Introduction to Health Challenges

00:00:01
chrisyzen
Hey, it's Christian, you heard enough. Thanks for tuning back into the podcast. I just want to ramble a little bit about something that happened. a couple So a couple of weeks ago, I had a chat with a prospective client and the person had a lot of health issues, gut problems, sleep problems, chronic fatigue as you know, all of these can lead to a lot of other problems like with mood and you know a gut problem can cause a lot of more, much more serious problems down the line up to and including
00:00:40
chrisyzen
immunity, ne autoimmunity i mean ah neurodegeneration, Alzheimer's, you name it, a gut problem can cause or exacerbate it.

Investigating Health Issues

00:00:51
chrisyzen
And usually chronic fatigue problems are really ah indicative of a lot of stuff.
00:00:58
chrisyzen
from hormonal imbalances like the stress hormones, out of whack, mitochondrial dysfunction, which could be from toxicity, from any number of things, right? So there's a lot of investigation that needs to be done to begin reversing all of these health challenges, right? What's interesting is that the person on on my form I asked a question how long have these been an issue for you the person said a long time and we're talking years here and During our call together he told me That he he started like ah telling me like I'm doing such a so-and-so's detox
00:01:46
chrisyzen
Program and I'm doing somebody else's other program and I I'm taking supplements from this guy and that other guy, right? And actually while we were talking, I just kind of googled, not googled, but searched for one of these kind of people that help with detoxing. And that was like a 19, I think it was like a $99 type of thing that you buy, like a course, you know, 10 day course or whatever. And the person never became a client.

Pitfalls of DIY Health Treatments

00:02:18
chrisyzen
right I think he decided to continue struggling on his own to DIY to piecemeal a health recovery and optimization plan by getting a $99 detox Guide course maybe a $20 book on gut health maybe another listening to a podcast about how to reverse your fatigue and it's just what struck me is When someone's been suffering for like five years six years or more sometimes ten years If if they were going to
00:03:02
chrisyzen
figure it out surely they would have figured it out by then if they're coming to a you know to talk to me and they still haven't figured it out like what what will change what do you think would change in the next six months or a year or two years what do you think maybe you stumble upon that next podcast episode or maybe a book will outline it all for you and give you exact step by steps. But even if let's say you find a book with an algorithm, everybody's so unique, so different, like the everything, the environment, the health history, stressors, lifestyle, exposure to toxins, nutritional status.

Market Challenges in Health Education

00:03:50
chrisyzen
We're we're all so different that if you start doing a DIY algorithm type thing, how will you know
00:04:01
chrisyzen
Which way to pivot if something goes, something doesn't work out, right? How will you know if you don't have the clinical experience and the tens of thousands of hours of research? It's kind of, it's it's frustrating because the market is so diluted with $29, $59, whatever, $47, $197 courses. and all these kind of there's a lot of books but yeah okay you can get a ah a course for your detox a course for your gut the course for your energy but what what are what are people doing with it is the question right it's like Bruce Lee what he said was you know I don't fear the man that has
00:04:54
chrisyzen
practice 10,000 kicks one time, but demand that or person that has practiced one kick 10,000 times, right?

Structured Health Programs vs. Piecemeal Approaches

00:05:02
chrisyzen
So you can accumulate all of these pieces of information courses. And what I've seen is because I've offered free courses, cheap courses, people, a free course, you're lucky if they freaking log in once.
00:05:16
chrisyzen
and you're even luckier if they watch a video once. um Seriously, that that that is yeah like once in a blue moon, a person will do that. And then if it's like a $97, $200 course, yeah, okay, they might watch a few videos and that is it. Now, again, it's like a book. you You read the book, oh great, I read another book. Yeah, you look at me, I read so many books.
00:05:42
chrisyzen
Great, but what are you doing with the book is the question. are you do Are you following the stuff in the book? This is so important because again, all of these cheap things, so it might be cheap, but to think about if this particular person I'm talking about, if they're still struggling six months, 12 months down the line, did they save money by not becoming a client of mine?
00:06:09
chrisyzen
How much money are they gonna, okay, they might spend 100 bucks here, 50 bucks here, 200 bucks there, maybe $500 course. And over the next few years, they're gonna spend that money on various different bits and pieces of information that will go on their proverbial shelf.
00:06:27
chrisyzen
either won't be fully used or won't be touched or won't be leveraged fully. So like what what is really the the the best option? What is the least expensive option in the long term? It's finding a program that will show you exactly what to do.

Introduction to 'Live Longer Formula' Program

00:06:44
chrisyzen
to restore your health and Exactly what to do to maintain your restored health and maintain your longevity in the long term and That is I honestly Hand on heart. I believe that is what my live longer formula longevity program offers right because Yeah, sure the all the stuff is there about diet and gut health We will get your gut healthy and ah all the supplementation stuff that you need and without all the extraneous nonsense, right? So basic supplementation, personalized supplementation, right? Based on the health assessments that you get as part of the program. So I i will, you fill um fill in some forms, spend 20 minutes on some forms. I will review the forms.
00:07:38
chrisyzen
We can order some lab work, affordable lab testing, ship direct to your door, conveniently collected at home. And with that, with the data from the labs, with my analysis of the the the forms that you fill out, in terms of symptoms, you know, diet, all that good stuff, sleep, I'm going to give you the personalized, customized supplements, the protocols to address your gut, if it's a gut issue that you have.
00:08:06
chrisyzen
or if it's a toxicity issue how to begin detoxing correctly and safely right and then all the other good stuff right the hormone balancing right so if you're a dude you probably want to wake up with an erection like we we all do right so it means you are healthy you're if you're waking up with erections It means you're healthier than if you're not waking up with erections. So I think well into our 50s, maybe even 60s, we could continue that. And I will help you that if you're a woman, you want your estrogen.
00:08:43
chrisyzen
to not be dominating your life and destroying your sleep and your mood and all that good stuff, right? And your health in general. And these things are spelled out simply how to how to handle them right in the program. You see all of these, all of these things are covered. So the environment, the light, the earthing, the grounding, the all the stress management, all that stuff, right, it's covered. But I'm not just going to dump a bunch of information, a bunch of videos and stuff and text. And there, here you go. Good luck. Implement that. Go go forth and live longer with the live longer formula. I know i the reason I've designed the program this way is because that's not what gets people healthy and thriving again. so
00:09:39
chrisyzen
We'll do the assessments so i I will understand exactly what what you need to do to reach your health goals or resolve your health challenges. But I'm not just going to give you the protocols. We're going to have weekly coaching sessions live on Zoom.
00:09:56
chrisyzen
So you can come in with whatever questions you have, anything you want to talk about, we can address that. And we also have chat support, so you will always have help when you need it, right? So this is, I really believe without this, a lot of people fail because you you know, you might go to the doctor, you might go to a great doctor, or a great naturopath, but if you go there once, twice a year, and they give you some advice,
00:10:26
chrisyzen
they don't you know you okay you pay them whatever 100 bucks 200 bucks for the session they're like okay next so that conveyor belt not only does it wear that practitioner out but they don't actually have a real impact on you because you're gonna go home you're gonna forget half the things they said okay maybe they'll write them down maybe they'll shoot you an email but without this constant ability to communicate with the coach or the practitioner, people's interests, you know, their attention is usurped by the million things in the modern world, their motivation wanes
00:11:06
chrisyzen
they get stuck and then they lose their motivation. So this is so important to meet regularly with, you know, a practitioner or coach in order for them to continue helping you, you know, getting unstuck, staying motivated, staying on top of things and moving you forward.

Expert Guidance and Implementation Importance

00:11:25
chrisyzen
Without that, if you leave people on their own, it's like, oh, you know, I'm going to learn a new thing, maybe golf or whatever. I don't know. there's it Here's one example.
00:11:37
chrisyzen
Tai Chi. Last year over the summer, my wife and my daughter were on holiday for a few weeks and I was going to learn Tai Chi. I have the video course. Of course, did I learn Tai Chi? No. Chi Gong. I bought a book, two books, three books. I have three or four books on Tai Chi and Chi Gong. Done nothing.
00:11:58
chrisyzen
Without a practitioner doing it helping you do it. It's just very very difficult I go to Pilates reformer once a week and She she gives she at the start. She was giving me exercises homework do this at home. I didn't do it once But at least when I'm going to her I'm getting I'm getting my core um You know I'm getting my core trained and that way I have less back pain and I consider the computer more hours work harder and I feel I feel better if I don't go for a month it sucks but that's the magic of a coach so this all of these programs a couple hundred bucks look the information is free all of the information is free on the internet and with chat GPT it's even easier if you have the you know
00:12:50
chrisyzen
the desire, you can sit there, figure out how to resolve all of your problems, right? So the information is out there. But the implementation is where the magic is at. Because I have one friend that remember 10 years ago, 15 years ago, every time I would meet her,
00:13:13
chrisyzen
She would tell me I'm doing a new course, that I'm doing another course, and she was doing another course, and then she um she was in some college, and then constantly accumulating knowledge, but ah at one point I was like, what are you doing with all of this? You're learning all of these skills, but how are you applying these skills? So it's kind of it's kind of like that. You can know no a lot about health.
00:13:40
chrisyzen
and fitness or whatever whatever field it may be but if you don't apply these things if you don't have someone to help you create the habits the micro habits that will trans over some months will transform slowly and sustainably how you live how you eat what you do in the evening you know before bed what supplements you take all that good stuff where you shop where you buy your food you know, but what how how you deal with stress and manage stress. If you don't have somebody helping you in this journey and you're just, oh, okay, oh, the internet has all the information, then why is, um you know I don't know, 60% of the American population
00:14:24
chrisyzen
overweight and a bunch of folks are diabetic and a bunch of folks are bound to develop heart disease. If all the information is there, it's clearly not an information issue. So to me, ah yes, my program has all the most important information you need without extraneous BS, right? On, again, diet, supplementation.
00:14:47
chrisyzen
you know, correct breathing, how to mitigate inflammation and oxidative stress, environmental considerations at home, the light, hygiene, earthing yourself, grounding yourself, whatever, optimizing the home environment, stress management, gut health, liver decongestion, I mean hormone balance, just it's sleep optimization, obviously that's so so huge. So the information is there.
00:15:12
chrisyzen
But again, I, I really, it's not like you cannot find this information. The key is someone to not just dump it all on you, but to see you on a regular basis and offer some expert insights into your situation. So again, with this, with the assessment, we personalized the program. So you don't have to go through all of the material. We don't have to master all of this material. I will tell you.
00:15:41
chrisyzen
right now after of course we do a health assessment and and as we get lab tests I will update everything as

Personalized Health Strategies for Longevity

00:15:50
chrisyzen
we go that needs to be updated but I will tell you right now in your current situation with these specific health challenges or health goals that you have these are the most important things you need to do and I'll tell tell you this this this and this just focus on these and then right you You implement those for a while, a month, two, three, whatever. And then as your health status changes, as your health goals change, as your health improves, you will have new goals. You will have perhaps new challenges that you need to help with. And this is the beauty of having a coach. It's someone to keep, just keep, stay with you, stay the course with you. Just keep helping you nudge yourself further and further and further.
00:16:38
chrisyzen
and if you get stuck if you kind of veer of course here we go let's just get you back on track this is the beauty of the program and of course the fact that excuse me the fact that we have access to these incredible I mean like I'm just so sometimes I sit here in awe that the fact that we can spend, you know, two, $300 and a kit, a box will arrive at our home a day or two later.
00:17:13
chrisyzen
We pee in a little tube or whatever, we prick our finger, drop some blood on a piece of paper. We call the courier. The next day, this thing gets picked up and then we get data specific to ourselves that allows us to see what can be improved. It's like, especially when a person is younger, it's very difficult to see quote-unquote cracks in the foundation right like in an older person yeah you start to kind of have age spots and wrinkles and you just you lose the the vigor and the zest in the eyes and you just look weak look weaker not everybody of course like ah i'm just kind of using a a more pronounced example but you can see where a person kind of has
00:18:03
chrisyzen
has issues. Whereas it when youre you're still younger, you know, in your 40s, 50s, you know, like you, you can run on stress hormones practically for for decades before you could really start to have health issues. And it, it requires just like your car when you look at your car from the outside it might there might be nothing wrong with it but then you take it to the to the shop they kind of hook up the computer and okay we need to change these filters this is clogged that's blocked that this needs to be replaced brake pad blah blah all that stuff you can't see it by looking at the car car looks great shiny we just got it washed so
00:18:45
chrisyzen
it it it must be working perfectly inside but no no no um no human rational human will say oh yeah the car looks good therefore it's working fine so with these lab tests again they're super there to me it's affordable I cannot so some people spend more on like a night out with dinner and drinks than some of these lab tests. So it's not like it's expensive. We're not paying $1,000 for a lab test or anything crazy like that. right So we can see, is does a person have lipid peroxidation or DNA damage? Is there indicators indicators for that? We can see
00:19:26
chrisyzen
um Are they peeing out a lot of toxic metals, right? That could be acute exposure, something they're eating, right? So all of these things are cu clues as to what specific imbalances a person has or what specific things in their diet environment or lifestyle are potentially contributing to their to their health issues now or are going to be contributing to the health issues that they're going to develop in years, months or years or decades, hopefully,
00:19:57
chrisyzen
hopefully decades or never but this is how this is you have to understand this is how health problems begin first it's a little imbalance right it's a little imbalance it's a little crack in the dam that eventually turns into a much bigger problem it's like that in the human body because the human body is so amazing that it will continue to maintain homeostasis as a lot of potentially horrible things are happening.

Personal Story on Longevity

00:20:28
chrisyzen
Just as an example, my my grandmother, she she lived to the age of 84. And I think they her and my granddad, they were they started them on the drugs in their fifties. So when I was around maybe seven, eight in the kind of the early nineties, I remember remember already
00:20:55
chrisyzen
they were going to the doctor and then the blood pressure and then the cholesterol and that's how they get you so they get you your blood pressure is high you never mind you just climbed six flights of flights of stairs they didn't have elevators in Bulgaria back in the 90s so you just climbed up you know however flights of however many flights of stairs you have to be fasted for the blood draw and your blood pressure is a little bit high well yeah of course the cortisol and the adrenaline that are coursing through your veins they do that but let let's put you on some some blood pressure meds and of course your cholesterol is arbitrarily high so damn sorry i started started i was ah about to go off um yeah so so so my grandma was on pills an ever increasing list of pills a handful
00:21:53
chrisyzen
For some 30 to 35 years or so However, and she was eating very poorly a lot of a lot of sunflower oil. She would drizzle it on the salad ah in the potatoes, fried potatoes, fried meatballs. I mean, ah our um my mother's one of my mother's cousins, he he owns like the biggest sunflower oil manufacturing company there in in that region, not just i think not just Bulgaria, but the Balkan region. So sunflower oil at that time was everywhere.
00:22:31
chrisyzen
and Margarine of course because of the cholesterol. So we were all doing that. We were I was eating margarine. We're all road eating the stuff, you know um So but in spite of that it was my point for she's very long point. ah So in spite of that she she was eating sunflower oil for like 40 years and or so let's say and eating less and less quality food she'll just eat less and less her gallbladder was removed at one point and just nutrient deficiencies for take decades decades and all these toxic drugs on top of it all
00:23:10
chrisyzen
And then the stress of taking care of my granddad as in his final years, the just taking him care of him basically like a baby, bringing him food and helping him to the toilet. like That destroyed her health, right? So she could have easily lived into her 90s if she had better food than we if we knew that sunflower oil was practically slow poison.
00:23:33
chrisyzen
um but In spite of all of those deficiencies and not eating meat and just bread and like potatoes and oil and some cheese and stuff, she lived for decades longer than what her life expectancy was when she was born in the 1930s. In the 1950s, the life expectancy for a Bulgarian was 59 years. like I don't even think we have data or records from the 1930s.

Comprehensive Health Improvement

00:24:06
chrisyzen
So she lived 25 years longer than the life expectancy ah in the 50s for a Bulgarian. So it's it's it's great. I mean, it's great in terms of length, but
00:24:21
chrisyzen
quality of life was horrific but my point there was that you can go a very long time with the body compensating for toxicity deficiencies and and or both and stress a lot of stress but just because you can survive these things does not mean you should allow these things to to to happen because your life will be less you have less quality of life you will potentially destroy the quality of life of those around you that have to take care of you when you start deteriorating and um you you will probably not live as long as you could have if you were if you were taking care of the most important pillars of health and I absolutely without
00:25:10
chrisyzen
Any sort of hesitation, I would say that my longevity program to live longer formula will teach you everything you need to know, the most important things you need to know on how to restore your health. If you, if you have ah an existing health issue and how to maintain it and increase your longevity, you will learn the most important things. And I will personally.
00:25:39
chrisyzen
see to it that you will get a customized protocol for your specific needs. my we Depending on your needs again and your desires, we can order any lab work almost that you want and I don't limit clients. If if they want to run a ton of lab work we can We can order as much as they want. It's not like, oh, this you just run these two tests that I'm comfortable with. If you want to do more, if you want to dig deeper,
00:26:12
chrisyzen
We can do that, but there's several tests that I run most of the time that are provide the most value for money, right? But just I'm just saying that if you desire, we can throw out the duration of the program, whatever. Let's say, oh, I want to do neurotransmitters. Okay. We'll order that for you and you'll get your interpretation and any recommendations. Oh, I want to do a hormone test just to see what's up, just out of curiosity. I've never done it. I want to do it.
00:26:39
chrisyzen
Oh, I don't have a gut issue, but I want to see the state of my microbiome because it looks like fun to learn about that stuff. Whatever you want to do, do that. But generally the what the best course of action for most people is if there's a gut issue, yeah, we do a stool test.
00:26:56
chrisyzen
If there's no specific gut issue, we do the this very advanced food sensitivity panel where, but not like an IgG test, but it's um it a test where they actually take your blood and they expose it to the specific foods and the actual and certain chemicals in the food supply.
00:27:20
chrisyzen
And then they measure the immunological response to that, right? And then you you will basically get a plan. This is part of the nutritional, the dietary customization. You'll get a plan on how to remove all the super inflammatory stuff. So you will immediately get a a reduction almost immediately I should say not immediately but very quickly you'll get a a big reduction in inflammation in your body and a lot of good things can happen when that happens right in terms of healing performance brain power sleep all that good stuff and then we'll you'll get a
00:28:01
chrisyzen
plan on how to even the less reactive foods there's a spectrum there so we're gonna get all the stuff that is even causing a little bit of inflammation we can get it out of your diet just for a month or two And we started reintroducing things just to give the immune system a little bit of a break so it can subside these kind of the the reactivity. And when you do that, if you do it the right way,
00:28:32
chrisyzen
you can actually start eating foods that you used to react to after a while and you can if you enjoy a particular food you can start eating it again right and then the other test that we do is is a very cool test the metabolomics which includes organic acids test so we can test for a number of different uh you know markers of detoxification antioxidant status DNA damage lipid peroxidation ah various East Candida type markers, some neurotransmitter metabolites. So there's a lot of, get a lot of really good data. And this is where it helps me build a picture based on of course, the health assessment that we do with you, which doesn't, on your end, there's actually very little work to do, right? It's not the kind of thing, it's not going to be hours of filling out forms or whatever. It's very easy. I try to make it as quick and easy.
00:29:31
chrisyzen
on the client as possible. But what that will do, especially when coupled with the lab testing, it will truly help me zero in on the areas of your metabolism that need the most support right now. And that's that's I think this is where the customization part, this makes this program I don't want to say one of a kind, but it it's for you, it will be an absolute game changer. i I doubt you will find anything out there that comes close to this. If you do, maybe you know send it over to me because I want to go and like see what that other person is doing and learn from them and see how I can improve my

Early Intervention and Prevention

00:30:17
chrisyzen
thing. you know
00:30:19
chrisyzen
and then of course like I said it's the it's the consistent ability to communicate with me so the the live calls on zoom the ability to you know get chat support so you will always have clarity on what to do right you will never get stuck the with these again with a book okay it will take you a week to read a book and and then you might do something in Chapter 1 and then you might skip Chapter 3 because it seems too hard and so on and so forth. right So with these other resources, also with these cheap resources as well, people buy them, they don't do anything with them. With this, because it is
00:31:04
chrisyzen
It's not a huge investment, but it it's ah it's a more significant investment than just a $200 course, right? what What do you think are the chances you're going to enroll in this program and then do nothing with the the guidance and information? You get zero, zero chance.
00:31:23
chrisyzen
So this is this will allow you to not have to then look for, oh, but let me figure out how to detox. Let me figure out how to take care of my gut. Let me finally figure out how to fix my sleep forever. Oh, I wonder, are these supplements good or bad? Let me stop researching you know and listening to podcasts. And this guy says one thing, the other person says another thing, and I still know have no idea.
00:31:51
chrisyzen
How do I actually reduce my inflammation? What do I do? What do I do? I need help. And people get overwhelmed. It's normal to get overwhelmed. So having having it all in one place with my guidance, I don't think I really don't think you can get a better a better sort of resource to help you again, figure out what what in your diet lifestyle and your metabolism what are the the cracks what are the cracks that can one day turn into potential issues for you let's figure them out now why why why wait for a crack to turn into an an actual problem let's figure them out now i'll just give you one one final example as i wrap up so
00:32:47
chrisyzen
I ran the this Metabolomics test, it's a simple urine collection you collect at home, and you know you just freeze it, guys come the next day, pick it up, and then we just wait. Then I get the results, and then you get whatever instructions you need, whatever you need to do based on the results. You get that in your client app.
00:33:08
chrisyzen
and i've noticed recently on young guys that we've run it i'm talking in like their early 40s you know super young still i'm noticing the markers for DNA damage they're kind of non-specific markers so there's one 8-OH-D-G, 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine and then there's and another one for lipid peroxides so those markers i'm noticing them
00:33:40
chrisyzen
sometimes they'll be in the yellow which Obviously you have a green, yellow and and red range. And generally, if you go to the doctor, if something is out of range, something is in the red, they might do something about it. But i I don't, not that I don't like seeing things like that, but when I see things like that, I don't just say, oh, this you know we need to keep an eye on this, this could turn into something you know in the future. No, when I see something like that, even if it's in the green,
00:34:11

but it's edging towards the yellow, something that is indicating a little bit too much oxidative stress, DNA damage, inflammation potential. I'm like, no, we need to figure out why that is happening, and then nip it in the bud now. Because, okay, you're 40, you're not gonna feel it, or a few people will feel it, but what about if this continues rampant for another 10 years, 20 years? what what What could that happen? i mean I don't even want to talk about like if it's um ah DNA damage that's straight up the the end the worst ah case scenario there is cancer. you know So obviously we don't want to even consider things like that. um But then you know if it's lipid peroxidation, it could be because our cells are made of lipids.
00:35:07
chrisyzen
It could be a brain cell. It could be a mitochondrial cell. It could be but but a blood vessel, a cell in a blood vessel. And when those get damaged, what happens if it's a brain cell? Well, that neuron could die. and you know That's how the beginnings of neurodegeneration and then eventually Alzheimer's or dementia happen if it's a mitochondrial cell that's eventually how people find themselves oh I don't have any energy I'm super fatigued all the time or if it's a blood vessel you know it could be
00:35:41
chrisyzen
damage to to that part of the the you know the epithelial tissue that eventually could become you know an atherosclerotic lesion for example right and there could be a plaque build up eventually right but these things ah For example my my again my my grandma is another big ah example because you know she's a big reason how why I kind of got the memo. You have to start taking care of your health early not allow these things to happen right but ah she had atherosclerosis and.
00:36:19
chrisyzen
she didn't develop the atherosclerosis the day before she went to the doctor or she didn't develop it the day before she had her first stroke of which she had several at least three they're not even sure if some of those were strokes but uh those atherosclerotic lesions were very likely developing as early as her 40s very easily because she was
00:36:53
chrisyzen
Well, okay, maybe let's say mid 40s to 50s, right? Just to be to be a bit more higher probability because by that time there were already the, you know, the all um sunflower oil craze was taking over and a lot of folks were moving to the big city and there was more shops. So they went from rural, growing your own food, you know, butter from your cow or goat or whatever.
00:37:21
chrisyzen
to stores and salamis and sausages and um you know margarine and garbage like that. So those atherosclerotic lesions, all of these health problems that people develop, the there a lot of them are decades in the making.
00:37:40
chrisyzen
so I quickly understood that right because of my grandma's sort of the suffering. I was like, hell no, I cannot end up like that because because of my quote unquote rock and roll twenties and the the horrific way I was living. It's like this this is going to be me, but probably even sooner unless I do something about it.
00:38:05
chrisyzen
And I was lucky, in many ways, I was lucky that I saw that as early as, you know, in my early 30s, because I was on a very sort of precarious path to developing a lot of health problems with the way I was living and eating and smoking and drinking and whatever else. So that's just my final point is these things.
00:38:27
chrisyzen
do not happen by accident. They're not genetic. Yes, we have, absolutely we have, in my family we have atherosclerosis. We have certain genetic polymorphisms which we can, by the way, we can also test for if you're interested as part of the Live Longer Formula program.

Setting Long-term Health Goals

00:38:45
chrisyzen
If you want to do a Nutrigenomics test, they're only like a couple hundred dollars nowadays.
00:38:50
chrisyzen
ah for the main ones, you know, the main genes. And we can actually, I can design a protocol that will ameliorate whatever imbalance or whatever vulnerabilities you may have, right? So you will have that for life. You will know exactly what to do to mitigate any potential, you know, potential risks associated with a specific genetic variation, let's say COMT or MTHFR, whatever the case may be.
00:39:21
chrisyzen
So yeah, so these things, the we might have genetic predispositions to them, let's say cancer or Alzheimer's disease or ah diabetes or atherosclerosis, whatever, but they don't happen because of genetics they happen because of mechanisms damage and then an inability or suboptimal ability to repair the damage and then over time that damage accumulates that's how you have like accumulation of plaques or whatever else right so the point
00:39:56
chrisyzen
is these things don't happen by accident and we know how to test for very fundamental imbalances in the human body that then over time if allowed to um what's the word if allowed to run rampant unimpeded will result in this kind of more end stage unfavorable unpleasant and unwanted consequences and that is what i teach my clients how to do first of all we figure out the balance the imbalances what could be you know out of balance let's
00:40:40
chrisyzen
assess the person and then help them address that. And then during the course of the program, we help them align these micro new new changes, micro habits into

Conclusion: Health as a Valuable Asset

00:40:55

their lives. Then they they can just continue maintaining their, they they can bait you basically slightly adjust course of the person of a few degrees. And then they just maintain that course for the rest of there their life. And that will help them end up in a much better place in terms of their health and longevity. That's that's the goal. And this is something I was thinking about,
00:41:27
chrisyzen
earlier today, but I think ill ahll you know what I'll save it for another episode. I think ah I've had enough ah rambling here. I hope you got some value out of this episode and thanks for tuning in. If you are interested in meeting me and talking to me about your health goals, health challenges, and seeing how I can help you resolve or reach your health goals. You can go to the website howtoactuallylivelonger.com and read a little bit more about the how ah the Live Longer formula, my coaching program, see if it resonates with you, see if you like the look of my face.
00:42:13
chrisyzen
at all and if you're not repulsed then you know you can take the next step and then request an intro call with me and based on your answers in the form we can then make a decision whether you're a fit for the program and then we can take the next step and actually meet and see yeah just meet and see are we a fit to work together is this the right thing for you and if it is we can enroll you and you can begin immediately and I have zero doubt that this may well be the absolute and I'm not joking this may be the absolute best
00:42:58
chrisyzen
investment you will make in your life I kid you not knowing how even my most sophisticated clients how many holes and gaps in their knowledge ah they have about health and knowing that most people have even more of those gaps I know that this You will not find a better way to spend your time, energy and resources than to invest it in this program because what what what's more important than
00:43:39
chrisyzen
they're investing in your vehicle. You know, we spent how much money on the car and the the insurance and all this other stuff, you know, and toys and gadgets and clothes and bags and dinners out and cocktails and holidays and vacations. But so many of us forget that you need to pay yourself first. And they say pay yourself first in some of these kind of business circles. They say pay your face but ah pay yourself first. But what does that mean? Send some cash to your bank account? Yeah. Okay. But what do we do with that cash? What do we do with the cash? And we have to invest the cash somewhere. That money is going to be spent.
00:44:24
chrisyzen
So we need to figure out what is the absolute best investment. Could it be Bitcoin? Could it be whatever other shit coins are are out there? Could it be the stock market? Could it be gold, silver? God knows. All I know is that the first thing we need to invest in is ourselves, our health. And then after that, the rest, you know, we'll figure it out. But if you don't have your health,
00:44:53
chrisyzen
That's your biggest problem. So thanks for tuning in and I'll see you on the next episode.
