Which is, which by the way, is a really strange thing because there is an entire, there is a, there's a method. by a gentleman who just recently passed away that basically said, if you want to do running, whether it's a 5K, 10K, half marathon, full marathon, whatever, he he devised a run-walk method where you don't just run until you have to walk.

you You run for 30 seconds and then you walk for 30 seconds. Then you run for 30 or 45 seconds or a minute or you know eventually gets. And what he found was actually people can go faster doing the run-walk method, especially as they're getting into running. And they feel better at the end because you don't exhaust yourself and then have to walk.

you You pace yourself and eventually you can do more running and less walking. But lots of people complete marathons, half marathons, 10K, 5Ks, by doing run, walk, or mostly walk. And it's fine. And here's the other thing that I learned. If even one of those eight fail, all of the sprinklers have to be replaced.

And so we we, and there's other things that we're planning on doing throughout the rest of the house. But the contractor showed up and said, we're just gonna do this part of the house first so that you can live in the other part of the house. And then when this is done, we'll move all of your stuff into here so that while we do the rest of the house. So Tuesday, when I came home from work,

Yeah. Yeah. So one of the double doors is completely gone. That piece of plywood that is set is setting there. I sat it there because the contractor forgot to. That was the hole through the outside of the house for the flue of the gas fired. And they forgot to cover that. And then it started raining. So I put some plywood there and then the door that's existing there, that's actually coming out and it's being replaced with us with a sliding glass door. There's no carpet.

They had to patch the, they had to take tile out. So there was jackhammering. The ceiling has to be patched. So this is an ongoing project. Luckily i work at an office. Lisa works from home while tile has been being removed for two days in the house. So anyway, what I, what I learned was after you told me that story, I'm like, really need her. I need our contractor to start on time and finish on time. What I don't need is to walk away and go, well,
