After a  7-month pause, I’m returning to the Sacred Self-Love pod and sharing what this season away has held for me. In this episode, I open up about why I stepped back, the inner shifts that have moved through my energetic system, and what it was like completing Priestesses of the Rose.
I also share honestly about navigating perimenopause, beginning and stopping HRT, and the realities of midlife as a woman learning to honor her body in a new way. And on the farm, life continues to evolve—we welcomed bee hives & 2 kittens, bringing new lessons in rhythm, devotion, and working with nature.
This episode is a conversation about change, trusting the pauses, and allowing yourself to become who you are now—not who you once were.

Episode 28 :Returning to Sacred Self-Love After 7 Months Away

This episode marks the beginning of a new season — and a new chapter for me. I am stepping fully into the Sacred Bitch & Priestess, alive with eros, unapologetic in my truth, and unwilling to stay silent any longer.

For too long, women have been conditioned to fear being called a bitch for speaking up, for saying no, for daring to live in their power. I am reclaiming that word and weaving it with the sacred, because our truth, our rage, our softness, and our voice are all holy.

In this conversation, I share what it means for me to embody this next chapter — a wilder, freer, more unapologetic version of myself — and invite you to join me in breaking free from the silence and fear that no longer serve us. This is not just a season shift, it’s a rebirth.

Ep:27-From Silence to Sovereignty: Becoming the Sacred Bitch Priestess

In this tender and emotionally charged episode, I share the story of Frappe, one of our beloved ewes, and the difficult labor she recently went through. I found myself in the role of midwife—assisting in her birth process with trembling hands and a full heart. Despite all efforts, not all of the lambs survived, and the grief that followed cracked something open in me.

This experience brought me face-to-face with the sacred, often unseen weight we carry when we love and care deeply for animals. It wasn't just about tending to Frappe’s body—it was about witnessing her struggle, holding space for life and death in the same breath, and acknowledging the emotional bond that makes this kind of loss feel so profound.

I reflect on the beauty and heartbreak of this experience, how it touched my own body and spirit, and the healing that came from being supported and seen in the depths of that moment. This is a story about sacred service, shared pain, and the quiet wisdom of honoring life in all its forms.

Episode 26: Ewe and Me: A Shared Labor of Love and Loss

I share the journey I’m currently walking—a sacred pause as I prepare to take a healing pilgrimage to Avalon. After receiving a recent diagnosis related to my liver, I’ve been called to slow down and truly listen—not to the noise of the latest wellness trends, but to the quiet wisdom within my body and soul.

I open up about the intuitive steps I’ve taken to reclaim my health, the practices that are supporting me, and the importance of trusting your own inner knowing when it comes to healing. This is a reminder that true medicine often comes from the unseen realms, from the land, and from our own sacred connection to Source.

Let this episode be an invitation to honor your own rhythms, pause when needed, and remember that your body holds ancient intelligence.

Episode 25: The Body Knows: A Sacred Pause for Inner Healing

In this episode of Sacred Self Love, we explore the vital role of embodiment on the spiritual healing journey. So often, we’re taught to seek healing through books, podcasts, courses, and even plant medicine—but what if the true transformation isn’t found in consuming more, but in coming home to the body?

I share reflections on the difference between knowing something intellectually and living it in the body. We talk about how healing isn’t about fixing ourselves—it's about feeling ourselves. I unpack how the constant search for the “next thing” can become a form of spiritual bypass, and how true wisdom and integration happen only when we slow down and drop into presence.

You’ll hear why embodiment is essential for processing trauma, reclaiming your emotions, setting boundaries, and accessing deep inner truth. I also offer signs you might be disconnected from your body, along with gentle practices and journal prompts to support your return to yourself.

This episode is a loving reminder that you don’t need to do more to heal—you need to feel more, trust more, and soften into the sacred wisdom already living inside of you.

Episode 24: Beyond the Mind: Why Embodiment Is the Key to True Healing

On this episode of Sacred Self Love, I'm joined once again by my son, Logan Critz, for a deep and honest conversation on healing, boundaries, and honoring our individual soul journeys. Together, we explore the difference between healthy boundaries and controlling demands, and how true boundaries come from self-respect—not the need to change others. We also talk about the hard truth that not every soul chooses to awaken in this lifetime, and the importance of releasing the need to force healing onto others. This is a powerful dialogue between mother and son, rooted in love, acceptance, and the understanding that awakening is a sacred, personal path.

Episode 23: Sacred Boundaries & Soul Paths: A Mother-Son Dialogue on Awakening

In this special episode of Sacred Self Love, I’m joined by my son and special guest, Logan Critz for a deeply personal conversation on family healing dynamics. Together, we explore the layers of mother wounds, father wounds, and the ways these unhealed parts of us show up in all of our relationships — from family to romantic partnerships, and even our relationship with ourselves.

We discuss how becoming aware of these wounds is the first step in breaking generational patterns, and share tools and insights that have supported us on our own healing journeys. Through honest reflection, we explore how we can hold compassion for where we’ve come from while creating space to return back to love — both individually and as a family.

Whether you’re navigating your own family dynamics or looking for ways to support your healing, this conversation offers gentle reminders that healing is possible, and love can always guide us home.

Episode 22: Mother Wounds, Father Wounds & The Path Back to Love

In this episode of Sacred Self Love, I open my heart to explore the many layers of grief we carry as women—some tender, some fierce, all worthy of being felt. From the recent deaths of beloved chickens on our farm to the unresolved grief and anger that can linger even after a family member has passed, this episode is an invitation into the sacred space of emotional honesty.

I speak to the collective grief we hold as women—especially the grief of being disconnected from our wombs. I share how, through the lens of quantum entanglement, we remain energetically intertwined with our mothers, often carrying and feeling emotions that are not entirely our own.

This conversation also touches on the heavier realities of mental health, including a discussion around suicide. Please be gentle with yourself and listen only when you have the capacity and support to hold what may arise. My hope is that this episode offers a reminder: grief, when held with love and awareness, can be a powerful path to healing and wholeness.

Episode 21: Holding the Sacred Weight of Grief

In this deeply personal episode, I return to the mic after a month-long pause and share what life has been teaching me about sacred self love. From the physical shifts of perimenopause to unexpected challenges like losing electricity in my studio, this season has been a whirlwind of surrender and reflection. 🌬️✨

I talk about the beauty and chaos of lychee season, the transformative energy of the Scorpio full moon, and how stepping away from social media helped me reconnect with myself more fully. We explore how overstimulation and constant consumption can cloud our inner wisdom—and what it means to truly come home to ourselves.

This episode is a gentle reminder that healing isn’t linear, and sometimes the most sacred act of love is simply allowing yourself to be.
