for reducing resistance.

um in this leading. Then we've got manifesting generators. So you're the hybrid of a generator and a manifestor. So you are multi-passionate and move super fast. So you're designed to respond, but you may find that your um your path is non-linear. You'll skip steps, go in different directions, have multiple interests, and that's totally fine. That's what you are here to do.

Projectors, you're here to guide and see things in a way that no one else can. So your energy isn't about doing, you don't have that energy of like a generator or a manifesting generator, but um you're here to guide others to use their energy more effectively. But here's the but important part, you only thrive when you're invited to share your wisdom. And we'll talk a little bit about that also.

And finally, we have reflectors. So you're the rarest type. You make up only about one percent of the population. You're like the mirror for your environment and reflect back the energy around you. So for you reflectors, you need a lot of time to make your decisions, which we will again also get back into. um But an important thing for manifestors, projectors and reflectors, you do not generate energy of the other types. So a really important thing for you is to honor that need that you have for rest.
Decision-Making Authorities

So the next part is your authority and that is your decision making tool. It's your personal compass that helps you make the right decisions for you.

So when you trust your authority, you'll find that your decisions flow so much more easily and you're going to save yourself a hell of a lot of time saving yourself time procrastinating and saving yourself time going down the wrong path and, you know, doing something that turns out not to be right. So there's three um types that I'll just quickly cover off now.

Now there are more authorities, but I'm just going to quickly talk about the three main ones, um the most common ones, I should say. So we've got the emotional authority. So if you have an emotional authority, this means you're not here to make decisions in the moment. Your emotions come in waves and your job is to ride them out until you reach a place of clarity.

so I'm an emotional authority. I highly recommend you go back to last week's episode. That is all about using your authority. So no matter what type you are, go back and find out a bit more um in that episode. But particularly if you're an emotional authority, I give you a couple of examples about how I have worked with my emotional authority.
Strategies for Energy Types

So, um yeah, for emotionals, you need to wait a little longer. So, you know, give yourself 24 or 48 hours before you make decisions. A sacral authority. So those of you with a sacral authority, your gut knows best. So, you know, people say you've got that gut feeling. Listen to your gut. For you, that is true. So you get an immediate yes or no when faced with decisions. So if it's a yes, you'll feel energized. If it's a no, you know, you'll feel a contraction in your body. So, you know, some people, their guts actually talk to them, makes noises or whatever. um They may find, you know, if they're doing the wrong thing, they actually get stomach issues or, um you know, their gut area may swell or, you know,

Really take notice of what um signs your body and that area gives for you. Trust those instant responses, right? They are incredibly powerful. And the third one I want to talk about today is the spleenic authority. So it's all about intuition in the moment for you. So it's that quiet, instinctive voice or feeling that guides you towards what's right for you. The challenge here is that the spleenic hits come fast they so They could be so very subtle. um So you have to be tuned in to hear and trust them. And you've got to listen straight away in the moment because once they're gone, they're gone. And then that's when you can fall into that procrastination trap and then, you know, not know what decision to make. So for you Spleenik, instant, listen to that instant instinct.
Applying Human Design in Business

So the third thing I want to talk about is your strategy. So this is the way your energy type is designed to operate. So when you follow your strategy, things flow so much more easy. If you're experiencing you know frustration, anger, disappointment, all those things, it might be a sign that you're not following your strategy. So it's really important for you to understand.

So like I said, each energy type has their own strategy. So I'm going to break it down really quickly for you. So generators and manifesting generators, your strategy is to respond. Now, this doesn't mean sitting around and waiting for things to happen, right? Waiting for things to respond to. It means being open to what shows up and checking in with yourself to see if it lights you up. Now, you don't need to initiate,

You need to wait for something to spark your so excitement, basically, and then go for it. Manifestors. Now, manifesting generators, you may also relate a little bit to um this manifest apart, especially if you have a bit more manifested energy. So the manifest is your strategy is to inform. Now, you're here to initiate.

But to reduce the resistance, it's really important to inform others of your plans. Think of it as giving people a heads up before you make a decision. It might sound simple, ah but it makes a big difference to how others receive your energy. Projectors, your strategy is to wait for the invitation. And this one can feel ah frustrating, but it's key.

You're here to guide, but you'll be more successful when you're invited to share your wisdom. Waiting for recognition can feel challenging, right? But when the invitation comes, it really feels effortless.

Now, a thing that I always tell projectors is if you can really see something that you want to tell someone, you can see a better way of doing something or whatever it is, you can ask for the invitation. You can say, hey, do you mind if I give you my take on this? If they say yes, then that's your green light, your invitation to um to to do it. But yes, listen for that invitation. And from someone who lives with a projector, this is the bane of my life.

I keep telling my husband all the time, you weren't invited. So wait for that invitation. Finally, reflectors. So your strategy is to wait a full lunar cycle before making major decisions. For you, it's all about taking your sweet time. This really allows you to feel into the energy of the situation and like gain clarity. So it might seem like a long time, right? But by waiting,

you're able to make decisions that are fully aligned. So there you have it, guys, your energy type, your authority and your strategy. A quick overview of what they are. I really recommend you go deep into that. They are really the big three when it comes to understanding and working with your human design chart. They are the foundation for making aligned decisions, for navigating life and creating more flow in your life and business, right?
