Speaker: It's miracle season.
Speaker: You hit the goal, you built the business, you got the title, you have success. And yet you still feel hollow. Today going talk about why success doesn't heal the way you think it heals.
Speaker: So where do I start? Two things I want you to write down. First things first. Grab a screenshot of this. Frame this into your you conscious.
Speaker: Ego consciousness is competition and comparison. Soul consciousness is creation and collaboration. You are here to create and collaborate with God, with Source, with the Creator.
Speaker: When we're competing together, and we're in competition, that's how ego. So granted, you have the success. You built the business. You got the title. You got the home. You have the car.
Speaker: Great, but it was rooted in your ego. It was originally an identity to be validated, to be liked, to be loved for the persona you're performing in and not for the soul that you are.
Speaker: And granted, it's not easy. We've been programmed and conditioned to compete and to and compare, which is a low frequency. It's just like cheating, right? But when you don't understand a program you're in, you have to constantly Measure up. You have to constantly perpetuate the cycle of achieving, getting, doing, getting all these things. And then you so you have everything, but you don't feel good.
Speaker: I experienced this in my life. 2017, I went on the show, Bachelorette.
Speaker: ABC. Show changed my life. I went to six countries. I was on TV, national TV for 10 And beyond that show, I accomplished and lived my dreams out loud.
Speaker: Written books, spoke on stages all over the world, brand deals, commercials, dancing with the stars, family feud. The whole nine yards. And I'm happy. I'm fulfilled. Yes, I'm in my dream.
Speaker: I'm living my dreams out loud. But as I healed and I became more and evolved as a man, as a specimen of what I do, I realized a lot of my success was rooted in pain, was rooted in um wanting to be worthy, wanting validation from what I didn't get growing up because I had a mother womb and a father womb.
Speaker: So I was looking for validation. I was looking for love. I wanted to achieve because accomplishment and achievement to me meant I was worthy. I was enough. I wanted to be the leader, the alpha, the guy who gets it done.
Speaker: But yet I couldn't feel my success. I couldn't receive it because I was constantly chasing it because I was in my ego consciousness. And this is what I teach men, women, and even young kids in spiritual fitness is how to tap into their heart, how to tap it into their divine within, how to co-create with the universe, co-create with God, the creator, to live out your design.
Speaker: The challenging thing is success is getting what you want. Fulfillment is doing what you made for. And I believe in life, most times we don't know what we're made for.
Speaker: So we stay in the success paradigm. And success to me, like I said before, is getting what you want. So success is like your gift. Your gift will make room for you you. gift will fill up your bank account. Your gift will have you all over the world. or Your call, which is your soul, which is fu fulfillment, will challenge you because you're called into something because of your gift.
Speaker: And spiritual fitness is my call. My gift was my energy, my personality, being all over TV at one point.
Speaker: And that was cool. But now and I get to serve a higher purpose, a deeper purpose, and teach people how to be spiritually fit. through their mind, through their higher mind, through their soul's evolution.
Speaker: To get to a point where you feel fulfilled in your expression or who you are, you have to let some things go. And in my life, i had to let go friends, habits, people, places. i actually even moved from Los Angeles to Orange County. I had to change my environment, change the thoughts, I think, change the habits I was creating. Not because they were bad or they didn't serve a purpose. That part of my life worked.
Speaker: But it wasn't fulfilling. And I don't want you to continue your life with all this success, all this money, all these things, and you still feel empty. Because there's another layer of your soul that you can and you must tap into so that fulfillment can come through.
Speaker: So I got some notes. The identity that you're in now is the ego identity. That identity is rooted in something you think you should be so you can get what you want.
Speaker: But the real identity that you need to get into is your authenticity, being your true natural self. And it's hard for most of us because there's not enough evidence of being yourself that that success is going to come.
Speaker: So question is right now, if you lost everything that you created, How would you feel? What would you do? How would you think? And in 2023, I went through a dark night the soul, an ego death, a spiritual awakening.
Speaker: And I just, i really I surrendered. I surrendered myself. I surrendered the ego. And I said, you know what? God, I don't want to fight no more. And I lost a lot of things, a lot of people, a lot of betrayal, but I gained myself. I found my wholeness. I found spiritual fitness. Spiritual fitness found me. And I fell in love, right?
Speaker: Because I was in the alignment of my soul's assignment and I was able to find my center, what I'm here to do, my life's work on top of that call in love. Now, before all that, I was on TV, I was having fun, making money, but I wasn't around the right people.
Speaker: I wasn't around integrity. I was around what looked good, but it didn't feel good when I got off the stages when I came home because I didn't have real love. It was fake love. And I don't knock them because I was faking it too, right? So the main thing is Always know that who you are and what you do are two different things.
Speaker: Right. But when you can align who you are with what you do, that's when fulfillment comes through. That's when success, that's the real identity. It's hard because we're not conditioned to live our true self and make money and be successful.
Speaker: But I'm walking testament that you can change, you can shift, and you can become more by tapping into your soul. So the moral to the story is this. If you have everything you ever wanted and you're not happy,
Speaker: That means it's time to let the ego part of your life go and get into a higher consciousness and tap it into your spiritual fitness. And if that is something you need right now, something you've been pondering on and thinking about, sign up and work with me at ericbigger.com.
Speaker: work with me and let's get on a call. I can help you a line of dots to get to your higher self. Because when you have everything, but you don't have everything you need, but you have everything you want, you don't have the relationships you want, the friends, you can't trust people or you feel empty.
Speaker: You don't deserve to feel empty and have everything. You deserve to feel whole and have everything you need at the end time. But you must get into your authenticity of yourself.
Speaker: So with that being said, this is another episode. Download this episode, go to the YouTube, and ask yourself questions. If everything you have in front of you, does that bring you peace or does that bring you chaos?
Speaker: Does it make you feel good or do you feel alone? And no one deserves to be alone in this lifetime, especially when you have choices. So if you're successful, my friend, you do not have to feel empty no more.
Speaker: I'll see you back soon. Stay spiritually fit. Peace.
