Unlocking Abundance through Gratitude

So number one thing I want you to focus on is right now where you are, what in your life that you're truly grateful for?

What in your life right now are you grateful for? Because at the root of your gratitude is the way you unlock your abundance. Why am I talking about abundance when feeling stuck? Because to feel unstuck and to get out of this space, you gotta find where you have gratitude in life. What are you grateful for? Because those things you already have.

Like right now you have a phone, you have a computer, but you listen to this episode, you're probably driving in the car or you're sitting at home. You should be grateful for the littlest things, right? You can hear, you can see, you can smell, but that's besides the point. I want to start with gratitude. So right now, write down five things. It can be simple. My health, my hair, my hands, food in the refrigerator, a car, a job, a spouse, whatever. Write down five things you're grateful for.

Achieving Clarity in Life Desires

Number two, what do you want? Clarity is power. What do you want? What do you want?

What do you want? Like you can have what you want, but we have to get clear. I want you to win. I want you to feel good. And I want you to shift into a higher timeline and feel good about yourself or feel good about life. Example, if I say I want to make a hundred thousand profit a month, I want to be in love, whatever it is, take Three to five minutes. Put the phone on 10 minutes and sit down and get regulated in your body and think about what you want. You don't just want money.

You don't just want love. You want more than that. You want the things that come with money. You want the things that come with love. And what is that? Acceptance. Belonging. Right? Having meaning in life.

Having something look forward to. They say success without fulfillment makes you miserable. So when you have things to look forward to, when you have things you can be grateful for and you know what they are and you're clear about it, you have more meaning in life and more power.

Using AI for Goal Setting

And then as we move from the details of what do you want, three is sit down and write out, write it out.

And what I want you to do is, so take your thing that you written down and say, for instance, you got what you want, right? So say instance, you want to say you're making 10,000 a month, you want to make 20,000 a month.

and say you want to lose 15 pounds. So go to chat GPT or whatever AI system you use and tell them your current situation. I'm this age. I live in this town.

This is my current circumstances. However, I want to embody the frequency, the mind, in the life of a person who makes 20,000 a month, who wants to get in shape and lose 15 pounds from their body and a potentially find partner, and then say, what do I need to focus on? What do I need to embody daily?

And what does that look like for someone of my type or caliber? Boom, you put that in, take what you need from that. Once it makes sense, so you kind of can get it in a way that helps you, because this is very clear, the next 30 days, this is gonna help.

And once all the feedback comes back from the front from the ai Then I want you to tell the AI to write you a contract that you must commit to and submit to every day and type it out and tell you want the PDF form. I want you to go print that out, right?

Look at it, read it. Sign it, date it, and then I want you to get several copies, maybe two to three. You're read it every morning going read it every night for 30 days, right? Put it where you have to see it regardless and allow whatever it is. So say instance, the contract is a person who makes $200,000 is in love and is living out their dreams. Whatever that anchor is, it's like, oh, the person is love. Like, okay, if I want to be in love, that's the anchor word, being in love. I'm going to always remind myself that when I go back into my old habits of feeling stuck or not feeling good, right? These things matter because now what I'm doing is I'm getting your brain

your conscious and your subconscious to connect to a new identity that's going get you on a new frequency. But you need habits. You need steps to do that. Right now that you have all that, that's fun. Right. you're going to like that. Watch. It's going to change your life. I promise you. And let me know in 30 days where your life is. Holistic Wellness Practices

I want you to think about your physical health, right? This is important because energy is currency and movement is medicine. I want you to commit to two to three days a week of moving your body.

I'm gonna say it again. i want you to commit to two to three days a week to move in your body at least 30 minutes at a time. Right. So this is part of your 30 day challenge to feel and stuff. Move your body to outside of that. I want you to be aware of the food you're consuming. What are you putting in your body?

because food can destroy you. Also food can empower you. We have the power of choice of what we eat. So we have to be conscious of what we're eating and what we're putting in our body, what we're consuming. Number three is rest.

I need you to schedule rest every night. You need to be in a bed by a certain time. I would say between 9.45, 10.15, 10.30 at the latest. When you rest, you are your best. Number four, I want you to think about What is your morning like when you get up, once you reach a contract?

So have a morning routine and have a night routine.

Spiritual Connection and Growth

I want you to write down your to-do list at night or what you got to do the next day and maybe some affirmations, right? And last but not least, I want you to form some type of relationship with God, the unseen, the creator, the divine intelligence, the universe, whatever you believe in. And I want you to pray every night and every morning.

I want you to have prayer in your life in these 30 days. You ain't got to pray 20 times a day, five times. You can pray twice a day. But I want you at least once or twice a day, I need you praying.

If you do this for 30 days, your life is going to change and you're going feel completely different and you're going feel completely better. You're going raise your frequency, strengthen your vibration. to have more faith, more certainty and more trust.
