I am sharing my story of "breaking up with alcohol". I get real during this episode and share a bit about my past and why this past version of myself no longer aligns with who I am or who I want to be. I don't know what my relationship with alcohol will be in the future - I am just sharing where I am today. I hope this helps anyone who has been on a similar journey of wanting to reduce or control their alcohol consumption.
