We're going to try to offer scholarships for, for young snow professionals who maybe can't afford it or for young startup companies who can't afford it. Um, just like we've done with sending people to Simon, and sending people to other events, to our storm field day, like we're giving away scholarships to people that maybe, uh, uh, wouldn't otherwise be able to come or wouldn't otherwise attend. Um, so we're very much wanting to promote industry advancement, setting that future standard in snow. And, you know, Steve's primary role at storm, yes, he does some sales. He does some outside sales, but his primary role at storm is industry advancement. It's not.
