Introducing Christopher Lee Maher

00:00:48
Speaker
I have retired U.S. Navy SEAL, a best-selling author, and a holistic wellness pioneer, Christopher Lee Maher.
00:00:58
Speaker
And he talks about true body intelligence, trauma, being in the body, feeling the body, and living a life that's well aligned. Christopher Welcome to the podcast. How are you?
00:01:10
Speaker
Before we got on, we had a really great discussion about the Ravens and the Eagles. He's from the East Coast. Lilo's in LA, but he's actually in Thailand right now, right? Yeah, I'm in Thailand and Chiang Mai at a health resort called Dow Gardens.
00:01:23
Speaker
Best place to come if you want to get healthy. I love that. And healthy in what capacity? Well, spiritually, physiologically, structurally, emotionally, energetically.

From Navy SEAL to Holistic Wellness

00:01:35
Speaker
In your life of work, how do I get into the space of true body intelligence? And what was the anchor that led you to that moment where you say, this is my life's work and this is what I need to step into?
00:01:46
Speaker
I used to run a business called Fitness Fanatics out San Diego, and I did all the training outdoors. So when you think of CrossFit and you see those guys, I was the original CrossFitter. Part of what comes of being an athlete is soft tissue challenges, right? So you might get iliotibial band friction syndrome, runner's knee, crossfit. compartment syndrome.
00:02:06
Speaker
You might rupture a bursa in one of your joints. It just comes with the territory because you're over utilizing the body. You're using it up and then the restoration is that long enough or deep enough.
00:02:17
Speaker
And so then your body sends you little signals saying, hey, I need you to slow down. i was someone who was never going to listen to that because i went to a boarding school for 10 years and then I was In the Navy for eight years and in the Naval Special Warfare community as a U.S. Navy SEAL for six years.
00:02:36
Speaker
When you look at that, you can see, OK, this guy has been trained to overcome whatever he's dealing with, or at the very least push down the pain and keep moving forward because the mission and the goal. is always more important than how I'm feeling.
00:02:53
Speaker
And so I got used to ignoring these subtle influences, or let's say alarms that were going off in my body and my body telling me, hey, Chris, you need to chill out.
00:03:06
Speaker
And I was like, no, you need to listen to me. don't listen to you. And then eventually, once I got the car accident, all the pain that I had went right into the center of my hip. And then I could never get away from it. There was no reprieve ever.
00:03:19
Speaker
It was always something, just pulsing. It was like someone was sticking an ice pick in the middle of my hip all the time. And whether I was sitting, jumping, hopping, skipping, running, but didn't matter what I was doing.
00:03:31
Speaker
Even when I was sleeping, if I was a side sleeper that night, there was going to be a point where I woke up and the hip was really throbbing. I'd have to switch positions like constantly. I could never get away from this. I would say the pain was probably the catalyst. I was never the person who was waking up when I was conscious.
00:03:51
Speaker
There was thinking like, oh, I want to be of great service to the world. Now, when I was a kid and I was going to church and I was hearing the stories about Jesus and what he was doing, I can remember that like seven to probably like 14, I was hoping that I could do something of great value. Once I started to develop my identity.
00:04:13
Speaker
and I started getting recognition and value that I had value for being an athlete and using my body, then all those ideas went out the window. And so once I had the pain in my body, I reached out and i asked for help, and I had somebody come in and give me help that was beyond what everybody else was delivering.
00:04:33
Speaker
That changed everything. And literally within one day of being out of pain, I changed my mindset to going, oh, this has value. It's so much that comes up in that beautiful story.
00:04:43
Speaker
I think about the book, The Body Keeps the Score. I think about Ed Hartoli books, Awaking New Life Purpose, when he talks about paying body. But to go deeper into that story of the timeline of your life and what part of your life was the gap between you were young, you was an athlete, you Navy SEAL, and then you had the accident. So what happened is once I left the SEAL teams, I wanted to go into something that made a lot of sense for me, something that I knew I was already good at naturally. So I decided that I had a dream and my dream was I want to get to the Olympic trials.
00:05:18
Speaker
So I ran 400, 800 meters, 1500 a year in there. And then I did cross country. So I thought, okay, maybe track and field is what I should be doing. Because when I was an athlete, it seemed like all the stars were alive.
00:05:31
Speaker
It all worked out. I had great relationships. I was getting powerful reflections from the outside world. that I had value. So i thought, okay, let's go back into that.
00:05:42
Speaker
And I went into that. The problem was this, is I went into training for track and field with a SEAL team mindset. So every repetition at practice for me was a race because in SEAL training, what happens is the instructors measure the boat crews up against each other and the boat crew, there's seven other guys, right?
00:06:01
Speaker
And every day you're doing a different kind of race. And whoever wins the race gets more rest. And so you wanted to be in a boat crew where guys put out 110% so that you could get some rest and relax.
00:06:15
Speaker
Otherwise, these other guys, they had to do twice as much work. So I said, okay, if I can motivate my boat crew to always be the winning boat crew, then my body won't be as beat up as these other guys.
00:06:27
Speaker
And so I took on these mindsets that were kind of, they were limiting beliefs. They worked in the SEAL teams, they worked in the military, but they didn't work in the real world. And I kept running these limiting beliefs while I was training for track and field.
00:06:40
Speaker
Literally every single repetition was a race for me. And the body can only race so much. It's like, you know, we were talking about the Ravens and Eagles. When these guys show up to work on Tuesday morning after they get a day of rest, they don't have the pads on. They're not smashing into each other 110 an hour. Well, say technically 20 22 miles an hour.
00:07:02
Speaker
technically twenty to twenty two miles They're not doing that. They're resting up and then, you know, preparing mentally, preparing emotionally, keeping their strength up. And then they're doing their race, their game on Sunday.
00:07:15
Speaker
And then they get another six days to restore themselves. Nope, not for me. Every single day was a race. Every single practice was a race. And i was putting in more tension.
00:07:26
Speaker
I was putting in more stress. I was putting in more distortion. then my body could have recovered from them in a 24-hour period. And then I started to accumulate. And then when you accumulate more tension, more stress, it transforms into physical tension.
00:07:41
Speaker
And then that physical tension, because your muscles attach to tendons that attach those muscles to bones, you get what's called structural distortions. And now I'm training in a body that's structurally distorted because I am unable to recognize that I need rest.
00:07:59
Speaker
And the thing is, not only rest, but we can rest the mind because I experienced that in life where being in Hollywood, being a former athlete myself, it's always about what I can get, never about what becoming.
00:08:11
Speaker
And then if I become a new thing, it's like, what's the next thing? So I ran life. I never felt in my body. It was always in my higher ups. I have all this information knowing I wasn't feeling life.
00:08:23
Speaker
So anything I would gain, Didn't really feel the way it looked because I wasn't present in it. And so I ran for my body. And that's why I was asking for you when you had that accident.
00:08:33
Speaker
I believe the body keeps the score. The body knows better than we do. But like in my instance, I spiritually bypass a lot of my feelings and emotions because of fear. I don't want to feel the pain that my body is trying to get me to feel, to transmute it, to go into the next level of my life.
00:08:50
Speaker
And you said pain is a catalyst. And I don't know if you have the answer to this question, but in my research, when I study great people, great leaders, athletes, entertainers, I feel there's a pattern of a lot of pain, but with that pain, they know how to transmute that to gain. And don't about saying this an absolute truth, but I believe based on what I'm seeing that in order to have a great life, one has endured some type of pain. Do you agree with that? Like what is the correlation or the equilibrium to that formula of life within

Impact of Childhood Stress on Performance

00:09:24
Speaker
a body? Why does that measure up that way?
00:09:26
Speaker
When we look at the body and the brain and the nervous system, we want to think about stages of growth. Every human has a conscious mind. They have an unconscious emotional body, which is accessed through the breath.
00:09:39
Speaker
They have a subconscious physical body, which is accessed through position and movement and instinct. And then they have a super conscious spiritual body, which is accessed through energy, light, frequency, and vibration.
00:09:53
Speaker
So you got physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Conscious, unconscious, subconscious, super conscious. So if I am a child who grows up in a household,
00:10:04
Speaker
where there's a massive amount of stress that's greater than the norm. So my precognitive years, my first seven years, which is stored in my subconscious, stored in my body, is more resilient.
00:10:20
Speaker
Because those stress levels between womb and seven were greater. Or the opposite is also true. If I was able to manage that stress load correctly, it sets me up when I get into the real world much later down the road to be able to have and deal with greater amounts of stress so I can be more successful.
00:10:40
Speaker
But let's say this person wasn't able to handle that stress. The stress load was greater than they could manage. Then it means that stress is stored somewhere and that stress can cause them to implode.
00:10:55
Speaker
And what that means is when they implode, they shut down emotionally when the biggest moments come. So let's say we can look at somebody like Patrick Mahomes, like Josh Allen, you like Jalen Hurts. So we got Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts on the left.
00:11:10
Speaker
We got Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson on the right. For those of you who aren't athletes, these are quarterbacks in the NFL. Historically, if you look at them, what you're going to see is this.
00:11:22
Speaker
When the moment is the greatest, two of them implode and two of them explode. And the ones that explode between Womb and Seven, they were able to successfully manage the stress loads that they were able to deal with.
00:11:37
Speaker
And so they're looking for the biggest moment. So Patrick McCollum, it's Jalen Hurts. They're looking for the biggest moments. Like when you look at Jalen Hurts and you look at Patrick McCollum, the two things that you notice is in the fourth quarter, they have the highest QB rating, have the highest QBR.
00:11:53
Speaker
They have the highest completion percentage. All of it is the highest. When the moment is the greatest, meaning when it's the most stressful, they relax the most.
00:12:05
Speaker
Other guys, when it's the most stressful, they get more stressed because their internal tension is greater than their talent. Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts, when the moment is the greatest, their internal stress and tension is lower than their talent.
00:12:24
Speaker
So they get to maximize their talent in the largest moments. Tom Brady, Joe Montana, you'd go down the line and you see the guys that won two or more Super Bowls or have been in two or more Super Bowls.
00:12:38
Speaker
For instance, so let's take Peyton Manning. Let's take his brother, Eli. Eli Manning goes up against the greatest of all time. And when he went head to head with Tom Brady, when the moment was the greatest, the most intense, he was the most relaxed and the most successful.
00:12:55
Speaker
When Tom Brady went up against him, he fell apart. you know Sports is a great place to look at stress, tension, distortion, and resilience and go, wow, there's a pattern here.
00:13:06
Speaker
How do we solve the pattern? Well, the pattern exists in the musical world as well. It exists in the performance world. I'm sure there are greater actors now. Yeah. i assume there's greater asters than meryl stre but when the lights came on and there were five hundred people staring at them merriln danzel they know how to let it all go and be themselves Meaning they're connecting to their super conscious aspect of themselves that's connected to the divine.
00:13:38
Speaker
ah And now God coursed through them. And now what happens? They have absolute success. Okay. Then we have other actors They're in the room.
00:13:49
Speaker
They're getting an opportunity to pitch for this part. They get in there and they start fumbling all over their words. But in the end, if you looked at them and you looked at the history of their life, you would be able to see, oh, this person was never able to overcome this.
00:14:07
Speaker
Detention, stress, distortion, and trauma from their childhood. And so when that biggest moment came, instead of exploding with love and light and presence, they imploded and they shut down emotionally and all their gifts were no longer accessible at the highest level.
00:14:24
Speaker
Okay. To someone who didn't grow up with the energetics of resiliency, because they had to, no matter their circumstances, Baltimore a very intense environment that I had live through, as well as at other people all over the world.
00:14:40
Speaker
How do you build a vessel or body where you can embrace the stress of life, embrace the pressure, embrace the challenge, embrace To have greater authority over that moment and feel as present and calm as possible to succeed, is that even possible?

Reducing Stress to Enhance Personal Power

00:15:00
Speaker
Yes, of course. This is what my work is about, True Body Intelligence, because everyone was given a different childhood. But how you were reared as a child should no longer determine the outcomes as an adult.
00:15:13
Speaker
Well, when my mom grew up in a stressful household in the sense that she had someone break her physical, emotional, and sexual boundaries when she was young.
00:15:24
Speaker
And so, of course, she never felt safe anywhere she went after that moment because if there's a man in the field, the woman's never going feel safe. So she was unable to maximize the potential and the gifts that God gave her.
00:15:36
Speaker
But if this is 2025, if I had access to my mom when she was 17 or 18 or 19 or 20 years old, I could have easily interfered with that pattern Transmuted that experience, turned that darkness and that shadow into light.
00:15:52
Speaker
And then the exact opposite thing would have happened instead of taking her own life, which is what she did. She committed suicide at 29. What she would have done is she would have devoted her life to saving other people's lives.
00:16:04
Speaker
So in 1976, you and I weren't available to help people who were stuck in these debilitating patterns that suppressed their light and their power, their frequency, vibration, their love, and their presence.
00:16:23
Speaker
Now it's 2025, so any human in the world can get on the internet, can find somebody like you, can find somebody like me, and they can start to figure out ways where they can slowly start to diminish their lifetime accumulated stress loads, their lifetime accumulated tension loads, and their lifetime accumulated trauma loads.
00:16:44
Speaker
And if they can reduce that, as that reduces, what happens is their power is going to raise, their vibration is going to raise, the light's going to raise, the presence is going to raise. So it really is about reduction and having a successful pattern interrupt.
00:17:00
Speaker
And what do we want to interrupt? We want to interrupt the fight or flight response. So when Lamar and Josh are in the fight or flight response, when the moment matters most, they shut down because the blood moves from the prefrontal cortex to the amygdala.
00:17:15
Speaker
And Jalen and Patrick, their blood that's in the back of their brain moves the prefrontal cortex. And now they're able to access all of the experiences necessary in order to have a successful play.
00:17:30
Speaker
When it's all on the line, that's the difference. Well, guess what? I work with Penn State University's wrestling team, which is the most prolific sports team in the world.
00:17:42
Speaker
They've won 12 of the last 14 NCAA championships, like ridiculously successful. So I've been able to do a bunch of research and see what the effect is.
00:17:52
Speaker
And if you look at Penn State University, you have 18-year-old kids year-old kid beating up on 32-year-old professional wrestlers, and they're 18 years old.
00:18:04
Speaker
How is this happening? Well, it's happening because we create a successful pattern in a ruck. We turn on both hemispheres of their brain, so the masculine and the feminine are both available.
00:18:15
Speaker
And now when they go into a moment... Their brain is more dynamic and so it sees more options. When you're that fight or flight response, you move out of dynamic thought into singular thought and you only have a couple options.
00:18:29
Speaker
Well, imagine if I can see six options and you can only see two. I have a distinct advantage in making my dreams come true. I have a distinct advantage in building the kind of relationship that I want.
00:18:41
Speaker
Let's say my lady's freaking out. I have multiple options. Instead of shutting her down, I have the option to listen, to do active listening and reflect back to her that I'm hearing what she's saying.
00:18:54
Speaker
I have the option to walk away because she's gone too far. I have the option to set a boundary. I have the option to communicate clearly on how I'm feeling affected by what she's saying.
00:19:05
Speaker
But if I'm the fight or flight response, I got two options. I can either say or do whatever I need to do to shut her down or i can walk away. So when we talk about resilience and we're looking at the individual or we're looking at the family or we're looking at community, the culture, the nation, the globe, we want to be thinking as an individual, i am also part of a family.
00:19:29
Speaker
As an individual, I'm also part of the community. As an individual, I'm also part of culture. As an individual, I'm also part of a nation. How do we know that these things have importance to us?
00:19:41
Speaker
Go to the Olympics. There's people there from every country in the world. Go to the World Cup. You'll see that people value their culture. People value their traditions. People value their nation, right? So if this is true, if I as a human can change how I am constructed internally, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, That means in terms of my conscious, my unconscious, my subconscious, and my superconscious.
00:20:06
Speaker
If I can get access to all of these vibrating at a high level, I affect myself. I also affect my family and anyone who shares my DNA.
00:20:17
Speaker
They automatically get the upload. They automatically become more resilient and because now everywhere I go in the community, anyone who's in my sphere of influence has access to a higher level of consciousness, to a higher level of unconscious, to a higher level of subconscious, to a higher level of superconscious frequency, energy, vibration, love, light, laughter, presence.
00:20:39
Speaker
So yes, if I impact myself positively by simply reducing my lifetime accumulated stress load, tension load, stroma load, and trauma loads, then I now have the ability to excel with very little effort.
00:20:58
Speaker
This is so good. This should be a ah ted talk, literally, because people don't have the information to know that their pain is actually propane for something and they can't see that's beneficial for their life.
00:21:09
Speaker
And I'm going to add in 2023, I was in a relationship that was toxic. The person was severely depressed at times or sometimes wanted to not live anymore. I was having an ego death. I was so disconnected from my heart, so disconnected from my body.
00:21:22
Speaker
And it was the first time i felt depressed. And I didn't know what depression was. I had assumed. But then I think about after that, I shifted up. I jumped the timeline and my whole life is different.
00:21:34
Speaker
But for me, the things I've done, and this is why I want you to lead the listeners and the viewers into to help them understand the pain, but give them the action items

Managing Pain through Meditation and Breathwork

00:21:43
Speaker
they can do. So I did if several things. always worked out.
00:21:46
Speaker
Always prayed. ah focused on meditation. I'm always in on cryo cold punch. And I just recently in the last year added breath work to my life and a little bit of Tai Chi.
00:21:56
Speaker
But prior to this moment, prior to all that, my intention was I want to work on my energy. That was my intention. I want to have the best energy, clean energy. So I did all these things and my life propelled.
00:22:07
Speaker
My life changed. And that's when TV opportunities came. When I'm moving to a better location, better apartment building, better frequency, my life changed. So for people listening, what is some action items that you know for sure based on your work that they can do to train the nervous system, to recalibrate to a stronger frequency, to live the life of their dreams, or just more importantly have the bandwidth to receive the life of their dreams?
00:22:33
Speaker
Yeah, I think most people probably are outside of being a dreamer and they would like to just simply feel good about themselves. They'd like to turn down the strong, toxic inner critic.
00:22:47
Speaker
They would like to have a good night's sleep. They would love to make better food choices. People who are dreamers, they're a small portion of the population. It's the reason why 1% of the world's population owns 95% the I think if we orientate the conversation towards the average, well, let's just say someone who would be content with feeling good.
00:23:09
Speaker
Pain can be your pleasure if you address it. And my life changed dramatically when I was willing to seek where I had pain. And most people have no idea that they even have pain in their body ah until they go and get a massage.
00:23:25
Speaker
Then they're on the table and then, you know, the practitioner puts their elbow and their forearm and the body's like, ooh. What I would say to everyone listening is seek out where you have pain. How do you know you have pain?
00:23:36
Speaker
If you have anxiety or an overactive mind or pain in your body or you have low energy and you're exhausted, Those are the four indicators that you have a significant amount of pain somewhere in your physical body.
00:23:52
Speaker
If you're willing... to seek out someone who will go into your body, either an alpha biotisis and you can get in alignment, a massage therapist who's really talented, obviously someone who's been at it for 10 or 15 years.
00:24:08
Speaker
If you can find someone who's a breathwork specialist, been doing it for four, five, six, seven, eight, 10 years, okay? If you can find somebody who will allow you to sit down and talk,
00:24:21
Speaker
and dump things off your chest so that you can get clear and hear out loud all the things that bother you and take direction. And if you can be willing to get on your knees or sit in Lotus and meditate or pray, then you can begin to move some of your pain out of the way.
00:24:42
Speaker
And as you start to move that pain out of the way, what happens is, like you eloquently said earlier, Greater opportunities arrive to show you that the universe is reflecting back to you clearly that because you've changed what's going on in your body, we will allow you to now have a different life.
00:25:00
Speaker
That is so beautifully said. And it's that simple but hard to understand when you don't have the tools, the people to support. There's free support on the internet.
00:25:11
Speaker
You can look up a guy named Matak Chia and he will teach people. He has all these things already accorded. He's got the six healing sounds, which will take the stress out of all of your yin-based feminine organs, which would be lung, spleen, heart, heart.
00:25:27
Speaker
liver, pericardium, and kidney. He also has a practice called the inner smile, where you learn to smile into your organs and raise the

Accessible Resources for Energy Elevation

00:25:36
Speaker
qi and energy. And it's unbelievable how effective that is.
00:25:39
Speaker
And then you've got the microcosmic orbit where he will teach you how to circulate electromagnetic energy through your central channel. which will start to restore and repair and amplify how much energy that you have access to.
00:25:53
Speaker
Those things are free. You have zero excuses. There's people on the internet that have left meditations that are free. You simply have to get on YouTube and watch.
00:26:04
Speaker
There's people who are doing breath work on YouTube. That's free. It doesn't cost you any money, but what it costs you is your most valuable resource. It costs you time.
00:26:15
Speaker
And it costs you energy and it costs you effort. And if you're willing to put in the time, the energy, and effort, because we've taken the resources out of the equation, it means every human that's been born, regardless of their financial situation, can now get access to tools that will help them elevate their energy, their frequency, their vibration, their light, their love, their consciousness, and their presence.
00:26:38
Speaker
And so you have to be willing to look in the mirror and say, do I love this person? Do I love you? And if I love you, am I willing to move beyond the pain of my ancestors to be able to give that love to myself? Because most humans think that love is something you're doing for someone else. Well, that's the masculine version of love. That's the easiest version of love. The most difficult version of love is self-love.
00:27:04
Speaker
Well, we say self-love. Well, how does one love himself? Self-love is i take heartfelt action to my own benefit physically, emotionally, which means I develop my breath. Physically, I develop my body to the benefit of my mental body, which means I'm meditating to the benefit of my spirit, which means I'm in prayer.
00:27:23
Speaker
And if you can do each of these or one of these 10 or 15 minutes a day within a month, you're going to have a greater opportunity to experience what it is you've always been craving and everything that you've always known about yourself.
00:27:40
Speaker
But you have to be willing to put in a little bit of time, a little bit of energy and a little bit of effort. If you're unwilling to do that, I can promise you, you will only have the life that you have now.
00:27:51
Speaker
And as you age, because you have less potential youthful energy and less youthful hormones, you're You're aging. Your opportunities are only going to go down. And what we want to do is go, wow, we're in a different place in the world.
00:28:03
Speaker
You mean that every single human can become who it is they really came here to be with a little bit of effort, a little bit of time. Sure. of course they can. Yeah, and that's why I tell people energy is everything.
00:28:16
Speaker
If you can work on your energy, which is your body, your mind, your consciousness, frequency, your spiritual self, and this is what spiritual fitness was created through spirituality and fitness. When I was in that dark night of the soul, knew I could go to the gym and get the medicine and therapy i needed for my body.
00:28:31
Speaker
I know I can sit silent and pray to God, to a higher self, to know that I will feel better. Not that my circumstances would change right away, but eventually it opened me up to receive more light, more guidance, more opportunity. And through chaos, I was able to be innovative with something like spiritual fitness.
00:28:50
Speaker
When you hear spiritual fitness, what does it mean to you? And when you think about authenticity and integrity, how does that help us live a better life and not be so stressful?
00:29:00
Speaker
So authenticity and integrity, the way that it helps us, it allows us to build inner self-esteem. The thing that's important is to make a distinction, right? There's inner self-esteem and there's outer self-esteem.
00:29:12
Speaker
Outer self-esteem is what I do to the benefit of others. Inner self-esteem is what I do that's solely to the benefit of myself. So if I tell myself, hey, and I get up at 530 and I go to the gym, even though I would like to turn off the alarm and go back to sleep, I'm building inner self-esteem. But when I tell myself I'm getting up at 530, I'm going to the gym and I shut off the alarm and I stay in bed, I'm actually lowering my inner self-esteem.
00:29:39
Speaker
And inner self-esteem is to take this full circle to where we started. Inner self-esteem is the one factor and determinant of someone's success. That's what all the greats, the great musicians, the great financiers, the great real estate moguls, the great teachers in the world, the great parents, the great mothers, the great wives, the great husbands, they all have this one thing in common. They have a high level of and inner self-esteem.
00:30:05
Speaker
People who have a low level of inner self-esteem were unloved and ignored and abused and treated poorly as children by their parents or the people who were responsible for raising them.
00:30:17
Speaker
And the way that you defeat your childhood that was negative is by building inner self-esteem because your inner self-esteem will overcome your shortcomings.
00:30:28
Speaker
What does spiritual fitness mean to me? Spiritual fitness for me is my willingness to show up and be consistent with in spiritual practice.
00:30:38
Speaker
For some people, they're spiritually fit with meditation. Some people, they're spiritually fit with physical fitness. like That is their spiritual way to go. like They're building a beautifully balanced, strong, fit, fast body.
00:30:54
Speaker
And that's the way that they're going about it. Other people, it's they're showing up to church and Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursdays and Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays. Other people, they're volunteering in their community.
00:31:08
Speaker
Whatever it is that gets you going, whether it's physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, it all affects your spirit because your spirit is your super conscious.
00:31:19
Speaker
Light, energy, frequency, vibration, and presence. All of that is what makes up your material body. Everything that you're doing to raise your energy, your frequency, your vibration, your light, and your presence is focused on spiritual fitness. But spiritual fitness is directly connected to consistency.
00:31:40
Speaker
That is so good. Because in those dark moments, that's all I could go to, Chris, was the gym and prayer. That's all I am. No money, no opportunity. No one could give me advice.
00:31:51
Speaker
That's the only thing that was giving me something back. In that moment, when I was talking to God, no one in the flesh could help me. God was like, come to me and surrender. Let go. Allow. And then like I had this fear over my body in those moments that I just said, you know what?
00:32:07
Speaker
Forget it, man. Whatever happens, i'mm I'm okay with it. Like I was fighting it. And it wasn't the thing that I was afraid that was going to happen. It was the energy of the moment that was taking body. And I was given that power.
00:32:18
Speaker
And with your acknowledgement of it, that's what this podcast, you coming into my frequency, because I believe I don't just attract people onto my podcast because I got lucky. i didn't even know there was a you out there.
00:32:30
Speaker
I'm so happy that you are available. Sometimes in my journey, I feel alone studying spirituality and unconsciousness and, you know, meditating, hiking Machu Picchu, plant medicine, all the things did that I was called to do.
00:32:44
Speaker
I feel sometimes like it's just me. We're other the brothers. We're the brothers that can come along. We can stand together with a healthy masculine as we still work on ourselves to provide a better world for those who need it, who universe bring into our vortex.
00:32:59
Speaker
And everything you share makes me feel good about where I'm going and where I'm at. Because sometimes it's hard to be like, man, what is going on? Even if you have a lot of knowledge.
00:33:11
Speaker
But to have another person like yourself of, you know, just morals and principles. and you've been through it, real wisdom, body wisdom, not just knowledge from life, but body knowledge from life and intelligence, then I know, okay, we're going to be all right.
00:33:28
Speaker
Because that's the full integration of wholeness. the shadow with the light, you bring it together, the divine union within, divine masculine, divine feminine, super consciousness, love, light, joy. Not that we're being spiritually bypassed by our real emotions, but we're authentic in that expression and it feels a good.
00:33:49
Speaker
And I just really just want to honor you and give you your flowers, man. I'm just like, Yes, God, these are the episodes I want. This is the type of wisdom and an energy. And I also love the part that you didn't take a pivot, but you kind of reframed to make me think. And I want to go into it just a little bit about chosen ones, because I do believe at birth, some people are chosen to be great. Some people's souls are chosen to deal with more pain and frustration and challenge.
00:34:17
Speaker
So they can gain because it's not the thing they're doing. was work It's what's working through them that the world needs to feel and receive. And that's how I do feel that I've been chosen and called to do a mission in this lifetime.
00:34:30
Speaker
And has it been easy? It hasn't been hard either. It has been intense in tit and a beautiful way because I get to sit in front of people like you to know that this is what it's about. This is spiritual fitness, the body intelligence, the body keeps the score.
00:34:44
Speaker
What do you know about chosen ones? Why do you think it's that way from your perspective? Because I think in the world of social media, everybody wants to be what they see, but everybody can't be what they see because that might not be your journey or your purpose.
00:34:59
Speaker
Or better yet, you don't know how these people got those things. or what they're carrying. I think the thing that people have to understand is that when you're looking outside of yourself, it's very easy to look at other people's lives and their measure of success that they're having and compare and contrast it to yours. But the question is what is your definition of success?

Authentic Expression and Collective Evolution

00:35:22
Speaker
And so my definition of success is one's ability to be fully and authentically expressed as they were designed to function. And so for me, I look at the human body as with the spirit and the soul and the emotions and energy and the thoughts.
00:35:40
Speaker
I look at it as, well, let's raise each one of these worlds a little bit every day, a little bit every month, a little bit every single year. And if I can do that, and in the moment that's intense, if I can maintain a state of neutrality,
00:35:58
Speaker
then in that neutral state of stillness, I'm listening to what the divine is asking of me. Yet, if I'm seeking so intensely for recognition of a perverted version of success, then what's going to happen is it's going to be difficult for me to hear the higher voice.
00:36:18
Speaker
Because I'm going to be listening to the ego's voice. When the ego competes with God's voice, it always loses. You can never win. And the question is, why would you ever want to compete with the divine? And the only reason why you would ever do that is because you're locked into what's called separation consciousness.
00:36:35
Speaker
Right. Well, think about it like this. When Einstein came up with the theory of relativity, E equals MC squared. And modern science has built all of their understandings of the material world on that false premise.
00:36:50
Speaker
What I mean by that is limiting presence. What was missing was consciousness. And so what it should have been is IC equals MC squared times the speed of light. which would be individual consciousness equals mass consciousness times the speed of light.
00:37:04
Speaker
If anyone understood that, then what would happen is science would be focused on consciousness and spiritual intent as opposed to mechanical outcomes.
00:37:15
Speaker
Well, in mechanical outcomes, we're studying the affect as opposed to the intent, right? of the divine. And if we look at the intent of the divine, we could simply say that everyone is chosen to have the experience that they're meant to have.
00:37:31
Speaker
Let's say you were a king in a previous life. And as a king, you were unjust and unfair. And now you spend the next life being homeless. having to beg for other people's mercy.
00:37:44
Speaker
If you can embrace that homelessness and you can get and stand on the corner and walk up to strangers and put your hand out at their window and ask for a dollar, well, you're being successful.
00:37:55
Speaker
Like we have to really look at what we consider success to be. And I believe that all beings are created equal. In the sense that everyone has an aspect of that divine spark inside of them.
00:38:09
Speaker
What they do with it is relative to what they're asked to do. Meaning because IC equals MC squared, it means that everything is connected.
00:38:20
Speaker
And so if Jalen Hurts or Lamar Jackson is wins the Super Bowl, they win the Super Bowl because everyone played a part. The fans played a part.
00:38:30
Speaker
The coaches played a part. The networks played a part. The people who built the stadium, they played a part. The people who mowed the grass the day before, meaning we're all playing a part in everyone else's success.
00:38:43
Speaker
And so that allows us to shift that E equals MC squared out of the individual and realize that, oh, we're all connected together. See, the human eye only picks up 0.5% of the available light spectrum.
00:38:55
Speaker
And so it's under the illusion that you and I are separate. But if you could see the other 99.5% of the light spectrum, all you would see is white light. It's all connected.
00:39:06
Speaker
And so everyone is chosen to play a specific role in the evolution of mankind on this third dimensional plane that we call Earth, which has four absolutes, projection, reflection, manifestation through generation.
00:39:21
Speaker
If we look at this, as a whole, rather than an individual piece, we realize that, oh, I'm chosen to lead in my way. And if my way to lead is to be homeless, because how many times have you driven past a homeless person and it reminded you to give thanks?
00:39:40
Speaker
How many times has a homeless person come up to you and you've given them money and they say, God bless. They bless me every single day. People who aren't homeless, they never bless me.
00:39:51
Speaker
Think about that. Anyone who's listening, go out your door and give somebody five bucks that's struggling. Literally, they look you dead in the eye. They're looking down until they get to you.
00:40:02
Speaker
And then they look up, you hand on the money and they look you dead in the eye and they go, God bless you, brother. amen That has happened to me hundreds of times. i walk away from that experience and I think, oh, that's success.
00:40:15
Speaker
All you need to do is shift your perspective one single degree to stay in a continuous state of happiness and bliss and understanding that, wow, well, if this is actually all connected.
00:40:25
Speaker
Well, then the birds and the bugs and the trees and the earth and the waters, we're all doing this dance together. And so everything that we're doing is affecting everyone else. Well, now let's turn that towards spiritual fitness.
00:40:39
Speaker
So if the average human being says, look, I want to do everything that I can to be spiritually fit with the concept that you've created, this world would change within one generation.

Transforming the World through Spiritual Fitness

00:40:49
Speaker
If everyone said, oh I want to get spiritually fit.
00:40:52
Speaker
That was beautiful. Thank you for that. It just inspired him even more. Because IC equals MC c squared. Individual consciousness equals mass consciousness times the speed of light.
00:41:03
Speaker
So that means that every time you get spiritually fit, everyone who's in your sphere's sphere of influence, they get access to that And how do we know this is true? Let's look at the story of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene.
00:41:16
Speaker
The neighbors have tossed her into the ditch. Everyone's found their favorite stone. They're looking to crush her skull. And he steps forward and he says, he who is without sin shall cast the first stone.
00:41:31
Speaker
And they all went, oh, God damn it. And they put their stones down. And then he helped her out of the hole. OK, the ditch. Why? Let's say he was out of possession of a higher frequency, a higher vibration, a higher energy, a higher state of consciousness. What would they have done to him?
00:41:53
Speaker
They would have said, honey, you go to lunch. We forgive you. Grab this fancy little fuck. We're throwing him in the ditch. We're going to crush your skull. Well, why didn't they do it?
00:42:04
Speaker
They didn't do it because his nervous system was operating at a higher level of frequency. And because it was... they could immediately upload the consciousness.
00:42:14
Speaker
So when you get spiritually fit everywhere you go, you're creating an impact on mass consciousness because your individual consciousness is higher. So consciousness will be the new gold. Within 13 or 14 years, consciousness will be the most valuable element on the planet.
00:42:32
Speaker
This what I've been saying for the last three years. I said, I think material wealth is great, but I think the new world, this new order is going to be about spiritual currency because the material is going to fail us. The eyes are not going to able to see what we're seeing. so we got to go inward.
00:42:46
Speaker
How do we work with you? Yeah, this is easy. Instagram, you go to Christopher Lee Maher and that's M-A-H-E-R. I'm always posting podcasts that I've been on or my own podcast. 00:43:47
Speaker
frequency-wise, in terms of your light, your presence, like things will shift dramatically. And then people can access me through my book. I would buy the book at TrueBodyIntelligence.com because I have it as an audio file.
00:44:00
Speaker
In the audio file, you can listen to it while you're going to work because I bring up concepts that are new to humanity. And so you want to be able to understand these. And once you understand them, you can never unknow them.
00:44:12
Speaker
And once you know them, it's easy to apply it in the life. So... There's a few ways. If you want to work with me, you have to read the book first. I love that. So you say you should read or we should listen to which one? If it were me, I would listen to it because there's reading the words with your eyes and then there's listening through your ears and the ears are connected to the kidneys. And the kidney is where your pre heaven chi is that God gave you and your authentic personality. That's where it lives. It lives in your kidneys.
00:44:43
Speaker
I've never heard of people don't even know that. So when you listen to the book, you're taking it into your kidney. Your kidney controls the element of water, which has access to every aspect of you. So if you want the download to go into every part of you, you listen to it.
00:44:57
Speaker
If you want to keep it in the crystal palace in your mind, then you read it. If you want to do both, order the book, read it, and listen to it. If you order the one with the energetic attunements, you can already start raising your vibration. At the end of every chapter, I put in energetic attunements.
