Let's talk about how we can change our minds about things we thought were 100% right for us! Life is a never-ending journey and so is taking care of our bodies. It is okay to need and want different things at different stages in our journeys. We show up for ourselves the best that we can and that may be different at certain times than what we ever thought for ourselves. We are constantly learning and growing and that's why it's important to keep an open mind and practice so much self-love!
