just bring me into a place where I don't have as much energy. And i tried to record and it was like I was forcing and I don't ever want to record an episode where I feel like I'm forcing because I feel like there's a block when we force.
Avoiding Burnout and Aligning with Needs

And i feel like that's why a lot of times in my life I would face burning out because I was forcing myself so much to do things that were out of alignment.

And I have really learned that allowing ourselves two listen to our bodies and listen to our needs as a woman is so vital.

And I am very lucky to be where I am right now in my life that I'm able to do that. and I know that not everyone is at a point where they don't have to force themselves to do certain. I mean, we all have to force ourselves to do certain things.

um But i know for for some, we we don't all have the same 24 hours. We just don't.
Farm Update and Lychee Promotion

i we we just don't we have different jobs and and different relationships and different things that we are required to do on a daily basis and so before i go on any further on that tangent um the farm update we do have lychee on the trees so we have

a about ah seven acres of orchard, which are mainly lychee trees, the fruit. And the season is very short. It's only about two and a half months.

So we have lychee that is ripe and ready on the trees. It's just a little bit, but in the next two weeks, it will be full-blown lychee season.

um So my mom sent me a package, and i opened it yesterday, and it had a prairie bonnet or like a farm bonnet.

that was my great grandmother's. And it is so adorable. And i I put it on, the fabric is wonderful. It has little roses on it and flowers.

And it is in such good condition still too. But it's just like, wow, this is, my great grandmother wore this. And I just felt this feeling of like, you know, the work that we are able to do and the ways in which people are having awakenings now, and the divine feminine is returning and rising so that we can remember her story over history, and that we can see how much the patriarchy has really taken us away from our truth.
Feeling Supported by Ancestors

It's like the grandmothers are just like, yes, yes, girl, yes, woman, you know, rise up into your truth. You do not have to live the way that we lived.

And they're just, you know, I said this in a previous episode, just that they're so proud, you know, and this message that I've been seeing is just you are who your ancestors have been waiting for.

And every time, so I'm going to continue with the box. Here's the unveiling of the box. Then the other thing that was in the box that was really my favorite thing in the box came from my grandmother. And it is a rose.

when you talk about having the synchronicities that you receive, um you just know, like this rose lineage that I'm part of, it's just like, this is in my ancestry, you know?
Guidance and Signs from Ancestors

And it's just, it's wonderful to have confirmations.

And that's what I wanted to really encourage you to do if you are on this journey and and at times you're feeling lonely during this journey or you are like, whoa, this is a really hard work, you know, to get down and want to actually be the one to heal this from my bloodline because it's such a hard thing.

Call on your ancestors, call on them and ask them to send you signs ask them to give you these confirmations that you are not alone and that you are being encouraged continuously to look at the parts of yourself that are keeping you in suffering and victim and look at the parts of yourself that are keeping your heart closed off to love.

Because that's the whole point of this is for us to be able to open up again and tear the walls down from our hearts so that we can both give and receive love, you know, give from a place that we truly want to love someone else. We don't want to save someone else and we don't want to be a martyr and we don't want to be the savior, but we just want to love someone else where they are.

And then equally, we want to be able to receive when someone wants to help us out or give us something like we want to be able to know that we're worthy of receiving.

so There was also not in this box that my mom gave me, but when my mom and I went to, when I went to France and she joined me, she gave me a ring that had a heart on it.

And my grandfather had made this ring and my grandfather was one of my favorite people ever. o I absolutely adored him and I really believed he was magical.

because he did magic tricks for me. But the sign that I started seeing at the very beginning of my spiritual awakening, it was hearts and they were everywhere.

it I mean, it was just like, you just can't make this up. Like there's a heart, a perfect heart splashed on the ground from the water in the sink. And it is right at the time that I feel like I want to yell at my husband. Yeah.

but it's a reminder. Let's ah maybe not yell, but let's like ah hold on to that and um come from love and understanding. And there would just be hearts, I mean, everywhere. you And I'm sure that you have your signs too. And we have also, you know, heard of angel numbers when you look at the phone and it's 1111 and 1212 and 111 and twelve twelve and one one one and you know, you you are going to receive signs and you are going to receive these synchronicities they are going to continue to actually...
Breaking Ancestral Cycles

become more and more the deeper you go on this journey. And that is it's so amazing. Once you get to the point where you know, you're not crazy anymore, that you really truly have tapped in and know that you're more than just this human body, but that you are also energy and you are still able to tap into the spiritual realms and you are able to have very transcendental experiences that are just so amazing.

And so they, it just helps you know that you came here for a reason. And that reason is so, is so huge.

To be able to be the person in your lineage that stops the cycles of pain and suffering, this doesn't have to continue on.

Being Present and Breaking Patterns

That you, I mean... just Just by healing one one aspect within yourself, you're you're clearing that karma from the past.

You're freeing your ancestors and you're and you're freeing future generations from having to experience this pain and suffering.

It's huge. And the longer that you do it, And the more energy that you can clear out of your body body and make your vessel cleaner from these energies, the more connected to love you're going to be. And the more connected to, you know, the heavens you're going to be.

it life life just ah isn't as sweet. I mean, we can find our moments, but we're not truly going to experience the magic and the joy that life has for us here right now.

mean, just before I got into the studio here, i was just outside. I was giving water to the cows and a butterfly flew by.

It was one of the Kamehameha butterflies. And then another butterfly flew by and then birds. And then, you know, it was just like, wow, this is like incredible to to just be in this moment and see the beauty Whereas before, when I was really stuck in these patterns, in these programs, in this pain that had been passed through, you know, my ancestors and had been just even just the societal programming, you know, you're just so stuck in your head.

And you're so stuck into, I mean, i could have been out there watering and going, okay, what am I going to talk on this ah talk about on this podcast? And what am I going to do? And after the podcast, then i'm going to have to go inside and start cooking dinner. And then I'm going to, like your brain just goes, right?

not grounded in your body and you're not grounded in the present.

And that is something that my ancestors, when I really called on them out here on this land, I, wow. It's like when I come outside now and I'm just, and I'm doing something where I'm in the present moment, there is a cardinal right there.

And I'm like, hello, grandma. And then there's, you know, just magic that's unfolding on this land more than ever. So I highly recommend that you call on your ancestors and tap into their magic and tap into their wisdom.
Keeping Spiritual Experiences Personal

doesn't have to be ah specific ancestor but you'll know who shows up for you but you will and you'll start getting these these beautiful signs and these beautiful synchronicities and it it will just feel so special because you are special and the last thing i wanted to share was that

And now that that sounds counterintuitive, like, why would I not share my magic? But yes, in certain company, your magic is welcome. In other, it's not.

and And will tell you that there's been times where, you know, I'm out here on the farm and I'm alone and something just really like, significant. I experience it.

and And then it's like, oh, I just want to tell somebody because like it was so powerful for me. And so I'll go tell Chad and then he'll just look at me. And I'm like, and then ah that part of me is like, oh, he just thinks I'm crazy.

Or he's like, looking at me weird and any, any, yeah, he just doesn't get it. And why am I sharing this with him? And the thing is, is that A lot of the moments that you receive are between you and God, goddess, spirit, universe, however you resonate.

They're not really for anyone else because it is your knowing that is being

sparked again and in your trust and and sometimes if other people are not open to that it can make us doubt or question maybe what our experience was and

i do want to share about something that I feel i wish I could have known what I know now. And there I go again.

See, we, we learn lessons in time. And sometimes the lessons repeat more than once before we really truly learn it. And this was, I'm going to make it quick because i I don't like to keep, I don't like to make these episodes too long. Um,

But when I went to Italy two years ago, and that was my really true initiation into the Rose lineage, where I absolutely knew that that was the path I wanted to walk on or the path that i you know, was part of.

It was just undeniable, everything I experienced when I was in Rome and Italy. And um yeah, it was just undeniable. I know i don't have to explain myself to any of you because, well, I just don't.

But the things that happened, it really just got me really excited and just like this knowing that that's what I was part of. But I got home and I shared it with the wrong people way too quickly before I had fully, fully embodied it and fully, fully like um

just really, well, I said it, I hadn't really fully embodied all of it and what it would take to actually stand in that knowing. And some people that I shared it with, honestly,

They didn't support me and started saying some things that were not exactly, ah wasn't ready for it. My, my, um,

my thorns were not fully developed enough to withstand these comments
Commitment to Spiritual Journey

from these people. And some of them were people that I thought I actually like I was friends with. So it wasn't just like social media comments. But anyway, I started to doubt myself a lot and I started to pull back even though I was getting direct like channeled messages, I pulled back.

um And I didn't go forward with what felt true for me at that time. But whenever your soul chose a path, you're...

and you continue to go down this journey, this spiritual journey, it's not going to let you forget because you're going to continue to get the messages and you're going to continue to get the synchronicities and you're going to continue to, it's just going to be there. And you just can't deny it. I mean, you can, it'll just continue to be there.

And so if you find yourself having just an amazing experience that is outworldly, outerworldly, it's okay to keep that between you and your journal or you and your very, like the kind of sisters that you know will not they will just support you and so that's really all i have for today tapping into your ancestors calling them in watching for signs and synchronicities and really honestly

being I don't want to say be careful, but just architecture protect yourself in and know who your audience is when it comes to sharing things that you've been given that maybe you still, you know, just need a little more confirmation and that's okay.

it's It's okay to sometimes need 20 confirmations from your guides and ancestors because, you know, we have had more experience just believing we are humans than we have knowing that we're both divine and human together, that we're sacred and human. So, you know, it's okay to just give yourself some grace through this process, through all of these really cool signs and synchronicities that you're going to be given by your ancestors.
