Yeah, yeah. I thought similarly as well. I think first off, I didn't think we looked great as well. You saw one moment where Arteta brought the whole team together in that huddle around about the 31st minute too.

And I said he was disappointed. We were sloppy. We got caught in possession a couple of times as well. I think echo Craig's point about Gabriel. don't think he started the game well, but yeah, he really shook himself off and then finished it out.

Really, really, really amazing performance. I go, yeah, at first he looked a little shaky. And then, of course, towards the end, he really kind of brought it back, especially with the Chosot goal as well.

Arsenal's Creativity and Midfield Issues

too. clinical kind of well you know you know what it is when it comes to us they call a set piece fc but when you're dealing with a low block that's kind of stifling us all right these are the moments where you've got to kind of take those and win those games so it's a comfortable performance i'm happy with it i think there's some pointers with our attack that need a little bit of work but when you come down to it while it wasn't the best arsenal performance it was the one that got us the result and ultimately has a sitting three points clear at the top of the table so i am happy

I don't think it's a lack of creativity. I think it's probably ah parts of our attack into the midfield aren't gelling well. Not to mention a lot of that kind of fluidity is what you get on teams that will come at you and then you can kind of get them on the break, get them on the transition.

Fulham played a bit of a mid block, you know, stifled us in that midfield and of course, you know, defensively in that final third of theirs too. You could see it with a lot of Saka's plays. He likes to cut inside. He was cutting on that outside as well. You know, that kind of situation was he couldn't really kind of get in because that defense is so tight. So when you've got a situation like that, I don't think it's because we lack creativity. I think it's a little bit of gelling with that kind of, you know, front three as well. You know, trying to get them to link up a couple of places where you could see in that first half, there were crosses coming in across that six yard line that just weren't really pristine. Jokeres had one as well. Poor cross, you know, ends up getting cleared quite a way.

So you can kind of see it, that kind of last action, that kind of final pitch, or as what Craig was saying earlier when it comes to Rice, not releasing the ball earlier.

I think the problem with Declan Rice, even Thomas Partey with it, Thomas Partey, miss a Thomas Partey type of player because Partey can find them passes, right? You just always find them passes all the time.

With Declan Rice, I know he's a £105 million pound player. He should be able to hit image in between the lines, like push the ball in between the strikers to run onto and on the to run onto. I think sometimes very good player, when it comes to tracking back, he's very good at tracking back and running back and defending I just love to see him just be more... I think Paul Stoller this the other don't know you watch it on online, he was saying that second round takes too many touches as a mid-shoulder.

As a mid-shoulder, technically you should have taken like three or four touches. Three touches really and truly because one to look up, one to pass, one to move into space and do your thing. think sometimes he takes four or five extra touches they need to take.

And when he does that, teams will shake back quickly because the ball's not played quick if he plays a ball quick, inter-sac will speak quicker, then defenders will be unsteady because then they think, oh, Saga's on the ball now, I'm worried, I'm panicking.

Sometimes he tries to do the extra mile too much. Then he just refines his game a little bit, I would say. He'll be fine. Like, when Niko Marino came on on Saturday, he was very good.

He got the ball, he was cycling it very well, passing around, um, just hold on to the ball, killing time in the game as well. So, go get credit with credit. He made a good start bringing him on. And Nogart played well as well when he came on as well. So, honourable mention to them too when they came on.

No, not really. I feel that for Trossard, I thought that one thing that was working was, I think, in that 60th minute with that um slightly offside goal with calli by Calafiore, I thought him hugging that touchline and then having Cala run in the underlap actually was working too.

So I go, I know that with Trossard, there's some criticism about things not kind of working for him. But I thought, yeah, he was pretty decent in that first half too, especially with that kind of chemistry with allowing Calafiore that space too. So again, but I agree with Declan.

I think the last couple of games... hasn't looked as on it as he needs to. Maybe it's about rest and rotation, but agree. Sometimes you get that sort of, you know, Odegaard performance where, again, a creative, wonderful player, but again, too many touches on the ball as well. And then just sort of slows up the kind of pace on those transitions, those counterattacking moments where you're thinking a little bit more efficiency and this could result in a clear chance. And then when it doesn't, naturally you either lose possession or ball has to be recycled and you've got to penetrate a low block again when your best chance was maybe several touches earlier when the team were out of formation or the opposition was out of formation.

We're so well coached out of possession, you know it's only matter of time before we get it back. And so I just think that's partly it. It's the individual quality of each of these players, their chemistry and their cohesion And then just the coaching to know what to do in possession, of possession. Like, yeah, we're just honestly unstoppable. I feel the only times we look bad or look like conceding are when we're sloppy in the first half, like a war against Fulham, or you're getting maybe a rare moment where we've overcommitted and we're getting done on a break.
