Speaker: It's miracle season.
Speaker: All right, so today going to take you through a pause in integration meditation through spiritual fitness. So let's get started. Let's take a deep breath.
Speaker: Repeat after me. Thank you, body. Let's take another one.
Speaker: Thank you, mind. One more. more.
Speaker: Thank you, heart. That feels better, right? It's so vital that we pause and take our time and trust the pause of our life. Because when we pause, we can listen to our spirit where we can hear it and we can find a true intention for our life.
Speaker: But let's breathe again before I talk some more. Let's take a deep breath in.
Speaker: Thank you, body. take another one.
Speaker: Thank you, mine. One more.
Speaker: Thank you, heart. Now, what does that feel like inside your body? You might feel emotional. You might want to cry. You might feel some heavy tension of energy you've been holding.
Speaker: But it's okay because guess what? Life is in your breath and in your mind. So it's always important to trust the pause of our life so we can integrate and we can embody the things we need to move through our life.
Speaker: And this is why working out, breath work, affirmations, prayer, and intention setting is part of my five pillars. But I think most times in life, we get so busy with work, with the kids, with our spouses, with everything. And we're not making time to hold space within ourself.
Speaker: So we're going to breathe again because I want to slow you down. I don't want you to be up here. want you get into your heart. And this time, the affirmation is going to be different. So let's take a deep breath and four counts in, two counts out.
Speaker: If you'd ask me, I'm well. Let's take another one.
Speaker: I'm safe. I'm more.
Speaker: I'm love. We must talk to the cells of our body. Your wealth, your safe, your love. And it's so important when you're saying affirmations or you're saying words that you're saying it with some conviction or you can feel it into your body. And this is why the movement part of spiritual fitness is so important. You know, imagine right now you did three sets of 10 squats.
Speaker: And then you came back and then you did the affirmations. So imagine, you know, this is a day you have like a little mini break at work. It's lunch. You go do three rounds of 10 squats.
Speaker: You come back and then you say your affirmations, right? So in that moment, you come back, you feel better because you moved your energy forward. Movement is medicine. Motion changes emotions. And for through spiritual fitness, it's so important to move your to move your body, to feel your body.
Speaker: See, a lot of us are in our head about life and about our bodies, but we're not in our body for our body to understand the wisdom that it holds. I literally had a client this morning, and we're finishing up the session. And what came in the session, because we set the intention, she moved her body for 45 minutes,
Speaker: Love came up. She's actually dating someone. and She's recently divorced, right? And she's in a dating world. I've been with her for two years and I understand who she is, what she's becoming. And I told her, I said, it's okay to be selfish now.
Speaker: It's okay to make it about you because in your marriage, in your relationship, you made it about your spouse, the kids. You never made about yourself. So now that you have this opportunity and this free will to date and choose,
Speaker: a man of your dream or a partner of your dream, you don't have to put yourself last. You can put yourself first. She started to cry. She was able to cry because we paused in that moment for her to receive and witness herself in that space. And I said, guess what?
Speaker: It's all right. i said, that man, this person has to be willing to commit to you full throttle to give you the life and to give you what you need, not what you want.
Speaker: So in your life right now, there might be something you need and something you want. You're not getting it because maybe one, you're not moving your body. Two, you're not speaking up. And three, you're not pausing.
Speaker: You have to pause to listen te yet to your intuition, to trust this did did the discernment. Let's take another deep breath.
Speaker: Thank you, body. Another one.
Speaker: Thank you, mind.
Speaker: Thank you, heart. Another thing about pausing, the reason most of us are not pausing on a consistent basis is because we don't trust ourselves.
Speaker: We don't trust what comes up. We don't trust those emotions. We don't trust those feelings. So we suppress them. But you have to make room for those parts of your life, your shadow side, your fears, your worries. But you have to feel safe. So breathing affirmations, but actually pausing like we did just now. Those three deep breaths allows you to get back into your body where you feel safe.
Speaker: People will come into spiritual fitness because they don't know, but I know they feel safe. And the more safe you have, the more trust you have, and the more trust you have, the more your life changes.
Speaker: Because i can have faith, right? But I must t trust. I'll give you a story. Three years ago, i was in Cancun, Mexico.
Speaker: I've never jumped in ocean. And it's time for me to jump in the ocean. I've been sitting on the side of boat for 20 minutes. And I'm so afraid. I'm scared. And I have faith.
Speaker: that faith in know I And I want to jump. I never jumped in ocean. I could barely swim. i want to. i couldn't jump. So guess what I did? had to pause before I jumped an ocean. And in that pause, I said, God, ah know I have to trust you. I know I have to let go.
Speaker: I know you have me.
Speaker: I jumped. I swam to the back of the boat. I felt liberated. I had the faith, but I had the pause to build the trust, to take the action and jump.
Speaker: So sometimes wherever you are in your life, you want to transition or you want go to the next phase, but you have the pause to reset, to recalibrate, to get grounded within yourself so you can feel what you need to do.
Speaker: and not think what you should do because that's logic. We want to get into the spirit of your fitness. We want to feel, right? Even knowing is not enough.
Speaker: We got to feel what we know. We got to feel it. And when you feel it, more things reveal. So wherever you are right now, get out of your mind, be here now, be in your body, be in your heart. Let's put your hand over your heart.
Speaker: Let's just talk to the cells our body. Let's take a deep breath and
Speaker: Body, i love you. Let's take another one.
Speaker: Body, thank you.
Speaker: ah love myself unconditionally. One more.
Speaker: And I'm open and available to receive more. Now, which just took place? You. Just create a space within yourself to receive from yourself, to receive the words, to receive your energy, to witness yourself in your own essence, in your own vibration, in your own frequency.
Speaker: And guess what didn't happen? You didn't judge yourself. Why? Because you feel safe. And that's why pausing is so important. So we have to pause to get into our body, out of our mind, so we can feel safe, so we can trust what's coming through.
Speaker: And the more you trust yourself and the more you take those pauses that you need, the more you will expand, you will amplify and create the life of your dreams. So that's why in the five pillars of spiritual fitness is intention, movement, breath work, affirmations, and prayer.
Speaker: What we just did in this space, we had an intention was to pause. You can check out the pause chapter my book where i talk about everything I just showed you. And in this space, what did we just do?
Speaker: We moved our energy through words, through breathing. That's also movement. I'm always got to be running and lifting weights. We also moved our energy. We moved the words through our body. We felt things, right? Some of you might be emotional right now. Some of you might want to cry. Some of you might feel safe. We're like, man, this feels great. I feel liberated.
Speaker: Because you allowed yourself to witness yourself with yourself. I'm just a space holder. So this is why spiritual fitness will change your life. And this is why if you don't have the book, you should order the book and read it.
Speaker: Because it's a transmission to come through your vessel to change the frequency to change your life. Spiritual fitness is about the we of the world. communion, community. How do we, right, come together to make a better world?
Speaker: Because when we are better together, the world is better. But the important thing to get better with itself, we got to feel safe with self. Some of us don't feel safe by ourselves. We don't feel safe alone. We don't feel safe in our body.
Speaker: So we stay in our mind. We stay busy at work. We're constantly spending money. We're constantly going out. I also encourage you guys and you get time once a month or once a week, sit in silence for 10 minutes and trust that pause of those 10 minutes.
Speaker: And don't try to think about anything. Just witness yourself, witness the thoughts that comes up, witness everything you're going through. And what's going to happen is you want to build a stronger nervous system.
Speaker: to not be anxious at times or worry. just going to be able to sit with yourself. And it's not going to be easy. It's going to feel odd It's going to feel different. But I just gave you the revenue of how you set that space up when you do that.
Speaker: It's by trusting the pause. You take this pausing technique, this pause activation meditation, and you use it every part of your life. And your life will change. Because guess what? Your frequency is changing.
Speaker: Right? Trust the pause. Let's take a deep breath.
Speaker: Thank you, body. Let's take another one.
Speaker: Thank you, mind. Last one.
Speaker: Thank you, heart.
Speaker: So in this space, what also could be coming up, you'll probably get downloads, you're getting ideas, things are coming to you. Write it down. Get your phone out, i'll get a pen out, write it out.
Speaker: This is how you connect with your spirit so you can hear it. And this is how you start with creating from your soul and from your heart. Because soul consciousness through spiritual fitness is...
Speaker: creation and collaboration. The ego, where the mind is, is comparison and competition. We want to create and collaborate. We want co-create with God, the creator, and we want to collaborate with the universe.
Speaker: So by you pausing, taking this time, intentional time to pause and move the words, move the breathing through your body, You're more available for life. You're more present. You're more here. You can see yourself. You can feel yourself. You can witness yourself for your highest good. And you're able to say, man, I'm all right.
Speaker: All is well. All will be well. I'm well. I'm safe. And I'm love. So throughout your weeks, throughout your days, throughout the months, remember to pause.
Speaker: to set the intentions, to pause, to take a deep breath,
Speaker: to be here now and know that you deserve to take your time and breathe in a pausing state. And that's the after meditation that I want you to integrate, to embody, and to activate.
Speaker: the next two weeks of your life. For 14 days, do this and see what comes up. I promise you from my heart, things in your life will change because you'll be more aware, more available, and you'll able to maybe the feel and trust what's coming through and what's coming up.
Speaker: Slow. The more we take our time and breathe, the better we are. Nothing fast usually lasts. So it's good to pause and...
Speaker: be here. So you guys out there, stay spiritually fit. Remember, get the book, read the pausing chapter, read integration chapter, and embody this in everyday life.
Speaker: And I'm going leave you with this. Spirituality is trust and awareness. Fitness is integration and embodiment. So there you are.
Speaker: You're spiritually fit through pausing, through your breath, through your body, through your soul, through your essence. Take a deep breath and let's pause.
Speaker: So it is. Thank you. it's be great. Always pause. Peace.
