Today we sit down with Branko, a 7 year member at All Level who uses his fitness to pursue his passion in obstacle course racing.  A first place finisher at the Spartan Race in Hawaii, Branko travels all over the world chasing podiums and making memories.  Branko discusses how he uses CrossFit to train for Spartan and Deka races as well as to prepare him for his physical job.

This week we sit down with Emma who manages to juggle, med school, a social life, and working out!  Emma shares that CrossFit has helped her build a resilient "one more rep" mindset that allows her to keep going when life and school get overwhelming.  She talks about her athletic background in water polo and what's really going on beneath the surface in the super physical sport.  Emma also is passionate about educating people on REDS (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) and it's prevalence in the female athlete population.    So much to get into!

Today we sit down with our resident 70 year old trailblazer, Gabe.  A CrossFit Games Semi Finalist last year, Gabe has his sights set improving on last year's finish.  From heavy snatches to handstand walks, Gabe show us that you don't slow down because you get older, you get older by slowing down!  Gabe puts his fitness to work both in the gym and outside where he shows his grandkids how to climb ropes in the backyard!  A true inspiration in the gym, Gabe shows us that CrossFit can be done at any age and at an extremely high level.
