Starting your health and wellness journey can be extremely hard right!! To me its only hard if you make it hard...Change your mindset towards it and it will become second nature.

I also talk about how I stopped taking gym supplements when I realized how amazing Microcybin is!! It was like no other supplement I have tried before.

Introduction and Reflection on Aging

00:00:00
Speaker
Hey, what's up, guys? Welcome back to another episode of Unlocking with yours truly, Adam Pike. How are you doing? We are 23 days into the new year and it seems like this month is just flying by. It's so crazy, like the older you get, the faster time goes. And my grandparents always tell me when you get older, it goes by even faster.

Fears and Goals of Aging

00:00:30
Speaker
I don't know if you've ever seen the movie, well, who hasn't seen that movie, the 40 year old version, or not the 40 year old version. This is 40, yeah, this is 40. And the mom is, I think she's at the school talking to like a kindergarten teacher or something like that. And the lady was like, don't blink, don't blink. She's like, I blinked my eyes. And then I was 90. She's like, don't blink.
00:00:58
Speaker
And it is, I've been thinking about this a lot lately. Thinking about just getting older and like my body breaking down. I'm not fixated on this, but this scares the shit out of me. I'm not even gonna lie to you. I don't wanna get older and you know, I don't know how
00:01:25
Speaker
you would deal with that when you are getting older and your body is breaking down and you're like, fuck, I don't have many years left. I know that you're just gonna go live your best life to the best way you possibly can, right?
00:01:42
Speaker
But again, it's a scary thought to think about getting older. And I don't want to get negative here. I'm not trying to get negative. It's just something that just popped in my mind and something that has been on my mind, especially when I go to my grandparents.
00:02:03
Speaker
you know pop is turning 80 now um my mother's father actually passed away two years ago and it just seems like everyone around me is getting older and i'm also getting older with them and i'm like god damn like life is going by so fast it's so fast
00:02:25
Speaker
Like I still feel like I'm 19 years old in my mind, which is amazing, right?

Role Models and Staying Active

00:02:31
Speaker
Um, and I just have this goal of not letting my body break down. I want to be that 60 year old that's still out like riding his bike and still playing sports. You know, like I want to be going to yoga. I really want to take care of my body and
00:02:55
Speaker
like make my body feel good for as long as I possibly can, right? I don't want to be sitting around and not being healthy, got extra weight on, my bones are not strong, my muscles are not strong, you know what I mean? I don't want to be that guy. I don't want to be that guy.
00:03:12
Speaker
That's why I'm just so focused on just being healthy and doing everything I possibly can to have a strong body for when I'm older. And that's super important because
00:03:27
Speaker
There's definitely a lot of older people that has like weak muscles and you know, a lot of people will fall down and like, you know, they'll break their hip or they'll break their leg and they, you know, their body just can't handle that. Um, and that's, you want to try to stay as strong as you possibly can. My grandfather, um, my mother's father, he was 90.
00:03:59
Speaker
I'm pretty sure he was 90. I should know this. I know. I'm really bad with people's ages and birthdays. I've said this before, but anyways, I'm bringing this up because he was always going for walks for as long as, as long as I knew this, this, this man going for walks around the block. He

Health Regimen and Adjustments

00:04:19
Speaker
was up in the garden. Like he was always on the move, right?
00:04:23
Speaker
And I feel like that's how I'm going to be when I get older, like always on the move. And if it wasn't for cancer, he'd still be here. 100%. I feel like he would have lived about 150. He was a strong man, 100%. And that's what you need when you get older. You want to keep your body moving and strong.
00:04:50
Speaker
So anyways guys, um, I want to talk about like just health and fitness and just feeling good. And like why I am so like motivated to be as healthy as I possibly can. And you know, why I'm always training and working out, right? So well, for one, I like to feel good.
00:05:17
Speaker
I don't know about you but like when I wake up and I'm feeling sluggish and I feel like fog in my brain and I'm lazy and I'm tired all day. I don't like that. I don't like that whatsoever. It's not fun. It's not a good time. I hate it. I remember when I spoke about this before but
00:05:44
Speaker
when I worked my last job, right? I was always tired. I was always so tired and crazy, but I was actually looking at my sleep schedule on my phone the other day and it blew my mind how much sleep I've been getting lately.
00:06:03
Speaker
And I swear to God, it was like eight and a half hours, eight hours and 45 minutes, nine and a half hours, seven and a half, eight. Like it was nothing below seven and a half hours that I've been sleeping for a very long time now. And when I wake up in the days now, I'm not tired, right?
00:06:25
Speaker
Now, I probably could be tired if I was just eating like shit. My quality of sleep was kind of terrible, but I've been feeling really, really good lately. Ever since I started this year out, I'm back.
00:06:42
Speaker
I am back to doing everything, right? I'm eating healthy. I'm micro dosing again. I started stretching a lot more, getting proper sleep. I'm staying hydrated. That's super important. A lot of people don't drink enough water. They're probably drinking coffees all day long.
00:07:02
Speaker
they don't have a sip of water. That's not good for you. So you want to stay hydrated. Taking all my vitamins, I'm just doing everything I could possibly do to have the best brain health, have the best mental health, but also have the best physical health as well. But one thing that I want to talk about
00:07:24
Speaker
is I actually started to take these like micro dosing like these weed gummies like THC with CBD like not these like high potent gummies just these little tiny ones I think it's like two milligrams of THC and two milligrams of CBD something like that anyways I have found
00:07:49
Speaker
Like, like I said, I was doing everything properly like in this year, but like the last week. Well, yeah, probably like the last week, a week or two. I've been taking these weed gummies and I gotta talk about this because it's fucking hilarious. I have been getting the munchies.
00:08:13
Speaker
through the roof and I never really thought it was the munchies but the girlfriend was like, Adam, you're getting the munchies because you're taking these weed gummies. So I mean, I would fall asleep on the couch, maybe wake up at like two o'clock in the morning and go over and smash four donuts, not donuts, muffins because Rebecca was always baking muffins and stuff.
00:08:39
Speaker
and then just go to bed. There was one time I woke up at five o'clock in the morning, five o'clock in the morning, walked out to the kitchen. I'm not even kidding. And I ate three muffins, slammed it with glass milk, right back to bed.
00:08:57
Speaker
Anyways, the reason why I'm telling you this is because I have noticed that I'm starting to get fat around my stomach area. And like I obviously noticed because, you know, I was doing 75 hard right before, um, in November and you know, I had like a caught stomach. Like you can see my abs, the obliques were popping in, you know what I mean? And,
00:09:26
Speaker
I've just noticed that I'm like getting fatter at my stomach and I do strongly believe that it's this late night snacking. So it's very easy to put on fat and weight, right? If I were to continue this life that I'm doing and you know, like eating, I'm still eating properly. I'm still having healthy meals.
00:09:57
Speaker
but then I'm having all these extra calories like stupid times like waking up at five in the morning. I don't do this every night but I gotta say lately on those gummies I've been snacking and I know it needs to stop because if I don't stop this it's just gonna get out of control. Now I'm still going to the gym, I'm still working out, I'm still doing all these things for sure but just imagine if I wasn't going to the gym.
00:10:23
Speaker
and I wasn't going for walks and I was snacking like that. Then I would just be packing on the weight, okay? So the reason why I'm saying this is because if you let yourself get out of control like that and you keep calling, you know, two weeks goes into a month and then you're like a year in and you've been snacking like this for a long time, it's pretty easy to put back on that weight.
00:10:54
Speaker
that maybe you got off, you know what I mean? Now, again, snacking like that, it's totally fine, but do it in moderation, okay? Do it in moderation. Normally, every single weekend, me and Rebecca will have like one bad meal. And like this weekend, we got pizza, pizza and garlic fingers.
00:11:23
Speaker
And I also got Mary Browns. So you do it in moderation, like normally all week long. Well, the past two weeks for me has been shit because I've been snacking late and also having those meals on the weekend, but that needs to stop.

Diet and Fitness Philosophy

00:11:42
Speaker
And I, and I, and I realized that needs to stop. So.
00:11:47
Speaker
There's a lot of like fad diets and you know, just people on the internet that are telling you that, you know, watch what you're eating and you can't have any junk food and stay away from this and that and don't drink any pop. And like, that's, it's just not sustainable to do that for, you know, long periods of time. So I like to go by the 80 20 rule, right? 80% of the time, you know, I'm,
00:12:18
Speaker
I'm banging up my workouts, taking my vitamins, I'm eating all the healthy meals, doing everything properly. And then 20% of the time on the weekends, I'll have a little cheat meal. I'll have a pizza or a burger, something like that, right? And you could definitely have a snack. Like if you wanna have a late night snack or something, just save it for the weekend. Just do it like one time, but don't do it every single night.
00:12:47
Speaker
Because when you're doing it every single night, like I have been doing for the last little while, you're not going to see the progress that you want if you're trying to shed weight, get weight off. So staying within your calorie deficit
00:13:06
Speaker
Super important, right? If you're eating over that, like I don't even know what actually, I don't even know why I just said that staying in your calorie deficit because I don't even count calories. I'd never do. And I, you know,
00:13:20
Speaker
I always tell people if you're planning on doing a fitness show or competing or something like that, I would highly recommend getting a fitness trainer in that area, right? Because they know what the fuck they're doing. They've done it before.
00:13:39
Speaker
There's a couple of people here in town that I can think about like Morgan Mack. He's obviously competing all the time. He's a pro. And then you got Reggie Luke. He's done it quite a few times. They know what they're doing. You know what I mean? But for me, I don't count calories.
00:13:56
Speaker
I know what foods are good to eat and I've been putting out my portions for a very long time now so I just know the portions to make for me. There's no way that I'm busting out of scale and weighing my chicken and weighing my rice and counting my calories. I'm just not doing it and I don't believe that anybody really needs to do this.
00:14:24
Speaker
You just need to learn how to eat properly. Know the right portions. Obviously, if you're not going to have three chicken breasts and two plates of rice, you do it in moderation.
00:14:41
Speaker
Another thing too, I believe that if you are starting up with your fitness journey and maybe your goal is to lose weight, right? Tighten up your stomach, get a bigger butt. I wouldn't recommend being on the scale every other day looking at your weight.
00:15:05
Speaker
Because if a week goes by and you've been in the gym busting your ass and you jump on the scale and the number never went down, you're most likely going to be upset, down on yourself, or might just light a fire in your ass to go even harder again the next week. So I like to tell people that don't focus on the weight. Don't focus on that at all. Stay off the fucking scale.
00:15:33
Speaker
Just go do the work, right? Focus on your meals. Stay hydrated. Go for a walk. Get your cardio in. Lift some weights. And just do that. Just do that. And eventually, if you keep doing this long enough, the weight will come off. You start feeling better. Your clothes is gonna start fitting better. You're gonna feel great about yourself. You're gonna have more confidence. And you're gonna be like, fuck yeah.
00:16:05
Speaker
When you start doing this and you stick to it, right? And then maybe you do see some progress, right? Maybe your pan size goes down a little bit. This is gonna eventually just start to become your life though. This is gonna, it's just gonna be second nature, right? And that is the goal when you're starting fitness. The way you look at fitness, health and fitness, that's gonna be huge, right?
00:16:35
Speaker
If you're just dreading, for example, when I was starting to box, like I was getting into boxing, I was training, right? Like at the beginning, I loved it. I really did. But later on down the road, um, I think we were, I was supposed to do like my second fight. Uh, that never happened, but that's okay. Um,
00:17:01
Speaker
I was working in Long Harbor, working every day, 12 hours a day, two hours driving. I was playing like two to three basketball games in a week. Also trying to work out while doing 75 hard and also trying to go to two classes of boxing week. And I did find that like building up to go into the class, I fucking didn't want to go. Never, never wanted to go.
00:17:28
Speaker
But when I got there, I was like, fuck yeah. I was having a lot of fun. It was good. I really liked those workouts because boxing is like no other
00:17:40
Speaker
Sport or type of training I've ever done before Like my cardio was the best it's ever been in my entire life when I was like going hard I used to remember Playing basketball and I just felt so good the entire game at the end of the game would be done. I just be Sprinting like so yeah, it was It was pretty well
00:18:03
Speaker
But anyways, the reason why I'm bringing this up is because if you are dreading to work out just like I was dreading boxing, you're eventually just not gonna like it and you're probably gonna stop and you're probably just gonna go do something else. But if I would have just told myself, okay,
00:18:31
Speaker
Um, you know, maybe just go to basketball like two nights a week or three. And, you know, you're, you're training for boxing because, you know, there's a potential fight coming up and you know, you want to get better. You want to, you want to be the best you could possibly be. If I had to change my mindset a little bit, I would imagine I would probably still be training right now. But I was just like stuck in this way of thinking that.
00:18:56
Speaker
Man, I just like I'd much rather go to basketball. I'd much rather go to the gym like fuck fuck boxing fuck it and I literally just stopped stopped it haven't put on gloves and Quite some time though, right? So it's the same with health and fitness if you

Engagement and Listener Interaction

00:19:13
Speaker
are like Really dreading working out really dreading like eating a healthy meal which I don't understand why because I
00:19:22
Speaker
healthy meals are like, you don't need to eat like plain ass, stupid, dry food that like sucks. I wouldn't be able to do it. You don't, you don't, you don't have to do that. Like you can eat good meals, like really good, tasty fucking meals that like is like, this is deadly.
00:19:46
Speaker
And it's healthy, right? It's just like there's different ways of doing things. Yeah, yeah. There's a lot of people that just make health and fitness hard in their own head when it doesn't have to be hard, doesn't have to be. It's very easy. It's very, very easy. Like I want to go back to the one guy that I started working with.
00:20:15
Speaker
And I said this to him and I think it just really stuck with him. I said, health and fitness doesn't have to be hard. You're only making it hard for yourself because that's what you're saying in your head, right? And now he's just, he's crushing it. He's crushing it and he's fucking ripped. And he told me a couple of weeks ago that it's just second nature to him now. He's like, I can't imagine like knocking, knocking.
00:20:45
Speaker
eating and eating healthy and going to the gym, right? So somebody that's just starting out and they don't know what they're doing. Um, you know, they have a known direction whatsoever. It's, it's going to be tough, but that's why there's people that have, it has already done this and they can help you guide you the way everybody, every single person has the ability to
00:21:15
Speaker
start fitness, start working out all by themselves. YouTube, you can learn anything on YouTube, anything. There's millions and millions and millions of workouts, all for free. Explains how to do it, everything is there. We're living in a pretty good world right now where you can just figure out anything within five minutes. But some people just need that extra push
00:21:45
Speaker
you know, that they want the accountability and that part, I definitely understand, right? So if you are starting out with your fitness and you're not sure, don't make excuses because there is no excuses to make. You have all the help in the world. You have all the help in the world. Anyways, guys, I want to know, do you guys enjoy this podcast? You know,
00:22:14
Speaker
Which podcast did you like more? There's definitely been some where I've been like really deep and heavy. Um, I know I had like, I had two guests on, I have David and Chris. I definitely need to get more on.
00:22:29
Speaker
something that I want to start doing is just get more consistent with this. I know before Christmas that I was doing it weekly and I want to get back to that possibly doing like doing it weekly but having a guest on like every other week you know what I mean? So it would be it would be nice to know that
00:22:51
Speaker
you guys are actually listening. I know you guys are listening. I see that you guys are listening, but let me know. Reach out.

Building Confidence and Mindset

00:22:59
Speaker
Reach out. Let me know which episodes you're liking better, what you're liking about the episode. If you do like this podcast, send it to a friend. Send it to someone else that you think that would benefit from
00:23:13
Speaker
listening to my podcast. I think there's been a few episodes where I've definitely covered some good topics and talked about some good things that you can definitely learn from and that's what I want to do. I want to get more people on here that has different things to talk about within the
00:23:32
Speaker
the health and the fitness and just like your mind and all of that, right? Cause there's, that's, that's how I'm going to learn. I always listen to Joe Rogan and he has like so many smart people on there and it comes on there and he's just learned so much over the years just by sitting down and having a conversation with somebody, right?
00:23:52
Speaker
And I also believe half the reason why I haven't been getting more guests on is it's kind of nerve-wracking. I'm not going to lie, like the last two I've had on, I'm just sitting here having a conversation. There's nobody watching, but like I get nervous. I get really nervous.
00:24:12
Speaker
I don't know why, but it's just, it's just, that's just me. I do know why that's just me in my own head, right? Creating the story. Like, Oh, I don't know. I don't know if I'm going to be good at this. And then you know, that's like a lot of people do that. A lot of people like create that narrative in their head. Like even I've heard people to say they don't have the confidence to go to the gym. Sure. You do. Sure. You do.
00:24:39
Speaker
It's just most people will probably tell themselves that, well, I don't know what I'm doing, so if I walk into the gym and all these big guys or fitness people are gonna be there, they're gonna be judging me, and they might make fun of me, or I might look stupid doing something, man.
00:25:00
Speaker
You don't even know how many times I have like been bent over or grabbing something in my bag and I'll like stand up and smoke my head off the pole and I'll like look around like, I bet it's on the side out there you're gonna fucking laugh, right? But I don't really care. Cause like they don't really give a fuck either. And it's not even a big deal. Like it's really not a big deal. I'm after like jumping up on the, um,
00:25:26
Speaker
on the step ups doing box jumps, but had a really high and missing the jump, smoking my leg, falling down. You know what I mean? Who gives a fuck? Nobody. Nobody gives a fuck but yourself. So not having the confidence to go into the gym, that's just something that you're telling yourself and that's why you're not going. And if you don't have the confidence to go to the gym and you don't know how to get out of that mindset,
00:25:56
Speaker
You can work out at home. You can easily work out at home. You can pick up a set of fitness bands. There is hundreds and hundreds of workouts, pretty much the same movements that you would do in the gym on machines and barbells and dumbbells, but you're just doing it with fitness bands. You could easily do that for a couple months, be like, fuck yeah, I can do this. And then you can go to the gym.
00:26:22
Speaker
Now you don't even need to go to the gym. I remember over COVID when all the gyms were shut down, I was at home just using my fitness bands and I was in shape. You can easily do that. Now I do believe that if you're looking to get like a lot stronger, you're gonna need some heavy weights, 100%. But fitness bands are great. Fitness bands are fucking great. I've had some crazy workouts with fitness bands.
00:26:52
Speaker
Um, a lot of people would, would beg to differ, but you know, I've done it. I've been doing it. We had just had a huge snow storm, you know, and I never went to the gym once. Just stayed at home, just using my fitness bands. And I got, uh, one kettlebell and two 35 pound dumbbells. Got a great workout in, sweating my ass off.
00:27:15
Speaker
So there's really no excuse to why you can't work out. And another thing I hear people say is I don't have the time. I also call bullshit on that. That's just another story you're telling yourself in your head that you don't have the time because you do. And again, there is no reason why you cannot get up 30 minutes earlier than you do. Or, you know, when you're sitting around at night,
00:27:43
Speaker
maybe watching TV or something, there's no reason why. You can't go out in your garage or go in your spare room and crush out a workout for 30 minutes or 40 minutes. It doesn't even have to be an hour. You can get, you can work out for 20 minutes. I can do a solid circuit for 20 minutes, bust my ass and be sweating up a storm, burn a shit ton of calories in 20 minutes.
00:28:11
Speaker
Nobody wants to do that. Nobody wants to do that hard fucking work because they don't got the discipline. They don't got the discipline. They just say they don't have the time. They're too busy. I understand. Some people got kids and their life is fucking hectic. They get a full-time job and kids are hectic. I've been in a relationship before where the mom had two children.
00:28:37
Speaker
I understand that they're not my own children, but I was there and there's definitely been times where I was working out and the kids were working out with me, right? Just make it fun. You can easily have the kids join in with you. You know what I mean? Take the kids for a walk around the block. Take the kids for a hike. There's a lot of things you can do with kids that will burn some calories.
00:29:07
Speaker
Anyways, I'm just going on rants right now, but everybody has the ability to have confidence. And when you don't have the confidence, that's on you. You have to work at confidence. Confidence is not just given to you. It's not just the thing that you have and other people don't have. Like if you want fucking confidence, you go out and you get it. You work at it. Change your fucking mind. You know?
00:29:37
Speaker
change the stories that you tell yourself. Like really just start, I want you to do this. If you're lacking in confidence, right? Just start noticing the way that you talk to yourself every single day. And if you, if there's a, an area that you lack confidence in, ask yourself why, why, why am I telling myself that I'm not confident enough to do this? Well, like,
00:30:07
Speaker
You've probably just been telling yourself for years that, well, I don't have the confidence to do that. I don't know. I can't, I can't do that. Any, yes, you can. Yes, you fucking can. Anybody can do whatever the fuck they want.

Microdosing and Its Effects

00:30:22
Speaker
They just got to build that mind strong. And when you get that mind to like this place, the strong mind, you can have that discipline. You can do whatever the fuck you want.
00:30:34
Speaker
You just have to fix your mind, right? You just have to fix your mind. That's why I'm so big on microdosing, is because it helps me have a very strong mind. It helps me see through all the fucking bullshit. There's a lot of chatter that goes on in your head every single day. And when you microdose, you see through all that bullshit.
00:31:01
Speaker
And you just look at things a lot differently. You feel a lot better. You're more calm. You're way more calm. Your mind's not racing a million miles a minute. Man, I remember when I was working in Melford, Saskatchewan, and I remember I was home by myself.
00:31:21
Speaker
And I don't know what the hell was going on with me, but I was looking at like it stuck in my mind It's like this one time I was looking at the window and I was like I don't know if I was having anxiety attack with like my brain was just going fucking firing just thinking about all these things and creating all these like scenarios that are not even true and It was just it would just be like that all the time when I was by myself and I remember asking my dad I was like I remember telling him about it
00:31:47
Speaker
And yeah, my overthinking was just bad. It was bad. I hate it going anywhere by myself. Like could not walk into a restaurant or bar by myself, right?
00:32:04
Speaker
Why? Why? Like that's just, that was just my mind and whatever the fuck is going on and they're controlling it, right? But now I'm not like that whatsoever. Confidence through the roof. Do whatever the fuck I want. Sit down at the bar and eat and eat by myself. Do like, I don't be overthinking. I don't create these like stupid scenarios in my head that are not true anymore. And I strongly believe that is because of microdosing.

with microcybin. Microcybin is a great fucking company. And why they're great is because it's not like anybody can go buy mushrooms, grind it up, fill it up with what you've just grinded up, put it in a pill, and take it as a micro dose. It's not the same. It's not the same. The ingredients that
00:32:59
Speaker
Microcybin puts in their product, you know, like you have the Jedi. So there's like a different psilocybin in the Jedi plus other ingredients, right? Every single strain of psilocybin is like a computer chip. They all do different things. So the Jedi has a different psilocybin. The heel has a different psilocybin. The pro, the Genesis pro has a different, like they all have different strains of psilocybin in there and they all have different
00:33:27
Speaker
Ingredients that that mix as well with this psilocybin. So that's why I believe that microcybin is the fucking goat of micro dosing because It's just the the ingredients in in these products they're fucking amazing and I've just I've listened this I've talked to so many people and
00:33:52
Speaker
and listen to so many people say that this product is the fucking best thing that I've ever had in my life. And it is. It is the best thing that I've ever had in my life. And I've taken, bro, I've taken so much, listen to me out here on this podcast saying, bro, I'm just passionate about this stuff. And I've taken so many different supplements over the years.
00:34:19
Speaker
You know, uh, like creatine, BCAs, fat burners, um, EAAs, um, all sorts of different proteins. Uh, there was like L, Eltonine. Was it Eltonine?
00:34:36
Speaker
I don't even know. I had that many tubs of powder and that many pills for this and that and stuff that makes your brain fuel and all these different supplements that I was just jamming in me. I don't really think about it. I was probably taking like six to seven, maybe eight powdery drinks a day. Do you really fucking need all that?
00:35:05
Speaker
Do you really need to take all of that stuff? Personally, I don't fucking think so. I think if you just eat properly and take a fucking couple of vitamins, you don't even really need vitamins. You can get all your fucking vitamins through your food if you really, really go down to the science and eat all the foods you need.
00:35:29
Speaker
to get those vitamins, but yeah, I used to take so much supplements and I haven't, man, it's been a long time.
00:35:40
Speaker
It's been a long time since I've taken any other supplement than microcybin and like a few vitamins. And I really don't notice a difference whatsoever. And I used to take a lot of it all the time for years, years, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars has gone to supplements that are just for what? For what?
00:36:07
Speaker
Like I'm not a bodybuilder. I'm not fucking huge and Jack from whatever. Like I don't know. Maybe, maybe I was just taking this shit wrong. Maybe I was taking this stuff wrong and you know, maybe I wasn't eating right foods with it. I don't fucking know, but all I know I was taking it. I was taking it religiously and I stopped and it's been, I would say, I would say eight months for short since I stopped taking supplements. I feel like it was that long.
00:36:36
Speaker
And I don't notice any fucking difference. So the reason why I'm saying that microcybin is the fucking best product that I've ever had in my entire life is because that's the truth. And I've never taken anything, anything in my life like this, where I have noticed massive changes in my life, massive changes in my life. And
00:37:06
Speaker
Let me just break this down. People will listen to me talk about micro dosing and they'll go out and try it themselves and they don't see these massive changes that I'm here talking about. But they also only took like three pills in three days and then that's it. I followed micro siren protocols for six months.
00:37:36
Speaker
Every single day, never missed a day. Took the receptor cleanse, I was taking the LSD flow, I was taking the Genesis, I was also taking the sport.
00:37:45
Speaker
religiously every single day. And over time, right, as I was like talking to all these other people that was really educated with micro dosing and knew a lot about it and telling me like what to be doing while I'm micro dosing, like there's a lot more to it than just popping that pill and going out of your gate. So I was really buckling down and doing whatever the hell that I needed to do while I'm micro dosing.
00:38:14
Speaker
And then over time, I was like, well, shit. I don't even overthink anymore. God damn, look at me.

Conclusion and Call to Action

00:38:23
Speaker
I'll look back on videos and meet me talking about certain things. Who the fuck is that guy? Who's that guy talking? I don't talk like that anymore. I literally just changed the way I started to talk.
00:38:40
Speaker
And yeah, like I just, I just kept noticing things. I just kept noticing things. You know, little things don't really bug me like that anymore. I used to get so mad over the smallest little things a lot, like consistently. Definitely there's, there's time, time to time now, like something like whatever. But before.
00:39:04
Speaker
I was just getting fucking annoyed over everything. Patience had none. Had no patience for anything. I don't really have much patience now, but like it's a big difference. It's a big difference. I don't get, I don't get mad. Like I don't, I don't get mad over stupid shit anymore. Don't ever think anymore. Um, I have a lot more energy. I'm always waking up like way more focused, way more calm.
00:39:35
Speaker
I like how I started, I like how I got on this video to talk about fitness. Yeah, I guess I'm still on the same track. I was gonna say I wanted to talk about health and fitness and working out and all that stuff, and I kinda just got sidetracked from Mark Simon. I gotta talk about it. I gotta talk about it because Mark Simon is the fucking beast. Knees. But anyways, guys, it's...
00:40:05
Speaker
It's pretty fucking cool to be able to work with a company that I'm so passionate about and also have people telling me that it's changed your life and there's so much different and it's all just positive things. It's just nothing but positivity coming from me working with Microsoft. And that's fucking deadly.
00:40:35
Speaker
I was so sick and tired of working for companies. I didn't give a fuck about you. I hated, hated, hated working there. Just hated, hated getting up and going there. Had no motivation to be there, right? And now I get to work for this fucking company. It was the best, the best company in Microsoft and, you know, see, see like hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people
00:41:02
Speaker
having these products change their lives. It's pretty good. It's pretty good. Anyways, guys, there's a lot of big things in the works. Yeah, there's some big things in the works that's going to be happening pretty soon that I'm also very excited about. It's another company that I'm going to be working with. Yeah, very, very excited about it, but can't say nothing about it yet.
00:41:32
Speaker
