Dragon Sense and Introductions

there's like some innate maybe dragon sense within him that knows that something wicked this way comes.

Hello everyone and welcome to this week's episode of The Fellowship of the Tabletop. We are a live play 5e D&D podcast set in the magical home-brewed world of Aerith. My name is Mark, and I am your dungeon master, and also with us for tonight's session we have...

Dungeon Master and Characters Overview

00:00:46
Speaker
Casey, the colorblind cat who also plays the role of Helena. We've got Danny, who plays the dastardly dog, playing the role of Claude. We've got Darren, who also plays a slightly less dastardly boulder dog called Robin.
00:01:12
Speaker
Fuck you, and what? We've got Callamoo, Callamoo plays- It's into the episode and we had the first fuck you. We've got Callamoo plays the slightly mute cat who plays the role of Folly Fizzlebang the ninth. Well, who plays the wily wizard man, Karstan?
00:01:35
Speaker
Now, hello. And we've got Ian, who plays the iguana-shaped creature person, Drago. Oh, God. Hannibal Lecter. You gave him an iguana. I kind of know that's on you. That's on you. You gave him an iguana. I know. A little bit ASMR there. I wasn't expecting Anthony Hopkins, though. When you said Robin, it sounded like Robin.

Preparing for Battle and Reviewing Rules

00:02:07
Speaker
We're all rubbing, we're all rubbing uglies at the moment. Oh this isn't going well man, this isn't going well. That's my segue right there, we're rubbing up against the baddies for not in a sexy way. Hi everyone. It's one of those weeks isn't it?
00:02:24
Speaker
Well, yeah, I think this is going to be a nice guy week if I'm being perfectly candid. No, it's not. We're going to take on a fully fledged dragon. There's there's no room for error here. We could fucking die tonight. We could. Oh, yeah, you could. That could be awkward, because it's so close at the end. If you use full dragon and dragon specs, we're fucked. Oh, yeah. Yeah.
00:02:45
Speaker
I ain't fucking around. Well, you weren't here last week, so we've signed up to fight a dragon. I listened to the episode. I made notes of the rules you got wrong. Good. Attaboy. Claude should have made a concentration check at one point, but didn't. So this is why we need you, Wil. That's why we need you. On your held spell, you took damage at the start of the dragon's turn and you had your dawn spell held.
00:03:11
Speaker
and you should have taken a concentration check on that health spell. Oh he's done, he's now got his phone out. Listen to eyebrows. Our quality assurance wasn't there last week. That's why I will. You know, holding a spell takes concentration. I'm going to confirm I took damage. Well yeah, because I think Mark was like, it's a dragon's turn, you will take X points of acid damage. That was the poison, it smogged the world. What other rules did we miss?
00:03:38
Speaker
uh i think that was the only one that one two episodes yeah um i'll tell you yeah we could die like legit we could could die tonight i won't keep running away you will agree to face this dragon
00:03:55
Speaker
Yeah, but I didn't. I didn't. I didn't.

Tactics Against Undead Dragons

00:03:57
Speaker
I didn't. Well, I mean, come on. We were going to face the dragon. It's going to be one new dragon overlord. You can't. He's a dragon and not face a dragon. It's dungeons and dragons. We were going to face a dragon in the heat of battle surrounded by thousands of undead. Or we're going to take him on on our terms. We're taking him on on our terms with his babies with his babies. Well, I think the plans to kill the babies first, but that may not happen. Let's find out.
00:04:23
Speaker
on this week's episode of The Fellowship of the Table. Yes, we find ourselves currently. Shit, that was...
00:04:30
Speaker
Oh, I made my mouth go funny. And we find ourselves in dire straits. We are fighting baby dead dragons that aren't dead, they're undead. And we, after facing our super useful friend, Chris, who explained to us that if they squawk, they will basically call in big mama and call in Galgroth, the big undead dragon creature that will come down and reign havoc upon the party.

Combat Strategies and Challenges

00:04:55
Speaker
So the party are kind of trying to kill them off, kind of wanting them to squawk at the same time. It's a bit all over the place, really. And we just left off. We had Folly Fizzlebang the ninth hiding behind a mound that one of the dead dragons is totally dead. It was in with fear running away. Carstan was under a kind of a held spell.
00:05:18
Speaker
which we'll probably dispute now that Will's back in the fold. Thanks, good to see you again, Will. We had two of the dragons dead of the nine. There are seven left and Robin and Claude found themselves in the very center of the battlefield as the rest of the party are kind of encircled by the dragons that have now all taken off flying up into the air. The spelled dawn, I think, is still active. Is it not, Danny?
00:05:41
Speaker
Well, I just remembered from last week, Mark. I'm sorry. It totally jumped my mind. I should have made a concentration check when I took damage. So would you like me to roll that for you? You know what? I'll say no. And you know what? For your honesty, Danny, have some inspiration.
00:05:56
Speaker
Oh, thank you very much, Mark. I've been noted it last week. I should have included it in my... Thank you being so honest, anyway. I really appreciate it. It's a D6, is it? I'll take that. Could you get your tongues out of each other's arseholes and can we just roll some fucking dice? Never, man. It's a freakin' wookern.
00:06:13
Speaker
sort of do the oh that was more that was more than we needed so what we left off on last week's episode of the fellowship the pleasure of the tabletop the remaining surviving dragon dragonettes little dragons dragon that sounds like a band the dragons had kind of taken off slightly off the grind 30 feet off the air off the ground uh and it all
00:06:31
Speaker
taking a big breath. Now, if you remember, if these creatures are hit before they kind of expel their breath on the next turn, they kind of lose their balloon. They fold down again and have to take another turn to build their breath up again. If they manage to get to their turn and they haven't been hit, they will be able to shout, to scream, to squawk, as Chris refers to it, and thus calling in big mama, Gal Groff, to come down and, well, come over and see what's going on with her babies.
00:07:01
Speaker
So,

Defeating the Undead Dragon

00:07:02
Speaker
big mamaji, remember that each turn, because of the grind that we find ourselves in, this muddy, boggy, stenchy place, we take a d6 of poison damage per turn as well, which we had just taken when our round had finished at the end of the second round with the dragons all taking off. None of them attacking, but all of them taking a breath. Claude is going to be freed in your turn, as well not Claude, Karstan, you're going to be freed your fourth on our list. It goes Claude, Drago, Folly, Karstan, Helena, Robin, dragons.
00:07:31
Speaker
you
00:07:32
Speaker
follow you're still under the effects of fear and the dragon that you're hiding from or trying to hide from it's right next to you actually it's the one just to your south ever so slightly this map is that of like a thumbs up on the side and i refer to two of the mountains being on the thumb one dragon is flying over the kind of the river of the dead uh the slow moving squelchy river another one is to the south near drago one to the west two to the mid north and that's where we kind of sorry three to the mid north that's how we kind of find ourselves for the party spread and these dragons spread further
00:08:02
Speaker
as well. We're going to go to the top of the Rhyme to start us off to see what will happen. We're going to go to Claude straight off the bat, middle of the map Claude. What do you want

Facing the Dracolich

00:08:11
Speaker
to do? So Claude has seen these dragons disperse and begin to take breath. He is going to with his movement head southeast to the edge of the cliff itself so he can reach that that drake that's in the sort of furthest southeast flying taking breath.
00:08:32
Speaker
Over the river. Over the river, that's the one. And as he's moving, he's going to use his bonus action to move the dawn spell just so it encapsulates the drake that is on the easternmost of the map. So at the end of that drake's turn, if it's still there, it's going to take some diddity damage. Nice, and that's the one right next to the little acrop of trees to the northeast.
00:08:59
Speaker
Yes, absolutely. And so back to where Claude was running over the cliff edge that's on top of the river, he's just going to release a sacred flame across to the drake that's floating over the water. Could that drake make a dexterity saving throw,

Dracolich Battle Setup and Cliffhanger

00:09:13
Speaker
Marco? It can try. 10. It fails. It's going to take some diddly damage. Some diddling damage, poor thing. It is 21 points of radiant damage.
00:09:29
Speaker
It's dead. As this flame comes spiraling out over the cliff edge into the abyss of the air above and above this river, a slow-moving sludgy river, it hits home right in the very centre of the chest, causing this incredible kind of holy rip to burst from this creature and its bones just kind of float quite slowly almost down into the river and start to float away slowly down the sludge-laden river.
00:09:55
Speaker
That dragon, that lich, that lich, if only, that drake has been... drake. Dran, and that's the end of my turn. Thank you very much Claude, great turn. Have you got a cruelty killed? I mean it's not looking so bad after all. Drago, you got one just to your south, you're the most south of the area of the map. What do you want to do?
00:10:18
Speaker
Is that one that Drake inhaling to draw breath as well to release a screamy scream? Absolutely. All of them have done that. Every single one that is alive is holding a breath now to scream. The acts of Shader is already in my hand primed after the last time I used it. So Dragos is going to peer out. He's going to squint as he's trying to concentrate because he doesn't have the archery skills that Robin does. So it takes a little bit more concentration and he's going to
00:10:44
Speaker
Try and aim the axe and throw it in the direction. It's going to be at disadvantage, obviously. Okay, yep, roll two, hit. Ah, 12. That's unfortunately going to miss. The axe just flies over. Just over the left wing. It almost catches its shoulder blade, but just misses and starts to head back over.
00:11:08
Speaker
Sorry, is Ian not in range for it to not be disadvantaged? Because he's relatively close to that. It's 30 feet up as well. 20 feet away and 30 feet up so far, I guess. Sneaky, sneaky. So as the axe misses and it comes back to Drago, automatically he catches it mid-air and uses the force of that to pull his hand further back and then throws it again forward. That's all right, roll to him. 11.
00:11:33
Speaker
same thing happens but this time the axe it seems to run out of range after a while and the axe starts to almost slow down and the the drake manages to use its wing and kind of bats the axe down away from parrying it to the side in which case it disappears and starts to return back to your hand.
00:11:50
Speaker
It wasn't just an 11, Ian. It was a natural one. It was, yeah, with 10 plus. It was a 91. Oh, shit. Anything that you want to do? That's fine. I've already expected it. I preferred my spiel. Your spiel was great as the axe returns to Drago. He lets out a growl in frustration. He is going to walk forwards towards that drake. So he stood nearly directly underneath it. Awesome. Thank you very much, Drago, for that.
00:12:20
Speaker
Folly, you are running away from the creature that terrifies you. If you can find something that gives you cover away from it, the base of any of the trees nearby to the north east, sorry, northwest would do that. You can then stop and you can then make a constant, you can make a wisdom saving throw. I think you saw his whole action first. Yeah, he's got to end his turns. Yeah, I have to move first and dash and then it's the end.
00:12:50
Speaker
But I have to go in the opposite direction, don't I? Away from it, yes. So I have zero cover, really, unless these trees are quite thick. If he goes that way, he runs towards one as well. If you go that way, you're running towards it. It's fine, he can run towards it. I would run away from the one that has fried to me, though. Oh, OK. Not from L or the...
00:13:12
Speaker
I'm going to give you the wisdom saving throw mainly because these trees, they aren't like the other trees, they have leaves, the leaves are black, so it does actually, the foliage allows you cover, sight cover, if you will, natural physical cover. Technical outro, that could allow me sight cover as well because that's behind me, I'm hiding behind me rucksack in theory. So technically that's part of equipment.
00:13:33
Speaker
And it's also, if the creature ends its turn, it doesn't have line of sight to you, so it's a tricky one. That's what I'm thinking, because you're quite low and it's flying, I'm thinking the actual foliage of the trees would be in the way. Either way, I'll give you the wisdom saving throw. Okay, okay, come on, please, the love of fucking God. It's a DC-16, just FYI. Now that you can fudge it if you want.
00:14:01
Speaker
You run to the edge of the map and like in a video game, you're just kind of running into an invisible wall for a little bit. You stop, you turn around and go, actually, I'm back in there. And the effects of the fear as you hide behind the trees, it loses its line of sight with you. You start to get a little bit of almost fresh air and a breeze rolls in off the cliffs to the north.
00:14:22
Speaker
and you breathe and you come back to your senses and you remember why you were here and you remember your mission you remember your purpose and your friends and everything that you're fighting for and the confidence returns and the fear subsides and you are now also immune to them doing that again to you for 24 hours okay but those creatures doing it to you not any other creature doing it to you
00:14:42
Speaker
That, unfortunately, is going to be your turn because you would have had to have used your action to run the gun, but you are being here and get angry. You're back in the fight, though. Karstan, you have this absolutely cataclysmic fear, again, also pass over you funnily enough at the same time as it does happen with Folly as well. Again, you feel this cooler kind of breezing off the mountains to the north behind you.
00:15:07
Speaker
And you just take a breath and you start to feel like yourself for the first time in two episodes. And you take a deep breath in and you survey and you can see Helena about 10 feet away from you. You can see three drakes flying 30 feet in the air in your vicinity. Helena's armed with a bow. You can see the rest of the party around you. What do you want to do?
00:15:27
Speaker
So I'm sort of shaking off this cold sweat that's covered his body from this fear. He's going to dash, well not dash, move forwards to sort of the bottom of the thumb bit of the cliff edge and look at the two drakes, either side of him, and he's gonna sort of mutter to himself from hell's heart, I stab at thee, and can they make a charisma saving throw please, both of them? Absolutely, what's the matter with you doing?
00:15:57
Speaker
I'm banishing them both. So the one on the right, shit. You got this, Castan. Okay. So the one on the right got 14, the one on the left got 19. Okay, so the one on the right is banished. Wait, no, the one on the right. Yeah, sorry, the one on the right is banished, yep. So it was a DC of 18. So that one's banished for a minute.
00:16:26
Speaker
Okay. Unless it's not from this plane. Gotcha. Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha. So this one creature, I mean, just out of existence just disappears. Yeah, I'm going to snap my fingers and it's going to disappear. Wow. That's really cool. I forget how cool that spell is. And then I'm going to turn to Helena.
00:16:51
Speaker
and say, don't worry, I'm back now and I'm going to give her inspiration. Yay. 1d10. 1d10 to Helena. Bardic inspiration, baby. So you can use that with any d20 roll, correct? Yeah. Any ability to check attack roll or saving throw. That can be useful. Do you have to... I'm just checking because I know something different.
00:17:13
Speaker
do you have to say you're going to use it and roll them kind of together or can you roll the d20 then say actually i'm gonna add it can be added after seeing the roll but before knowing the outcome so when she rolls it she has to look at it and go i'm going to add my inspiration at this stage before i say that hits or that misses or that fails so if i say that fails you've got to make a judgment call really on that one and go oh i'm going to add it yeah that makes sense
00:17:36
Speaker
Probably before you tell me, because you know I'll try and cut in like a man and jump over and explain things for you. A man's playing things to you. You know how I roll. Anything else you want to do, Karsten, are you happy with the way you're at?
00:17:50
Speaker
No, I'm happy where I'm at. I'm sort of, uh, yeah, I'm happy where I am. Cool. Awesome. Thank you very much for that. Helena, your turn. We've got one, two, three, four of these creatures still up, up and ready to rock and roll. What do you want to do? Okay. Helena, with her bow in hands, had her eye on the, um, the Drake to the, uh, never each shredded wheat West. Um, and then she had her eye on the one right in front of her as well. So to the South.
00:18:20
Speaker
No, no, no, no. The one right in front of her, right? And then she had her eye on the other one that was by Carstan. But now seeing that one that's just disappeared into thin air, she's now quickly changed tactic and she's now got the three drakes that are sort of in that... What sort of a radius is that?
00:18:41
Speaker
Yeah, a hundred feet or something. She's going to go for all three of those with her bow. So she's got three attacks and she's going to go for each one of her attacks on each of those drakes. Let's go for it. What order do you want to do them in? Can I do them in the west, the south and then the southwest? Gotcha. Yeah. So to your left,
00:19:10
Speaker
right in front of me and then in the corner yeah in the trees yeah behind the tree yep so it was metro i'm really for some reason really bad with east and west i know port and starboard left and right east and west always confused me i don't know why you should put a compass you should put a compass on your maps and would you call me you should put a compass on your map
00:19:32
Speaker
Yeah, that's what I have to I have to go to the east. Alright, okay. Right. So, to the west to start off with. Into the west as Annie and Lennox would sing. Right. Go for it. Roll to hit. Helena rolls. Twenty-three. That, yes, that hits with your bow. Yeah, bitch. Six damage. Nice. The arrow comes thudding into its leg.
00:20:00
Speaker
Oh no. Okay, next one is going to be the south one, the one right in front of me. Oh, same hit, 23. Yep, that will do it. And that is a 10 damage. Nice, this one floods into its abdomen, hitting the arrow into it, cracking a few of the ribs there, and the arrow falls out, but it does some damage to the creature as well, very nice.
00:20:27
Speaker
Okay, and then furiously she's going to grab another bow and go for, sorry, another arrow and go for the one in the southwest. All right, roll two hits. Oh my God, 23.
00:20:39
Speaker
Ah you're cheating. Yeah that hits! And that is a seven point of damage for that third drake. The arrow arcs through the air through the radiant light beaming down from Claude's spell and as almost it hits through the spell it seems to give it strength and power as it thuds into the side of the skull knocking out a few of its teeth it's still upright but it's flapping with some difficulty now as it tries to maintain velocity and altitude. Yeah fucker.
00:21:08
Speaker
Anything else you'd like to do? That's a really good round. No, I think I'm okay. I'm probably going to stay there and go for it again on the next turn should they still be there. Nice. Awesome. Thank you very much. Robin, down to you. Next, what would you want to do? Just head into the moment behind a tree, centre stage.
00:21:28
Speaker
Okay, Robin is just going to peer through the light foliage that is in front of him. What Robin's been doing is he's been on his heels and he's been listening for the screeches of the dragons as they get hit and he's acutely aware that one of them has yet to be hit.
00:21:46
Speaker
So what Robin is going to do is where his feet have been alert and primed to moving quickly, he's going to set them, take the deep inhale of breath to do steady aim to give himself advantage, sacrifice all movement and the bonus action in the process and is going to draw an arrow, knock the arrow very steadily and then just take a very aimed, one-eyed aimed shot at the one above Drago.
00:22:12
Speaker
Really wanna make sure you hit this one, awesome. Yep, roll to hit with advantage. Nice little set up there, Darren. At 30, not 30 to hit. 30 not natural. Yeah, 30 not natural. 30 not natural. Yeah, that absolutely hits. Okay, one second, because the Stabacus is coming out for all the sneak attack. Oh, yeah. One day you'll use an app for this. I will, that's not today. When we had the technology,
00:22:39
Speaker
But it is not this day! In the meantime, this day we count! And we shall count slow! I'm gonna buy him a cat, one of those not Cassio keyboard. For arithmetic. I'm gonna buy him a little calculator.
00:22:54
Speaker
Not that good, didn't roll that well. 16 points of magical piercing damage. That's a half bleed. 16. That's a one and two twos on the sneak attack. But, you know, it's done its job. It's wearing a two two. This is an awkward fight. That's exactly what Robin does. He's been doing it for the whole campaign and no one's bothered to check.
00:23:14
Speaker
He's actually like, Robin's actually gawk one. That's what I've noticed. Lovely. This arrow comes thudding into it from a distance through the leaves, making the leaves move as the arrow fires through. The aim is true. It's a perfect shot right at the throat of this creature, knocking out a vertebra of the back of its spine. It's still again upright, but it's having real trouble staying afloat at the moment as well, a stern, et cetera.
00:23:39
Speaker
I'm going to have to shoot that one again because I am literally planted because of using steady aim, so I can't actually turn and look at the others. So I'm going to have to shoot that one again. That is, I've rolled another 18, that's another 30. That does hit. It's only the d8 this time though. At 12 points, I've actually rolled better on that without sneak attack. 12 points of magical piercing damage.
00:24:04
Speaker
bones come raining down upon drago below as the creature explodes with the force of your arrow smashing into its spine along the spine hitting it and it just explodes out into a shower of shards of bone
00:24:21
Speaker
He's going to bathe in the sinew and grit and blood. It's almost like a L'Oreal advert. He's just slow motioning, taking the blood across him. No, it's just bone because they're dead, obviously. And then the bones stab him. Someone cast illusion, make their blood. You get tetanus.
00:24:42
Speaker
No, brilliant. You've ruined my game. I thought the dragon was coming. Yeah, cool. So the dragon should be coming. It's not coming. None of them have screamed yet. Oh, I see what you did. That's our plan. You haven't got a plan. Is it not their turn now? Yeah, but you've hit them all. They've all taken damage. So therefore they've still got them alive. They've still got them alive, yeah. Absolutely. Listen to last week's episode where we said we're going to keep one alive.
00:25:09
Speaker
Oh yeah, you did, didn't you? We had a plan and it's happening. As a group, we are fucking on it. One is currently in a pocket dimension for the next minute. Yeah, so we can wipe these out and then... Oh, even better. You can drag out of the pocket dimension. Thanks, Castan. Oh, Castan. So useful.
00:25:29
Speaker
That's a great tool pocket dimension. Ooh. Take close attention. It's the dragon's turn. They ain't happy. Fool. Dragons are moving. Dragons are moving. Dragons getting out of your shit hole.
00:25:48
Speaker
it's purple oh god it is purple and they are all rather unhappy with the situation as is your dm because i want some death so what's going to happen is they're all going to breathe on you they're going to use a cone of fear and expel
00:26:07
Speaker
burgundy coloured air out of their mouths towards you belching forth like they've just done to Folly previously to a group of you. One has moved in the north right close to Helena to belch on her. One has moved to Cone up Robin and Carstan. It's a 30-foot cone and one is used just to get claudy-clawed on his onesie as well on the thumb of our little mountain range.
00:26:53
Speaker
It depends because the spell says nothing about being refined. It all depends on the creature from Mark's point of view. It depends on the creature. What cast I was under was absenteeism fear, whereas you were under NPCism fear. So yeah, it was under FOMO. So I'm not considering that. It's not fair for me to impose something on him that he wasn't here to argue or role for.
00:26:53
Speaker
home on the range.
00:27:19
Speaker
It's kind of, it was dramatic fear as opposed to D&D combat fear. So yes, you can roll for it, Will. I got another 24. Yeah, fuck you. And Helena, what did you get? 17. Oh man, okay, yeah. Whatever, you passed that. You did have to use the inspiration to pass. Oh, did you? Don't give away my secrets. You do have to think, you've got to declare that you mean it. Do I? Yeah, but I just wouldn't have used it again.
00:27:46
Speaker
I just wouldn't have used it again. All right, well, I've used it. I just didn't think that to declare it. I just would have put it back, that's all. Normally you would say just so people were aware. Just so you can't use it again, yeah. Just in case you've got like 10,000 inspiration points.
00:28:01
Speaker
And because of that, you guys are no longer have to, you know, they can't really do it again on you. Well, they can. It's just ineffective and you're immune for 24 hours. It's just that creature or all creatures of that type. It's all creatures of that type. So any of these that do it to you again. So the other one that's about to belch on you cast on doesn't have any effect. It's the same. I'm considering it the spell rather than the yeah.
00:28:22
Speaker
So, the next creature near Robin is going to belch forth its burgundy breath. Has a lot of B's. Could you please give me a wisdom saving throw, please, Robin? I rolled my third 18 in a row, so that's a 20, not natural. Okay, you all are no fun. And finally, Claude, would you like to roll one? Wisdom saving throw? Just a one, yeah. Come on, Claude, I know you're good for wisdom.
00:28:48
Speaker
I'm afraid what happens is the big rift opens up and you're all dead, so... You need to get harder ACs, man. I mean, it was pretty good. It was a seven team. We've got a dragon inbound. Let's not bait the DM. Hey, hey, we're allowed to roll well. Let's have this, Will. We're allowed to roll well. True, true, true, true, true. That is... Oh, and then the rest of the turns, they're gonna... One of them's gonna... Let's use their action. They haven't got... They've only got the one...
00:29:14
Speaker
Action. One of them is going to move out over the sea of the dead. They're going to kind of continue there. Continue there. Hey, I like that. And maybe the rest of them moving just to move a little bit around, but not too far. They're still kind of centralized near Helena Castle on a Robin, and one is flying out over the sea of the river of the dead, as we have referred to it, near Claude Andrago.
00:29:34
Speaker
That's the end of the turn, sadly. We've got three creatures left, one is locked away in a bucket dimension. Claude, your turn. What do you want to do? Are we taking the poison damage mark? Yes, thank you. 1d6, thank you. 5, everyone takes 5 points of poison damage. You need to make a constitution check. Thank you Claude, so do you. Thank you both for being so honest with your roles and knowing the rules so well. I love you all.
00:30:05
Speaker
What was saying? What was saying? What was it? Six points of damage, and then we made a constitution check. Five. Five. Sorry, we made a concentration check. Five points of damage.
00:30:12
Speaker
It's all good. I've got an 18. The banishment is still happening. Good, good, good. It's 10, isn't it, to pass? Yeah, or half the damage of his heart. I roll with advantage because of Warcaster and I've got 18. Lovely. 18's coming up a lot. I don't like the number 18. All the DCs are now 19. Right, that adds very much to five damage for you all. Poisonous. Claude, your turn. Claude is going to, with his bonus action, move Dawn once again. This time just...
00:30:42
Speaker
nudging it sort of 20 feet northeast to grab the
00:30:49
Speaker
the one of the drakes that has headed towards the middle of the group of Robin, Carstan, and Helen, so it's encapsulated there. Also, it's pretty central if I want to just throw it at an incoming mama dragon. And then again, looking at the drake who has positioned themselves over the river just up the cliff, I'm going to release another Sacred Flame, so a deck saving throw for the flying chappy in the southeast. Nah, I'm rolling fucking awful. 12. He will take
00:31:20
Speaker
Dick. 20 points of radiant damage. Shit, that's nice. Right, this hit comes smashing into its back. It pushes it down five feet and lets out a horrid, kind of low, grumble-y sound as the bones kind of crunch against each other and hear the crackle of almost like the holy flames burning into its very, very soul. It's still up, it's still flying well, but it's taken a fucking hell of a lot of damage from that. Anything else you want to do, Claude?
00:31:50
Speaker
Awesome. Drago, the creature that's above you, you've been L'Oreal-ing in its bones. There's a creature just off to your left, off to the east. What do you want to do? Drago just turns around and gives a nod of thanks to Robin, although there is still that steely look in his eye as he was outdone, and that still kind of irks him, even though it's been a long time. Still, he nods a thanks in respect of Robin's
00:32:15
Speaker
archery skill and he's going to look towards the dragon that's nearest to him which is the one on to the east side and he's going to take a deep breath try and calm and then throw the axe of shadar again as hard as he can all right roll to hit with disadvantage 21 wow 23 and 21 lovely way to go yes that hits
00:32:43
Speaker
makes up for you missing the last two, I guess. It really did. Yeah. Do you remember that battle where you hit nothing the entire time and how angry you got? Were you trying to piss me off again? No, no, no. I just remembered it. And then I remembered how frustrating that must have been as a player to experience. And I'm sorry. Those creatures are the next camp again. We're having them again. That's the next camp.
00:33:05
Speaker
Eight points of slashing damage. Just whack-a-mole. Eight points of lightning damage as he acts, leaves my hand, rotates in the air and then just as it strikes against the drake you hear this as the lightning hits it and then it goes and returns back to Drago's hand as he takes it again and he throws it for a second time. Awesome, roll to head. For 16.
00:33:31
Speaker
Did that hit? Yeah it does hit, that does hit. Yeah it does hit! That flash of triumph in Drago's eyes and a slight smile as the axe again whirls out for 15 points of slashing damage and... It had 6 health points so it's...
00:33:48
Speaker
one point of lightning damage as it cracks against it again just with a slight sizzle this time like it's and its bones explode into like a mini almost clap of thunder and the bones kind of get pushed back in all directions some of them also rain on why they're all raining i don't know uh some bones fall on clords uh now cleanly shaven face uh some of them also fall into the river and some clatter down the edge of the cliffs down to the silent abyss of never being
00:34:17
Speaker
found again alone and as the rain of bones happens Drago is going to turn about face so his back is towards Robin and hold out his left hand and all from Robin's point of view he's just got the silhouette of the back of Robert Drago as the axe suddenly goes and gets caught in Drago's left hand outstretched but he does turn around and go remember we need to keep one alive to the group awesome very nice uh folly you're back in it
00:34:46
Speaker
You're hidden behind some trees in the northwest corner. You have two liches. I keep saying that. Two weverns. What am I trying to say? Dragons. That's your next monster liches. Stop looking at the next monster sheep. That's not the wrong one. Yeah, 12 liches coming. And exit pursued by a lich. You've got two drakes. That's what we're referring to them as. Drakes flying above Helena's head, near Castan Robin, and Helena in the middle of the map. What do you want to do? Fireball. Fireball.
00:35:15
Speaker
No, no, Foddy's going to peg it as fast as his little legs will take him back into the fray. And because he has the range, he's going to use his action to cast animate objects on the dragon's teeth that are still on the floor because they dropped when I got frightened. But I do have the range for that. I think I just want to double check.
00:35:41
Speaker
Yes. It's 120 feet for animate objects. I thought it was 60. Either which way, I'll have the range for that. So they're going to come alive, do something they normally do, and almost like a shot, I can move them about 30 feet. So this one that's just to the west of Robin or to the south of Helena, that Drake's going to get some dragon teeth coming at it from the side. OK, so is the movement a bonus action? I can control animate object as a bonus action, yes.
00:36:09
Speaker
Awesome. Okay, right. Roll to hit, I guess. You fiend? You fiend? You folly fiend. Sixteen to hit. Mitter beats, bitch. Fuck you. Sweet.
00:36:26
Speaker
Can you attack with Animate Object on the same turn you animate? As long as it's coming off the floor. You can mentally command any creature you made in this spell if the creature is informed of feats. You just happened to have the rules up, did you there? If you're the same command for each one. I'll by all means correct me, I have no problem being corrected by all.
00:36:50
Speaker
He hasn't got the rules open, he just knows them off by hand. Decide what action the creature will take and where it will move during its next turn, or you can issue a general command. Once it's given an order, the creature continues to follow it until it attaches and is complete. So if you tell it to move there and attack, you don't need to give it another command until it actually
00:37:12
Speaker
Well it does say as a bonus action you can meant to command any creature you've made, which is the dragon's teeth, with the spell if the creature was in 500 feet of me. Cool, yeah I'm fine with that, yep, okay. What's the damage dare I ask? What's the modifier on it? If it's a tiny object it's plus eight.
00:37:37
Speaker
That likes to hit. It's 1d4 plus 4 damage and obviously I've got 10 of them so that's base 40. 72 points of magical slashing damage with my dragon's teeth. Callum, do you want to know how many hit points I had? Probably about five.
00:37:53
Speaker
three. It's dead. I don't care. Folly is pissed. In a absolute whirlwind of bone. That's a bone a lot in this episode. Bone hits bone. And it's not, it's not, it's not the kind of bone you're thinking, people. A picture like Captain Holt running around. Oh, I had a bone.
00:38:15
Speaker
I had a very different bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-mitting bone-m
00:38:39
Speaker
bore themselves into the rotting and broken bones of this creature, cutting through its arms, sorry, its wings, and it slowly kind of tail bombs down into the ground as the teeth continue to spin and spiral 30 feet in the air above you. That dragon has been, that small baby dragon has been killed. There is one remaining on this plane of existence at the moment,
00:39:07
Speaker
Folly, thank you very much. Karsten, you've got a dude flying above you, just behind you. It's the last one we've got available, apart from the one you've banished. What would you like to do? Thanks. What to do now? I figured you're going to nerf animate objects in the next campaign. I can tell. You're like, right, on your notes, nerf animate objects. If anyone uses it. Well, no, to be honest, it's been good.
00:39:34
Speaker
It hasn't broken the game because I've managed to get to cut to fully enough. He takes me down easily enough to make that just pointless. Karstan is going to turn to the one that is now to the north of him, sort of between Helena and himself almost. And instead of a cold sweat, he does look like he's having to keep concentration on something. His mind is
00:40:01
Speaker
is sort of whirring away as he's holding that other creature at bay with banishment and he's going to just turn and mutter a yo mama joke to it and I'm going to use vicious mockery so can it please make a wisdom saving throw it can if you can tell us the yo mama joke
00:40:20
Speaker
uh your mama so fat she had to when she goes in the house she has to go around the house but i'm sorry uh okay roll with the roll with advantage because that joke was shit no i'm joking um or is it wisdom yeah 15 it fails it takes nine points of psychic damage what that's very fun okay it's still got it's it's still got
00:40:50
Speaker
And it's to call it disadvantage on the next attack role it makes. Disadvantage on the next attack role. Okay. Okay. Brilliant. Lovely. Anything else you want to do? Cast on any movement? Anything else? Yeah. And then I'm going to give Robin inspiration. You're inspired and you're inspiring Robin. Yeah.
00:41:15
Speaker
There you go. Right. That's the end of my go. Robin. Darren pulls out his absolutely massive book there. Make a tiny note about inspiration. It looks huge on the camera right now. It's great. I've never seen the notepad you're writing, Darren. It looks huge on the camera.
00:41:36
Speaker
It's been a long pandemic, guys. It's not the first time that I've replied with the camera makes it look bigger than it is because it genuinely isn't that big. Oh, Darren, don't put yourself down. I'm in the notepad. Oh, right. I was about to say, there's all kinds of effects in CGI you can put on. Anyway, right. Helena, over to you. This creature just off to your side has taken it's crying because of the yo mama joke. What would you like to do? What would you like to do?
00:42:05
Speaker
No, I'm not really. I'm gonna... Thanks, throw it at tissue. Throw it at tissue and be like, clean yourself up. I'm gonna console it. I'm going to fucking, you know, get the bow out. I've been following this one for, you know, since the last time that I've had the bow out on the final Drake that I'd shot at. You've been following its Twitter pages, its socials. Yeah, but I've been following its... One day I will kill you at Drake 4000.
00:42:36
Speaker
You totally ruined everything for me. I can't wait for this. This shot, this natural 20 that you're about to dish out on this. Oh, do you know what? Fuck you. I'm just going to roll for the fucking cunt. Yes, here we go. Oh, a 19, because that counts as a natural 20 for Casey. Okay. You missed it. You went and missed it.
00:43:02
Speaker
The arrow zips over, it's almost like the creature's too close and it takes a sudden bank off to the side when the vicious mockery hits and the arrow zips over, even though you follow me on Twitter. Yeah, do you know what? It was the Yo Mama joke. It hit Helena a little bit too hard because she hasn't seen her mum in a while, so you know. Absolutely. Well played. The tear wells up in her eye. The dragon turns and hands you back the hanky.
00:43:32
Speaker
She's gonna go in with a second hit. Oh, no that that was even worse. It was a natural one Could you roll just a straight? Well, could you a regular d20, please? No additions of our advice nothing Aaron's broken a bow like this before
00:43:48
Speaker
16. That's fine. It was a three or less and you were going to shoot Karsten. It's the only one in range, it kind of in reality would work. The arrow just kind of zips off over its left shoulder as the tear fills your eye and you can't quite get your vision because of the crying about your mum. Yeah. It's a little too close to home and you bank that and you're going to go, I'm going to talk to Karsten about that.
00:44:12
Speaker
Anything else you want to say? Yeah, I've got a third hit, right? You've got two more hits, haven't you? No, no, no, I've just got the one. Sorry, sorry, sorry. I rolled an 18. That hits. You wipe the tip away. I'm fucking wiped the tip. Fucking go for it. I focused. Fucking cast that. You know me. You little bitch. And then, yeah, she's gone for it. Right, roll to that edge. Yeah, she's hit the fucking drake in front of her. The damage is...
00:44:41
Speaker
A nice eight. Solid eight. Nice. The arrow thuds in. Thud. Ow. It says in, in, in dragon voice. I speak Draconic so I understood that ow. Ow. Do it. Do I not even just got it in a nice sensitive area? I mean it's all bone so everything's a bit sensitive. It's in the bone. It's in the bone. Even like the eye socket or anything like that.
00:45:11
Speaker
Are you telling me how to DM? Do you want to do this? Do you want to try and control this bunch? No, thanks. He injured it one week and he almost killed it. Never again. Never again. And we were restrained that week. It was such a good episode as well. If you haven't gone back, go back and listen to it. It's episode 97. It's a really good one. It's so nice listening to you guys for letting me in, actually. It's really nice. No, that's everything. Thank you.
00:45:39
Speaker
No problem. Robin, this last one is still up, unfortunately. Your feet were planted to the enemy to the south. You can just hear, hey, fuck, hey, fuck, and then doosh the arrow smacking from Helena's bow. What do you want to do?
00:45:52
Speaker
So Robin was just releasing the exhale from the previous shot when the sound of a dragon thudding the floor and literally calcionating, thanks to Folly Fizzlebang. It's just gonna feel the dust come over him and go, I think you got that one Folly. And it's then just going to turn in the general direction, wipe the dust from his eyes, take another deep breath and launch a shot at the one that is still standing.
00:46:19
Speaker
Okay, nice roll to hit. If you roll an 18, my fucking god. Roll the 17. That's close to an 18. I know, rolling really well. What happened 18? That was one of the 30. That hits, surprisingly. Okay. It takes nine points of magical piercing damage.
00:46:39
Speaker
and its body dissipates into the wind. This arrow flies through, a gust from the north pushes it to the west. I feel like I'm doing the weather now. Scotland will see highs of 12 and the Blight will see lows of death. The battlefield falls quiet and the wind is all you can hear that goes like this.
00:47:03
Speaker
like i'm there well you know what wind sounds like anyway are there any voices on the wind hello you're all fucked no and
00:47:18
Speaker
We're out of combat. Will, do you want to drop the spell? What's going on? So Karstan's currently stood there. He's still concentrating. He's looking to looking at the people near him for what he should do as he concentrates. Hold up, hold up. Before you get that thing out of whatever plane you've put it in, can we set up any trap for this? How long is it in for, sorry, before you go into it? A minute. One minute, OK. You've had two turns. You've had, what, 12 seconds. You've got pretty much a minute to go.
00:47:44
Speaker
Is there any trap that we can set up on the arrival of Gelgrove? Anyone? It would be good if it reappeared into those things and Robin will just nod to the dragon's teeth that are still gnarling. No, no, no, no, no. We're not reappearing Gelgrove, we're reappearing a Drake, but that Drake's gonna call for Gelgrove. Is there any trap that we can lay for Gelgrove? I've just lost Dawn. Okay. Sorry, were they another Gelgrove?
00:48:13
Speaker
No, it was the big spell that I was saving for the dragons that didn't come out. Why have you lost it? I can only concentrate for a minute. Yeah, if this conversation is going on for quite a bit, my dragon teeth are going to fall to the floor again. I know, but we might have time in between. A minute goes. You've got a little bit longer time in between the Drake calling out for Galbraith. My teeth will basically go to the ground after the Drake has pretty much beard.
00:48:35
Speaker
Let it go, Kastan. Let the Drake happen. Kastan's going to move away from the area where the Drake's about to appear and will then... Yeah, Robert will take this time to move as well. No one hit this thing. Very important. I will allow the spell to meet its natural end.
00:48:53
Speaker
and into the air this creature back appears this creature actually hasn't been hit at all by any of you and just appears right literally five feet and 30 feet up right in front of Claude in the very center of the map beats its wings and looks around to you walls Danny has just shot himself remembering that a dragon was there so I think Claude just walked up to where the dragon was like where's this last one gone? Right in his face I'm just going to let our very high pitched scream at full pelt
00:49:22
Speaker
He's going to look round at each of you, this creature, and it's still kind of flying in the air. It's going to go over to the nearest tree, kind of perched at the top and kind of look around, looking at each of the mounds, confused as to what's going on. It's going to like each of you to kind of kind of get a reaction or get something out of you. It's going to sit there looking at you each for a couple of seconds. And then it's going to take a deep breath.
00:49:45
Speaker
Yes. Can I get my bow out? Yeah, I'm gonna hold him. I'm gonna hold him out and shoot it. Yeah, I'm holding an action too. Me too. Okay, hang on. Maybe we hold person until we confirm Geldgraf's here. It's not a person. Shit, he can't hold? You need to hold monster. You need to hold monster to work. I didn't realise that was two different things. If I can shoot it when it's screamed, I don't know. I just really want Geldgraf here. Can we not just shoot it? Wait for it to scream.
00:50:18
Speaker
How long can Mark hold his breath for? It's gone! It's going! And it let... This is Mark Chris holding his breath. That's what we were waiting for this whole time. That's what calls a dragon. I could do that. It's actually a smoker's cough that draws a dragon in, apparently. No, it lets out this incredibly high pitched, reverberating scream.
00:50:40
Speaker
That's good. Yeah, like that. Thank you, Casey. But it's like got bass to it as well. It makes all the little pebbles on the ground rumble ever so slightly. And then there's silence again. As the creature goes silent as well, its wings tuck in behind it. It starts to almost lower itself down slightly. And you hear echoing off from the distance a grumble, a growl, a low Godzilla-like gunner.
00:51:12
Speaker
that echoes across the air, but you feel it in your body, like the base of a fucking prodigy gig or something like that, just vibrating in your chest. You can't tell how close this creature is or how far it is. You can't see it from your location. You just feel it. The creature's still alive. He's gonna turn around and, I mean, he's gonna go into combat. He's gonna start, no, he's not actually, no, he's not. Ah, yeah, that's what he's gonna do. He's gonna take off and fly up,
00:51:42
Speaker
Once he starts flying, I'm going to pile him with an arrow as soon as he starts to fly. I had a really good, dramatic thing. Fine, you're going to kill him. You guys are just murderers, aren't you? You poor thing. Right, OK. Well, should we just fall into the same initiative order while it's here for now? And then what we'll do is we'll re-roll if this other creature decides to arrive. So it's just had its turn, it's done its scream, clawed top of the round.
00:52:09
Speaker
Do we need to take poison damage, Mark? Oh yes, of course. Thank you very much. Thank you, Danny. We need to have taken it for a little... Like, how many rounds has it been since...
00:52:20
Speaker
Gotcha. Yep. So the first it's been it's been about a minute. I kind of was keeping an eye on the actual physical time. I was going to give it a minute. And I rolled a D6 for that and you got a one. So everyone takes one point of poison damage for that. And then I rolled for the start of kind of this new round, the next minute after creatures moved, shouted and you've heard the noise of this creature that could approach. Shouldn't it be eight rounds worth of damage every six seconds? No, it's just at the start of each round.
00:52:50
Speaker
Yeah, but every round is six seconds. We've been a minute out of combat. I love how we're about to fight a dragon and two people are advocating for more damage. I believe in playing by the rules. When we killed one of the dragons, the gas actually started to dissipate slightly.
00:53:10
Speaker
So I wonder if the gas is actually majoritally dissipated now. This is the type of thinking I like, Holly. I forgot that was a thing. Sorry, that was the thing I was going for. Yes, you know. Right, sit, wrap, sit, wrap. You take that damage that I said to the one point of damage in the first bit, the six points of damage, because this one creature is still alive and therefore there is still some fumes coming from one of the pyres, which happens to be the one next to Claude on the thumb. Excuse me.
00:53:41
Speaker
However, because it's so far dissipated, it's not as deadly because you've managed to knock out eight of the nine. So it is going to be basically every 10 rounds from now on. So that will probably the last bit of poison damage you will take from them. Thank you, Callum, for remembering. I've got shots at memory loss. So back into it, Claude. Sorry, we've all taken seven points in total of damage. Okay, good. Right, Claude, top of the rounds. Your dragon's floating in a tree nearby you. What do you want to do?
00:54:09
Speaker
sacred flame on the dude could you make a dexterity saving throw no i dropped my d20 uh no picking it up with my foot weirdo that's an eight uh that'll mean i hit for i'm keeping my actual 20s for the big bad yeah it seems like that's where it's gonna go 18 points of radiant damage on this guy ploppers cool how much again 20 18 oh 18 radiant yeah 27
00:54:39
Speaker
Oh, cheers. Yeah, fuck. 32. Shut up. All right, lovely. As this hit comes slashing across its face, kind of burning its skull and etching marks across it. And you can hear, ha, ha, as you do it. Anything else you want to do? Sorry, I think you played a G minor there, not a major. Ha.
00:54:59
Speaker
Better. Thank you. I mean, it was a bit off, but yeah. Oh, shut up. All right, music teacher. Yeah, bitch. Anything else you want to do, Claude? No, that's it. Thanks. Thank you. That's five rounds. Drago, your turn. Last creature alive. Possibly.
00:55:15
Speaker
And Drago's not going to attack, he's going to just start to look around to the environments as he's starting to, he's heard that the rumble from Gelgraf is you so beautifully described. It's hit him in the core. And there's like some innate, maybe dragon sense within him that knows that something wicked this way comes. Oh, yeah. He's going to
00:55:38
Speaker
just get himself set and ready for the greatest threat knowing that there's far better archers in the party to take care of a little drake. He is going to walk over to Robin, which takes nearly all my movement, just prepping himself mentally and physically getting ready for
00:56:02
Speaker
What is probably the hardest battle that we've yet to face yet? It's better be a good dragon. Otherwise, you guys are going to be really disappointed. Nice. And you managed to quote Macbeth. So that was good shit. Yeah, it was a pretty good turn. Something wicked this way comes. I love that line. Brilliant stuff. Thank you very much, Drago. Round five. Folly! Your teeth are on the floor. You dentist.
00:56:26
Speaker
Yeah, I'm just still gonna try and burn the shit. So I'm gonna cast Firebolt after it, see if it does any damage. Nice. Alright, roll to hit. 21. Hit! Yeah, that's a bit bad. 15 points of fire damage. 15.
00:56:45
Speaker
Nice, the shot comes smashing and cascading in and across its left wing, causing some damage to its, I don't think there's tentacles then, but to its bones structure on the wing, it starts to lose its capacity to fly as well with that left wing, but it's still upright. It's all I'm doing. Oh, okay, not a problem. Thank you, Kastan.
00:57:10
Speaker
Carson's going to viciously mock it as it starts to crumble. Okay, nice. Can I make a wisdom saving throw please? Thirteen. I'm literally saving on my good rolls. It takes six points of psychic damage. And it's so upset by what you've just said to it. It beats its head against the base of the tree until its skull explodes.
00:57:35

It's so heartbroken by what you told it. I'm not gonna repeat it on this podcast because this is a podcast for all ages, Will, and what Caster said was just beyond reproach. Yeah, I'm sorry. It's fine. You know, it's an evil creature, so it deserved it. Was it evil? Was it just misunderstood? I don't know. Well, it's like our friend Chris. The wind howls from the north now. The cold air biting at your skin.

The rumble returns to your chest, deeper, deeper. As the ground starts to shake and shudder, you look to the skies expecting the thud of huge wings, the thud of the wings of a dragon. But silence returns. The skies seem empty. And as you hold your breaths,

as you hold any semblance of hope. Suddenly, from the very centre of the map between Drago Robin and Claude nearby to a tree, the ground seems to explode.

and a crater and the earth around it shoots 50 feet, 60 feet, 70 feet into the air. As this huge area of the ground just literally opens up and what comes forth crawling from the ground burrowing out of the ground itself is

a draco lich a huge undead dragon adult fully formed claws come out of the space its long neck looks around it's almost like bone like gills start to kind of flare as its head turns towards clawed it doesn't even need to make noises it just kind of

As it slowly turns itself round, as it pulls itself out the hole, looking at Drago, Robin, Karsten, Folly, as it pulls itself out, it seems to almost flex its bones. It's no muscle, just bones, but the bones will kind of crack and crack into position and shape as it takes a deep breath in. And that's how we're going to pause and leave it for this week's episode of The Fellowship of the Tabletop.

freakin' dracolich. You kept saying lich. I know, I could have all the tabbies open so I kept saying that and I was like, stop saying it. The future bleed there for Mark.

I know. This creature is fun and it very much has the capacity to kill the party. If it goes wrong for you, what is going wrong is party wipe. This is a very realistic party wipe situation. If it goes well for me or goes badly for you, either or, you're fucked.

I was hoping for just a moment where we could just heal up, talk about life, and then fuck it. You had that. This is gonna be... Yeah, we did. We had it at the camp, didn't we, man? Yeah, you had a nice kind of chat. Now we're in it. We're in game. I meant heal up. I meant heal up from the damage. We fucking fight side by side. Oh my God. This is great. It's gonna be good. It's gonna be... Would you say definitely the hardest battle we've ever had coming up?
01:01:19
Speaker
I don't know because I don't know what you're going to do. Normally when you're trying to sell things for the audience to get a listener for next week, you would say, yeah, this is probably the hardest battle you've ever faced during the next week. If my description didn't sell it, fuck you, leave the podcast. When you say no, when I ask that simple question that undersells.
01:01:39
Speaker
I said I don't know, because I actually think the one that was the most trickiest fight for you was the creature I undersold and did think very much of it, the creature that deflected spells or had the capacity to deflect spells, that fucked you a lot. And I was like, oh, I wasn't really expecting that to be as hard as it was. So I very much think there will be a death in the next episode.
01:01:59
Speaker
Like, I'm quite confident that a character will die. Yeah, let's take some bets. Have you got any bets? No bets, no bets. When can we send the bets in? Listeners, we need a poll going for this. Yeah, we need a poll. Yeah, we do need a poll.
01:02:18
Speaker
I don't think we're at the polling stage, but I'd love one. But if you do want to add a poll, feel free to do so and you can do it. And you know what, DM me and you can DM me on either Twitter channels that we have, which leads me into our segue of our main one, which is at Photoshop table. Then you can go one step. My God, one's going to die next week. That doesn't make you want to listen in. I don't know what will.
