Second time around (from March 2024), a rather annoying topic that I feel shouldn't need to be covered. The fact that such a notion that "Kids are soft" these days continues to be pedaled is ridiculous to me.  Coaching the high school team gives me a chance to experience many  different types of kids and I can tell you, most of them are 100% not soft.
