no matter where you are in your health journey, we will meet you where we are where you're at and elevate you to the next level and the next level and the next level. This is what it's all about. And when I say the program is personalized, this is what the the simple three-step process is about, right? So the first step in this process is to assess your state of health. So the way we do that is I have this comprehensive health assessment that will take you 30 to 45 minutes you can do it on your iPad, phone, computer. It will take you 30-40 minutes to complete and that will give me a really deep analysis of your signs, symptoms, health history and stuff like that. Very very easy to do but gives me a lot of insights already.

And we have two to three core lab tests that I like to run in this live longer form, ah live longer formula format, because though I'm just trying to make it as affordable, of course, for people. And so you know you don't have to do a bunch of different tests and coordinate all that.

ah collecting of samples which is easy but you know you still have to you know get a ring ah ring the courier to come to your house um so we'd like to do two to three maximum tests to begin with which will give us a really nice snapshot of the metabolism if a person ah either has gut problems or we suspect they have a gut component contributing to other health issues then we can do a stool test very simple collection at home and then the The other tests are we do a very ah cool food sensitivity test, not your run-of-the-mill IgG test. This is a test where they the lab exposes your blood to the various foods and certain chemicals in the food supply.

and then they measure your immune response to it. So very quickly, we will know what are you reacting the most to from your diet. We can get this out of your diet super quickly and ah significantly lower your inflammatory burden, right? For example, I often here i often see on the forum, anus itches is ah one of one of the things you can you can score yourself on. And people don't know that, a lot of people don't know at least, if your anus itches, it could mean parasites. So we have to have ah an approach to to to addressing that, right? So there's a lot of things where someone like myself having those eyes that those second pair of eyes on a person's metabolism can quickly identify things that are fairly glaring in terms of imbalances, right?
