Speaker: Hi everyone, Coach Leanna, the Executive Coach for Moms here with another holiday tip. Today, i want to ask you to remember your why. So asking yourself, why am I doing all of this?
Speaker: And staying connected to that, whatever your answer is, I think is really important because in those tough moments where we feel like, ugh, how am I going to get all this done? Or we're up at midnight wrapping presents or doing shopping or cooking. We might start to feel a little bit resentful or we might feel a little bit like, what what am I even doing this for? That is a great time to answer that question. What am I doing this for?
Speaker: Who am I doing this for? Why am I doing this? And if I don't like the answer, if I realize that my why isn't something that is in alignment with my values, then I can stop doing it.
Speaker: We don't have to do it. But if my why is really important to me and I realize that why I'm doing this is is so much bigger than this one moment, then i can maybe have a little bit more energy to make it through that moment.
Speaker: So why? What's your why? Why are you doing all this?
