Like, I mean, I had fish oils, magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin C, iron, milk thistle. Like, just, the list goes on. My cover was just stocked with supplements. The question is, why did I stop taking all this stuff?

Well, the real reason is, is mushrooms. Like I'm being completely honest with you. I started taking mushrooms. And when I started taking the mushrooms, I really started to notice a lot of changes in myself. Changes that I've never ever seen from taking all these gym supplements and vitamins. So then we'll just go spend 60 bucks. Try it. And I never questioned it. Never questioned it for years, right? Because everyone's just pushing supplements on you now. I stopped taking the gym supplements. Still taking my vitamins, my fish oils and all that stuff.
