Oh my god. Oh my god, Will! That's a five. Can you change religion? Because again, it's not working. You're going full REM here.

Podcast Introduction: The Fellowship of the Tabletop

00:00:39
Speaker
Hello everyone and welcome to this week's episode of The Fellowship of the Tabletop, Bellum Draconis. We are live play 5e D&D podcast set in the magical home-brewed world of Eryth in the Kingdom of Sleetguard. My name is Mark and I am the Dungeon Master. And also with us for this week's High Octane episode, we have Darren who plays the High Elf Artificer, Ryan Taddow. Hey hey! We've got Callum who plays the Warforged Artificer, Alpha. I win, I win! And we've got Will who plays the human cleric, Emron.

Hello.

Battle with Grungs and Guard Drake

00:01:07
Speaker
Oh, we don't have anyone to recap. I'll do a quick recap just so we can get straight into it, because I know we wanted to get cracking onto it. And we came across a... All that invited us on a trip to kill off some creatures and make some dollar. We haven't been doing any kind of proper monster hunting in a while. And since the fall of Nyx and Marota, we've been a little bit morose since Marota. And we've come across some grungs, some frog-like creatures that we have to kill and lay out the corpses to lure out a guard drake, a weak young guard drake that we're going to kill off.
00:01:36
Speaker
to make a load of dollar. We're halfway through fighting the grungs on the edge of the river. There's two more left that Emron, Reigns, and Alpha are currently fighting on the north side of the river. Unfortunately, on the end of last week's episode, one had approached Orla, who was hiding up firing bolts off at them from a distance, and all we heard was two loud splashes into the river below about 50 feet away from your current location.
00:02:00
Speaker
We pick up kind of at the end of a round and start at the top of one. The order for our initiative order is Alpha, Rains, Enron, and then our Grums. Actually, the order sits at the bottom after that as well. And sits at the bottom of the Briggle Bed, apparently.
00:02:15
Speaker
No, we don't know that yet. So we're going to kick straight off top of the round alpha. So just to remind you alpha, directly in front of you, sorry, to your right firstly is the

Alpha's Strategic Shift

00:02:24
Speaker
river. So you're on the riverbank edge. Directly in front of you is Enron and Rain stood right next to one another. Behind them
00:02:31
Speaker
are two well-armored grongs of these purple frog creatures, one that stands near Enron with a spiritual weapon hanging over its head, which is Enron's obviously, and then one directly at the other side of Rains, who both armed with daggers are trying to attack one another. It's your turn. You tried to punch a creature last episode and failed. You have your gun. You are out of direct combat range. What would you like to do? Did I not hear a splash and some screams? Could you give me a perception check, please?
00:03:04
Speaker
Yes, I can remember where it was. Unnatural 20. Yes, you did. You distinctly heard not only a scream that came from Ola. You're sure it came from Ola. You're also sure you heard two splashes into the water and you know roughly the direction the noise came from and can ascertain from that that it is something to do with Ola and this other grung that seems to have fallen off your quote unquote radar.
00:03:41
Speaker
I can't see all at the moment because she's behind the big old stack of rocks and I've got no line of sight on her I'm assuming.
00:03:48
Speaker
The last you knew of them, she was up behind the rocks. I've left their figures there on Roll20 only because they are incognito for all intents and purposes. You don't know if they're behind the rocks, you don't know if they're in the water, you know you had two big light splashes into the water, you know you had a scream. That is all you know so far.

Grungs' Poisonous Grapple Attempts

00:04:08
Speaker
Okay, what Alpha will do then, he's going to move 30 feet along the river bank, just to kind of put him down near the precipice of where Ola actually was previously. But he can't obviously see what's going on, so he's just going to use his action, tap to his shoulder. Beta, think I'm going to need some help.
00:04:33
Speaker
and my force ballista cannon that's on my shoulder is just going to kind of scurry across my chest and I have my pistol in one hand and my force ballista just kind of attaches itself to the wrist of my other hand and ready for kind of a jewel wielding situation for it.
00:04:54
Speaker
So, again, I'll be holding an action for this or... Have you used my action to create my cannon? And I've obviously used my movement to get there. And then the position was just for flare. Cool, nice. Okay, awesome. Thank you very much for that alpha good shit. So, Rains, you see alpha scuttle off in another direction. Could you also make a...
00:05:15
Speaker
So, wait, no, shit, what is it called again? P... Perception. Perception. Thank you, God, my Lord. It's been a long week. My goodness, your perception check, please, to see if you... Yeah, it's 17. Yep. You hear two splashes. You hear a scream. You notice it's off to your left the way that Alpha is running.
00:05:33
Speaker
Okay, Rains is going to firstly just tell NC, do that again, please try not to miss. So what NC is going to do is he's going to take off Enron's shoulder and he's just going to hover to the side of Enron and is now going to shoot at Rains at the one that's got the hammer near it, the spiritual weapon. Gotcha. Yeah, of course, you wouldn't be rolling with a disadvantage.
00:06:02
Speaker
Yep. So it's just a straight roll, this one. Let's hope it's better than your last one. That's 12 to hit. That misses, unfortunately. It moves over the shoulder and against the foliage, maybe gets in the way of the crackle of some of the branches that are slightly emery and burning just above your head. Maybe the smoke gets in the way of NC and is unable to make the direct shot. It misses.
00:06:28
Speaker
Oh, for God's sake, I swear to God, I'm leaving you at home next time and I'm bringing Elmer. And what Reigns is then going to do is he's just going to turn with a swing and bring his entire momentum into his right fist that's going to rumble with thunder and he's just going to punch the one that's on his shoulder, the one that's behind him, the one that NC managed to shoot when it was on top of the rock. No, it's all right. Roll to hit them, please.
00:06:59
Speaker
Seven. Oh, man. That's shit. No, unfortunately, that misses again. If you swing over, these creatures are incredibly dexterous and drops under. These are the more athletic, more elites if you want, two of the grongs that are still with us at the moment, and it dodges the attack. Anything else you want to do? Stay still, you little fuck. That's the end of the reigns' turn. Nice. All right, everyone, you hear that just over your right shoulder. It's your turn, will you actually?
00:07:27
Speaker
I think the first port of call might be to unmute. Unmute yourself, Emrahm. I thought I had done. I'm proud of this. First thing my hammer's going to do is I'm going to get my spiritual hammer to hit the one it's been hitting for the whole combat. Just see whether it can kill it on its own. Give the whole hammer its own little bit of XP. Yeah, it's fine. It doesn't matter. The hammer just grows a little bit longer. Totally should. With a 17 to hit. That hits. Roll damage. It's what we like to call old reliable, that hammer.
00:07:59
Speaker
Six points of force damage. Nice. These creatures are well armored and takes the hit. You do notice some of the green goop of its blood pouring out of its right arm, but it continues to fight back with some viciousness. I don't know what else I was going to say.
00:08:17
Speaker
I will then use my action to attack the one to my right, and it's attacking Rains. So with a nice two handed swing.
00:08:33
Speaker
Come on, Emron. No, tent. Unfortunately, it misses, catches again in that awkward foliage that sits between you all. The smoke maybe gets into your eyes, the burning embers above you, perhaps. I don't know, maybe just this tree is not your friend at the moment. This just sits to your right. Anything else you want to do, Emron? No, that is the end of my go. Okay, so first, the creature that's currently with Orla is going to take his turn.
00:09:05
Speaker
What's going on? Choose on her dead body for a bit. The two that are closest to you are going to... Oh, I forgot. Oh, why haven't I been doing this? It's like the best thing about groans. The best thing about groans. Okay, so first, the one closest to you, Darren.
00:09:27
Speaker
So not you, Darren. To you, Reigns, is going to hug you. No, it's going to give you, it's going to try and grapple you, okay? In the process, it's going to try and push you backwards, but firstly, it's going to try and grapple you. It's not a shove. It's just going to try and grapple you and grab you, first of all. So, I mean, don't care if I fail it. This is a contested role, I believe, isn't it? It's been a while since I've done this. Yeah. Darren, can you choose athletics or acrobatics? I will pick acrobatics.
00:09:53
Speaker
Okay, I got a seven. I got a 20, not natural. Take your time on that one. Okay, I don't like that one. It's on roll 20, mate, so you can see I'm not lying. I know, I know, I'm joking. I know that doesn't pass, but you have come into direct contact with my skin, the grungs skin. So could you please make a constitution saving throw? No. You're going to get all acidity. Hopefully.
00:10:22
Speaker
Well, natural 20 for a 24. Okay, cool. That's fine. That's fine. The one nearest to you, everyone will see this take place and its eyes will grow big and it will try and do the same thing to you as well. So it's going to run up and try and grapple you again. Well, you've athletics to dodge. That's going to be 16 this time to grapple you. Grapples me. That's an eight from my point of view. Could you also make a constitution saving throw, please? I can.
00:10:52
Speaker
As an 18. Okay, absolutely fine. I feel this urge for both of you at the same time, actually, this urge come over you almost like thirst.
00:11:04
Speaker
really thirsty like almost your mouth has gone a bit dry your skin feels dirty or like you just in real need of a wash just for a couple of seconds and then that feeling subsides leaves a couple of beads of sweat on your head like you just had almost a mini fever for a second or two before it dissipates again very odd but nothing else apart from that happens apart from obviously everyone that you are grappled and that is the end of their turn it's all his turn
00:11:32
Speaker
That is the end of Aula's turn. It's now your turn, Alpha. That is the end of Aula's life. Yeah, this is the end of Aula, not Aula's turn. That was her making, rolling a one on a death save. What would you like to do, Alpha?

Alpha's Heroic River Rescue

00:11:45
Speaker
You stood at the water's edge, your beta cannon in one hand, your pistol in the other, your penis in the third. What would you like to do?
00:11:54
Speaker
Mark, I got laid mate, honestly. I just did this in last week. Someone's got a lot of frustration. Yeah. Okay. I have made two choices. So that means at least twice in my lifetime. Thank you very much. Sorry, that means exactly twice. Sorry, let's ignore this and hope my son or daughter never listened to this podcast. Oh no, they will definitely be. Callum, please put me out of my misery. What are you doing?
00:12:22
Speaker
I like to think that Alford has seen Reigns basically bugging up with his thunder punch and he's just going to yell over to him, hey dad, I think you need recalibrating. And then he's going to try and investigate all.
00:12:40
Speaker
He thinks he can do it again. So I'm going to kind of take a bit of a 10 foot step back to give me 10 meter sprint to try and long jump over this area, which I see going horrendously wrong already, because I think this one might be a little bit over. No, it's exactly the same actually. 15 he is going to have to roll. I can't make you keep doing these jumps for free. So give me an athletics check. How much is your movement though, Callum?
00:13:08
Speaker
it's 30 because if you move back 10 feet and then forward 10 feet and then try and jump you're exceeding your normal movement speed you can still do it if you want though but something bad might happen
00:13:19
Speaker
Ah, fuck it. Why not? Let's see. Alfred's got confidence in himself now. He's done it once and he did it quite dramatically. Glub, glub, glub. So yeah, I'm just going to start sinking to the bottom. Okay. Could you, um, you're jumping. Could you give me an athletics check, please? I can. Not bad. 15. Okay.
00:13:41
Speaker
and take two strong steps back. Dig your feet into the mud and you power off. Heading towards this, the piston studying in your feet and legs and knee joints as you power yourself forward. Your hips open up as you fly over like a long jumper, I guess I don't really know much about jumping particularly and you fly through the air.
00:14:02
Speaker
And as your feet land, you expect ground, but they continue to go through the ground. We fall into the water. Hey dad, I think you need to be calibrating. It was almost cartoony kind of thing. Simpson's home would jump in the gorge like, I'm going to make it. I'm going to make it. Very much.
00:14:26
Speaker
But as you slowly sink down into the water, you see through the relatively clear, crystal clear water. It's a relatively bright day as well.
00:14:37
Speaker
through the water, you make out only literally about 10 feet away from where you've jumped into the water. And that's why the stream was important, it was going from left to right, because the water is going down towards you, the tussling bodies of both this grung and orla, a wide eyed orla as this grung continues to kind of grab her and tussle her around under the water. Is there anything else you want to do?
00:15:05
Speaker
Yes, I've still got my action. Oh, God. Can you pistol fire underwater? That's the real question. Yeah, it's a magical pistol. Yeah. What are the rules, Emron, for underwater fighting? I've got no movement, but I've got two ranged attacks I could technically do. This is why harpoons exist in this game, though. So there are special weapons. I would imagine it could be an attack, but with disadvantage or something like that.
00:15:38
Speaker
I want to use my sword through a wall though. I'll just do it with disadvantage, I'm not sure about that. And there are creatures that have specific weapons to use underwater. If our rules consultant once consulted with the rules has got an answer then we'll go with that. But if not, I don't know.
00:15:57
Speaker
Unless you are literally the only way I might give this one. Here you go. A ranged or ranged weapon attack automatically misses a target beyond the weapon's normal range. So if within its normal range, the attack role has disadvantage and that's the weapon is a crossbow, a net, or a weapon that is thrown like a javelin. Okay, so that's an advantage. Yes, because that has the force behind it. The other alternative I can give you, Callum, just for fun,
00:16:22
Speaker
Because why not? Is if you manage to grapple the creature, I'm thinking headlock, gun to the head. So there's a multi, there's a couple of multi stages to that in order to get to that stage, you need to be able to effectively grapple it and then fire at it. You could literally kind of execution style across the temple of the creature. That'd be another alternative. But you would do this round because you are not close enough to be able to grapple it. No, but they're coming towards me, aren't they? Like they're turning to where?
00:16:52
Speaker
Orla can hold a breath. Yeah. Okay. Now that's what I'll do. I'll wait until they get a bit closer. So like reserve an action and when they come past me, hopefully they will come past in some grappling kind of distance. Yeah. I'll try and grapple this creature off of Orla.
00:17:11
Speaker
Yeah, we'll do the grapple roll and then we'll do it like a roll to hit, but it won't make you roll it with disadvantage because there's an additional roll. So it's basically the same as firing from distance, but a bit more fun for flavour. Cool. All right, cool. So you're reserving an action for when they shimmy on down the water closer to you, which will probably be on their turn. Is that right?
00:17:30
Speaker
Yep, exactly. Lovely. Thank you very much. Thank you. Rains, you just hear that lovely line about recalibrating and probably as your eyes glance over, you just see splash into the water. You've still got two grongs around you. And Emran, what would you like to do? Rains. He's fine. He can breathe underwater, recalibrate, and I'll recalibrate him without a voice box. And why are you trying to hug me? And I'm just going to then try and punch this toad again. All right. Toad of Toad Hall, punch it in the throat. Go for it.
00:18:06
Speaker
of total. Hasn't got a top hat. Oh Darren. Oh Darren. 10. Misses yet again, yet again. I think you've hit this thing yet. And you've hit once, the one on one side. NC's hit it, and I've hit the one that was covered in acid. But yeah, I'm having one of those rolling nights. NC's going to fly around and take a shot at it with my bow as action. Is that a disadvantage? No, because he's not engaged. But I've got Attack of Opportunity.
00:18:33
Speaker
He's a creature, isn't he? It was on Emron's shoulder, and it's not flown out of... That's within five feet, isn't it? You can... It would have had one if it had one about two turns ago, but you can... But what I mean is, if it's within five feet, isn't that count as close range?
00:18:54
Speaker
has been engaged. He's not flying to my shoulder. He's now, where I'm imagining him, is he gone off your shoulder to take a shot at the one that he missed last time. So it's now going to come around and he's somewhere just over the water and he's just going to shoot at the one that I'm trying to hit. We should probably have a marker for where this thing is because it does have hit points, doesn't it? It does. Yeah. You should probably have a mark for it. What's all that? Roll to hit first.
00:19:23
Speaker
I know what you mean, it is so I can keep an eye on it that way. And blow it up. Fourteens hit. That hit. Three points of fourth damage, events he shoots it. Nice pew.
00:19:35
Speaker
take a shot at it. Only the second time you've hit it so far actually, so it's still quite... Both N.C. Both N.C.s hit it and no one else is hit it. Yeah, absolutely. So this is just the spiritual weapon in N.C. fighting really. The two N.C. MVP. Hey, I killed one. I killed one. You did splat one. You did splat one. Like whack-a-mole gone horrifically wrong.
00:19:53
Speaker
Cool. Thanks, Darren. Anything else you want to do? You got some movement? No, I'm out. Well done. Cool. Okay, no problem. Thank you very much. Emra, on your turn, you hear shouting, cacophony, splashing, stuff going on. What do you like to do? Okay. The one that's hugged me, my spiritual weapon is going to hit it because there's nothing stopping me or anything from hitting it, even if we're grappled. So my spiritual hammer is going to hit it. All right. Roll to hit.
00:20:23
Speaker
Oh, fuck off. It's a natural one. Oh, my God. Two natural ones. That is I'm rolling turds. That is going to miss. Unfortunately, that is going to miss. I've got nothing. Sorry. Yeah. Anything else you want to do? Yes, I will then I imagine like, with this thing grappling me and run sort of
00:20:48
Speaker
They're grappling, they're moving, and then M. Ron manages to sort of move it so that it's just holding onto him, and he's going to use his hammer to bring it down into the creature's ribs in sort of a one-handed swing. All right, roll to hit.
00:21:04
Speaker
Oh my god. Oh my god, Will! That's five to hit. Can you change religion? Because again, it's not working. You're going full REM here. Yeah, that's a mess, unfortunately. How can I change dice in D&D Beyond?
00:21:20
Speaker
Yeah, that's the end of my turn. You have to pay for them. Yeah, you have to pay for them. I think worth it right here. Okay, Grung's turn. The first one, everyone nearest to you is going to swing and a hit. What can I aim to hit you at least? That is going to be a 16 against your armor class. That misses. We are still grappled. Oh, advantage then? No, I just I can make you. No, no, there's no advantage. It does if it does anything that allows it to do anything.
00:21:47
Speaker
Oh, no, you're resistant for the next. Okay.

Emron's Combat Success

00:21:50
Speaker
It's one of those if you pass it, you kind of pass it. Okay. It's I think just check that.
00:21:57
Speaker
It comes into contact. I'm guessing it's the first time you haven't kind of, you haven't lost contact with it. So it's still kind of, it's still continuing there. So it's not going to, yeah, it can't continue that poison attack on you. The one against Reigns though, it is going to go for the hug again. It's going to push back and run at you again to go for that hug. And fuck sake, that's a five against what against your contested athletics or acrobatics. Yeah, it did get into contact with me last time.
00:22:25
Speaker
Even though it didn't grapple me. Yeah, just just so you're aware. Oh, no. Yeah. Well, I'm going to roll the content save. Okay. It's an eight on the acrobatics. You pass with an eight. Because I rolled a five to barrel bottom of the barrel rolling here. Jesus Christ. We are literally scraping the fucking barrel. Again, coming into contact, though, could you make a constitution saving throw, please? I want this to work on one of you. Come on.
00:22:52
Speaker
I thought I passed it last time and therefore, anyway, it's an 18. It's every time it comes into contact with Enron because he is still in contact with it. It's still one continuous. Cool, it's an 18. Yeah, it's absolutely fine. Again, the grapple doesn't work, so it moves back and also the con save is more than enough, so you pass that as well, it says to you. It now is the creature that is under the water with Orla and now, Alfie, you can see them.
00:23:21
Speaker
You can see what's going on. Oh, he rolled a natural one. So he swings with his dagger down, but all the men just to grab the wrist and kind of start twisting out. They're kind of holding off this dagger that's close to her neck as she's kind of pushing it away. She's much stronger than this creature, but it keeps trying to like flip the dagger around to get like, find a weakness in her strength and push it through. She manages to push the arm away though. That is the end of the Grung's turn. It is Orla's turn. She's going to use the palm of her hand and
00:23:47
Speaker
Try and hit the dagger arm back in a way, which works. The hand comes back, she reaches down to her side, pulls out her own dagger and tries to swing down towards its belly. For a five, my God, everyone is rolling absolute turds. So she misses well. The grunt kind of parries the shot as well underwater. This is quite like an intricate fight under the water. That is the end of Orla's turn.
00:24:13
Speaker
And they continue to float on down the water. And as they do so, Alpha, they get into range of you. You have a held action to grapple the creature that is currently bothering Orla. Is that correct? Yes, it is. Okay, would you like to make a contested grapple, please? I'm going to use athletics. I got 14. And I got...
00:24:38
Speaker
18. Here we go. Now we've got some better rolls. Okay, so you have this creature graphic now off of Aula. Would you please make now just a roll to hit? Like an arm strike or something like that?
00:24:54
Speaker
No, we use roll to hit, use your stats for the weapon, for your gun. I added that to make it, instead of just firing with disadvantage, blank into the water, you grab it, pistol to the side of the head, shoot. Yeah, so he kind of looped his arm underneath this arm as his blade's been knocked away from it, wrapped his hand round its neck, pulled his pistol out straight to it for 21 to hit. Wow, yes, that does hit. Roll damage.
00:25:24
Speaker
Come on, big damage. Can I ask a damn question while he's rolling that? Four points of magical piercing damage. He's come into contact with it. Yeah, yeah. I'm about to do that, don't worry. Yeah. I was expecting it. I'm not going to lie. I was expecting it. How could you make a constitution saving throw?
00:25:45
Speaker
I'm not going to lie, when you said you can grapple it, I had about the Tom Hardy. That's bait. Sorry. He's baiting you. He's baiting me. 19. Fuck you. Yeah, that's obviously fine. Not a problem. But again, you get this weird sensation of thirst and for a second you just...
00:26:00
Speaker
you don't have thirst, it's not a thing, but something feels unclean, something feels unmaintained. And I'm rusty. Yeah, for a second, and then that feeling kind of subsides through you as your system flushes or that you do, you do a a
00:26:16
Speaker
We haven't encountered an error. Disk defragmentation and you sort yourself out. Google Chrome. Oh snap, something happened. It's okay. Here's a little dinosaur game. Yeah, something like that happens. That's the end of the held action, which now actually falls into your turn now, Alpha. So you take the shot, but it moves its head at the last second and you catch
00:26:39
Speaker
at the front of its skull blowing off a portion of its front of the skull, but it's more of a grazed blood. It's oozing out of the head now. This green blood is oozing out into the water ahead of you, but it's not dead. It's still up there. It's still trying to grab hold of all of what you grab hold of. What would you like to do? It's an action to maintain my hold.
00:26:58
Speaker
No, no, it's an action for it to try and get out of it's just a, you know, that's fine then I'll kind of nod to all a distant time towards the shore, hopefully playing get the fuck out of the water. I'm just gonna keep it held there.
00:27:14
Speaker
kind of reload, even though it's a fake reload, because he uses his own energy, it does kind of fake reload, he thinks it looks cool. And then just going to take another shot with my pistol. Okay, just so you know, Callum, this is a Callum thing more than anyone else think, a more than an alpha thing. I'm not going to let you do this on land. This is purely a water thing. Okay, so if you think you can just walk around grappling people and shoot them in the side of the head, it's just not a fake
00:27:40
Speaker
Because he blatantly is fake. I would basically, yeah, everywhere they come at you, yep, grapple, bang. Yeah, we're not doing that. It's just an under the water thing. Alpha or should we call him John Wick? Exactly. Just a bit more fun than just firing with disadvantage in water from a distance, which doesn't really sit well for me. So just something to make it a bit more interesting. But on land, if you do it, it's still a disadvantage because they can fight back. Yeah. Okay. So what did you roll? Did you roll the hit? I did roll the hit. I got a 12.
00:28:09
Speaker
I haven't written it down. Yes, I have. Miserbeets for that weaker grung, so you do manage to strike it. Please roll damage. Lovely. I shall. Come on, big. Nope. Five points of magical peeling damage. Oh, I just deleted it all off. That's embarrassing.
00:28:28
Speaker
I've been using the wrong stats. Oh, there you go. Cool. That's enough. The creature is dead. You get a direct shot on the side of its head and the water around you fills with this green ooze as it starts to fall out and flow over you. Could you please make another constitution saving throw? Of course I can. Oh, shit. There you go. Six. Excellent.
00:28:51
Speaker
For a second everything is fine and you nod again over towards Orla, but you notice as the sensation of uncleanliness comes back over you again, her eyes have rolled back and her body started to fall limp as she continues to float on down the water. Your first instinct is to move directly towards her, but you can't.
00:29:11
Speaker
some urge overtakes you and you turn to the riverbank and you start scrabbling your way up the side of the riverbank until you're out of the water. You're no control to do this yourself. Your mind is screaming at you to turn to all of and you start picking up handfuls of mud and rubbing them over your body as a way of trying to relieve this feeling of uncleanliness, dirt that seems to be over you. This is part of the
00:29:41
Speaker
effect of one of the of the grung the purple grungs who I believe the poison creature feels desperate need to soak itself in mud at the start of its start and end of its turn oh sorry it can't take actions or move except to do so or reach a body of mud and it does say liquid or mud but you're in water and because you don't have thirst I'm assuming might it will work better this way so at the start of your next turn you can take another con saving throw to see if you can break that
00:30:10
Speaker
But you are currently bathing yourself in mud on the side of the river. A bit weird, but okay. This has nothing to do with poisoned or anything like that. It's a variant of the Grung poison. It's the purple variant. They have multiple colors. I find a little box and are you resistant to poison? I am resistant to poison, but I also have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned.
00:30:34
Speaker
So the whole time we've been doing, it's all been poisoned. It's all been poisoned. And so could you then re-roll the, do you want to re-roll the... I'll do you another card and save. It's probably not going to change anything. Oh, no, it does. Nineteen. Nevermind. Fuck you. So ignore everything I've just previously said. All of that narration. That's really, really nice. Part of me wants to say that that still happened. Yeah. All that beautiful setup where it's like, well, hang on, wait. Deanne tells your advantage to get fuck itself.
00:31:01
Speaker
Yeah, quite possibly could. Okay, no, it's fine. We can still add drama to this. You get the same sensation, you turn your back for a second. It powers, you know, you feel that sensation again, it leaves your body. Maybe you envisage yourself scrabbling up the side of the bank and covering yourself in mud and that feeling fills you with elation. But then that, you know, this defragmentation, you flush your hard drive, and you reject the USB and everything is clear again.
00:31:27
Speaker
You turn around to all the, you know, mentioned her to move up the wall with a knob of your head, as you mentioned previously. But like I said, eyes have rolled back, eyes are closed, and you see her body kind of just turning slowly, almost space-like over itself as her body has become limp as she floats down the river. And you have still got your movement. What would you like to do?
00:31:48
Speaker
Yeah, I'm basically going to use all, well, maybe, I don't have any action, do I? It's difficult terrain. Yeah, okay. Yeah, I'm just going to kind of get in front of all as much as what I can do. I know I can't prepare an action because I've already used one, but I want to hopefully just try and eventually grab her as she's floating. So I'm just going to try and use my movements to try and get in front of her as she's floating down the river. I'm so glad I don't need to breathe.
00:32:18
Speaker
Aula's probably saying the same thing now. Cool, thank you very much for that then, Aula. Rains, your turn. Are you still up against these grongs on the river, on the riverside? What would you like to do? Okay, knowing that Aula is under the water, Aula is also probably under the water.
00:32:35
Speaker
Rains is getting frustrated at this point and he's just going to step back and go, okay, okay, stop trying to hug me, you disgusting fucking frog. Give me option four. And option four, I've written down the host of options for Rains with a host of the things that he can do with armour. Option four is basically make sure I hit. Rains is going to cast magic missile.
00:32:57
Speaker
And he's going to send darts at the one in front of him until that dies. Should that one die in the process of being hit by these darts, the other ones will veer off and hit the other one. Okay. Right, roll to hit. Oh, you don't need to. These hits are all the damage of the divorce. Okay, so it's four darts. They all do two points of damage each. So two into the one in front of me, then another two into the one in front of me.
00:33:20
Speaker
then another two into the one in front of me, and if it's still alive, another two, or four, straight into this one in front of me. So, unless it dies, eight points of damage into the one in front of you? Yeah. Okay, cool. These shots go into this creature. It's still upright, but you see blood now oozing down from its chest between the bone armor that's in front of it. It staggers for a second, and then it stands back up looking directly at you. It's shoulder loose now. It's dagger hand wet. What do I have to do?
00:33:49
Speaker
and C is going to shoot it okay roll to hit for a 20 not natural to hit that hits roll damage six points of force damage and splat and C has his first victim as this creature these two beams of red energy pierce through the uh the gaps that you've shot through with magic myself you see the beams come out this is the back of this creature
00:34:13
Speaker
as it falls to its death on the side of the river near its home. There's now only one grung remaining. What would you like to do? So these two little cannons on Rains' shoulders just descend back into the suit. He will just glance out across the river and go, thank you NC. And that is all I've got. That's the end of my turn. All right, lovely. Emron, your turn. You hear, again, Rains muttering to himself behind you. You and your spiritual weapon are having a bit of a mare with this grung in front of you. What would you like to do?
00:34:42
Speaker
Um, I could attack it myself. I'm going to let the spiritual weapon, um, have a go first. Cause you know, that's the nicest thing to do. Um, so I'm going to get the spiritual weapon attack. It does. It's trying to hug me. It's good. It's good. It's good. It's a 23. Nice hits. We're on the move now. And then that is.
00:35:04
Speaker
What's good is 10 points of force damage from a hammer. Very nice. Smashing into this creature. The chest piece of bone armor comes splintering and flying off as part of its chest kind of indents in from the head. It's still upright, but it's not looking as healthy as it was earlier, obviously. You've got your turn, haven't you? Your action. Yes.
00:35:24
Speaker
Now I will attack it with my war hammer again, swinging it around so I can get a good bit of contact with it. So with the war hammer one handed, that's a 14 to hit that hits. And that's eight points of
00:35:49
Speaker
Damage. Splat. Oh, yeah, eight points of damage, yes. Oh, it's one handed or two handed? It was one handed. Yeah, cool. Yeah, splats. Well, either way, you would have died at eight or eleven. The creature, you swing round off to the side and crack this creature in the side of the head. The neck clicks and it slowly twitches and falls to the ground. It slumps dead there in front of you. All the grungs have been brutally slaughtered.
00:36:17
Speaker
you conquering conquistadors coming over here and killing all the natives. They're all dead. Emron and Rains, you stood on the side of this river, repanting, looking as you hear the crackle of some of the branches above you on fire from NC's missed hits. What would you guys on the river's edge want to do?
00:36:36
Speaker
immediately turn and run down to wherever else and try and help pull them out. Just immediately start looking to see if I can see them. Panning down to where Ola and Alpha you are. Alpha, you'd moved in front and Ola's body had kind of floated into your vicinity. You managed to grab a hold of her. I assume you're making your way out, but I don't want to put words in your mouth. What do you want to do with the corpse of Ola?
00:36:58
Speaker
The corpse of Orla. The body. I literally just kind of grab her and he's not trying to be graceful about it or anything. It's like one hand just kind of hooked around her, start making his way to the riverbed. Okay. And just trying to shiver up. Okay. And as you start pushing her up, Raines, you notice this kind of an arm, a head, and then the half the face of Orla kind of pop up out of the water and instantly you would, you know, you can see what you want to do.
00:37:28
Speaker
I'll run over and try and pull her out. Okay, pulling her out, you see her eyes are shut and she chokes. As water kind of pours out to my nose, it's not graceful at all. I matted hair all across her face. It's her hands come up to kind of like... Easy, easy, easy. You're all right. Easy, easy. You're okay. Hey, hey, you're good. The helmet will come down because he's still got his helmet up and Reigns will then use a bonus action to just pull down my helmet and go, hey, hey, hey. You're all right.
00:37:59
Speaker
it gone did we get it oh well we got the frog people get the body get where is it I don't see any Drake around here guard Drake no rain clothes rains will close his eyes at that I forgot about the damn Drake we are John Belfer we need the but we need the body where's alpha
00:38:25
Speaker
alpha get fished out will you you're still in the the grung in the water can you can you just grab it we need it well we've got plenty of bodies here it's it have to be that one all of them just them the more we've got the more likely it is to come there in any decent number otherwise it's just going to avoid it
00:38:46
Speaker
That's fine. So yeah, Alfa will try and follow and grab the slightly floating, really dead grung and just no class, throw him up onto the rear. And I'm assuming quite lightweight, maybe a bit of a dead weight almost as well. It's probably slops up onto the side of the bank near the wooden palisade, what palisade, the wooden sting that's set up. Always kind of sat up at this, kind of looking around, kind of sat looking quite forlorn as she looks at you all.
00:39:13
Speaker
come with me. Come on. Come on. I'm helping all around. I'm just going to take her over to the tent just near by side. I'm going to get in there. When that Drake appears, we're not going to have time to be looking out for you again. And you're not in a good way to stay in there and don't come out.
00:39:30
Speaker
I don't think this cloth tent is going to offer much support. It's coming out from over there. Well, you're in no condition to jump the river, and we just need you out of sight. It's not perfect, but it's what we got.
00:39:48
Speaker
All right. And she agrees and gets into the tent that's closest to the southern part of the river, but in the collection of three. And then she sticks her back out. Actually, I'll go to the one over that side. And she gestures to the ones on the right hand side nearest the rock formation where Emron and Alfa, you guys were mainly fighting near the bodies there. But it's further away from where she seems to think the Drake warden. No, not the Drake warden. The Drake warden.
00:40:25
Speaker
Alfa will be kind of laughing to himself, only to himself, just kind of, if you listen really close, you might even say human weakness.

Guard Drake Ambush Preparations

00:40:34
Speaker
But he is accumulating all the dead grongs and he's just sticking them all in a pile. I'm going to put it just like north of where the three tents are. So we've got three tents and then what I believe is the hole at the top where the guard rake is. So I'm just going to try and pile them all up.
00:40:41
Speaker
If the guard drake will appear from, she'll just hear a kyle uttering.
00:40:54
Speaker
there in the hopes that maybe the scent of all these or something like that of the acidy burning flesh and mangled grung corpses just might kind of attract this guard drake.
00:41:12
Speaker
All right. So Ola has just moved into the tent on the far side. Alfie, you've piled up the corpses successfully. And we're kind of settling down after the attack. Emron, was there anything you wanted to do? Yes. At the moment I see sort of Ola coming out of the water or whatever being dragged, I will cast Healing Word because I can do it at range, baby. Nice. Okay. And she will gain
00:41:38
Speaker
Yeah, four hit points. Yeah, it's better than a kick in the teeth. She accepts and she looks and kind of nods. Oh, good. The spell works. She's alive. Excellent. And she kind of nods her thanks towards you and saying, hopefully that will be the last time I'll need that spell. And she starts complaining. I need to get my crossbow. I left it on the other side of the river.
00:42:05
Speaker
Can any of you go and get it? Hold on, what Reigns will do is he will... Nope, he won't do that. I got rid of it. I had a crossbow at the start of the game, but I gave it over, so nope, I won't do that. Don't have a crossbow.
00:42:17
Speaker
Ignore me. Cool. Thanks, Rains. M1 will go and fetch the stuff. Cool. Thanks. And yeah, it's all there. Just the crossbow bolts coming up and falling into the water, but there's still enough there, eight or nine bolts left, which should do it good. And she again nods. Thank you. I'll do what I can do from here if and when the Drake shows up.
00:42:44
Speaker
It's a green drake just as a heads up. Resistance to acidity and she's looking towards alpha because she watched you do your acid drop thing. No splurge then. No splurge.
00:43:06
Speaker
Aside from that, I don't know how long it will take to draw it out, so I'm not really sure what we should do. Should we rest or do you guys want to be on alert? It's worth us making some form of camp. If we're going to be here for a while, I assume you said it would take bodies decaying to draw it out and it'll take a good hour or so, at least if not more, for them bodies to start to stink.
00:43:34
Speaker
other that that hatch over there where it's like to come from yeah the the old ruin steps down into some basement so fine then run out for make us something comfortable give me 10 minutes I'm gonna go over to the hatch and start casting alarm as a ritual on the hatch
00:43:54
Speaker
Nice. You can take the 10 minutes though, so that's me out for the next 10 minutes casting as well. What we'll say is that as you're there casting, you notice there's a real silence around the area. The wind drops and the heat lifts slightly. And as you start preparing the trap and completing the arrangements for the 10 minutes,
00:44:15
Speaker
the silence from the area, from the dark steps down. You notice the moss covered steps moving the way down into darkness, but you do feel a breeze from this hatch below, this kind of ten foot by ten foot staircase down.
00:44:36
Speaker
But it has a smell to it almost like a vinegary smell in the air. It doesn't feel fresh. And it doesn't move like a breeze. It's quite consistent. You get wafted a small bit of air. Then I break for a few seconds. Then I have to put another small bit of air. Then I break for just a few seconds. It's quite warm as well.
00:44:56
Speaker
and your ears tune in and you listen as you stare into the darkness trying to hear anything and you're almost certain you can hear something but you can't make out what it is and it's just there in the background whilst you're casting, casting alarm over the entrance to these underground ruins and you're successful in casting this spell though.
00:45:18
Speaker
I have a small bell in my mind, so it's not going to make a noise, obviously, when it comes through. Only I will hear it. And I'll come back over to the other two and said, you're going to want to keep a visual on me because only I'm going to hear that when it comes out, so as not to allure it to the fact that we're here.
00:45:38
Speaker
Fair enough, fair enough. All that's going to nod her head at that as well. And she's there just kind of loading in the crossword, pulling the bolt back and laying the crossword down by the side and just checking over as coughing and spluttering, checking over each of the bolts to make sure they're ready and worthy. She seems quite nervous. Her hands are shaking. You're not sure if this is because of the ordeal she's been through or the ordeal that might be coming.
00:46:02
Speaker
I'm under the impression we're making making some kind of camp. Emron, Alpha, you talked as comfortable whilst Reigns is completing that spell for 10 minutes. You mentioned about getting... Yeah, Emron will have sort of the the tent that all is in has those like stone rock, stone outcropping behind it. So it sort of gives them a bit of a defensive position. So he'll have sort of gone through got some wood from the from the
00:46:32
Speaker
weird scaffolding thing. What time of day is it? We were looking at midday when we arrived. So I mean, it's literally been like five minutes has gone by. So let's talk about it's stuck on one o'clock in the afternoon.
00:46:44
Speaker
I mean that's how you say it. So he'll look around the tents and he'll sort of be pulling them down so they're out of the way, potentially using the material and some sticks to make some torches just in case he needs to light the area up if they're going to end up more fighting in the night so they're not fighting in complete darkness. But yeah, he's just made the place come before getting a fire going and just
00:47:06
Speaker
taking down the enemies, the grunts, tents. Nice. I like that. Awesome. And checking if any stuff that's in them, but probably not. Yeah. I mean, as you pulled out the tents, most of them are empty or they are filled with kind of the pungent wet. We can imagine kind of the beds of these grunts that seem to be built over a series of kind of
00:47:27
Speaker
almost like bubbled liquid, thick bubbled liquid that they seem to rest in or around, not particularly pleasant. You notice a couple of sharpened rocks that obviously are on some way to becoming daggers but aren't yet complete. Apart from that you find
00:47:46
Speaker
a couple of small wooden boxes in one or two of them that contain dried insects, a collection of all kinds of different insects, not a collection. This seems to have been a source of food, movable, dry food for the grungs. Aside from that, there's not much really
00:48:05
Speaker
Stable often unless that's fine. The daggers don't say stealable luteable luteable. Sorry I don't need this rocks. I've got I've got metal, you know, we're in the Iron Age here and that's why he's just clearing the area so they've got a read they've got clear area to fight in rather than having to deal with Prentley and
00:48:22
Speaker
you know, tents on fire around them, and that kind of stuff. You're making a fire, did you say? Or were you just prepared? Yeah, I'm gonna make a fire just outside of our tent. Nice, set up a little camp there. Nice. I'll just move you all around there. I don't know how long we're going to be there for. Exactly. Because and then, you know, if we could start a short rest, and if we're there for any longer, it might be a case of us just resting until something happens. Okay.
00:48:53
Speaker
Is there anything else we're going to set up for the waiting period of this to see if the stroke does choose to appear? I'm going to lead into a little montage with a bit of time passing, perhaps depending on my role. Is there anything that definitely wants to happen before that, like a debrief or any discussions that will take place before we move into the movement moving forward? Rains, did you... I have something, but I'm going to be collegiate and let Alpha go first as I've already spoken.
00:49:23
Speaker
In all fairness, I've got nothing to say at this moment in time. You've got Alpha who's kind of, he's almost a little bit impatient at this stage. He was all eager for the fight and he was hoping that the guard rate was going to be coming out and slaying all these frog type of people. So if you were to look at Alpha, what you'd actually see, you'd just kind of see him, I hate this euphemism, but he's going to be fiddling with his gun. Just kind of sat down around a tent fire.
00:49:55
Speaker
Yeah, you'll just hear at one point as Reigns has sat down and it's gone, what the hell is wrong with you? And he's looking at the Rubik's Cube on the back of his arm and he's just looking at calibrations on it as he puts one of his minor tinkering's onto it just to throw out a load of data just to see why his Thunder Punch was so fucking useless. And at a certain point, he's just going to glance up and see Alpha and go, shouldn't play with that thing in front of your parents, Alpha.
00:50:24
Speaker
My thing. I'll do with it as I want. That's a new voice. That's new. Maybe you need to recalibrate. I'm trying something new. Is that okay? Or are there issues with that?
00:50:38
Speaker
Oh, okay. So we've reached the NC teenager part of your development. Great. It's all good with me, Alfalfur. You do have a habit, realize what Imran is currently doing though, right? He is ensuring that we can see in the dark because someone, mostly you, is not able to do so. Well, if somebody else had built me with that capability, maybe we wouldn't have this problem.
00:51:04
Speaker
Well, we all absolutely wish that our fathers would not give us things that they didn't give us and sometimes would not give us the things that they did, don't we? That is a convoluted way of a rebuttal. Carry on with your calibration. Lord knows you need it.
00:51:25
Speaker
Rains is just going to glance over towards Emron as Alpha reaches the teenage I am Groot from Infinity War. Any teenager in general. Yeah. So, Emron will have sort of been hearing this exchange as he's sort of preparing torches and that kind of stuff and making sure that these ranks on a stick will suffice. And he'll sort of look over at Alpha and be like,
00:51:55
Speaker
In most societies, you know, talking like that to folk who you consider your parents would be considered rude. So what's going on, Alpha? What's occurring? Nothing occurring, Father. In most societies, people speak with a decent pace.
00:52:23
Speaker
You seem to be a bit slow on your vocabulary, if I may say so. Nah. Alpha. Don't get me wrong, lad. I'm all for you having free thought, but if you want to start going around insulting folk, then that's going to be a problem. So let's watch your tone and watch your manners amongst your friends and we'll go from there. Let's assume we've got a bit of water logged in there somewhere. It's causing a bit of an issue.
00:52:53
Speaker
And let's just let bargons be bargons at this stage. Everyone will go back to his torch making. And as his back is turned, you're just going to, you might hear Alfa say it, but he's kind of mum with himself, I suppose. Can I make a perception check to see if I hear it, please? Yeah, go on and make a perception check. The 10 plus to hear it, you're pretty close.

Alpha's Reflection and Message from Nix

00:53:20
Speaker
No, I don't.
00:53:22
Speaker
don't hear. The others do, because you'll start right next to them. So Ola and Raines hear that. As they hear it, and obviously M-Rob walks off, Alpha's just going to
00:53:39
Speaker
stand up and just kind of walk away from where the camp is kind of set up. And he's going to purposely put himself out of listening distance. So it's kind of going into a bit of denser jungle, just in between the forestry areas. And I will just move myself just kind of up
00:54:00
Speaker
on the actual lovely map that you have created for us all. And what Al was going to do, he was going to reach into his satchel and pull out the sapphire with all the roots that was on it that he took from way, way, way back when. You're going to kind of position it just on a tree and it's going to start
00:54:30
Speaker
talking to the jewel. He goes, Nix, they're getting all in my face again, as you say. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I'm trying to still follow your advice, but
00:54:47
Speaker
You know, they don't understand me like you and Morota did. And I do, I really miss you. And I don't know kind of what I'm doing without you. And he's going to put his hand to the jewel and the jewel is going to light up.
00:55:04
Speaker
And you're just going to hear Nix's voice for a brief moment, just like a vast motherfucker. And basically, Alf has turned it into one of his tinkering devices where he's recorded a portion of Nix's voice onto this actual duel. This is a way, it's like just a communication way with Nix, even though he doesn't understand kind of exactly what's gone off with them all.
00:55:32
Speaker
I don't know where you are nowadays, but I really hope that I will see you again soon. The goblins are doing okay as well. I talk to them every now and then. They are asking about you. I don't know if you've spoken to them at all. And again, it responds with the avast motherfuckers. I better not stay here too long, otherwise they might get a little bit suspicious.
00:56:00
Speaker
I better head back to camp, but we'll talk later. We'll talk later and just kind of take the sapphire off, put it back in his satchel and start casually walking his way back to camp. Before that's taken place, was there anything you wanted to do? Yes, after Alpha walks off, everyone will turn to range. What's gotten into him?
00:56:30
Speaker
I have no earthly idea. He hadn't been the same since we lost the grumpy one and the annoying one.
00:56:38
Speaker
I mean, yeah. Quick question to Callum and the DM. Obviously, Callum's reference speaking to the goblins. So have we known that Callum has wandered off for periods of time during our three months? I don't know. And that's probably a good conversation for us to have and decide upon. Or maybe the three of you to have a discussion and decide upon. Maybe not right, right, right this very second. But it's something that maybe, unless it's something you'd act upon now. Well, well, it's something everyone's going to mention too.
00:57:06
Speaker
I was going to mention, if it's something I've done. Yeah, we've decided now then, so Callum, over that time, would you have made excuses and wondered off the talk that would you have told them about it? They would not know of the Goblin Army whatsoever. It just seems to be, you know, I don't know, since since Nixon Marauder, he just seems off. And don't get me wrong, I don't mind, but
00:57:36
Speaker
He's, he's straying into that area where he's, he's going to get himself into trouble and he's his own person. That's fair enough. But you know, it's our job to help teach him right from wrong. And if he's going to start ignoring us, then, you know, Imran, you know, I remember one of my earliest memories from childhood was being in the palace of great haddle. And I was doing something that was winding up my wet nurse, some from fear, some winding up there.

She wore my wetness at that point anymore before I say something really awkward. Let me just to finish the analogy, which was I was basically pulling another rug on the table and on top of that was a hot cup of some form of beverage. I wouldn't stop and I remember her saying, if that falls on him, he'll learn not to do it again. Well, I think you can see where I'm going with this.

Alpha's gonna do what Alpha's gonna wanna do. Yeah, I was brought differently. You know, the dwarves in the orphanage, if you did that out wrong, they'd lock in the coal cupboard for a couple of hours and you're sitting there in the dark until you are, you know, taught that. Fair enough. When they were coal cupboard, we'll act accordingly. I mean, I'm not saying that's a good thing. Just, you know, just... Okay, I understand. But, you know, just... No, I agree with you. I agree with you.

Ah, that's going to sound better. I think he's coming back. It's all right. It's all right. Alpha's not going to say anything. Literally just come back, sit down in the exact same spot and continue fiddling with his pistol. You all therefore are rolling over that euphemism right there and gain the benefits of a short rest. So if you want to use some hip diet to retain some, regain some health and gain any- I certainly do. Yes, please. Then please do so. Are you short rested at minimum an hour, is it? It is.

Just for reference and for matter of sake, my cannon has gone back to my shoulder now. It's off my wrist. I rolled one hit dice to gain back seven hit points, which will bring me back up to full.

I rolled two and just to get max went along back to full health. You continue to wait till the midday sun. There's a silence, an oppressive silence in the air.

The insect buzz continues, but it kind of drones into silence almost. It's almost like static. You forget to hear white noise. It blends into your surroundings like normal, and it becomes normal. The only time you notice the sound of these insects, the buzz of the crickets around the water's edge and in the tree line around you, in the marshlands of Sleekard, is when they all suddenly fall silent.

and it's that weird sensation of feeling like water is in your ears for the second time today and they all fall silent and you will stop and cock your ears towards the inevitable you hear from behind the mossy rock that hides the entrance to this a loud

As an exhalation from very large nostrils, breathe out, and you hear the scraping of claws on the stone. A rumble of a breath, a growl from around the corner, the hairs on the back of your necks stand up. Oiler, silently, slowly, eyes not moving from the rock formation, reaches hand out to a crossbow.

Boys, I think that's for us. That's where we're going to leave it for this week's episode of The Fellowship of the Tabletop. Hot, diggily damn. I rolled a D6 and it was a one, it was the first hour, two, three, four, five, and it was two, second hour. You could have been staying there for a while, but

It's coming now, boys. We're going to have to find out how that all plays out next week's episode. Thank you very much, guys. Get involved. Nice bit of backstory. Get back into the swing of things, which is lovely. So nice to hear the voices of Reigns and London Alpha again. As you obviously listened and realized that we no longer have

I forgot my names now. Nix and Marota. So that's why Ian and Danny have not been with us for the last couple of episodes. But they will be returning back soon with new characters. Sooner rather than later, let's hope so we can flesh ourselves out and have the whole cohort return to us. It feels a bit empty after having the massive, lovely, full group that we ran with your Shadow Men campaign, Darren. But it's nice. That's interesting. Nice. All the best people are here.

Back to the prologue days at the start of this season. If you haven't listened to those, come back and listen to the prologue episode. It'll be a lovely moment with Alpha being very naive and a beautiful moment where everyone keeps swinging attacks for opportunity and everyone keeps missing. It was wonderful.

Before I say that, though, I just want to give inspiration, Will, to you for next round. You've just done an episode with a newborn child on your body. It's your own as well, which is a benefit. So just kudos to you and please give yourself inspiration for next week's episode because that can't be easy. I know newborns, they suck. So you did an awesome job with that. So that for that. And you can find me at hastily rolled DM. Until next time, everybody.
