I love your energy. You have great energy. You're so positive. And that phrase has always been, or the thing is, how are you so positive? Like, what people saying? Because I'm in my body. I'm in my life.

So I'm going to attract a lot of that brand deals all for working on my energy. So the intentions was every day of my life, I'm going to work on my energy. going to meditate. I'm going pray. going to work out. I'm going to eat good. I'm going to rest. to all the things.

These are going practical things that everyone can do. Doesn't matter what class, how much money you have, if you have a job, you don't have a job, because everything starts in your mind.

It's called your inner wealth, the energy you invest in yourself, the energy you imply and invest in your mind. Number one, you have to feel the gratitude of life.

What do I mean by that? What are you literally grateful for? Not what sounds good to be grateful for. What are you literally grateful for? So every day, every morning, I need you to get in your body and write down three things you're really grateful for.

They sold my page, did an interview with me, and I got a free trip to go to Peru and it changed my life.

All because I was visible on my platform. So I'm grateful for people because people have changed my life through who they are, through who they know, and relationships run the world. The real money, the real currency is in the relationships, healthy relationships. So that's number two that I'm grateful for.

Three, I'm really grateful for my spirituality. I pray every day. I meditate every day. I'm so grateful for it. So those are my three things. My spirituality, people, relationships run the world, and this podcast.

The Power of Movement

These three things right now in the moment, this is what I feel gratitude. So number one, gratitude. You have to have an attitude of gratitude, which means to feel the gratitude, not just express it because it sounds better. ok That's how we're going to really anchor in a higher frequency to live on a higher timeline.

Start your day with gratitude. Two, you have to move your body. I know, I know you don't like the gym. It just makes you feel uncomfortable. you might You don't feel safe in your body. You're insecure. Okay, we're all insecure. we all have problems.

You need to move your body. If you look at all the people in the world, people who make the most, do the best, they have energy. And in order to change your energy, you need to move the energy. Motion changes emotion and movement is medicine.

So number two, we need you. Yes, you, the one who don't want to go to the gym, who don't feel competent or confident, go to the gym. 30 minutes, three days a week. Move your body.

You want to change the frequency? You want to change your life? You've got to do things different. So we got gratitude. We got movement. Three, I want you to develop some form of prayer, affirmation, or mantra that you can say every day to yourself.

I don't want to put no spiritual projections on you or no religion ah no faith. I want you to find out what it is, the thing that you believe in. Find a prayer that you can consistently call in every morning, and every day, a mantra or affirmation.

and recite it, say it, believe in it. You have to have something that's connected to your heart, to your soul. If I give you what I should think you should say, it might not connect with you because it's not a part of you. part of me. It could help you.

I want something that's a part of your own soul, your own essence. So find a mantra, prayer, affirmation that you can say every day, consistently.

Environment and Reality

Number four, I need you to think about your environment.

In order to also change your life, you have to be in a right environment. I grew up in Baltimore City. I love Baltimore. Baltimore's changing. It's grown. Gentrification has taken over. The crime rate is 50%, 60% lower than it's ever been. Great. Shouts out to the mayor.

But corona, it was very negative. A lot of violence, a lot of pain, a lot of challenges in the external environment. So when I got 20, I was able to go to ah junior college. and then from junior college, I went to Hampton University.

had to leave. And then once I graduated from Hampton, I came LA. Your environment will create your reality as well. Because whatever you see on your day-to-day is going to affect how you think, what you believe, and what you say.

Also, the environment of your home and your environment where you live, your peers, all that too is your environment. The job you're in. If you're constantly around negative energy, negative people, and this could be your family, could be your working environment, could be your boss.

Guess what? You're going to take on that energy. So try your best where you can to cultivate a healthy environment for yourself, for your mind, for your body, for everything around you.

Okay. I live in a space where it's peaceful, it's quiet, but outside it's a little different. Water inside is really great. So that still impacts me when I go out. So my environment is I'm in l a weather's nice.

Good looking people here. You see nice cars, palm trees. realize your environment will change your life. So really think about the environment you're in, people you got to come home to, the negatives, or they're training your energy, that's your environment.

Appearance and Self-Esteem

And five, I want you to really look your best. If you don't have the money, you don't try your best to look your best. Because when you try your best to look your best, and I'm not saying go and get...

wear a bunch of makeup or eyelashes or have a haircut every day or your hair or nails did every day. I want you to intentionally look your best. Why? Because when you look your best, you feel your best.

and Sometimes you might not feel your best, but people make you feel good based on how you look if they give me your acknowledgement. That's why when you see people that go to the gym or celebrities or people, you just, I like their energy.

Ask them what they do every day. I bet they work out. I bet you they prioritize rest or looking good. So when you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, you do good. When you do good, everything's good.

So these are the five things I want you to focus on to raise your frequency, to strengthen your vibration, to live a successful life within your body, within your mind. And then once you master that for 21 days, watch things in your external environment start to change because they have to change because your energy is changing.

So number one, gratitude. You have to have gratitude. You've got to be grateful. What what are we grateful for? I'm grateful for this podcast, my spirituality, relationships around the world.

So really think about that. What are you grateful for? Number two, work out. Move your body. Three days a week, 30 minutes. Three, prayer, affirmation, or mantra.

Who's in your environment? What environment are you taking in? Check your environment. Get in a better environment. Five, look good. Look good. Be fly. Be swag. Look good. Love yourself. Look good. Shine, shine, shine, shine, shine.

Yes, look good. Stop playing. You know when you feel good and get haircut? Oh, man, that fresh, oh, I feel gorgeous. Left the gym, muscles will pop. Ladies, get their hair did, nails done.

but but Boom, boom, boom, boom. You want to look good so you can feel good. Those five things are going to raise your frequency, shift your vibration to a higher vibration for you to attract the things you always wanted and desire.

21-Day Transformation Habits

But you have to do this for 21 days. You have to be consistent and you have to put in the reps and the sets and the time and pour into yourself. These five things is part of you unconsciously loving yourself.

Self-love. What am I grateful for? What do I feel gratitude in Yes, let's work out on that body. I love my body. My body loves me. Pray. going pray every day. Oh, God, thank you for the day. What's from my environment? Who are they getting called? Who's on my line? Who are my friends?

Do we have high-level conversations? Are conversations healthy? Is it gossip? Am I scrolling on social media? bunch of negative things following? That's an environment, too. Your social media accounts. Right? I'm going to good.

I don't care what I got. A big account. don't care who's watching. going to look good, baby. I'm going to look good. I need you to look good. I guarantee you, if you do these five things, your life will change. And in 21 days, come back to me and I guarantee your life change.

Because I did it. I've done it. In those years, from 2018 to probably like 2021, I got a lot of brain deals. I had a lot of success. And all I was doing was working on my energy every day.

Yep, I'm meditating. Yep, I'm praying. Yep, I'm working out. I'm journaling. I'm around good people, around good energy. I'm in my energy. I feel good. I love myself unconditionally. Every day. I work on my energy. energy You're so positive.

So people don't even know. When I get up in the morning, prayer, breath work, meditation, affirmations, I might pray again. I send my girlfriend to pray every day. um I might pray again. And boom, I'm in the gym.

So now, if you see me in the gym, you're like, man, you got great energy. Or if you see me outside the gym, you don't even know all these intangible things I did to recalibrate my nervous system and my soul. So when you're coming into my essence, that's the impact.

All the income, energy, investment, I'm putting it to myself. Read books. Also reading. That's a bonus one. Why should you read? Because knowledge is the precursor to success. First you get the knowledge.

The more knowledge you get, the more eventually you're going to start attracting the things that the knowledge was inserting in your mind while you're reading. Because you can't read something for a long time and not attract it. Think about it.

You can't say something for a long time and not manifest it. Read. So people, it's very simple. I don't want to overwhelm it. Do these five things. Got the bonus. Number six is read books. I guarantee for 21 days, your life will change.

I'm not worrying about what's going to happen on our outside. If I'm doing what I could do on the inside, the outside is going to be lovely because I'm working on myself because I love myself.

I accept myself where I'm at. No matter what's going in my world, I'm going to put this work on. You got to take action. You can't talk. You can talk to me blue on face. We must take action to get the manifestation.
