Episode 2 of the "GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER" season! This week we are talking all about excuses we have used that have been holding us back from becoming who we desire to be. It's all about self-awareness, not shame. But we need awareness in order to move forward & create change. Your action step for this week is to write a letter to your past self releasing everything you are ready to finally let go of in order to create space to welcome in who you want to be! No shame or judgment in the letter, just acknowledge and release. Get real with yourself and what you're ready to leave behind. I have done this many times and it is so healing! Feel the sense of release that comes from this action step!
