That may look differently for everyone, obviously. One area is photography. Go out there, grab your phone, take some pictures, go watch the sunset or sunrise, right? Journal, write down your thoughts or experiences, arts and crafts, engage in do-it-yourself projects.

Also focus on your on your nutrition and the health benefits of the food that you're eating in this job. It's very, very stressful sometimes. And even if you prepare, you're running and eating on the go. And sometimes what happens is you don't bring food and you wind up grabbing junk and that's not good for you. So meal prep with some friends, meal prep with your family, have some healthy snack options, perhaps ah perhaps ask your department to have a machine installed that has healthy options.
