We both came into this viewing expecting to have a fun time with a big over the top story. And came away from it being confused as to where all the fun was. Perhaps not our favorite, or anywhere close, this season. But, there were still some fun 1980's looks to be had, and it sparked a lot of discussion about how a designer cannot save a movie that doesn't know what it's trying to be.

We're back after a mini-interruption, but we've got just the thing you've been waiting for. This movie has everything because it was constantly changing course and focus, it's like 10 movies in 1! The movie itself, and the behind-the-scene machinations, both ask the same question- how much credit (and money) should the people get who REALLY design the iconic looks?

And the fashion looks while doing all that are impeccable and so character driven. This movie explores how the right outfit at the right time can make you stand out or blend in, whichever is most useful for crimes.

Romy & Michele's HS Reunion- A Fun, Frisky Use of Color

This movie is a trip. It's a full on cartoon made with real people instead of animation. Hi-jinks galore, you just have to go along for the ride because it just doesn't make sense. But it's bursting at the seams with 80's fashion that really push the limits of what a blazer can be. Full of very quirky little guys. Who wants to go to the mall??
