When Tiffany Vaughn reached her breaking point after a decade of struggling to conceive children and managing their ADHD, she tapped into her inner strength to share her hard, beautiful journey through her podcast, book, and coaching.

"My mom and I actually went out to a seminar and the speaker said, 'It's okay to not be okay. And it's okay to ask for help.'" - Tiffany Vaughn

Tiffany Vaughn is a mental health advocate from a small town outside of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has experienced her own mental health struggles and uses her podcast and coaching to help others dealing with similar issues.

Tiffany Vaughn was struggling with her mental health while trying to balance work, school, and family life. After 5 years of fertility treatments, she and her husband were blessed with a daughter, and 5 years later, twin boys. All of the children were later diagnosed with ADHD. Her book, which is about generational trauma and her relationship with her brother, who passed away from an overdose, is currently in the works. She offers advice to those with children with ADHD, to pay attention to their behavior and seek help if needed.
