I was sitting and I was thinking, I said, you know what? i'm going to talk about spiritual fitness in a way that's so relatable, that's so understandable, that everybody that's going to listen and see this is going to really get it. So here's the thing, people.

Losing weight is not hard. Making money is not hard. Finding a romantic partner is not hard. Finding a job is not hard. Getting along with your family members is not hard.

What is hard and challenging is tapping into our spiritual fitness where we feel centered and aligned in our higher self and we're not distracted by distractions.

So today's episode, I'm going to teach you five ways and five things, areas of your life that you can tap into your spiritual fitness to change your life, to make more money, to evolve, to transform, to call in love, a partner, opportunity, and abundance. And look,

I fail at this at times too. So it's constant work. You have to work at it. It's like a muscle. I don't just go to the gym once a week. I've been going to the gym for years.

So imagine if I've been going to the gym for years, working out, running miles, lifting weights, all the things. What makes you or me or we think we don't have to do the work on the areas where we lack money, relationships with people or partner, potential partners, family members. It all requires some type of effort and energy. So here's the thing. First thing first. Number one,
Physical Exercise as Spiritual Wealth

uno. This is what you need to know and this is what you need to really think about. It's s cliche. Health is wealth.

But the real wealth is stored in your body. In order to get the wealth and the health of your soul, of your life, you have to tap into your body. You have to move your body.

You have to move your energy. Movement is medicine. Motion changes emotion. There's times where I'm on calls with clients and they might not be lifting weights, They might not even be running them out.

They might be walking on a treadmill and releasing the energy that wants to come out of their body, speaking it to me, and we transmute that and turn it into power. And sometimes in that exercise, in that workout, in that container, they're crying, they're upset, they're frustrated. But what's happening?

They're moving their energy out their body as they move their body. They're talking, they're speaking, they're moving. So, number one. Your health, write this down, get your phone out, get your notes. Your health is number one. You need to be going to the gym three to four times a week, at least 30 minutes, or you you need to at least be intentional about moving your body three to four times a week for 30 minutes. and i'm I'm not asking you to be triathlon or run a marathon or lift heavy weights or do a thousand burpees. I'm asking you

to put your health first. I'm asking you to honor your body, honor your thinking, honor your energy that wants to move in your body. So that's number one.
Influence of Environment on Spiritual Fitness

Number one is your health. Get deeper into the alignment, to the center of you. You have to get into your physical health, your physical fitness, right? That's also part of spiritual fitness.

All right. That's number one. If that's lacking, I need you to put more energy into that. Number two, your environment, right? Who are you around all the time?

What do you see most of the times? And what energy are you keeping or taking in that's not yours? So we are the energy we keep.

We are the energy we surround ourselves with. Proximity is power, osmosis. You are the five people you hang around. What you do frequently will become your frequency. And I will add, what you see consistently will become your reality.

Because what you see is your blueprint of what you believe or unconsciously you will be believing. So I know you have friends that you love. i know you have people and family members that you love. Everybody.

is not on the journey of enlightenment. Everyone's not on the journey of fulfillment or health or wellbeing. And I would love to have everybody on the journey, but if you are listening and watching this, this is your journey. So number two, your environment matters. The music you listen to, the thoughts you think, the conversation you're having on the side, social media accounts you follow, which you take in, which you listen to, right?

Your environment is everything. So your environment also is the food you consume. So all these things to get spiritually in alignment of the fitness of you to get the life you want.

Number one is your health and well-being, moving your body. Number two is your environment. What are you waking up to every day? What are you listening to every day? What are you reading? What are the thoughts you're thinking? What conversations are you having? It's really simple.

This is not rocket science. This is all relatable.
Self-Perception and Identity in Spiritual Life

Number three, how do you see yourself? Right. How do you see yourself? Because how you see yourself is how you're going to show up for yourself and how you're going show up for others. I see myself as someone who's consistent, who does what he says. And look, I sometimes drop the ball and I don't commit to the things I tell myself. So I'm not perfect. I'm not asking be perfect, but I'm showing up consistently. I'm doing the work. I'm holding myself accountable. And what I'm not doing is beating myself up or tearing myself down when I don't.

make it count or I don't get it done. I'm having grace and compassion. So how do you see yourself? That's number three. How do you see yourself? Your identity or how you see yourself? you Because the identity that you are consistent in, that you're persistent in, that you constantly show up in is going to be your reality. So if I'm a spiritual fitness expert, I'm a personal development coach. I read astrology charts, numerology, human design, all these things that help a person be their best self. By me having all this information on myself, I have to strive to be the best I can be every day.

So I see myself as a creator, as a leader, as a thought leader, a spiritual mentor, a space holder, a healer, all these things. But I have to be doing a work when no one's looking.

So how do you see yourself? Four, spirituality, right? What's your spirituality? How you getting connected to

your spirit? See, the world is designed to keep you disconnected from your heart, disconnected from your spirit and your soul, but to keep you trapped in his mind, to have fear, to have doubt, worry, anxiety, and to think of the worst and not to think of the best.

The world is conditioned for us to be programmed in scarcity and not abundance. Your spiritual currency, spirituality, spiritual fitness is what you need the most every day. And you have to work your spiritual muscle like your physical muscles every day. So the question is, what is spirituality to you?

Are you getting up early? Maybe you don't have to get early. Do you pray? Do you meditate? Do you journal, right? Do you ground? Do you walk? Do you sit in silence? spirituality is nothing but an inner awareness of your inner self trusting that part of you but not only trusting that part which is i.e intuition your discernment but constantly going inward into the soul of yourself to understand who you are Because when you're super spiritual, you're connected to that part of you, you don't need too much logic or identification in the physical realm for you to do or trust what you're doing or what you're going to do.

So I'm speaking to you to get you in a space where you trust the spirit of you, your intuition, You're listening to your discernment and you're discerning things. You're discerning who she who should be your friend, where you should live, if you should quit the job, if this is a great partner, right?

So you have to commit. So again, just like I said in the beginning, if your physical fitness is lacking, that's fine. I need you to put more energy into that. Three to four times week to move the body. So if your spiritual fitness is lacking, I need you to commit to 10 to 15 minutes of that a day.

Whether it's meditation, praying, affirmations, mantra, breath work. It sounds boring, it sounds cliche, it sounds like, I don't want to do that. But you'll be constantly thinking negative. You'll constantly follow social media accounts that put out negativity.

You'll constantly believe the fears of your mind. And here's the thing, the reason we have fears And the reason we believe them, because we can control our fears. You can control what you think is going to happen because you can see the worst thing happening. What if I don't pay my rent? What if the person don't text me back? What if I don't get the job off? You're literally creating that reality in your mind and you're running with these narratives. And this is why finding a job, finding a partner, making more money, creating creating a product, creating life is ah is a challenge or hard for us is because we're in the opposite of that. We're actually in the lack of creation.

We're not in the abundance of creation because we're thinking the worst and not thinking the best. We have to program our mind, our subconscious, our bodies, our soul for greatness, for success, for fulfillment and abundance. And guess how that works?
Certainty and Trust in Spiritual Growth

You have to constantly do the work, just like I'm constantly going to the gym. It's not going to happen overnight. Are you listening to your listening? Are you following your intuition?

Or are you going against it because you're afraid? That's a you thing. That's not a world thing. That's not your mom, your dad, your partner, your sibling, your job. That is you versus you.

All right? So I'm go over here and we got one more. I'm going wrap it up. Number one, to get into alignment of your highest self, to live a spiritual fit life. Number one is your health has to be a priority.

Number two, your environment is everything. Whatever energy you take in, it's going to attract things to you or you're going to repel things from you. Or going to think a certain way because the environment. Number three, how do you see yourself? What is the identity you hold of yourself? How do you perceive yourself in your higher mind?

Do you see yourself being successful, happy, fulfilled, or you programmed for lack and limitation? And this is not a time for me to make you feel like you're not enough. I'm trying to figure out what thoughts and what choices are you making based on your thinking. Number four, spirituality, spiritual fitness. Where is your spiritual currency at?

How often are you utilizing the spirit of you? Because look, we got to get connected to the heart. So you got to get grounded in the truth. If not, we're going to run the rat race and be on the hamster wheel of destruction, of hurt, of pain, of frustration, because we're too much in this thinking mind. And I do this as well.

So I'm no different than you. We're all relatable. i challenge I get challenged where um I could be meditating my mind is still gone. So I got do breath work to

Drop me into my body. And last but not least, number five. Number five is certainty, right? You have to have certainty. You have to trust and believe in something more than having the evidence of it.

Because everything in life is uncertain. We don't know what tomorrow may bring. We don't know what the world is, or what's gonna come to our doorstep tomorrow, but we have certainty we're gonna be all right. When you book that flight to Barbados or to Canada or to New York or to Miami, and you booked it today, you have certainty that achieve when you when you go maybe it's two weeks from now, two months, three months, summertime, you're going.

That's certainty. You're not thinking about the outcome. was talking to a client yesterday about she said she was flying to a location and because of the terminal where she was gone, there wasn't a lack of staff at the airport.

So they was just staying in the air for like 20, 30 minutes. And I was like, the gap of life is what we have to fall into to trust the outcome of life. So this is how you actually fall in love, right? You fall in love because when you're falling in love, there's a gap you fall into. But when you fall into that gap, in that gap, you have certainty that the outcome is going to be great.

But what most of us do when things are not going our way and things are not in alignment or don't benefit us in the moment, we're constantly trying to control or figure out what's happening or with that outcome. Did I get the audition? Is the person going text me back? When is the money coming? We're we're in and we're in the ah the gap space. We're trying to figure out the outcome instead of just letting the outcome be here. And I'm just trusting. So when you on a plane, right, or if I'm driving from Orange County to Los Angeles, I'm not thinking and about when I get up and get in my car, what's going to be on the highway or the freeway. I'm not thinking about that.

That's the outcome. If I'm giving that thought, I'm not in the income, the gap phase of the drive. So I say all that to say, i need you to get spiritually fit, but I need you to get back to loving yourself. And I need you to have certainty. And a lot of that certainty is going to come from you tapping into your spirituality.

Right. It's going to put in your health first, moving your body, understanding and being aware of the environment you're in. And also understanding who you are, what you are, and how do you see yourself.

Because no one is going to treat you better than you treat yourself.
Changing Narratives for Personal Success

No one's going to love you more than you, and no one can be you more than you. So let's not make the things we want and desire a challenge. They're only a challenge because we've been programmed and conditioned to believe they're challenge, and that's the story we tell ourselves.
