And then Jamie and Cara depart at 12.31pm. 12.31pm. That's three hours later. but But they were like right behind them. Yeah, when they were finishing their detour, which was like Right before the pit stop, they finished... like carra Jamie and Cara finished right before Tammy and Victor.

like They were like within sight of each other. So it took Jamie and Cara three more hours get Three and a half hours to get to the pit stop? No. I don't know.

It kind of seems like Margie and Luke and Keisha and Jen's taxi drivers are following each other and they kind of like are talking to each other for directions. But Margie and Luke, they don't tell them.

So I don't know if their driver like gave Keisha and Jen's taxi driver bad directions. Yeah. Or on purpose or i don't know what happened. But anyway, Margie and Luke are arrive first and it's a roadblock.

And it says who's ready to propel their team forward. And this seems like the easiest roadblock that they've ever had on the race. Yeah. So the team's supposed to figure out how to attach a longboat propeller to a rod and it will only work if it's secured the right way.

And that's it. And it's just like a nut and bolt. Yeah. You just like the wrench. Put it on. Make sure it's facing the right direction. And then tighten it. So Margie finishes it really quickly.

And Jen's like, oh, okay. And so they go. Yeah. And they like just assume that they're going to come back. Yeah. Which is wild. Like why would you, why, why would you assume that? Yeah.

So they just leave their stuff. Yeah. And Jen, does not think that Keisha is talking about the fanny pack. She thinks that they're just talking about the backpacks. So while they're on the boat and they're going away, Jen's like, where's the fanny pack? And Keisha's like, I told you it's on the dock. And Jen's like, oh, my gosh, we've got to go back. But then they decide to just, like, keep going because they're like, oh, we're probably coming back.

So on the ride out there, Jen asks Keisha, where's the pack? And she's like, it's back there with my shoes. I told you. She's like, we have to go back and get it. And Keisha says the same thing again. Like, no, we'll come back to them. We have to come back.

So Margie and Luke find the clue on this pier. And it's a detour. And the choices are broken teeth or broken record. So broken teeth is make your way to the streets of, it's called the street of happy smiles and search through 50 sets of dentures to find good matches for five waiting patients.

And then Phil says like getting up in people's mouths might be kind of gross, but if you can figure it out, you could be done quickly. And then broken record is go to a parking lot and choose a party taxi with an onboard karaoke system.

Ride along a five-mile course, joining with a group of locals to sing a well-known Thai pop song over and over until you reach your destination. The the streets can be crowded and this could take a long time.

So now we are dealing most of the rest of the episode with Mark and Michael and Keisha and Jen who do not have their stuff with them. yeah Mark and Michael do have their passports with their fanny pack.

However, they're running low on money. Mm-hmm. And for them to get back to their cab that has their stuff would be really expensive. Yeah. So they're fighting right now on what they should do. Like Mark wants to keep running the race. Yeah. He really wants to do the task first.

Michael really wants to get their bags first. He's really worried that bags are going to get lost. And he says he has some memento things in there that can't be replaced. Yeah. Which. yeah Why would you bring? Why would you do that?

he's like, so we're going to abandon all of our stuff. And Mark's like, yeah, we have to race for a million dollars. It seems like you're just racing for the race and I'm racing for the money. Yeah. And they just can't agree on it. So, yeah and this is really the first time that we've seen them like not get along and like not be able to make a decision. And, and they still are not like raising their voice or anything like that. They argue you very calmly, calmly. Yeah.

But, um, yeah, they're both frustrated with each other. Um, um So what – because it seems like they – because they get off the boat. Sorry, that was – they get off the boat and get the clue, and it seemed like they kind of wanted to get back on the boat and go back, but the boat had already left.

Yeah. So then at that point, they were like, oh And I wonder if it even would. Yeah. Have taken them because – That's not in their contract yeah for the race. Yeah. Or would they have asked for money? don't know. Yeah. I don't know.

And that driver calls their other driver. Yeah. And it seems like they're going to have the taxis meet up, but then it doesn't seem like that's actually what happens. Yeah.

They end up just going all the way back to the boat dock and the taxi is still there waiting. And so is Keisha and Jen. Yeah. They see the other one waiting them waiting there. So they're they kind of feel good about that. They're like, okay, we're not the only ones.

Yeah. But it still costs them a lot of money. Yes. So when they get back to... And they have to pay the taxi that's been waiting there for however long. Yeah. so it seems it seems like they get out of the taxi. They pay the taxi that they were using to get back, and then they get back in their original taxi. um And do they have money for this one?

And Jen's, like, well, like, i my that's my passport. And she's, like, really worried. And they don't have money to get them in a cab from the end of the detour to the pit stop. So they finally, they find a cab driver that will take them for free.

Especially that one. yeah And it's like, because if you remember Andrew and Dan last time, they just went to the pit stop without their shoes and they weren't able to go back. So in the mean meantime, Mark and Michael do their detour. And when they take the cab... So the cab that was waiting for them for a long time that took them to the detour...

is still waiting for them. And so they were supposed to pay him $785 of whatever. And they only had $600. So Mark offers a flashlight and a compass to, like, make up the difference. And the cab driver accepts. And they go and along their way. And then they finish the detour. And they have to take another taxi to the pit stop.

And they don't have enough for that one either. So Mark offers, and it looks like a watch or a bracelet or yeah something. And they arrive at the mat. And phil says, you are the fourth team to arrive. However, you have broken a race rule of using personal items to pay for cab fare. And they're like, yeah, we did that. And he's like, and you did that twice.

And they're two hour penalties each. Yeah. So they have to wait four hours. And they are like, oh. Yes. So in the meantime, Keisha and Jen had got their stuff and got back.

And they run up to the mat. And they see Mark and Michael sitting there. yeah But they're still surprised that they're team number four. yeah You would think that I'd be like, oh, okay. Yeah. So, and they're like, this was a really hard day. Yeah. And it did seem like a really hard day.

It was just like. That would be so stressful. Like for Margie and Luke, it was not a hard day at all. They had very smooth day. Yeah. Phil even said, he's like, you look much better today. Versus the day before when she passed out at the mat. Yes.

It's probably a little bit comforting to know that they're most likely going to be traveling and probably an equalizer with flights. But maybe not. Like, that could really just put them behind. It seemed like they knew that rule because when Phil said you broke a race rule and they're like, oh, yeah, we did. Yeah. So I wonder when that became a rule. Yeah. They're like, oh, we probably should have something yeah about that.
